Joyce is very thorough and conscientious. She takes this responsibility seriously and expects the house/pet owner to do the same. Joyce was willing to arrive at my home the day before sitting began, (at my request for a meet and greet) even though it meant staying at hotel for a night.
Cat & her family were excellent sitters for our puppy Freddie and cat Wilma! It was only the second time we’ve had sitters watch our 10 month old pup Freddie and we knew with their dog experience that he’d be in great hands. They gave him lots of love, drove him to/from doggy Daycare, and even took him to not one but two dog parks for him to try it out. All while staying in touch the entire time with texts and photos. Cat flagged an issue with Wilma’s automatic litterbox and help resolved it which we were grateful for as it could have gone unnoticed with someone less concerned/aware. We came home to happy pets and a clean home! We’d love to host them again and couldn’t recommend enough if you’re looking for responsible, communicative, and overall lovely sitters.

Our experience with Diane (Pets and Petals) has been absolutely wonderful! Finding her has expanded our ability to travel more often with unfettered peace-of-mind that both our cat and home were safe and well-cared for. Diane is the "real deal", and provides genuine care of our spoiled cat and provides such a valuable service that is hard to put a value on. She is detailed, responsible, sensitive and thorough ... she not only feeds our cat but pets, brushes, and plays games with her too! Diane always texts us when she makes her first visit to the house and often sends a picture of our cat to relieve any anxiousness that we might have in not being there, and she leaves us a detailed written summary (“kitty report card”) of her visits along with the activities she has shared with our cherished pet. After Diane's visits, when we return home after being away for a few days, we actually wonder if our cat is sad to see us at the door, since she had so much fun with Diane! Diane is the best!!
Having Diane visit my cats while I'm away means never having to worry about them. She knows what pet owners need to know when they are gone, and keeps in touch with texts and photos daily. There is never a doubt that DIane will show up, or that the cats will not be given attention and love. I have two antisocial, xenophobic cats who hide the minute the doorbell rings or a stranger enters--except for Diane. They wait at the door for her! It's uncanny.
I’ve been bringing my dog here for daycare twice a week for almost a year. She absolutely loves going and she adores the staff - the dogs are well cared for and we have never had a single issue here. I’ve heard horror stories about dogs getting bitten/hurt at other daycares in the area and that is not the case at coastal canine! Can’t recommend this place enough - Sada, Corey and all the staff there are so friendly and you can tell how much they all care about all the dogs. ❤️
We absolutely adore the Coastal Canine staff and manager, Corey. Our dog is so happy to go to Coastal and spend time with his "school" family. One staff member truly shines, Sada. Sada is an absolute gem! When my dog walks through the door and sees her, I no longer exist! Sada always has a bright smile, is warm and welcoming, and has the uncanny ability to remember every dog's name and who their human is. I cannot say enough nice things about Sada at North Hampton's Coastal Canine Resort. Until her presence there, my pup Roxie would have a hard time going in - once she realized I wasn't coming with her she would pull and put up a fight. A full year of that, and then Sada comes in and I don't know what kind of magic she possesses, but Roxie JOYFULLY goes with her back to the other dogs. She greets everyone with a smile and I just wanted to take a moment to let them know what a gem they have!
We found Coastal Canine Resort first for doggy daycare to give our pup time with other dogs and burn off some energy. We were so comfortable we left her for an overnight. Sada and the rest of the staff are professional , responsive and kind. The place is clean and Poppy is always excited to get there! Thanks.
This 5 star review is based on the staff I have met. Some of the loveliest people work here and Sada, who has assisted us in every way possible is a standout. So kind, so energetic, so positive and so skilled with pups. She brings her A game every single day. Very thankful to her and the team. They helped us out hugely with our energetic GSP puppy- life savers. Also, CCR have a great website for booking daycare and boarding- very intuitive and easy. Customer service overall is topnotch!!!
Recently boarded my dog there for the first time. The facility is clean and the staff was great with my pup. They had great communication and took excellent care of him. I would highly recommend for boarding and doggy day care in the Hampton area. We will be returning in the future. Thanks to the owner and staff!
We were passing through on vacation (August 2019) and called ahead a few days to book a spot for our dog. All good. Drop off no problem. Picked our dog up the next morning and found cuts, abrasions, blood, and an injured front leg (whined when touched) when we got back to our place. Immediately called to inquire about the stay and was met with general no way that could have happened on our watch, not possible, dogs are constantly monitored, etc., from the owner. Sent photos of the injuries shortly after the call and my wife followed up and got the same rude and dismissive owner...no way that could have happened here. Our dog was fine when we dropped her off so our main question was if we should see a vet because of a fight, or had the dogs just played rough and ours was on the receiving end. We’re up that way relatively often. Won’t ever visit this place again.
We always feel good about leaving our dog with Coastal Canine. Their staff is warm and professional. Sada is especially helpful with customer service.
It is very clean. The staff treats my pup kindly and he loves going. He has stayed over numerous times and we use the day care at least 2 times a week. I have a young goldenretriever who needs extra exercise.
Magnum loves his time with the team at Coastal Canine Resort! He always comes home exhausted!! I enjoy the convenience of their hours and the team is friendly and love dogs. I feel confident that he is in great hands when he stays overnight with CCR.
I wish I could give them 10 stars! My 1-year old dog, Tucker, has been going to Dogtopia North Hampton for a few months now and I don’t know which of us loves them more! Amanda and her team are incredible and you can tell they love what they do. They’re kind and professional, they get to know their customers right away, they’re amazing with the dogs, and they’re masterful at creating an experience that works for each dog’s unique personality and play style. Tucker is always so excited to see everyone at drop-off and leaves tired and happy at pick-up. In addition to getting great socialization and having a blast with his friends, he’s learning how to play appropriately in a safe and supervised environment, which will help him for the rest of his life! I also appreciate their transparency, great communication and booking flexibility. I can watch the dogs on the webcam during the day and love hearing stories about Tucker’s time there. Finally, they go above and beyond with themed days, photos, spa services and special treats! We love Dogtopia North Hampton and could not recommend them highly enough.

