I'm so happy about my few days in New York with Biggie and Little! :) The communication with Leonore and Jennifer was super smooth. They were both very responsive, making the arrangements very easy. Additionally, they took the time to meet me via video call before choosing me, which I found really reassuring and kind. The cats, Biggie and Little, are absolutely adorable. I was able to work remotely all week without any issues. You'll be hooked on Biggie's hugs from day one. Little is a bit more reserved initially, but once she felt comfortable, she became just as affectionate. It was so heartwarming to see her open up more each day. The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was perfect, in Manhattan, with everything I needed close by. This was my first time in New York, and I loved experiencing the city's vibe. It was the perfect place to enjoy the beginning of summer! I’m definitely going to miss the cats, but it was a wonderful experience. A huge thank you to Leonore and Jennifer for their kindness and for giving me this opportunity. I highly recommend this experience to everyone ✨
I really enjoyed my sit with willow and fern, they are a beautiful pair of dogs with their own personalities, the area is great with plenty of different places to walk, I was made very welcome by Felicity who made me feel at home,
We had such a wonderful experience at Sarah and Luca’s farm. Such a lovely couple! They were so thoughtful when preparing their home for our arrival. The home is peaceful and comfortable and we loved cooking in their beautiful kitchen. All of the care for the animals was written in detail and they graciously trained us until we all felt comfortable. It was a good amount of work throughout the day and we all learned so much and formed sweet connections with all of the animals. We highly recommend!
Houses sitting for Kira is an absolute dream! Kira is so kind and communicative and very easy to coordinate with, and her place is just magical - spacious with a gorgeous porch, lots of appliances and things to make staying there easy, and in the heart of Miami! It’s a perfect place for a Miami vacation! And the queen of the apartment, Empress, is the sweetest, easiest cat! I’m so lucky to have gotten to stay here, I can’t recommend it enough!
We had a great time pet sitting for Hannah. The houses location is in great proximity to the river and great walking spots. We didn’t drive but the bus was super easy and quick into the city centre. Echo is super friendly and easy to walk. We would be delighted to sit for Hannah again.
My wife and I had a lovely stay at Elaine and Nolan’s home with their adorable dogs, Harper and Bentley. Both dogs are gentle and lovable and easy to care for. Harper was very friendly and wanting lots of pets right from the start of meeting us. Bentley took just a little time to come around and want to be petted, and then she was like our new best friend. The home is very peaceful, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed spending time in the beautifully landscaped backyard and listening to the waterfall. The farmers market on Saturday morning in Mountain View had some great produce and baked treats, and there are also very good restaurants. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and we loved our time there.

Caroline and Ant are the only cat sitters we will use, they are simply the best. They look after our four cats, each with individual needs, (and our home) as we would. Caroline and Ant looked after our rabbit many times while we were away and we were so pleased with the exceptional standard of service and care they provided. We were very worried about leaving him as he is a rescue rabbit who we love him to pieces, and he is a creature of habit. I gave them a lot of information and they did a fantastic job! They were so attentive to him and when we got home the room was clean and tidy. We are really happy with choosing Caroline and Ant to look after him!
Absolutely delighted with Caroline and Ant’s services! They recently looked after our very elderly cat whilst we were on holiday and we were so pleased with everything they did. Prior to our holiday Ant visited us and really took time to understand our requirements. When we were away they sent messages and photos to keep us updated, which we really appreciated. When we got home our cat had obviously been very well cared for and everything had been left very clean and tidy. Caroline and Ant were extremely responsive before, during and after the period they provided their services to us while we were away. They took wonderful care of Tilly and carried out a thorough visit to our home before we went away to take all the necessary details and meet Tilly. She seemed much more relaxed in the photos we were sent than when we’ve had her in a cattery so we are really pleased.

