Matthew and Rachel are lovely people and very clear communicators- they were always easy to reach and relaxed. Their house was very comfortable and they did their utmost to make my stay and looking after Cooper as easy as possible. Now to Cooper! What an absolute cherub of a gorgeous little dog! Always well tempered, cuddly, cute and very well behaved. He was a joy to sit and I always looked forward to spending time with him.
I had a wonderful time at Jeremy and Alison's beautiful home in Watchfield. Daisy the cat is an outside cat and allows the occasional pat and just requires feeding. Reggie and indie are loving Spaniels and enjoy cuddles on the couch. They love their twice daily walks and would suit someone with reasonable fitness to ensure they get long enough walks daily. The two walks are through gorgeous woodlands and open golf course areas and so the dogs can happily run and get their wriggles out. They are well disciplined dogs and so getting leads on is no issue and usually come when called. Reggie is still a pup and so you just have to make sure nothing chewable is within his reach. I arrived prior to that I could get to know the dogs and accompany on their walks and that worked for both of us. Jeremy and Alison are a wonderful warm and welcoming couple and I sent daily what's app photos which they appreciated. There is a bus 10 mins walk away to Oxford or nearby cute villages. I loved my time with these gorgeous loving pets, wonderful pet parents and would happily sit again for them.
I've had a great stay at Arren's place sitting Myles. He is a charming dog, loves his cuddles and is all around well behaved while still having his unique character. Example: He loves to chase squirrels, beware! Upon arrival Arren has given me a quick introduction to her place and Myles needs, which was totally enough and she also has everything in writing just in case. Very neat! I would love to sit Myles again any time and can only recommend to others. 10/10*
What a wonderful sit. Bella and Nellie were very sweet natured loveable dogs. Very different personalities. Bella being older was very calm and well behaved. Nellie a bundle of fun and super active and never ran out of energy even after hours of walks. Great recall unless golf balls concerned! Home and gardens were beautiful with so many stunning walks from the house so barely needed to use car. Small quiet beaches and coastal and forest walks direct from the garden. Great to stroll into Brixham with lots of super places to eat. A lovely welcoming family and would definitely recommend this sit and would love to return.
We had the absolute pleasure of house and dog sitting for Victoria and Nigel in their beautiful East Sussex home for a week. Their stunning property, with its gorgeous gardens and peaceful countryside surroundings, provided the perfect setting for a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, Victoria and Nigel made us feel incredibly welcome. They provided us with clear instructions and helpful guidance on caring for their home and their adorable dog, Luca. Speaking of Luca, what a joy it was to spend time with this friendly, laid-back, and loving dog! His relaxed demeanor and playful nature made our stay even more delightful. To top it all off, Victoria went above and beyond by preparing a delicious meal for us upon our arrival, which was a truly thoughtful and kind gesture. We feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Victoria and Nigel's wonderful home and to have had the chance to get to know them and their lovely dog, Luca.
