We met Pam and Derek prior to them sitting for us as they happened to be in town. We immediately liked them. And so did Karoo. They arrived on time and immediately bonded with Karoo again. They sent us lovely photos of Karoo and it was clear that she was very relaxed and had adopted them into her routines. We came home to a clean and tidy house, and it was wonderful to see them again.
