Lauren was amazing with our three furballs. I didn’t have any worries the entire 10 days we were gone. She checked in with us regularly & kept us up to date. I would consider her a part of our family now.

Eva and Bogdan were great! We had to repost this sit when our confirmed sitter canceled last minute. Eva and Bogdan were very accommodating in that they were happy to arrive a day early to be sure there were no hiccups and sent daily updates while we were away. We came home to three happy and very clean boys! The apartment was immaculate as well :)

Allen and their partner watched my cat Terra over a weekend trip, and I felt much better having folks in my house watching my cat while I was away!

Cata and Tawni spent more than two weeks in our home, and took care of our dog and two cats. They sent us pictures of them when we asked about them, and the house was clean and tidy when we got back home. They were quick to answer when we communicated over a time difference. The animals were happy, healthy and calm when we got back, and obviously enjoyed spending time with Cata and Tawni. Thank you again for taking care of our little family and home!

Deborah arrived a day before I left and I felt very confident about leaving my cat in her care. She is friendly, self-sufficient and I came back to a very clean house. She sent me pictures of Rosie and I could see how happy she was. Would definitely highly recommend Deborah for a pet sit.

We have a lot of pets to look after with 2 dogs, a cat, chickens and fish. I therefore asked Marie and Jawad to come over the day before we left to meet the animals and show them the local area. They were charming, very accommodating and good with the animals. They kept in touch and we came back to an immaculate house so I would definitely recommend them.

This was our first pet sit and Catherine & fabrizio did a great job. Catherine reassured me our home and pets would be well taken care of from our first interaction and they did not disappoint. Our pets appear to have been well taken care of and our home was clean and just as we left it upon our return. She sent me pics and updates of pets as well for my peace of mind. I would definitely have them back.

Although I have used TH several times since 2018, this is the first review I have submitted. Tom has restored my faith in both TH in general and sitters under 30 in particular! Tom arrived late on a Friday night and I did not leave until Monday afternoon so I could show him around. At some point either on Saturday or early Sunday I noticed Tigger following him around. It was obvious he wanted to be close to Tom. I had never seen Tigger do this before. The previous sitter took good care of them, but I did not see much affection or connection even after 4 months together. With Tom I could see it almost immediately. It was mutual between him and the dogs. He cooked their meat and veggies to mix in with the kibble, gave Tigger his obligatory supplement every day and walked them very early on the beach before the sun was too hot, playing with them in the ocean at times. I received photos and an occasional video of them and could see how happy they were - to the point where I thought they might get depressed when he left! Fortunately, they didn't... Tom is just so calm with a lovely energy that the dogs obviously sense. Considering his prior experiences were mostly with cats I was surprised at how quickly he "clicked" with them and would highly recommend him as a sitter for any pet. If I could give him more than 5 stars in the pet care category I would! He did not complain when the internet was erratic and/or the electricity went off (for some reason, much more during the 2 months he was here than usually happens in the better part of a year!), but let me know so I could contact the neighbors and find out what was going on. As for the house and my possessions (I put those in the "tidiness" category) I have yet to have any sitter who has not left at least a few or sometimes many things either broken or damaged or even lost, not to mention dirty - even though they were clean when the sit started. The difference with Tom was that he good-naturedly came back (he stayed nearby at a new friend's house for a few days after the sit) and spent the better part of an afternoon cleaning most of the things that had been left dirty. And when I pointed out some damage to a wall he offered to pay to fix it (I did not accept, but very much appreciated the offer). Speaking of cleaning, I bought a brand new vacuum right before the previous sit started in order to make cleaning easier for the sitter. It was still in the box. When I returned it was lying on the living room floor covered in thick dust on the outside and filthy inside the drum where the filthy filters were; and the tube and attachment were completely clogged. I cleared out the tube, but gave up on the drum and filter after removing some of the dirt. I wasn't even sure it would work. Tom cleaned it all up and was able to use it! He also helped me upload a couple of photos onto my listing. He is so pleasant and considerate, asking about things he was in doubt about instead of just doing them and hoping he had made the right choice - unfortunately, I can't think of a specific instance right now and since I believe today is the last day to submit the review they will remain unsaid. In closing, I would like to publicly thank Tom for giving such loving care to Tigger and Shala. I highly recommend that you choose him as a sitter - your pets will thank you! :)

This is such a wonderful family!! The house was so clean and tidy when we got back from our holiday and Tiber had obviously been so well loved!! They sent pictures often and it is obvious that Tiber misses them a lot, we would love to have them back, and would highly recommend them!

Magdalena had an emergency early on so left Sebastian to manage on his own. That's why a team sit is good! My dog probably had longer periods alone than we were expecting but at least there was no interruption. I believe Sebastian made extra efforts to adjust his work schedule to come home when the dog needed to be walked. I don't speak spanish very well but they tolerated my efforts and used as much English as they could. Texting and translation apps were enough to have good communication. They could have left the house cleaner by sweeping the floor and putting away items used. However the most important things were good care of my dog and trustworthiness which I was satisfied with. I think it would have been even better under different circumstances had Magdalena been able to stay the full two weeks.