I have been sending my pup to Dogtopia for daycare for the last 4 months. He was a stray and can be very timid, often laying down & refusing to move if he's unfamiliar. This has never been an issue with Dogtopia- He basically pulls me into the building wagging the entire back half of his little body while his tail swings side to side! He loves it!! The employees are very nice & you can genuinely feel how much they care for the dogs! You can peek in on the camera during the day and they are always petting/loving on the dogs & engaged.
I have been taking my Maltipoo Nash to Dogtopia for two summers now . We live in a seasonal park where she is not allowed . I was sick with worry where I was going to have her boarded on the weekends I was here . I found Dogtopia and we have been thrilled beyond our expectations. Amanda is the manager and she has been so supportive accommodating and helpful with Nash and our needs . The team of coaches at Dogtopia are amazing and so lovable with all the dogs. They really know their stuff and I KNOW They love my dog. It’s very apparent when I bring her how much they care about her . I can watch the doggy cam all day and whenever I do Nash is happily playing and being loved . My heart is happy and I feel good knowing she is playing and comfortable all day. She comes home so tired from being with friends . 10 stars !!! ❤️we are going to miss them this winter !!!!!!!!!!

This was our first experience with Dogtopia while on vacation, but likely won't be our last. The staff were wonderful and friendly, showed us all around, and explained everything. The best part is the fact that you can see your dog with an online video link! We could see our dog while we were visiting places that were not dog friendly. Thank you to them for taking care of Sentinelle for a day!

Our dog always looks forward to her play time with Salty Paws - she watches out the window for the van to arrive! The pack leaders are wonderful with her and always bring her back thoroughly exercised and tired. Great for the dogs to socialize together while playing outdoors. Beach days are the best. Highly recommend this group for the best doggie play group.
Salty Paws has been picking up our Berner, Truman for over a year now. He LOVES his weekly adventures and it is clear the staff loves him. Berners are not dogs that are good with heat, but the staff is very aware of this and very cognizant of days that might be an issue. We have used Salty Paws for overnights both in our own home and at Abbies house and have been very pleased. I assure you, your dog will love his adventures! We can’t wait until our new guy Webster can join the pack :)
Can’t say enough about Abbie and her team of dog lovers that take care of our pups! My dog Logan has been enjoying their services for a few years now. He lives when the Salty pack van shows up! And he comes home happy and exhausted. If your have mom guilt because you work from home and feel terrible that you can’t play with them all day. Then this is your ticket to giving them the exercise off leash that they need. This team is engaged and really cares about everyone’s experience (moms and pups). My three dogs have been going to Salty Paws for just about a year. They love it so much and get so excited when they get picked up. The convenience of having them picked up and taken for the day is key for our family! They come home exhausted and with better manners. Nothing beats it!

