Couldn't be more perfect. Emily is wonderful as are her pets. Emily gave good instructions and information as to their routines. Tito... such a good dog! In taking him to the dog park, he had fun playing with the dogs and when it was time to go, he didn't hesitate. He listens and is so well behaved. Sid is just as adorable. Kept to himself most of the time but when it's time to eat, he'll provide little vocal hints. So, so cute. The location is in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Seattle. Very close to Greenlake, just a 5 minute walk. Plenty of grocery stores, coffee and restaurants close by. Parking isn't that great but there are bus stops close by for anywhere you want to go. Would happily sit for this group again.

Scrappy is sooo friendly and such well behaved. He loves his short walks, sniffing everything! Dog friendly cafe at the hotel near by with a water bowl is recommended. Loved seeing the kangaroos from the balcony. Host friendly and good communication.
We had a great time at Cheryl’s home. They invited us over for dinner a few days before. Ralph and Winston are the best! Complete opposites but giant lovable dogs. Winston is 8 months so he is an adorable fluff ball but comes along with puppy behaviors. And Ralph is 5 but we called him old man Ralph. Regal and calm! Not happy. Took me a half of the day with the neighbor to agree about the keys as the lady was silent and switched of the phone when I gave her a call regarding the keys. Stressful. The neighbor also asked lots of questions which I didn’t appreciate either. The owner accused me in damaging their property and asked me to pay for the brand-new desk. After speaking with Lerua Marlen, they recommended me to polish the desk and cover it with the proper oil to avoid the water marks in future. I offered Julia to repair the desk, bought a special treatment and materials to polish and cover the desk, I had a friend, who was willing to do that work for them, but Julia has never replied to me. I appreciate that a couple of euros was a better option. J. knew that the marks can appear, so they were either already there, or she knew how to clean them. I regret I didn’t take pictures when I arrived to check if the water marks were already there before I arrived. It all looks like a scam, BEWARE. Julia was rude with me when we met - I left the flat in tears. You do not expect to be told off by the host after you took care of their pet for free. I paid lots of attention to Whitney the cat, cause she seems not happy and stressed when I arrived. The neighbor bewared me that the cat is agressive upon my arrival. I followed the instructions about feeding the cat, sent daily pictures and videos, but was accused of overfeeding in the end of the sit. Beware. The flat was not clean. I stead of having the rest after my long journey I spent several hours to clean the flat and the fridge thoroughly not to stay for 10 days in the untidy property. The cat and the location are lovely, but people make all impression.

We have been bringing our Siberian Husky, Wasabi to Camp Bow Wow Stamford for about 8 years. He day boards a few times a week and when we go on vacation. This is the only place I’d leave my pet. I tried a few other places but Camp Bow Wow Stamford was the best by far. The staff are wonderful, attentive and caring. They love him as much as we do and it shows in how happy he is when he arrives. I recently hired Carissa to watch my dog Jack and cat, Roxy for five days while I went on vacation. This was the first time I was away from my pets for an extended period of time so it was really important to me that everything would go smoothly. I was so impressed by how Carissa took care of them. Each day I was away I would receive updates from her including photos and videos of the pets out on hikes, playing at the park with other dogs, etc. Carissa is extremely professional and caring. You can see how much she loves the animals in her care. I highly recommend Carissa to anyone in need of dog care.
Carissa is a great doggy daycare provider in Stamford! She took great care of my pup who has a good amount of separation anxiety. My dog was happy and relaxed when I picked her up and got along great with the other dog Carissa had with her! I would definitely book with Carissa again.
My dog Zoe had a great stay with Carissa! She seemed very happy and well cared-for. And I enjoyed working with Carissa. She was quick to respond to messages, sent good updates during Zoe's stay, and attentive to my care instructions. I would gladly book her again and recommend her to anyone! Carissa took care of our two dogs when we were moving, and they couldn’t be in the new house yet. They can be a handful, but she did a great job with them and had helpful tips about walking them (they have always been terrible on leashes). She is very knowledgeable and caring! They came back as happy as ever, and we were very grateful for her attentive care. She also kept me updated with pictures!