We are so grateful for finding Muddy Paws after having a few bad experiences with doggy daycare previously. Coco absolutely loves going and can't wait to get out of the car. We took Clover, our lab, so she could socialise with other dogs and it's done her so much good to be with Lisa and her pack at Muddy Paws. Clover has had a great time meeting new dogs and playing, it's really helped grow her confidence and even better for her to be around Lisa's young children as she doesn't usually hang out with kids. I always know with Lisa she will be well looked after and loved - cannot recommend enough! :D
All that the previous reviews have said has been our experience too. Muddy Paws is an excellent service for dog owners who want to know their dog will be exercised, socialised and happy. Lisa takes care to make sure that when she takes on a new dog it will fit into the group and the result is evident in a very waggy tail at the end of a busy day! It is delightful to see how well Lisa's two very young children interact with the animals in their care and visa versa. Lisa has a very professional approach combined with a friendly manner and so I would have no hesitation recommending Muddy Paws.

Lisa is the best doggy care one could wish for. Reliable, trustworthy, friendly, we only had Layla a few weeks when we found Lisa and she fell in love with Layla right away and so did her doggy Dexter and the love affair began. Layla loved being with Lisa she wouldn’t want to leave when I went to pick her up. Sadly we moved away from the area and we miss them very much, when we say Dexters name she looks for him at the door. Can’t recommend Muddypaws dog boarding highly enough - Lorna & Layla x
Professional, efficient, reliable, clean, loving & caring environment. It’s only been a couple of weeks since we have been sending our pup to Lisa’s Muddy paws day care. I wished we had found her earlier as our two year old Maltipoo simply loves going there and is so very fond of Lisa! Her home environment feels safe and welcoming and it’s so apparent that our pup, Coco loves spending time there with other pups and sharing cuddles with Lisa. I feel at ease sending her there as it’s bound to be a day filled with fun activities in a caring loving environment where I know rules are being followed. I get pictorial updates of the day and Lisa is very efficient at communicating any issues of the day or otherwise. Overall I feel my pup is in a safe place & being looked after as she is when home! Therefore I highly recommend Muddy 🐾.

Jeannie is a lovely lady, she placed my beloved dogs with wonderful host's who looked after them as there own. I decided to become a host my self now and I love it in fact I fell in love with one particular dog and fingers crossed I will look after her again sometime this year. Barking Mad is everything you could want for your beloved dogs.

Our rabbit stayed at Creature Comforts for a full month this summer, she was well look after and very happy there. Caroline make us feel confident that she will have look after her very well, and my kids should not be worry about her during our holiday. We will definitely use again for our rabbit.
We have been very lucky to have been using Creature Comforts for about 5 years now for our 2 rabbits. They absolutely love going to stay and it is often tricky to catch them when it is time to go home! The set up is amazing, in a beautiful garden with hutch/run combos set up so the rabbits can all see each other. Caroline is lovely and extremely accommodating. She clearly cares about each and every animal she is looking after. I could not recommend this enough, I have complete peace of mind when we are away as I know how well looked after and happy the rabbits are.
Caroline at Creature Comforts is probably one of the most loveliest people I have ever met and the love and care she provides to the boarding pets is simply outstanding. I was nervous about leaving my rabbits for the first time back in May, however Caroline soon put my mind at ease and, as promised, kept me updated throughout my holiday on how they were doing. I also left them in July and I just know they were so excited to be back for their little holiday at creature comforts! I have unfortunately had to re-home my rabbits, however I have told their new owner she MUST use creature comforts boarding if she ever goes away! THANK YOU Caroline for taking great care of my rabbits, I know they would love to see you again soon.
Caroline is absolutely crazy about animals (in a lovely way). She's taken good care of our little hamsters, always handling them daily and giving them treats. I can't imagine a better person to entrust with our pets. Totally recommended!
Our guinea pigs have been regular visitors for 5 years now and have been very well looked after every time. The many large hutches and runs in her garden appear clean and well maintained (and usually filled by regular customers) and Caroline clearly cares about the welfare of all the animals. We will continue using as long as we can.
We were so happy to find Creature Comforts to look after our two rabbits. The main thing for us was that our bunnies would have enough space, so seeing that the owners supported the Rabbit Welfare Association was important to us. The rabbits had a lovely hutch and attached run in a beautiful garden, with plenty of fresh grass, hay and greens to nibble on. The owner obviously gave our rabbits lots of attention and care while we were away. We wouldn't hesitate to use Creature Comforts again. Many thanks!
