Sarah was fantastic from start to finish. Super friendly, great communication, regular updates, and most importantly - she really cared for Buddie. Even though Sarah was unwell, she still went out of her way to make my experience as stress-free as possible. Not only did she turn up a day early to meet Buddie, she booked into a hostel the night before to give me time and space to prep for my trip. Sarah asked lots of questions to make sure she was fully prepped to stick to Buddie's routine, and was totally self-sufficient too. Buddie looked happy and well-looked after on my return, as did my home which was clean and tidy. Thanks so much Sarah, hope to meet again! :)
We were absolutely delighted with Carmen and Alvaro. The dogs were very happy and settled with our sitters quickly. Their routine was adhered to and we were sent updates and photos. Our fish and plants were also given five star care. We arrived home to very happy pets, a spotless home, meal cooked for us and a lovely warm welcome which included a beautiful plant.
