I had a wonderful sit for Andrea, Lex, Fitz and Prudence. Andrea and Lex welcome you into their lovely home and make you feel at home immediately. The Welcome Guide is detailed and all needs for Pru and Fitz and home are clearly stated. Communication is excellent. Updates and photos are appreciated. Andrea and Lex’a home is very comfortable. Guest room is perfect. Their home is situated in a lovely community with beautiful grounds and sights and sounds of nature. The lanai is beautiful, comfortable, airy and so inviting with sun and shade overlooking the pool and spa Pru and Fitz love the lanai especially coffee time and Fitz cuddling time. Fitz and Pru are good pups, so cute, well mannered and will do anything for a treat. Pru loves her frequent walks, and having a good sniff about. Fitz enjoys walks as well but not as often. They are good eaters. Pru is an independent lil girl and not touchy feely. These are seniors so the walks are slower in pace. Grocery store( little mall) is close by within a good walking distance. This sit was wonderful and I can highly recommend. I enjoyed my sit with the pups and am looking forward to my next sit. Thank you for having me.
My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in Banstead and caring for Kerry’s 3 cats: Freddie, Rita and Robbie. Kerry is one of the nicest people we’ve ever met. From the start, she did everything possible to help us enjoy our visit to her delightful home and community. She had an extensive notebook of the many walks to enjoy and the many, many places to see. She spent lots of time telling us about the area (and beyond) and she had bus and train schedules for us. We chose not to travel to London, even though by train it’s 45 minutes away. Kerry was fine with us leaving the cats if we left them plenty of food, of course! Kerry is an avid bike rider and has explored much of the area biking and hiking. She was easy to talk to and we enjoyed being with her. Freddie, Robbie and Rita were a great pleasure to watch and be around. Each has its own distinct personality and we enjoyed them. Freddie was the friendliest and we were delighted that he chose to sleep with us every night. He liked his spot upstairs and didn’t venture too far from it during the day. Rita was also friendly although it took a couple for days for her to warm up to us. We loved having her around and were happy that she began to sit with us in the living room while watching evening TV. Robbie was a sweetheart, as well, but as Kerry explained, he isn’t people friendly. He does like to be combed, so we could get close to him by doing that. We enjoyed watching the cats in Kerry’s large garden. Kerry has several birdfeeders which were visited by beautiful parrots, finches, sparrows and others. The pigeons that visited were huge (by US standards). Kerry has a beautiful, well decorated home. Every day I found a new picture or wall hanging to enjoy and wished I could ask the significance of each. She is highly organized and clutter-free which we enjoyed a great deal. Her kitchen is meticulously clean and well-stocked. We enjoyed cooking there and when cleaning time came (at the end of our week), it was one of the easiest we’ve experienced. We would love to return to Kerry’s house and hope that we can when she finalizes her dates for her vacation next year. If you are lucky enough to be chosen as Kerry’s house sitter, do not hesitate to say yes!
Wendy and Steve were absolutely lovely welcoming us into their home 2 days early. This gave us all enough time to explore, get to know the pups and connect over a meal together. What can we say about Barney, Aggie and Michka? They were the most relaxed and happy dogs. .They felt most comfortable with us, close by and around our children. In fact Aggie and Michka at times followed our little girls everywhere. They became protective of them. Which melted our hearts. Barney just loves to be in among our daily routine. They really are such a delight. Wendy and Steve are truly blessed to live on the most beautiful property overlooking the river and a gorgeous Air BnB also. Their home was very clean and we felt comfortable and able to enjoy ourselves immersed in the French country life. Thank you for having us you guys and we highly recommend people to apply for this sit! You won't be disappointed. Love the Clanfields.
We really enjoyed staying at Scott and Michael’s place - it was very comfortable and in an excellent location. The house manual was very detailed and Scott & Michael were very easy to communicate with both before and during our stay. Maggie and Jaxon were an absolute dream to look after - very easy going and happy doggies, we will miss them!! Would definitely recommend to any sitters!
Sullivan and I had a fabulous time staying at Sally and Chris's lovely home in Notra Dame du Touchet. The two cats were absolutely no trouble and as easy as anything to look after. They loved to follow us around the garden and just generally 'hang out'. Cave Cat is partial to a bit of fresh chicken! The house was spacious and comfortable (beds were incredibly comfortable). Sally and Chris made us feel so welcome it was home from home. The area is beautiful with plenty of places to explore within 30 minutes and Mont St Michelle just an hour a way. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and easy house sit then this is it.
This was a pleasant and relaxing sit. Carol's home is lovely and clean and located in a fun little part of Burlingame, close to Broadway Burlingame where there are shops and restaurants. Wrigley is a very sweet, healthy boy with a cute little face that you want to hug. Although he is older, he does not act like a senior dog. He is able to go on long walks and loves to be right by your side in the house. He was also friendly with my tiny dog, Joey. Wrigley is easy to care for and only requires affection and walks around the neighborhood. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay and Carol leaves clear instructions for a successful sit. Thanks, Carol!