We have left our 3 bunnies in the caring and capable hands of Caroline at Creature Comforts several times in the past couple of years. (Side note: perhaps my effusive alliteration is a sign of how happy I am we found her!) Caroline feels like an old friend even on the first meeting and it is immediately clear how much she loves animals and is keen to get to know their individual personalities so she can best cater to their needs. She is happy to send WhatsApp updates and pictures on request to keep your mind at rest that your fur babies are doing ok and she is very responsive and flexible when arranging drop-off and pick-up. Our bunnies always come back revitalised after having a lovely holiday of their own! Plus the hutches are such good quality we've decided to modify our own so they are more like hers (e.g: using soft plastic coating so the hutches can stand on grass but are still digsafe). We wouldn't leave our bunnies with anyone else. I fully recommend her services to anyone! :)
Caroline is excellent and I am so thrilled to have found her. The grass runs are attached to the hutches so the bunnies can go where they please when they want to. Whenever I have been all the hutches and runs that I see are immaculate and all the rabbits are obviously very well cared for and loved. A 5* bunny hotel.
We discovered Creature Comforts small animal boarding approximately a year ago to this month and it was a huge relief for us. We have 3 rabbits who are basically like our children and we love them to bits. We had tried and tested 3 or 4 various small animal boarding places around Oxfordshire over the past 3 years but each time we left our rabbits behind our minds would fill with doubt and worry. Space was our biggest concern. Some places simply didn't have the space to have runs attached to the hutches at all, some didn't have the 6ft x 6ft hutches that the RWAF recommend as standard practice, and some just had hutches stacked on top of hutches and the rabbits had to wait to be lifted down to a run to exercise and stretch their legs. Location was also a key factor for us because we never felt comfortable leaving the bunnies in the back garden of a big housing estate or near to a main road. Our oldest female bun suffered an injury at one boarding place and as soon as we had returned from holiday we had to take her to the vets for treatment. We felt terrible for her and frustrated not to have been notified. We faced a dilemma but as luck would have it we eventually stumbled upon Creature Comforts' beautiful website and saw that it was approved by the RWAF. In excitement we contacted Caroline straight away and within days we were able to visit and see the place for ourselves. Creature Comforts is set in beautiful surroundings and provides a wonderful safe sanctuary for rabbits and small animals who are provided with ample space to run, jump and binky as they should and be cared for by someone who understands their dietary and physical needs.
Caroline is the most kind and caring person you could ask to care for your pet. For the last three years Caroline has provided excellent care for our pet dog Rooi; she walks him in the week for us and has provided numerous pet sitting visits. Caroline is reliable, trustworthy and has excellent knowledge about caring for pets. She goes above and beyond and treats Rooi as part of her own family. We know he’s in safe hands and don’t know what we would do without her. Thank you Caroline.
We had such a wonderful experience with Yvonne. She looked after our cockapoo Woody so brilliantly and took him on some amazing walks. What was most reassuring for us was that he was so excited to see Yvonne and the other dogs every time we dropped him off (or Yvonne kindly picked him up) and he was always suitably tired (but happy) when he came home again. Yvonne offers a very professional but friendly service and she went above and beyond to accommodate our schedules. We will definitely be using her services again in the future and would highly recommend her business to anyone else in the area.
When I found Yvonne a couple of years ago all my dog-care worries vanished! I was only prepared to leave Peanut with the best, and Yvonne and her family are just that. Yvonne is kind, always ready to help, professional, and flexible, and the dogs quickly become part of this wonderful human and doggy family. Her service is worth every penny. Peanut was clearly loved, and as an older dog Yvonne identified and catered for her needs whether she was there for a day or overnight. Now we have Mimi the puppy, who adores Yvonne and her family, loves running around the beautiful, big, safe garden, and playing with the doggy friends she has made. We were so lucky to happen upon Happy Tails when we moved to Oxford two years ago. Yvonne has been walking and minding Coco regularly since then. She is flexible, reliable and a genuine dog lover. Coco is always excited to see her and her family along with her many doggy pals. I highly recommend Yvonne and the excellent service she provides.
