This family operated enterprise is outstanding! Liz and Garth put a great deal of time into getting to know the dogs and how to create healthy social groups for them. The groups are small, the place is very clean, and I never worry because the care is the best!
While visiting my family for vacation, Prima Dogga saved the day when we needed doggy daycare for our puppy Herbie during a family memorial service. I had called and emailed with the owner Liz in advance and she was excited to meet Herbie and welcome him to the pack for the day when we arrived. She was willing to work with us to arrange late pick up (for an extra fee) as we were unsure of the day's agenda. Herbie played outside for most of the day, made lots of new pals and even went for a dip in the puppy pool! He came home happy and exhausted. We highly recommend and will seek out Prima Dogga next time were in town.
Liz, along with everyone at Prima Dogga take great care of our furry friend while we are out of town. They really go out of their way to get to know the dogs. We would definitely recommend this place - and prices are very reasonable! Thank you for everything Prima Dogga!
Nala, our miniature poodle, has been going there for two years. She simply loves it. She goes two times per week. Prima dogga is on our way to work. We live in Vergennes and we work in Burlington. Liz keeps files on each dogs and she knows the dogs that are compatible with each other. When we arrive, Nala can't wait to get in. We, on occasion, have brought Nala to other kennels as the kennels are closer. By the way Nala has reacted to those kennels, we have come to realize how important it is to find the right kennel. We want Nala to be happy and she certainly is happy in Prima dogga.
Millie has been going to doggy daycare once a week for more than a year and just loves it. We also have her boarded there when we go out of town and we know she is well cared for.
Liz is great and not only takes good care of them but will also work with your dog on specific behavior issues.
We have two cats and they were well cared for by the wonderful family who owns Prima Dogga!
Amazing place. Thank you Liz for your help!
Caring and knowledgeable owners.
