It was a real treat for me to spend a lovely weekend with four friendly dogs for company in a beautiful comfy house surrounded by peaceful countryside. I was treated to a delicious supper with Claire and Jonathan before they left, all dog and house instructions were clearly explained. Claire left me delicious biscuits and the run of her lovely kitchen and I stayed in a very comfy room with en suite. And the dogs were adorable. Birdie and Penny loved their walks so much - dashing back and forth through the woods while Pip pottered along checking out all the smells. Daisy AKA Dave preferred to have the kitchen to herself and then check us all out with a waggy tail when we got back. A special stay and special dogs!
Carol and Poona are in a beautiful location with a tremendous home with great nearby access to downtown Sebastopol. They were very generous with us and have a fur baby family of fantastic person, or rather, cat-alties. They provided guides about the distinct personalities and many of the needs of all the cats. We would have liked a bit more of a heads up on the scope of caring for their particular breed. Nonetheless, we were grateful for the time caring for their home, garden and sweet kitty loves in Sebastopol!
THS review It was a pleasure to house sit Layla and Ike. They are both easy to look after and great company. Layla stayed close to me. She was always excited at meal times and enjoyed her treats. Ike was distant at first, but he got use to me, especially asking for food. Eric and Meg are very easy going, welcoming and helpful. I arrived late in the evening and was grateful to have been picked up from the airport after a long journey. All the details about the house sit were clearly explained. The house is located in a good area within walking distance of the mall, shops and markets.
Irenee, Donal and the kids are lovely people, and ready to help you for anything you might need. Their house is extremely pleasant to live in, it's perfectly located and accessible via public transport (so no worries if you don't have a car! Plus, Irenee and Donal allowed my friend and I to use their bikes, which was helpful!). I only pet-sitted for Norman, but I had the pleasure to interact with Barney and they're both an absolute delight. I highly recommend this Housesit and would definitely do again.
Blake is a wonderful host that make sure I have a comfortable stay. He also provided me a detailed instructions that make my stay a breeze....Jasper and Margot are such sweethearts....they are easy to watch for and a pleasure to take for a long walk at local parks. I won't hesitate to come back if another opportunity arise to watch them in the future.
Lawton and Sami were great hosts! This was my first trip to Philly — Lawton’s personalized welcome guide made taking care of the cats easy and provided some wonderful recommendations in the area. My guests and I felt cozy and welcomed in their home, and were able to explore so many parts of the city within walking distance. Lexi and Noel were SUCH sweethearts and their purrs were actually healing. I am beyond grateful for this sit and for Lawton’s communication, and would stay here again!