Yvonne has been walking our dog for the last year or so, and we couldn’t be happier with the service she provides. She’s super with animals, and it’s clear she has a real love for them. It’s obvious our dog loves the walks with Yvonne - we can tell from the wonderful update photos Yvonne sends us! She’s excellent value for money. We couldn’t recommend her enough!
We were so lucky to find Yvonne - she is reliable, communicative, extremely flexible and most importantly so clearly loves our dog. He eagerly waits by the door the days she takes him out, and the photos she sends us every time prove he’s loving every minute. My one warning is if you are thinking of using Yvonne you must be emotionally strong enough to deal with the fact your dog may love her a tiny bit more than he loves you!!
Our dog Holly adores Yvonne and her lovely family. Yvonne takes her on wonderful walks and Holly always comes back well exercised and happy. She has also stayed overnight very happily with Yvonne. We have found Yvonne to be absolutely reliable and flexible. We are very lucky to have found Happy Tails for Holly!
I can not recommend Happy Tails highly enough. Yvonne is extremely professional dog-manager and my Fox-terrier Paddy absolutely adored both day-care & longer term boarding with she & her family. The location of Happy Tails, on the outer Oxford border, is also idyllic for dogs. There is plenty of free space to run around & Yvonne takes the dogs on long walks & sends back photos showing the activities & adventures. I will be forever grateful for the love & care Happy Tails has given us.
Yvonne is amazing with all dogs. She was always very responsive and Poppy loved going there. She always came home exhausted which is always a good reference to how much she enjoyed herself. I always knew she was likely having a better time at Yvonnes than I was doing whatever I needed to do. Five star review! Thanks Yvonne.
Our dalmatian Dolly always has a wonderful time with Yvonne, who is an extremely caring and reliable dog sitter. Dolly can be anxious away from her family, but she always settles very quickly with Yvonne and absolutely loves her big garden and the wonderful long walks. Thoroughly recommended.
We couldn’t ask for a better dog Walker than Yvonne: she communicates brilliantly with us to set up the walks for the week and sends us amazing pictures so we get to see just how much fun our dog Boris has had. No matter the weather Yvonne can be relied on to give your dogs a good walk. Her help whilst we have been working from home and stuck on the phone all day has been a godsend. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Updated: July 13th 2023 For several years now the team at My Best Friend Dog Care have helped us out when our daughter's dog,Huxley, our furry grandson comes to stay. They always manage to fit him in. Even at short notice. Today it was Lauren who has done an excellent job. As well as him looking great, he also always seems to enjoy the experience. We really can't recommend this place more highly. Thanks to all the staff who provide such a friendly and professional service. Updated: December 2022 This is a superb dog groomers. At very short notice they were able to accommodate a grooming for the dog of a family member. The dog was staying with us for a few weeks. The dog loved it and looked really tidy. We will certainly use this place again in the future, when our doggy guest is with us 🐶 Indeed we have returned : Once again Clara provided a superb grooming for our guest dog. Indeed his next visit is already booked. It is reassuring to know that such a professional service is available close by. As 2022 draws to a close, yet again our visiting dog has managed to secure several visits to Clara and her team, during his stays with us. Each time he returns looking and smelling great. He is also full of vim and vigour when we collect him.
I have used My Best Friend Dog Care for both grooming and for boarding and can't recommend the service I have received highly enough. My elderly (and quite smelly) dog always comes away looking and smelling lovely from his grooming sessions. When I needed to use Jon and Clara's boarding services they took great care to match their carer with my dog's needs and I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again. I can't think of one thing I would change about the experiences we have had over the last two years and I would highly recommend MBFC to any dog owner.
Highly recommend , Jon has found some brilliant carers to have our dogs when we are away , they have always been well looked after and have had a great time , Put your trust in Jon if you are looking for dog boarding when you are away , he will match you and your dogs to the right people. Highly recommend My Best Friend Dog Care. Left our 9 month old Golden Retriever with Jon and Clara for the day and I couldn't be happier. Penny was well looked after and came home one happy pup. Lovely large garden so they can roam around freely, long walks and the online booking system is great.
