Cindy stayed at my home for three weeks and did a wonderful job taking care of my two cats, keeping the house in order, watering the garden in the heat of the summer, and bringing in my mail. She was very kind to send me updates, photos, and videos of my cats. She brought her own cat with her and kept it in a separate area in my home so that it didn't bother the routine of my two cats. There were no problems with this arrangement. Cindy was very sweet and personable and I enjoyed meeting her and trusting her to take care of my home.
Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Niesha as a Housesitter. This is primarily due to the condition of my home upon my return. I don’t expect anyone to scrub tile with a toothbrush but my home was dirty. I was taken aback by the level of disregard for me and my home by leaving a cleanup job for me after 30 hours of travel. Bodily hairs all over the bathroom, dog hair balls everywhere, dirty floors and surfaces. In addition, my dog wasn’t eating for the last half of Niesha’s stay. It happens but when I came home I saw immediately that however it started, my dog at this point wasn’t eating because his bowl was crusted over with days old layers of dried yogurt and dog food. I smelled it as I reached down to get it. I washed it immediately and offered my dog food, which he immediately ate. While I’m always thankful that this website and ecosystem exists, I did not consider this to be a good experience and cannot recommend Niesha.