You know you have found the perfect sitter and trainer for your fur baby when your dog does not even care when you leave, because he is so happy to play with Carissa and her other furry friends! Carissa treated our dog Stanley like her own when she watched him for a weekend. We could tell that he was having the best time with the other dogs during daycare and we received picture updates through his stay. I am always so hesitant to leave my baby boy anywhere, but after meeting the owner and the staff at Room for paws Pet resort I knew that my mind could be at ease. The facility alone is so impressive. They have everything down to a science and it’s a completely customized experience for you and for your dog. I received several emails while we were away with pictures and when he got home, he was so happy although so tired from all of the playtime. I love the fact that they don’t crate the dogs until night time and they each have their own individual suite. The facility is so clean and you can tell that sanitation is high priority, which I really appreciated. My boy came home bathed and with a blow dry and that was a really nice touch. He will definitely be staying here again.

*the reservation was under my husband’s name Ian Read FYI **I’M ADDING A VIDEO OF PICKING UP MY DOG FROM THE FACILITY ROOM FOR PAWS, SINCE YOU’RE CLAIMING THIS IS A FAKE REVIEW. My husband and I used Room for paws for boarding one week. First, when we entered the facility smell was really bad. I understand this is a dog boarding facility and it will smell like dog, but this was a really powerful smell. We have boarded our dog at other places and none of them were this bad. Anyways, we dropped him off and picked him up after one week. When we opened the used food bag we had left for boarding, the food was clearly spoiled. The smell was so strong it seems like must have been spoiled for a few days already. We gave the facility two full bags just in case but they didn’t use the other new bag. I don’t think I should have had go explain to them to use the new bag of food if the first bag starts stinking like its rotten. Since we picked him up, our dog seemed weak and sick. His weak/less energy condition lasted 3 more days. During that time we took him to the vet since he had diarrhea, weak energy, and liquidy stool would leak from his body. Our vet tested his stool at it came up positive foe Giardia, which he would have had to have picked up at Room for Paws as we delivered him there healthy.

Best doggy daycare and boarding in the area! The staff is very friendly and our dog always comes and goes happily. They’re diligent about feeding and medication as well, and offer walks and hikes to ensure dogs get a chance to spend time outside.
Wonderful kennel with boarding and doggie daycare options. I love the flexibility in boarding options and always add in a bath before we leave so our dog comes home smelling fresh and clean. The facility is clean and the employees know and love my dog. I also adore the photos they share during my dog's stay. This place is a total home run. Competent people and amazing facility.
Absolutely 5 Stars - more if I could!!!! we have a husky who we found about 7 years ago - have taken her for boarding / daily play and grooming to at least 6-7 other places close by and in the neighboring towns - this is the ONLY place she’s ever been really happy when I drop her off to go back and when I pick her up no matter what. She gets tons of extra attention and most importantly love from the staff. I confess I always put her into one of the suites but that’s because she’s my 3rd kid and I like to spoil her. :) Without question, this is and will continue to be my first choice for any boarding or daycare - I know I can trust them with her and they treat her like family… that speaks for itself.
My puppy, Milo, absolutely loves it here! Katrina was warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about caring for dogs. She made sure Milo felt safe and comfortable, and her attention to detail is incredible. Milo comes home happy, tired, and well-socialized after every visit. Katrina has a very calm energy. The first time I brought my dog to her house, he settled in as if he knew the place. He looked happy! My dog has separation anxiety. Katrina makes him amazingly comfortable and is very patient with him. She also constantly sends updates. I am thankful to Katrina for taking care of my nine-year-old baby and will definitely bring him here. Katrina did a great job taking care of our Chihuahua for 2 weeks while we were out. I am usually very stressed out having to leave my dog with someone, but Katrina went above and beyond to provide a great environment including long walks, activities and kept me posted with daily reports on how things are going.

Great place to leave your dog for a day or board for longer stays. My boy Blue absolutely loves this place, sometimes I think more than home with us. He gets a great workout with his buddies and is exhausted when I pick him up. Billy knows dogs and I trust him immensely with our pup.
Our dog Hudson loves going to Pleasant Paws Inn. Julie and Joe are terrific! They take good care of our pup. We feel very comfortable bringing Hudson there for daycare and boarding overnight. Great family-run place!