We have always used My Best Friend for all of our dogs and have never once been disappointed in the care and service they have demonstrated. Jon and his team are fantastic, trustworthy and very reliable. They go above and beyond just caring for our dogs. All of our dogs have been extremely well cared for, loved and fussed over just like we have never been away. If you are considering going away and are worried about leaving behind your dog I would without shadow of a doubt always reccomend My Best Friend. My puppy loves going to Jon and Clara twice a week, I think it's the highlight for him! He jumps out of the car, tail wagging, and pulls all the way to the gate! He has the opportunity to go for walks off lead as well as access to the garden all day and a nice sleeping area if he is tired (which is hardly ever!) I would highly recommend this service!
Poppy was welcomed by Jon And went off happily with him . I received a text that evening to say she was settled and doing fine. When we picked her up after four days she was happy and tailwagging. Visited MBF last week for a much needed nail clipping for Henny (GSP). Really impressed with the lockdown safety measures in place with a one in-one out system and a sanitiser station outside, and inside with a defined area for customers behind a series of screens, whilst everyone was fully masked. It’s clear that Clara, Jon, Lynsey & Molly are all doing their best to look after our pooches and their owners during the pandemic. We look forward coming back, hopefully in better times, but for now this will have to do! Well done gang, keep up the good work.
Bertie is a moggy. He gets bitten by unknown assailants, so can be a bit scabby. He's fussy about people and food. Well, he's a cat... what else would I expect. His normal butler, who he loves, was on holiday so Danni stepped in and did a marvellous job. I received updates about his wellbeing and latest 'war wounds' along with photographs of Bert looking calm, cuddled and enjoying foodie treats - so I knew he was in good hands. I cannot recommend Danni highly enough. If Bert's butler dares to go on holiday again I would not hesitate in asking her to look after his highness. Thank you, Danni. Brilliant Job. xxx
Our pup Spencer, absolutely loves Danni at Danni’s Diddy Dogs. We use Danni on an adhoc basis, when we’re out at family and friends events. Danni absolutely adores what she does and it really shows. We get photos and pupdates on what Spencer’s been up to. If they’ve had a walk together, we also see a map of the route which is handy, especially if we’re looking for a new adventure. I can’t recommend Danni enough, she’s incredible at her work and we know Spencer is always well looked after, in her care. Thank you for everything you do Danni!
Danni is so good at what she does, comes with a huge amount of knowledge and she's so passionate and caring. You can tell she genuinely loves the job and your pet's happiness and welfare is her priority. My pup is so well cared for and the positive one to one training and interaction Danni has had with her is evident. Maisy loves seeing Danni and we've received a lot of help and support over the months, bargain price for what you get. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
Danni is just fantastic with my 2 pups!! One who is very energetic and the other is very nervous! With Libby (the nervous one) Danni is so patient with her and Libby adores her when she often hides away from people, Danni is also great at giving advice on training and I love seeing her pupdates and photos at the end of walks, it makes my day when I’m at work! Libby and Russell love her lots! I can’t recommend her enough.
Danni has been walking our young excitable Cocker spaniel Lyra for nearly a year. She is extremely professional & friendly; giving great updates from every walk. In addition she has been more then happy in helping us with training Lyra for recall & lead walking. Couldn’t recommend Danni highly enough & Lyra loves the walks they have together!
Danni visits our staffy twice a week while we’re at work. She very quickly became his very best friend and he loves her visits. She makes me feel at ease leaving him, because I know he’s in the best hands. We love the updates and pictures we get from every one of her visits, which are unique and adapted to the needs of each of her doggo clients. We would highly recommend her services. 11/10 heckin great!

