Kati is a 5 star host, and Luna is a 5 star co-host! Kati's space is VERY relaxing - a balcony with sounds of coyotes, waterfalls, trees blowing - all day. The condo is spacious, super clean and has everything you need for cooking. Luna is a sweet girl. She warmed up to us about two days into our sit, and became a cuddle monster. We've been invited back for a longer sit in June and are VERY excited! 10/10 recommend.
Looking after Luca, Alba, Manu and Mali was really enjoyable and lovely. They are brilliant pets, very loving, and super easy to care for. All 4 of them get on very well with each other (which I was really impressed by!). The dogs enjoy walks and have a great energy while outside, but are also calm and quiet inside the house. Suki warned me that they are not the best at recall, which is true, and a few times I opted for longer walks on the lead. However other times they were great off the lead. Both the cats are also very easy to care for, and enjoy snuggles once in a while. They’re all very clean pets too. Suki was super easy to communicate with, and was a relaxed and helpful host. We arrived the evening before Suki left, as they were heading away really early in the morning. I don’t generally agree to sits with an overlap with the owner as it can be much less relaxing, but due to timings this one was no bother. :) The house was spacious and just like the listing described. It takes 2hrs to get into the city center (Taksim or eminonu) when there is no traffic, but in traffic it could be longer. All three express buses (E57/E58/E59) stop right outside the door which is awesome. The house is also walking distance to shops such as migros, and a local market, along with 2 nice parks. The kitchen was well equipped, and Suki even left some fruits and veggies in the fridge that we could use which was really kind. One thing I would note is that the kitchen was quite dirty and I spent a few hours cleaning it so that I could use it during the rest of the sit. This was the only area that Id suggest cleaning a little more before the next sit. From the house, we also visited the beach at Büyükçekmece as well as enjoyed walks in the park. There is a forest to the north which you can also reach by bus. Overall it was very enjoyable to look after Luca, Alba, Manu and Mali. Thanks for having us!
I would highly recommend pet sitting for Shelley. The communication before, during, and after the stay was phenomenal. They made me feel right at home. They had a gift basket with Colorado made foods. They encouraged me to stay in the master bedroom, and the bed was very comfortable. I was working remote, and they helped me set up my laptop. They have a very nice office. The dogs and cat are well behaved. Mister loves to play catch in the backyard. Jazzie enjoys being petted and will give you lots of kisses. Bit is a little shy at first and usually comes out in the early morning. I would recommend this pet sitting job. I would pet sit here again. :)
I enjoyed staying at Emmanuelle's. The neighborhood is very quiet, the house is big, the kitchen well equipped. I didn't use the trampoline or the garden much as the weather was bad for all of my stay. I was at home more than the two lovely cats. They're independent, do their business outside and might join you for a cuddle session on the sofa. My wishes to Booda and especially Jake. Hope the hairloss is only because of age😄 Regards joel
This was a wonderful house sit, so peaceful in the countryside, with two beautiful cats. Mariah is super easy to communicate with, so it was a joy from start to end. Anyone house sitting here, will have a great time, in a wonderful location.
We felt lucky to look after Playa. Kelly and Ash are amazing people. They invited us to stay several days before the sit, which allowed us to know them better. Their beautiful house is in a very nice neighbourhood close to everything. And ice on the cake, there are stunning trails 15 min away. Playa was a pleasure to look after. She has the character more of a cat than a dog. Once you know that, she is super sweet and clever. We loved our walks in her company. We enjoyed our stay from the start to the end and could only recommend this sit!

