The place was great and in a great area. The only thing is that Simba was a little more reactive than we originally thought. We had to be very very careful because he would bark and lunge at basically anyone who walked by or anyone with a dog. This could be because we aren't his human and he wasn't sure what was going on. He was an absolute doll in the house and actually a very good walker when there was no one around. Overall the experience was wonderful and we would definitely watch Simba again. Just a heads up that he is a boy that is on guard.
Jeju is a beautiful island but Johanna's two lovely kitties will make you not want to leave the house! I had such a good time at Johanna's place. There was nothing I didn't like about the house. Especially I loved the lighting and the view in the living room. It was awesome. They sent me a tutorial video for the house and the cats before my arrival. It was very helpful. For the kitties, I fell for them at first sight. They are just sweet and gorgeous. Yuki is the calm one and you'd just want to admire her all day. Oscar is the curious one and you wouldn't be bored with him. I thank Johanna and Geoff for having us.
I had the opportunity to stay in Garrett and Kate's absolutely gorgeous home for a long weekend. Not only is their home unique and charming, but you'll have the opportunity to meet Chimi, a spirited and plucky kitty! Chimi enjoys spending time outdoors and lounging in the sun - plus he loves his crunchy treats. Although the sit was short, I felt very comfortable with Chimi from the moment I came in and hope to meet him again soon! As a side note - the guest bed was one of the most comfortable beds ever - it was absolutely lush. Highly recommend this sit!
We had a great sit experience at Lennie Rae and Fred’s. Their house is, comfortable, well organized and in a great location. Their kitties, Julietta and her daughter Dora, are both fairly young Russian Blues. Julietta warmed up to us and actually laid on both of our laps. Dora was a bit more cautious but still enjoyed petting and brushing. They both enjoyed playing fetch with paper balls. Lennie Rae will show you all the tricks they do for evening treats! They are a lot of fun. The house is really nice and Lennie Rae even labeled the drawers to make things easy to find. Oceanside is great. The beach is very nice and only about 10 minutes away. There are many great restaurants and grocery stores close as well. You will really enjoy taking care of Julietta and Dora at Lennie Rae & Fred’s – we highly recommend.
We had a beautiful expereince at Layla's. She has a gorgous house in the middle of a stunning white village that is both very local and very welcoming. We fell in love with Misha, Sammy and Eva - they offer so much love and cuddles and I went out on some beautiful sunrise runs with Misha. There are amazing walks nearby and the opportunity to take little trips to places like Cueva del Gato (amazing natual pools), Zahara de la Sierra lake beach and don't miss beautiful Ronda. Layla was brilliant - communicative, generous and wonderful to get to know. Highly recommend this sit!
Kiersten and Jaime are welcoming and generous hosts. I arrived the evening before they left and got to spend some time with them - little Griffin was very entertaining to meet. The house is impeccably clean, so clean that my nervous system got a reset :) The kitties are all adorable and funny, very easy to care for, and quite low-maintenance. Kiersten maintains a thorough welcome guide with detailed instructions. The location is safe and quiet, the home is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I would go back anytime!