Rudy had a fabulous stay at Pet Whisperers hotel for 11 nights. We had regular updates, videos and pictures of our Boy, all were really appreciated! We could relax knowing that our boy was well looked after and constantly stimulated during the day, tired and comfortable during the night. Oxford Pet Whisperers are an exceptional team of caring and dedicated professionals whom I completely trust with our puppy. The heartwarming videos they share on Instagram always brighten my day, showing all the happy dogs playing and enjoying themselves. They provide a wide range of activities and enrichment experiences, and you can even book additional services like baths, tail trims, and full grooming. Amber absolutely loves her time with them and has grown so much more confident since she started attending. I would highly recommend Oxford Pet Whisperers to anyone looking to enhance their puppy’s socialisation. Or to anyone needing day care facilities due to work schedules.
Our golden retriever Ella is a regular daycare visitor and this year we tried the doggy hotel facilities for the first time. It gave us peace of mind as we knew she will be comfortable knowing all staff and environment, and she absolutely loved it, I don't think she was very impressed when we turned up to pick her up 5 days later, she wanted to carry on with the fun! We had a couple of updates on how she is getting on which was lovely to have. And you can see what your pup is up to during the days on Instagram account. Would definitely recommend this over regular kennels!
Lovely introduction. The business has an amazing concept with everything to make the dogs and the owners happy. So much space and all is clean and safe. Even the air gets filtered. My dog didn't want to come with me home after 30 minutes there.
once again Oxford pet whisperer have outdone themselves my little baby Frenchie had the time of his life actually came back with some extra manners. They also managed to squeeze me in a short note as I had to go away thank you very much for everything you’ve done.
We booked our dog in for a puppy groom last year. We looked online and saw that it was going to cost £10 but were surprised by hidden charges and ended up paying around £35-£40. The female groomer was not friendly towards our dog and did not even ask for his name, then was rude when we arrived back a few minutes late to collect him. He did not look well groomed and certainly did not look happy in his post groom photo (see pic). Upon returning home we found out why as the groomer had cut him under the eye and did not tell us. It looked like she had just washed the wound and covered it up. Luckily it did not become infected. We were very displeased and frankly disgusted with the service but due to other factors in life getting in the way at the time we never reached out to Oxford Pet Whisperers, hence the late review. We would certainly not return nor recommend their services to anyone else.
From the start, they have been very accommodating, professional and so friendly! We love the amount of time our pup gets to play and socialise with her friends as well as the first week report card and ongoing photos we can see on social media during her visits! A really well-run and dog centric business who we will be sure to continue to use 👍🏻
All I can say is that this company provides a fantastic service - my 16 week Frenchie had the time of his life playing and mixing with the other dog and staff. thanks for all the support and kindness you gave to my little boy.
Thank you so much for another fabulous groom on Friday. The family commented on how silky soft his coat was and he smelt fabulous. Teddy is so happy at OPW he goes off happily and comes home content and in need of a good long snooze. Having a bath/groom at OPW is a must, especially if the children/grandchildren are home for the weekend as Teddy looks and smells great. Roll on his Christmas groom . Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Jamie, Natalie and the team are amazing. I’ve been sending my dog Cooper to oxford pet whisperers for a year and a half now since he was a puppy and I wouldn’t dream of using any other daycare/dog walking service. They are experts in their field and take such good care of Cooper. He comes home tired out for the evening after a day at daycare and as soon as I turn the corner in to the car park to drop him off, he gets so excited! The pick up and play service is great too as it allows me to be a lot more flexible with work! The daily updates on Instagram are fantastic as it allows you to see what your dogs been getting up to in the day. Couldn’t give a more glowing review ⭐️

Don't take the risk. Genuinely cannot believe that this place is still receiving custom. Our family dog was absolutely terrified and disengaged on pickup after his day here. He still flinches when I try to touch his legs. God knows what happened here, but you would expect them to be taken care of whilst under the care of the pet hotel. Looks like we're not the only ones, too. I would go as far as to say that our puppy came away traumatised, whereas with other daycares he has always come home happy and with tail wagging to see me. David, the taller staff member, was awful at dealing with our puppy and kept trying to make us feel like we'd somehow not trained him enough. Safe to say that's rubbish as our pup has since had a fantastic time at other day cares and is well beyond his age in terms of training and behaviour. Regardless, I will not be returning to this pet hotel. Maybe you'll be alright if you have a dog that goes unphased, since I suspect that something happened during my pup's time here that I imagine will now cost us a fair few £ in behavioural training and recovery. Obviously posted under a pseudonym due to these people having my home address etc.