I have not actually had a dog groomed here. However, one of my patients was diagnosed with cancer and we did not want to vaccinate due to possible interference with his upcoming treatment. He had a grooming appointment at PetSmart after having half of his jaw removed and I included a letter stating that he was not a rabies risk dog. Despite this, Petsmart refused to groom him. We called Emmy's that day and they did not hesitate to get him in. This is the kind of community-loving business we should all be supporting.
BEWARE: If you love your dog, please DO NOT send them to Emmy’s. You will pay for your dog to be emotionally abused - see below email to owner Kate and similar reviews: Kate, Sadly we have chosen not to have our dog return to daycare due to some concerns. Our dog is a social and obedient dog who gets along well with other people and animals and because of this we were hopeful that he would truly enjoy daycare. The last two times we brought him, he was cowering to the ground and appeared afraid and anxious of the staff. On 2 different occasions my wife observed the staff over correcting him with the slip lead. We understand the slip lead can be necessary for safety reasons, but it appeared that our dog was the one in an unsafe situation. Once a handler pulled on the lead so hard his front feet came off the ground, this was while he was still in the sally port. There was no indication that our dog had been doing anything wrong as he had just arrived. On Monday, November 13th, my wife stayed and watched the monitors in the lobby for a little while. Our dog hesitantly had gone down the hallway with another dog and Michelle. He seemed afraid but went along. He was held in the sally port while 5 other dogs came and went into the big room. No handler interacted with our dog at this point and he was standing in a corner by himself. My wife said to Michelle because she was at the desk that our dog appeared to be anxious. Michele quickly responded with “has anything changed at home?” Nothing had changed at home and our dog was happy that morning until he arrived at daycare. Michelle then went back to the room, stood in the sally port but out of camera view and said something to the handler in the room. At this point the handler went into the sally port and placed a slip lead on our dog. He immediately crouched to the ground in a fearful manner. My wife watched the handler drag our dog by the slip lead from one end of the sally port to the other until they were now out of camera view. Our dog never stood up and was on his belly with legs out while being dragged by the slip lead. A few minutes later our dog was led by a handler out of the sally port and immediately went outside and out of view of the camera. My wife called me that morning crying and upset because of the way our dog was treated by the staff and requested that I go check on our dog. When I arrived, Michelle was the desk helping another customer. When she asked if I needed help I told her I was looking for my dog on the monitor. She then went back to the room, again stood out of camera view and said something to a nearby handler. That handler immediately proceeded outside to inform the handler who was with our dog. When I returned to pick up my dog, he ran towards me but was still crouching to the ground which is not something he has ever done before. When we got home he immediately put himself in his crate, which is his safe space. Due to these events and the new behaviors exhibited by our dog going to daycare we have determined it not to be in our dog’s best interest for him to continue. We don’t want him to be unsafe, stressed or afraid of people when going to daycare. We wanted him to be happy and feel safe when not in our care and we need to be able to trust the people responsible for his care.
Emmy’s is a great doggy daycare. Clean facility along with a great staff. My dog Jake has been going there for a couple of years now and he absolutely loves it. They also offer grooming if you’re looking for that as well. I highly recommend.
We’ve been going to Emmy’s for over 5 years and love it! Kate and her team are amazing and our two dogs are always so excited to go. They do a great job training (shout out to Lenette and Sarah!) and we love their home boarding. We also appreciate that dogs are not separated by size and have the freedom to go in and out all day. We highly recommend Emmy’s!
My 1 year old Dog has been going to Emmy’s for about 5 months. We have the best experience here. My dog gets so excited when I say we are going to “daycare” and always goes running to the door when I say we are going! We tried a previous daycare before coming to Emmys and my dog seemed escalating going and whined when I left him, which was enough to me to realize how great Emmy’s is! Emmy’s has been so flexible with our family and we feel very supported. My dog got sick in July and they were so understanding that he had to take an extended time off of daycare. I am also expecting my first child and they have been so flexible with scheduling while we figure out our new normal. All the staff seem to really care and I do not know them all by name but shout out to Amy, Michelle, Sage and the wonderful owner Kate! Overall we are so happy that our Dog has somewhere safe and fun to go when we need extra help getting him socialized and all his energy out!

