I had a lovely short stay looking after Frankie & Phoebe. Georgina made me feel very comfortable in her nice little house and provided the most informative welcome pack to ensure my stay looking after her pets was easy. In fact, Frankie slept about 80% of the time, only getting up for food or walkies, talk about living the dream :) Phoebe is the sweetest & friendliest little cat, she loves to play but spent quite a bit of time outdoors doing her own thing. She even came for a walk around the block with Frankie and I on one occasion! Georgina’s home is in a great location, the beach is a 10 min walk and Portsmouth about a 20 min drive or you can get a ferry from Gosport. A nice easy sit that I would be more than happy to do again if I was in the area.
Waffle and Nutella are two of the coolest black cats around. They are super sweet and a joy to take care of. Shivani and Ashish are super kind and communicative, showing as much concern for our comfort as for the cats’ well-being. Their house is beautiful and comfortable and my husband and I would be honored to sit for this family again.
My partner and I had a wonderful time during our week long sit at Jonathan and Kelcy's. Their home was wonderful and clean for our arrival, great area, great recommendations and wonderful pets! We already miss Grace and Wilson! We would 100% recommend this sit!
Our stay at Linda’s house was fantastic. The dogs were well-behaved and we both fell in love with the little tortoise, Shelby. It was perfect to walk the dogs in the morning, catch a bus into Edinburgh during the day, and snuggle up by the fire with all the pets in the evening. Linda was so generous and accommodating – we’re so grateful to have been made to feel right at home.
Ben and Eloise were the kindest ! Their place and the most important star, lovely Pico, made my 3 days an unforgettable experience in France! I am very thankful for being there and spending my days with Pico in such a quiet/scenic/peaceful area! Walking him 3x a day(or having him as a tour guide)was just fantastic! This sitting is so recommended to other future THS sitters.
Ah the amazing Britta, Colin, Lulah + Olive! Their house sit was a last minute request + the minute I saw the Baker neighborhood posting I applied! Colin was very responsive + we quickly made a date to meet. I had to reschedule last minute + he was so accommodating setting me up in communications with his GF Britta. The minute I arrived Ms. Olive (the Standard Poodle) ran right up to me for hugs + kisses. Arriving at the house was spectacular. The Baker historical area is one of my fav’s in Denver. The charm, quiet tree lined streets + amazing proximity to ALL the Broadway's busyness + active night life is wonderful. I love the best of both worlds! They were 1st time THS users but you’d never know - the minute I met Britta I felt ease with her organization + care for her doggo’s. She had a bullet pointed document with everything to know but not overly saturated. Everything was down to a science. She quickly offered their parking pass + space for my bike. The Doggo’s: Olive + Lulah: Olive is such a sweetie, loves pets, has lots of energy + is very smart (she is very good at commands). Lulah immediately warmed up, wanting pets, following me around + cuddling me on the couch. They love chill time + are very adjustable. I took both on walks separately as Olive has a lot of energy + Luluah goes around the block (late ev’s) + then she’s good. I often took Olive on 2 walks a day. The area has a lot of walkability so going local works great! Both doggo’s also love passerby’s attention when out on the patio (which we did a lot!). Olive is a social doggo + she has a bark collar. When other dogs pass by the house, I I would keep Lulah away from other doggo’s as they both get into a bark fest + it can be intimidating for others. I don’t want to boost too much as I know everyone will be applying now but it is a special space! The space: It is *REALLY* such a lovely space! There is a wrap around porch with lots of shaded areas + a swing to relax on. The home is very very welcoming, warm + very open. Lots of places to relax, do remote work (couch, benches, outdoor chairs, you name it). There is an outdoor couch area as well with lights. I LOVED the home! The bedroom is very comfortable, with lots of light + the bathtub in the bathroom is lovely - facing outwards + lots of light. Area Must Do’s: Honey Basil (Asian food), Goodwill (best in town!), millions of cafe’s, Thai Monkey (best Thai in Denver), local street fairs, local graffiti, the rooftop bars. Stroll through the area to experience the uniqueness + eccentricity of the area! Thank you Colin + Britta. It was a lovely stay!

Poor customer service !! If they treat fur babies they way we were treated then they shouldn’t have this business! Our dog has never been to a boarding place so my husband and I called with questions. First impression was horrible! I explained our dog has never stayed outside of the house before. I asked if it was an offsite facility or a residence to see if it would be a disturbance to sleeping individuals if my dog barked throughout the night due to anxiety/fear. I asked what would one do if they had a dog that barked continuously. I was told they have not experienced that before. They became annoyed that I had the audacity to ensure my pup’s safety by asking questions. I asked what if that occurs. They replied, “again, I have not experienced that”, their tone grew w annoyance and was evidently frustrated. I stopped and noticed my discontentment and knew this place was not inviting, not interested in my questions or helping me feel at ease with dropping off my dog to strangers. Just like our kids, we would check out the daycare center before dropping off our kids, right? As a business owner you would think they would understand the questions and concerns after the customer stated this is their first time. I ended the call immediately on my end, but my husband stayed on the phone to hear them say it is not the right fit and my husband agreed. Yeah, obviously, it’s not the right fit! It was only one question!
They are so good to my Jack boy! I wouldn’t bring him anywhere else! They’ve helped us in a bind, and out of a bind! So appreciative! Couldn’t say anything better about them! Jack even gets excited when we arrive! Thank you Country Time Pet Retreat!