Riley has been going on 3 hour adventures weekly for 7 months with Salty Paws and I can’t say enough good things about Abbie and the team. Riley gets much needed play time outside with her Scallywag doggie friends. They go on adventures whether on trails, the beach, or running in the fields. The pack learns basic commands, manners and how to play together in groups. We trust Abbie and her team that Riley is in great hands when in their care🐾🐾
We have been using Salty Paws for 3 years and couldn't be happier with them. They have taught our dog amazing trail manners and these adventures have socialized our Berner so that we can take him anywhere and he knows how to behave with other dogs. They whole crew is fun, respectful and caring towards each dog (I have been out in the same area to see them in action!). Murphy sits by the door waiting for their arrival, it is so cute! Salty Paws is such an amazing service, we are so lucky to have them on the seacoast. I don't have to worry about my schedule and getting our dog to daycare at a certain time-they pick her up, drop her off and give her all the exercise she needs during her excursions... comes home happy and exhausted :) If you have any doubt, just follow them on Instagram to see how much these dogs enjoy the outings and how obedient they are. Amy so wonderful with our dog Max and our bird! She’s very responsive and reliable! I feel she cares for my animals like I would. I like that she takes a photo of our animals before she leaves our house so I can see my babies are doing well and let’s me know of any concerns she may have. She is very good and willing to give meds and always makes sure the animals have plenty of food and water. I would highly recommend her!
Amy is a god send. We moved to New England right before Covid began and never developed relationships to cover pet sitting. So I resorted to finding someone online, which was nerve wracking. I was deeply impressed by Amy's professional website, ticking off all my boxes - knows rabbits (we have two house rabbits - ie litter box trained), she's insured, and registered. We've hired her services mutliple times now and she is worth every penny! When my husband and I are away, we constantly talk about what a luxury it is to have a pet sitter we can trust and who is communicative, so we can relax when traveling. I especially appreciate the daily check-ins we get from her to let us know our buns are happy and healthy. I absolutely recommend her for anyone looking for a reliable, responsive, caring pet sitter.
I have a very old yellow Labrador who cannot see well, cannot hear well, and has a degenerative nerve issue that has made walking very difficult. In addition, she wears diapers in the house due to incontinence. I reached out to Amy because I did not feel comfortable leaving my girl for long days when I had to work in my office in MA. Amy would come and give her some love, change her diaper and take her out for a whatever walk she could handle that day. Amy was great helping my old girl with my numerous staircases and later even giving my kitty cat some much needed love during my long days. On one occasion when I had to leave for longer military service and my old dog went to stay with family, Amy came on several days just to make sure my kitty didn't feel so alone. Her prices are affordable and reasonable and her care for my fur babies has been outstanding!
Amy was incredible! I have never left my two cats for any length of time -- however, Amy took such excellent care of them that I was actually able to enjoy my vacation. She sent daily updates with pictures and went above and beyond! One cat requires two daily medicines and she was able to continue his treatment, even though it isn't alway easy to catch him! Our flight was delayed for a day and she was flexible in providing an extra day of care -- not sure what we would have done otherwise! We will definitely be using Amy again in the future! Highly recommend!!!
Amy gets an A+ from my 3 senior cats (who are particular and high-maintenance) & their owner! Amy is reliable & professional, and she always sends an update at each visit. It can be difficult to find a responsible pet sitter, but Amy is excellent. She makes leaving your pets at home less stressful on you & them. Amy has watched my cats several times, and each time I return to home to find happy, healthy cats. I would highly recommend Amy!
We have been using Amy's service for well over a year now. My mother needs assistance with her cats and without fail Amy comes in several times a week rain, snow or shine! We have also travelled a few times and rather than leave the cats in a boarding service Amy would come to the house every other day to check on the cats and spend some time with them. We are very comfortable with giving her access to our home when we are away. I would highly recommend her service.
Amy stepped in on very short notice to care for our multi-dog multi-cat household over a long weekend. The critters are not easy, as some of them are on special diets and others have medications. Amy came four times a day, texting us every time about how they were doing. For the first couple of days, she had questions. It was clear that she wanted to do an excellent job. And she did. She got to know each of the animals, commenting on some of their personality quirks. Not only does she really cares, but her rates are very reasonable. I think the dogs were disappointed to see us return! We will use her every time we go away.
Amy was fantastic with my 2 older dogs!! She took care of them as if they were her own and gave me a piece of mind while I was away!! She sent me updates and pictures and kept me well informed that my babies were doing great! I would highly recommend her to anyone! She is the best! I cannot say enough about Amy. She is an "animal Angel". She has cared for our elderly pets (dog Rosie and cat Wally) at our home during vacations for the past year. During our latest absence from home, Rosie's elderly condition took a drastic downturn. While we were away and could not get back, Amy took her to the emergency vet herself and did everything in her power to make Rosie comfortable. She went above and beyond any expectations we could have asked for. Rosie passed before we could get back, but WE were comforted by Amy's kind words and caring attention to Rosie in her time of need. I was sad that Amy had to experience this on our behalf and will be forever grateful for her! I have never known anyone better than Amy for the care of your beloved pets.
Allie at Luna Bear has been walking my dog, Thor, for several months now and we couldn't be happier. She is reliable, reasonable, pleasant, and a great communicator. We feel comfortable leaving Thor in her hands every week. Allie is highly recommended!