We couldn't rave more about Emmy's! They take stellar care of our golden retriever, Bogey. Bogey has made so many life-long friends at Emmy's... both human and canine alike! Nothing makes our day quite like seeing a picture of Bogey having a ball at school. The staff at Emmy's is exceptionally personable, dependable, and professional. We feel so lucky to have such a loving and hardworking group looking after our fur baby. Emmy's is and will always be Bogey's second home.
Our German Shepherd has been going to play at Emmy's Barking Lot since she was 4 months old and she has loved every minute of it. I really feel like everyone at the Barking Lot cares about the dogs and wants them to be the best canine citizens they can be. And our doggie has the best time when she goes. We have also used Emmy's Barking Lot for boarding and I can't tell you how awesome it is to know that your dog is in someone's home, not in a kennel, and with someone they know well. And finally, Lennette is a great trainer, we have used her and she has helped us understand our dog so much more. We had such a great experience and outcome for her and us.
Everyone at Emmy's has a true love of dogs and it shows! My pups can hardly contain themselves when we pull up. The level of care here is exceptional, and each person takes time to get to know your dog and their unique personality. Highly recommend Emmy's Barking Lot - Kate and Sam and all the ladies are fantastic!
Another update, 2.5 years later - I still take every opportunity that presents itself to recommend people NOT bring their dogs here. I've learned from talking to a number of others in the area they've had similar issues with their dogs at this place, which is both distressing and reassuring (that we're not insane for feeling this was such an awful experience). The staff hunting me down on facebook to attempt to sabotage our efforts to find a new place (while being SUPER conscientious about not badmouthing them on social media, even though we were mad) will never leave my mind as just like - WHYYYY. Who does this? Anyway. Our dog is still thriving away from Emmy's, and rotates between a couple other daycares and boarding centers that love him and welcome him happily. If you care about your dog, take them literally anywhere else. Update, 1 year (and a bit) out from leaving Emmy's - we discovered their training methods were really traumatizing to our rescue dog. We are insanely guilty for letting him stay there for so long. After a lengthy period away, and work with other excellent dog care groups, we have him back to the dog we sent there initially - a calm, kind, sweet, happy, un-distressed bundle of love, who is not constantly being made more anxious by the daycare environment. After a lengthy period of reflection, I'm still appalled by how unprofessional, biting, and vindictive the owner and some staff members were after we left. This was a really scarring experience for us during a particularly challenging chapter of life. I actively go out of my way to recommend others avoid this daycare center now, anytime dog daycares come up in conversation.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Puppy Love Pet Care! April not only takes my dog on play dates three days a week, but she also watches him at her home while I'm away. Henry adores April and playing with all of his friends! It's also comforting to know that Henry is with a family that adores him while I'm away and not locked up in a kennel.
April has been watching our Molly for the past 1.5 years. We found her through a personal recommendation and never looked back. She is so loving & caring with the dogs and helps with anything you on are working on -training wise ( bonus) . Molly is also socialized on these days, playing with many of her other dogs she takes care of. April also does sleepeovers and Molly comes home exhausted and so very happy. April is a Godsend. . I was anxious about finding the right fit for a walker for my high energy GSP when I moved to Pembroke. By chance I found April on Facebook and set up a meeting. She came over to meet Gus and it was a great fit from the start. The only downside is I think Gus likes April better than me now :-( From a business perspective - she is super responsive, flexible with weekly schedules changing, and her rates are awesome for the quality of care. I highly recommend April to anyone moving to the area!

My Dog has been doing Daycare with April now for about 6 months and its the best thing I could of done for him. April is so caring, and really loves her pups. I might be biased because the owner is my sister, but April is truly amazing with her fur baby guests! When we go away for vacations or long weekends that our pup can't attend, we drive all the way from NH (2 1/2 hrs!!) to pembrook so April will have her!! I highly recommend Puppy Love Pet Care!!

Last year when I fell and fractured a vertebrae I was unable to walk the puppy I had adopted so I needed to get someone to walk Willow. Torri came over to meet Willow and get to know her. Willow had made a new friend 💕 Torri is sweet, very caring and very professional. 🐾🐕🦺
When we took on an Australian Shepard puppy last year, I had no idea what I was doing and I needed help to run out that puppy energy. Enter TT's Pampered Pets. Business owner Torri is INCREDIBLE. She loves each animal as if it was her own. I am always treated to pictures of my pup out on walks, playing, and being loved by Torri. On top of that, dogs ADORE her. She gets better greetings when she walks in than we do! And if that wasn't enough, she stepped up to the challenge to take care of our entire farm while we travel (horses, donkeys, ducks) and her love and attention naturally extended to our home and our outdoor animals. Our family cannot say enough about how much we love this doggy daycare. The owners, Missy and Nikki, along with their entire staff are the best! They care so much for each and every dog that comes through the doors as well as the parents of each dog. We have a great relationship with everyone and truly feel this is an amazing community to be part of. We recently lost our Weim to cancer and throughout his treatment he kept going to "school" and we would be provided an assessment at the end of each day on how he did that day. After he passed, the outpouring of love and support from Salty Dog and other clients blew us away. The are also very active on FB and IG so throughout the day the pictures of my pups playing in photos and videos are awesome to see. They are so happy there. Driving to "school" in the morning I hear constant excitement from the back seat as we get closer as they know exactly where they are going. Once we arrive, they bolt inside to see their friends. At pickup time, they are exhausted from all the fun they had that day. It's just a wonderful feeling to see them so happy and cared for. We HIGHLY recommend supporting this local female owned small business, you and your pup will not regret it! I know we haven't (6 years and still going every day!)