I would give them 20 stars, if I could. I only wish I had found Pleasant Paws Inn sooner! My dog is a bit on the anxious side and I have never been comfortable with the idea of boarding him in a typical kennel environment. It is clear that everyone at Pleasant Paws has a genuine love for the animals in their care and importantly, they are fantastic about communicating with me while my pup is there. The best thing I can say is that every time I have brought Finnegan there, he is happy to go and every time I pick him up, he is happy to come home. Perfect <3 !
Pleasant Paws has been our dog Fiona’s home away from home for a little over a year now. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are clean and well- maintained and the outdoor play area is spacious and allows the dogs to run, play and exercise together. Most importantly, Julie and her staff are kind, caring and attentive - they are tuned in to each dog’s personality and make a real effort to accommodate their needs and behaviors. Fiona loves being there, and I love being able to look on FB on the days that she is there and see pictures of her throughout the day! We are always confident that she is well taken care of when we leave her at Pleasant Paws, and that has given us enormous peace of mind.

Our dog Clover has gone to Julie and Pleasant Paws Inn for nearly 3 years now. Clover loves it there, whether for daycare or boarding. She can't wait to get out of the car and be with them for the day or the weekend. In particular, it has been such a relief for us to know they're available whenever there has been a family emergency. They're so responsive and ready to take Clover on short notice. We never have to worry.
Julie and the staff at Pleasant Paws are the best in the business. Our boxer puppy Cooper spends two days a week at daycare there. When I pick him up after work he is exhausted and happy from playing all day long! Just this past weekend Cooper spent Friday through Monday at PPI while we were away on a weekend trip. Cooper did GREAT! We got to see pictures of him playing with his friends on Facebook while we were away. When I picked him up on Monday I couldn't even get him out of the car he was snoring so loud! It was so nice to know that even though we missed Cooper while we were away he was well taken care of and didn't seem to miss us too much! It was the first time we put our rescued 11 month old dog at a kennel and were a bit nervous about how he would take it. Happy to say he did great and was very well cared for! He was happy and cheerful and made a lot of friends at lone pine both human and canine!!
I’ve been bringing my dogs here for almost 15 years. I’ve had large and small dogs - all have loved coming here for long stays. The staff has changed but is always top-notch, kind and loving. My dogs never return smelling bad or unhappy. This is a great place!
We have moved a few hours away from the area but when possible, we leave our dog Birdie at Lone Pine Kennels when we travel. She is well-cared for, treated like family, and always seems happy to return. We are comfortable leaving her at Lone Pine because of the lovely folks who work here and the access to play time with the other dogs.
This is our "go to" kennel for Carter, our labradoodle. We used it when we lived in Harrison and now that we've moved to Armonk. Carter loves staying at Lone Pine - he jumps right out of the car, and the staff is always kind and caring. Plus getting him bathed is exceptionally convenient and well-priced. We've only used other kennels when we haven't been able to get a slot at Lone Pines, and it's just not the same elsewhere.
Our dogs love it here, as soon as they enter the door they Jump all over the staff in joy. Can tell they take great care of the dogs!!

The staff at Pooch Hotel are so kind and caring! Duffy is greeted by name and they know her so well. When we lost our golden retriever last March, they were so sympathetic. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else!

First time boarding at Pooch Hotel. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The best part was being able to watch my dogs play through the pup camera while I was away.

We've been boarding here for over 12 years, and it's been an incredibly positive experience. A few hiccups here and there, but overall, the staff and care have been exceptional.
Our 9 month old lab mix puppy was so happy being at The Pooch Hotel, which I witnessed myself by watching the live videos! We will definitely be going back!!