Such a lovely pet hotel, and the owners are amazing! They are super knowledgable and really care about each and every dog. They want the very best for all of their dogs and take extra care with each breed. My puppy absolutely loves going there! Four Paws is definitely the best pet hotel in Oxfordshire - without a doubt.
Do not send your dog here. We normally use home boarding, but as our dog had not been spayed yet, we had to use kennels. This looked very nice with the heated floors, ensuite, and good reviews. We were not aware of the change in ownership. Our dog is not a barky dog. So much so that when we first got her we were concerned as she was so quiet. She might nip playfully which we told them in writing. So you can imagine our shock, when we received a phone call on the second day of our ski holiday, saying our dog was barking. Please could we collect her? They did not return all of her belongings despite them being labelled as requested. The manager was not there when we collected ourr dog, we were told she would contact us. She never did. Hence this review. DO NOT leave your dog here. These people have no idea what they are doing. Thankfully our dog has not acquired a barking problem. I am even wondering if they had the correct dog. BTW they will. tell you they post daily photos, they don't look at their FB page.
Mabel was very happy when she stayed here. She's a poodle with high energy but the staff were great with her. Will come back here.
Our dogs are 13, 11 and 5 and, after using the same kennels all their lives, we had to make a change after that business closed. We found Four Paws as a fairly close alternative and the team initially asked that our boys went to them for a morning for a try out which we found very reassuring. They have now had several stays and we couldn’t be happier as they have all come home looking as happy and healthy as ever. The team are friendly and responsive and have been very helpful when one or more of the boys have been on some medication. The facilities are excellent and pricing is reasonable. Leaving your dogs in the care of someone new is always hard but we have felt fully confident that they have been in a professional and caring environment. Overall, we are delighted to have discovered Four Paws and know that we have a safe and reliable place where our boys will be looked after while we are away.
Not only from working here but also from bringing my own dogs to stay i can say that the four paws pet hotel is a wonderful place. Every dog's needs are catered for and if your dog enjoys socializing they will be exercised with other like minded dogs in the secure field. Every dog is given the love and attention that they are used to having at home, as well as being groomed frequently. The kennels are immaculately clean, and the owners are very friendly and understanding with a good knowledge of a variety of breeds. I guarantee that if your dog(s) stay here, they will never want to leave!
Our Staffie has stayed at Four Paws since he was 7 months old. We cannot recommend them highly enough, We have always received a warm welcome from David & Tony. Four Paws accommodation is spotlessly clean, light, bright and very modern. As soon as we pull up to the gates our dog gets so excited and cant wait to get inside. have just picked up my JRT Toby from here and must say this place is fantastic. I have used other kennels for previous dogs but Four Paws knocks the rest out of the park! from drop off to pick up the service for myself and my mutt has been fantastic. As he is still a puppy he had a trial with these and as we were getting in our car they already had him out playing and now he is back home from a long weekend he is the most content dog. I cant write enough to explain how much he has obviously been cared for but if you are in the area I 100% recommend these. Also the prices are VERY reasonable. I have read one or two bad reviews for this place but from my experience of here I am very dubious about these bad reviews. We have already booked him back in without hesitation as we were so impressed. well done four paws team keep doing what you're doing.
A fabulous new kennels in Bampton. Lovely new accommodation with under floor heating, hammock style beds and outside areas. They have various size "rooms" to accommodate more than one dog. The kennel area is very clean as is their doggy kitchen. They have a lovely enclosed area where the dogs can play off lead. The owners obviously love dogs and look after them well. I would highly recommend the Four Paws Pet Hotel.
This is a wonderful company run by a wonderful person. I can’t thank Alex enough for the flexibility she has given us with our dog Pep. Pep always stampedes her way into the house of the carer, Sue. Alex always goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well. There’s loads of reviews on their website but I thought I should put one here. They’re a great outfit.