Our pup leaps out of the car every time and without questions is received with so much love and kindness EVERY.SINGLE.TIME!!! We have gone to salty dog for about 2 years. The staff is great and lulu loves going to day care there. The groomers also do a great job. Overall great doggie day care!
I’ve been taking my golden retriever to Salty dog for over a month now and it’s been such a great experience! My dog LOVES going there and runs through the door every time. The girls who own it are super friendly along with their staff. They definitely love the dogs like their own. Would highly recommend! PS- they post tons of Instagram pictures and videos so you can see what your pup is up to!
We have been taking our sweetheart Penny to Salty Dog Daycare for 7 months now and could not be happier with the care that our pup receives. The new owners are so trustworthy and wonderful and we feel so comfortable leaving her in such loving hands. The rest of the staff is just as compassionate and they all clearly love their jobs. We got our rescue 3 1/2 years ago, he is a pit bull/Australian cattle dog mix. At the time, we lived in Pembroke about 5 miles from Salty Dog. We now live 45 min away, and still take Brodie to Salty Dog. They are the most loving, professional, greatest day care around. They know all their dogs likes and dislikes, their facility is clean and well organized. Missy and Nicki run an incredible business! I highly recommend them. From Brodie and his family!
Salty Dog Doggy Daycare is just the best! My dog is never more excited than when she goes to Salty Dog, and never more tired than when she gets home from Salty Dog. The employees are professional and curteous, and always have a smile on their faces. The space is nice and big with plenty of room for the dogs to run around and play. I would absolutely recommend Salty Dog Doggy Daycare to any dog owner.
Our family loves salty dog daycare! The owners are wonderful. They're very responsive even answering through text messaging and they take such good care of our one-year-old boxer. They keep him cool in the heat which means so much to us!
Love the crew and the atmosphere there! Definitely doggy heaven with plenty of space inside and out for the dogs to play and roam. One of the only daycares on the south shore that doesn't breed discriminate! Most of the crew is always smiling and willing to answer any and all questions that I have. Recommend this to anyone wanting a safe comfortable environment for the fur baby to spend the day!
My dog and I both love Salty Dog. Every day we pull into the parking lot he gets so excited to play with his dog and human friends there. The staff are always so friendly and you can really tell they care about each and every dog. I can't recommend them enough

This daycare is amazing! They have cameras so I can see my pup, it's super clean, and even has special accomodations for pups that aren't too social. The staff are very professional and caring. They open nice and early which makes it so much easier with my work schedule. I'm so at ease leaving my best furry friend with them whether it's for daycare or boarding. Such a nice piece of mind. And my guy is so excited going there!

I cannot recommend Buddy and Friends enough. If there were 6 stars, I'd give them that. I do not have a typical "daycare dog". He is amazing with people, but not always with other dogs. Buddy and Friends not only takes him, they love working with him. They tell me when he has bad days and good ones, and they work with him as a whole dog, not just another four legged paycheck. My dog loves going to daycare so much he has learned which exit off the highway is the right on and starts pacing the back seat to get me to drive faster. The staff is knowledgeable and they will take the time to work with every dog as an individual, and they will be honest and transparent with you, the pet parent. When Buddy and Friends Doggie Day Care opened up I was excited to take my 13 month puppy Buddy-Lou to a place close by to my home. Reading about the staff credentials, I wanted. My boy to interact with other dogs, learning from other dogs how to behave with staff snd dogs. Because he is always home with my other 10 yr old dog. Yes he goes to Lowes, stores that allows dogs We have been going there approximately 3 weeks, he gets excited driving into the parking lot.. you are professionally , and kindly greeted as you walk in. This facility is extremely clean( no dog/urine, feces smell). The front reception area iis welcoming. What i enjoy I can view what my boy is doing throughout his time there. Via webcam which is part of their facility. I highly recommend this Doggie Daycare. Each area has staff constantly attentive to each dog. When I leave my Buddy -Lou knowing he is having the best day.
My pups and Grandpup love it here! When they’re loaded in the car and we tell them they’re going to school, they go bananas. They even know the way to get there! They know the drill at drop off, I put them safely into a cubby in the entryway, it’s locked from my side then the handler receives them from the cubby door on the other side. I love this procedure so much, it keeps the entryway safe from crowding. After drop off I can peek in on them anytime during the day, they have free live cameras that you can access once your dog(s) are checked in. There really are so many things I love about this daycare, another huge one for me is pricing. They offer a multiple dog discount, so if you have more than one dog, you don’t have to break the bank to let them go and have fun and socialize with friends, both canine and human. Trust me, your dog(s) will come home happy and exhausted! I rarely write reviews but I’m so excited about this new business, I had to share! Bring your pup(s) to Buddy and Friends Doggie Daycare, and they’ll be smiling for sure!! 👏