For a number of reasons, I have had to look at the competitors of Pooch Hotel, and the differentiators, whilst unique and well-documented, bear repetition and emphasis…. - Pricing (hands-down less than competitors which is simply miraculous) - 24/7 availability - White-glove customer service (updates, webcams et al) - Health and safety of pups The much-bandied family theme needs to be highlighted again - Pepper (soul only now alas!) and Morti (body and soul) owe debts of gratitude which cannot be gainsaid and I can but try to verbalize my emotions… The list of names changes a bit every year, but Pooch Hotel never does. Stephanie has set the bar impossibly high and is an inspiration for her team and all who know her. Praising her is like gilding the lily. There is nary a problem she cannot find a solution for - and effortlessly to boot. She is as cool as a hound's nose and as smooth as the back of a spoon. Her brain is like a steel trap but tempered by kindness and generosity. Her dream team has lost a few members but is still a dream…. - Rose and Daniela - unsung and unheralded, but the place would fall apart without them - a HUGE shout-out to the overnight team; - Julie - bather, pawcierge, emotional barometer, champion invoicer - makes every Pooch visit memorable; - Louie - Stephanie levels are virtually unattainable but he comes close! A unique blend of focus, thoughtfulness and attention - a Resort Manager who has grown from strength to strength every year and who I can turn to when Steph is not around; - Lupe Yareli Emmanuel - the trio of supervisors whose hard work and attention to detail are remarkable and unfailing; - Merri Nadia Shaniyia - Stephanie pays extra attention to the quality of her front desk because they are the face of the facility and so often the difference between a happy client and a disgruntled one; - Max - groomer extraordinaire who imbues Pooch Hotel with his unique personality and consummate tonsorial skills; - Xavier Ruben Jasmin Sophia Nestor - team members who make every play session extraordinary and keep the place humming. People find it strange that a canine care facility can evoke so much emotion. In the words of Nietzsche, “And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music.” One rests one’s case!
This is Gradys favorite place. When we walk in we are greeted by the friendliest staff which makes us feel comfortable leaving him with familiar faces. He loves K9 luxury resort as much as we do. Highly recommend.
We loved the experience boarding at K9 Resorts. From the very first interaction I could tell that the staff cares about the dogs in their care. The drop off and pick up process is always quick and easy, and they know exactly what I’m there for every time I walk in. The pictures and vedios were absolutely adorable. They were much more thoughtful and comprehensive than we expected, and they gave us some comfort while we were away. He made so many friends and looked very happy every time we boarded. We initially only needed boarding, but we started putting him in daycare so that our pup can hang out with all his new friends! He got a bath on his last day and came home clean and tired! We love K9 Resorts of Stamford, and our dogs love them, too! We boarded our golden retriever and chihuahua mix for a 12-day stay when we had to travel abroad. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish---including daily updates via text and email on how our pets were doing with adorable photos, departure day baths, easy check-in and flexibility on pick-up/drop-off, and a kind, attentive staff. We were especially happy that our dogs got to board together in their own suite. The facilities are immaculate, and our dogs seemed super happy and relaxed the whole time. We look forward to bringing them back again for our next trip!
My dog Sydney is very shy and does not like strangers. I had to place her in daycare and a couple of overnight stays while I was visiting from Florida to prepare my parents house for sale. The staff was extremely attentive to Sydney‘s special needs. She did very well and was happy while she was there. I love the report cards that they send! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs to board their precious fur baby!
Pickles was well cared for and was very content while at K9 Pet Hotel. The place was immaculate and the staff were great to interact with. We enjoyed the photo and video of Pickles. We highly recommend the K9 Pet Hotel Stanford!
Our dog loves going to K9 for daycare and boarding. She attends daycare 2-3 times per week. It is wonderful to know she is safe and having a great time while we are working or away. Everyone on the staff at K9 is kind and wonderful with dogs. We highly recommend K9 Resorts to everyone!
My 3 month old puppy had the best time! I stopped in to tour and the place was spotless and odor free. I was looking for a place where my puppy can stay in a play area with a counselor for the majority of her time there rather than a cage like other places in the area. Ruby, Tyrone, Nicole and one of the managers were friendly, informative, and truly cared about my pet and her needs. They accommodate your pets needs, you can opt out to have them put up in a suite if they prefer to be alone and have 1 on 1 play sessions with a counselor. They send over updates with videos/pictures throughout your pets stay. K9 staff responded promptly via call/text/email. It’s a calm, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend! They have my business for sure.
I absolutely love k9 resorts. My dog has been going there for about 3 months and I can't imagine finding a better place for him. The care he received was better than I could have hoped for. we love the updates and pictures they post daily. I would always recommend K9 Resort for daycare drop-off or overnight stay. I am so glad I found U❤️
This was my dogs first time staying at K9 due to our usual hotel being fully booked for the weekend. The staff was so friendly and even gave me a tour of the facility because it was my first time. Everything looked very very clean. Getting the report cards with pictures of my dog and notes on how we was doing was so reassuring and I looked forward to seeng them each day. They even accommodated me for late pickup because I was stuck in traffic. Thank you for taking great care of my boy. Definitely will be back!
