We had the pleasure of looking after Diane’s beautifully restored home in the lovely French countryside with pretty walks around. The house, the nearby towns and villages are special and it was so nice to meet Diane – a truly lovely person. But best of all is Florette, the sweetest Border Collie you could hope to meet. She’s smart and communicative and very easy to look after and fall in love with!
Seamus is such a sweet gentle boy and the most well mannered dog I've ever met. And also the smartest! He loves his walks and then he's really chill- usually napping. Patrice was wonderful with an easy system to check off his twice daily pill ( very small and easily given in peanut butter) and feedings. The Villages have so much going on all the time no matter your interest. Music is also offered nightly in the four town squares. I would highly recommend this sit. I miss him already.
The best housesit that we could have wished for. Jonathon and Kate are easy-going and fun, and gave us all the information we needed at just the right time. The house was immaculate when we arrived and it had everything we could have needed. They were clearly intent on us having a great sitter experience. Which we did :) The dogs are now friends for life! Boots would jump up and sit on my lap every afternoon while I was working. And Tink might be the cutest thing ever. Easy to look after, and great fun playing with them in the beautiful back garden. The location was ideal, easy to access but feeling like you're in the countryside. We left feeling fully rested, and would be more than happy to go back. Recommended.
Spent a lovely 24 hours with Bunji and Tjindu, the cutest dogs. Karen and Peter were great in communicating throughout the process and were able to meet me prior to departing to run through everything. Very welcoming and a great experience all round!