Amazing. I can not say enough about Luna Bear Pet Care and the care they gave my dog Prissy. I was in town working for a couple of months. They took Prissy to the Vet when she was not feeling well. Would call and text to check on her. Walked her, played with her and had an amazing bond with Prissy. I have used other pet services in the past, Luna Bear Pet Care blows them all out of the water. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

We LOVE Playtime Pet Resort!!! And Moose does too! When we get off the exit, he knows exactly where we are going and the tail doesn’t stop. The staff are so wonderful and take such amazing care of all the pups. And not to mention, they take photos daily and it makes my heart so happy to see our baby having the best day!!! Playtime Pet Resort is a safe, wonderful place for our little pup Nova. She loves it there and we love the staff! Always willing to go the extra mile for us because our schedules are so crazy! Angel and I love Playtime Pet Resort in Salisbury! The staff is wonderful! I love looking at the pictures they post. She always looks so happy to be there. I also love how I can drop her off no appointment necessary. I am retired so I don't bring her on a regular schedule just when I am going to be out for an extended period of time. It makes it so convenient for me. Have not boarded her overnight yet but I will not hesitate if the need arises.

Our dogs go there and they love it. They know exactly where they are going when they’re on their way and get so excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot. The facility also has a ton of extras for the dogs (ie bacon bubbles, one on one playtime, and other fun treats). We love taking them, and they come home pooped everytime !!
Every member of the staff is outstanding! In addition to day care, I have used their boarding service, which is exceptional. My family is so grateful to Playtime ❤️
Jennie has been walking my dog while I’m at work and caring for my two lizards, diabetic cat and bird while I’m away for almost five years now. She still would be if I hadn’t moved out of her area. The staff there is very friendly and welcoming. They know your dog by name and take care of them as if they were their own. The facility is going under a remodel which I’ve seen and it looks really nice adding some nice suits for overnight care and looks like they’re gonna have a groomer as well too, so it can be all one stop this place. We have 3 dogs, Mavis, Keeva and Nala! They love to go to “school” and come home exhausted!! They are always happy to go and the older dogs get quite jealous when Nala goes and they don’t! The new renovations are beautiful and we are grateful for the care our pets get! Thank you!!

Playtime had availability for our dog on a very last-minute boarding request during the summer a few years ago, and we've been taking him back for boarding ever since. Our pup was severely abused before we adopted him, so he has some unfavorable history that made boarding difficult. Playtime was incredibly understanding and assured us they had the protocols in place to keep everyone safe, which they absolutely do! Our dog is very comfortable there, and we're so happy he gets to enjoy his time playing vs being in a crate for the majority of the day. We live about 45 mins away from this facility, and while there are other kennels/day cares much closer to us, we will always travel to Playtime - they've gone above and beyond for our pup, and they're 100% worth it.
Sunny loves going to Playtime Pet Resort. He perks up when I say, "You're going to school today," starts to bark when we turn into the parking lot and pulls on he leash when we enter the building. Sleeps all day the following day.
Our dogs are ALWAYS excited to go play with their friends at Play All Day. The staff is always friendly and seem to really connect with the dogs. I love how they are making improvements to the facilities it’s looking great. Highly recommend.
Ever since the first day I brought him almost a decade ago, my dog has been ecstatic to bolt through the front door and join the fun. The staff is so friendly, and all the dogs seem so happy to be there. Pawesome customer service, canine knowledge galore, and a pristine facility are only a few of the reasons to treat your pup (and yourself) to the newly christened Playtime Pet Resort.
They have helped me trim my dog's nails, I have bathed my dog there. My dog has special medication for seizures, that they give him when I need to board him. They have given my little boy wonderful care! We have used this location most of his life and I don't think I would feel as secure going anywhere else!!
My puppy has been going to Play All Day since about January. The negative reviews and comments on this place is wild. I’ve never had a problem and Boscoe loves coming to see his friends at daycare. Not all dogs are meant for daycare and socializing with different dogs and I was explained that before I adopted my Boscoe. You can’t control or predict what happens when you put a bunch of dogs together and you accept that risk by enrolling your dog in any daycare. The staff are always excited to greet Boscoe every morning and Boscoe returns that excitement. I’m pretty sure he forgets about me as soon as we enter. I highly recommend this daycare and if you have any questions the staff is more than happy to answer them!
Absolutely fantastic care and extremely professional. I would highly recommend this company for all of your pets needs while you are away. The owner, Jen is just the sweetest human and I don't think you would be disappointed.