Extremely happy with services. Joe is a calming sole for the dogs. First time our Doberman Lola was away from home. It was like dropping your child off at summer camp for the first time, we were like new parents. Called last minute to see if she could get groomed which Joe was able to accommodate. She looks shiny and new. Great job Joe. Lola will be going back again for puppy camp. Highly recommend Country Time Pet Retreat
Was referred here by a friend. Left 3 of my large dogs here for a week. Overall, my dogs were happy and healthy when they were picked up. One of my dogs has anxiety and his rear paw pads were raw and actively bleeding when we picked him up. His snout and lips as well. Likely from the concrete in the holding areas. I did get the impression that the dogs that stay here do not get individualized attention and are treated as numbered tasks on a list. Not a lot of consideration goes into the comfort of each holding area, but the dog yard is huge and definitely enough space for groups of dogs to play together.
Country time was amazing with my dog! He has fear aggression as well as separation anxiety--so many kennels refused to let him stay--and they were more than willing to respect his boundaries and make sure he was cared for so well. The day I was supposed to pick him up, I was bit by a cat and had to go to the ER. The people at Country Time told me not to worry and to take care of myself and they would make sure my boy was taken care of. They were so accommodating and they LOVE dogs. They will treat your pet like their own! Highly recommend!
Did a great job with the bath portion of the grooming service. However, nails we're too short too cut and was unable to use the grinder on her nails. Can't really blame him though because my dog does not like that. I bet some places would've gotten it done tho.. also, don't believe he did teeth brushing. Doesn't appear to part of the "grooming" service, which is disappointing. Place looks under a remodel/construction and is kind of messy. House and yard are kind of messy too which doesn't make you feel too good about the services they provide. Dogs are kept in a separate building away from the house - makes you wonder how often they check on the boarding dogs.
We take our Beefy here quite often whether it’s for family trips or just overnight because we will be out of town. Beefy really seems to love the owner and we have NEVER had an issue. Only place we will take him to stay.
No issues. I wish the inside dog area wasn't so industrial and concrete. A more homelike environment would make me feel more comfortable
Great Place with an owner that loves dogs!!! He took care of my Lily like it was his own and was very accommodating to her needs. Would definitely bring her back!!
Dropped our dog off on a Friday at 11:00 am, received a voicemail from Country time at 9:30 pm that evening, asking us to give them a call, was not able to get in touch with them, found out the next day, from an individual who saw our dog roaming the streets, when I arrived Country Time, they then informed me that our dog had somehow escaped their facility at 1:00 pm the previous day...................I'd strongly suggest finding other options when looking to board your animals
Boarded our dog at Ashley’s new facility and he had a great time. She provided an amazing amount of enrichment that was included in the boarding and gave him lots of individual attention. Highly recommend!
Ashley and Leah took wonderful loving care of our ducks, chickens, and cat while we were out of town for a few days. Ashley was kind, professional and responsive from start to finish, which made me feel comfortable and reassured. And Leah wrote the cutest notes about our animals after every visit, complete with photos! It was the first time I have not felt anxiety when leaving our menagerie behind on a trip - and that sense of security is priceless (as most pet owners know). I will not hesitate to use Pawsitively Lovable again when we go on vacation, and highly recommend their petsitting services!
We Love Ashley and her Team at Pawsitively Loveable Dog Walking Service! We met Ashley many years ago and she helped us with our dog with kidney issues. She now helps us with our energetic lab! She is knowledgeable about dogs (I am sure other animals too) and she has helped us whenever we have a pet question. Our dogs are always so happy with their walks.
Ashley is reliable, easy to work with and a true animal lover! She will treat you dog like her own and you will not be disappointed. My dogs love to see her pulling in because they know they can give her a million kisses and she will gladly accept them - and they get to go for a walk and get some energy released.
I spent hours trying to find "a match" through Rover, Wag, and Thumbtack with no luck, then got Ashley's name from a neighbor. She is the best. Very responsible and reliable and provides professional service. Everything she said would be done was done plus extras (she picked up my mail and deliveries without being asked). Each day she would send pictures. I knew my "boy" was in good hands. I would highly recommend Pawsitively Lovable over any of the other services. I will definitely use this service again.
Pawsitively Loveable has been caring for our pets for over 2 years. We highly regard Ashley for her knowledge, experience, care and kindness she provides to our 2 dogs. She is professional and always has our dogs’ needs first. She has also provided care for our elderly cat in the past. Our minds are at ease knowing how well our beloved fur-babies are cared for in our absence.
Pawsitively Loveable are true professionals! They took the time to get to know us and our animals before we left for our vacation, and the communication while we were away was exceptional. Awesome pet sitting service! They took care of our three dogs, our chickens, and our ducks - we are so lucky to have found Ashley and Lyndon!
Ashley has been coming to let my dog out for some mid-day exercise for over a year now. She is dependable, professional, and clearly loves the animals she cares for. It is a relief to not have to worry about Boo while at work during the day because I know he has this time with Ashley! Highly recommended!!
Ashley is great with our sometimes temperamental and food aggressive large dogs. They LOVE her and we love that we can count on and trust her with pets that need someone who really knows what they’re doing. Highly recommend!
Ashley and Lyndon provided wonderful care at last minute due to a death in the family to our dog Cooper and cat Benji. They went above and beyond in keeping touch daily on the visits, provided loving care with walks and playtime which was witnessed through the awesome pictures sent. I can’t thank them enough and will definitely call upon them again!!!!!