Our 5 year old labradoodle loves coming to Doggie Works for day care and grooming! Everyone that works here is a DOG LOVER! Our last grooming appointment, April noticed his top teeth were in bad shape and informed us. Turns out he needed some serious dental work at the vet and that our lil guy might have been in pain. So glad she advised us to get it checked out. The entire staff is like this as they go above and beyond with your fur babies! Highly recommend
Doggie Works is amazing!! Having a Golden Doodle we were looking for a groomer who could not only keep her coat mid length and healthy, but could also put her on a schedule. Doggie Works, their groomers, and staff is everything I was looking for. I drive an hour to bring Toffee to Doggie Works for grooming. I cannot recommend them enough!
I can not say enough great things about Doggie Works! The special personalized care they give my dog is far and beyond my expectations. The facilities are always clean, the staff is very attentive and I know, my dog is loved by them as much as he is at home. I trust them completely with our fur baby. Not only do they provide great day care for my pup who does not like to stay home alone, but they also provide grooming services… which is so convenient to have him groomed while he is there any way, community outings with your pup so you can meet the other families and classes such as obedience and first aid. Such a great experience. We have been enrolled at the doggie daycare since the day opened! So Great!!!

I found doggie works a year and a half ago when I decided to adopt a rescue I was fostering. The staff at Doggie Works have gone ABOVE and BEYOND with my dog!! They have taught her basic manners and how to interact with other pups. my dog had to have surgery on her leg in December and was out of daycare for a couple of months, Kristen and Debbie would text me frequently to see how she was doing and if there was anything I needed! Nova doesn’t really like riding in the car but when I tell her it’s time for “school” she will happily get in with her tail wagging! She loves all the staff members at the daycare! They take pictures of your animals during the day and post them on their Facebook so you can see how much fun the pups are having! Debbie and Kristen and the entire staff have really helped Nova come out of her shell, I NEVER worry when I drop her off on school days! I can’t say enough good things about Doggie Works, I honestly don’t know what I would do without them!!

We bring both of our dogs every weekday, and we couldn’t be happier with the Doggie Works team! They are fantastic with our dogs and we always know they will be taken care of when they are at daycare. They come home happy and tired every day!
I needed a dog walker once a week at lunch time for 15 mins max. I explained that my rescue was afraid of other dogs and a little timid. They assured me it was no problem at all. We met the dog walker for a meet and greet and we were very happy - she also assured us she's used to rescues and dogs with anxiety. We told the dog walker she didn't have to walk our dog, just keep her on leash in our fenced in yard and have her go to the bathroom. Our dog likes to sunbathe...so she sometimes just laid there or didn't want to walk around with the dog walker. The lady took offense to this, saying they were not bonding...I said that was fine as long as the dog went to the bathroom. After only 3-4 "walks" I got a call the week of my WEDDING saying that my dog wasn't a good fit for them because she takes up too much time. Literally we're not even asking for a walk to happen - just a quick pee ON LEASH in the yard. They fired us and said that they would help find a replacement dog walker as soon as possible. Do you think I ever heard back again? NOPE. Thanks for nothing. TERRIBLE

The Secret Garden has a great boarding facility. Our very reactive dog has stayed with them many times. They always take their time with him to ensure both he and they are safe. He loves his daily walks around the grounds. the dogs are not kept in small crates. They have their own little kennel to move around in with a raised dog bed. It’s fun to see pictures of him posted on Facebook everyday while we are away. They are very responsive to text messages during business hours. They always respond in a reasonable timeframe when I text to check in on him. I can’t say enough great things about the staff! Thanks for all you do to keep our pup safe while we are away. The team at secret garden continue to help me feel comfortable and stress free while i am away knowing my two dogs are being well taken care of. They post tons of pictures daily and are so helpful with any questions you may have. Thank you secret garden for always taking such great care of Stallion and Rollie!
We love the Secret Garden! More importantly we know our pup loves the whole experience. He is so excited when we pick him up, which is nice to see that he misses us. When we get home he naps almost the rest of the day or evening. We all appreciate the attention and play time he receives. Also, it’s fun to see on facebook the new friends he’s made too. The Secret Garden has lots of space for the pups to play and walk. We always add in a nature walk too when he stays. On the day we pick him up we’ll add an exit bath for him so he’s nice and clean for when he comes home. I’m so happy I don’t have to do that myself anymore. He’s a Husky German Shepherd mix which means an obscene amount of fur! ALL YEAR LONG. I have a hard time bathing his gazillion layers of fur. Leave it to the professionals. It’s worth it every time.
We trust our pup with them! She has a lot of fun playing with her doggie friends. We wouldn’t trust any other boarding or daycare facility with our baby girl.
I never felt comfortable boarding my dog anywhere in the past until I found Secret Garden. They are truly the best place I have ever found! The entire place is clean, the staff is wonderful. The kennels are amazing and not the stackable type! It’s like every dog has their own little paradise! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. My dog never comes back smelling or having any skin issues !! He’s an English bulldog so he is prone to skin issues if not kept clean. I truly think this is the best place and would recommend to everyone!
We have boarded our 3 year old Greater Swiss Mountain dog and 3 year old Basset Hound there 3 times in the past year and have had a great experience. When we pick up our dogs they are happy and healthy and because of this we know they have had the best care possible while at Secret Garden. It is not just a dog kennel in a tiny location, it truly is a resort for your pets because of the land they have. We really like the way they conducted the evaluation before they would allow our dogs to stay there. They evaluate them for hours which gives you and the staff a better understanding on how they will fit in a Secret Garden. And lastly, we feel they have a great grooming service. When we pick them up they alway look and smell clean.
My family and I absolutely love bringing our pets to Secret Garden! We love that we can reach out to them at any time and they are extremely responsive and always helpful and polite! Our pets always come home happy and tired as they are spending a great deal of time playing and socializing we are so fortunate to have such a great facility near our home.

Secret Garden Pet Resort in East Bridgewater is AMAZING!!!!! My dog loves being there and I can enjoy what I'm doing, because I don't have to worry about him. I have peace of mind knowing that the staff is taking great care of him. My family and myself can see pictures of him on their Facebook page, so we can see him enjoying his time there while we are enjoying our time away. I am so grateful I found secret garden! I have 2 dogs- one that is very anxious- and knowing that they have a safe place to go when I am out of town where they will be cared for and loved like they are at home is incredible! They’re able to play and socialize together, share a room, and get lots of energy out. The staff is so kind, and getting updates and seeing loads of photos of my happy pups was so reassuring while I was gone.
Heidi has been a great assist in helping me train my 6 month year old chihuahua puppy. Her instructions are easy to follow and homework with my dog has become fun. I am building my confidence because of Heidi and that’s all part of training. I get trained too 😆. I would definitely recommend Heidi . A+++ …
Heidi’s hounds is amazing. Huge shoutout to Heidi’s Hounds! They have taken such excellent care of my cats over the years when I travel. Recently I was having work done on house while away and one of workers inadvertently let one of my cats out. They came for their daily visit and found her outside. They came back multiple times during the day to try to coax him back inside and making sure he was safe and fed. They communicated what was going on and what they were doing. Just cannot say enough. Really CARE for our fur babies.
We were delighted at the incredible care our dog and cat received during our weeklong vacation. The attention to detail and the loving they gave our pets was outstanding. I’ve been using services since this summer and am very appreciative of the care the staff at Heidi’s Hounds provides for my dog. The pictures and journal entries are always so fun to read. The communication is excellent - you can tell the staff genuinely care about the animals. I highly recommend!
Heidi‘s hounds were nothing but amazing. They were great when I went on vacation. They took great care of my Layla and she loved them as well. They were very responsive, professional, and arrived in a timely manner ! I would recommend them for sure.

Our cats love Heidi’s Hounds and their staff! I’m pretty sure they think they are also on vacation! I have never felt so safe and relieved leaving my babies.
This company is more concerned with money than the well being of pets in their care. They’ve taken on too much customers without enough staff to support it. There are some ‘boutique’ features such as online bookings and pet journals. They were good to use when we had a senior dog. Don’t expect consistent contacts. You never know who will be scheduled, the staff seems to change regularly, there isn’t much flexibility. 3 hour timeframes for the walk times is like working with the cable company. I want more for my puppy.
Heidi's Hounds has been amazing for our dog who does not like strangers. They have been patient and kind and he now looks forward to their visits!
