Chris (my partner) and I feel very lucky to have been able to sit for Clair - she is one of the warmest, loveliest people you will ever meet. Her home is beautiful and cosy, and she made sure we had everything we needed, even going above and beyond by leaving us some breakfast items and a bottle of prosecco! From the moment we walked through the door, we absolutely fell in love with Betty. She is the most loving dog, so sweet and friendly (we received so many kisses and she never left our side) whilst also being incredibly laid back. Reuben is also a delight - though he’ll happily spend much time on his own, we weren’t left wanting for long before he’d pop by for a cuddle and his purrs were always such a delight to hear. We already miss the pair and really hope we’re able to spend more time with Betty and Reuben in the future. If you do, you’re in for a real treat! ❤️
Great place to stay in a convenient location! Apartment is huge for SF, and well set up with everything you need in the kitchen, laundry, wifi etc. Rufus is a super energetic dog, but loves to snuggle next to you as well. Fernando was great to communicate with. Thanks!
The stars aligned for this last minute stay. Prancer is a super sweet mellow fellow who loves to be brushed and will let you sleep in if you are so inclined. After days of travel and not enough sleep, I finally caught up a bit. It felt like crashing at a friend’s place - comfortable, no fuss, no pretense, lived in space. The location is great for a self contained weekend as you can walk across the street to restaurants, grocery, liquor store, movie theater and not need a car; (however, a car would be good for seeing Edmonton). Communication was fast, easy and friendly. I’d love to stay again and have time to see Edmonton and hang out with Prancer!
I had a lovely time at Lisa's taking care of Osity and appreciated being within walking distance of downtown Asheville as well as several grocery stores and restaurants. The location is really perfect. I did wish I had a toaster oven to heat up meals instead of on the stove, but just a minor inconvenience. I enjoyed watering the garden every day and was lucky to have a couple of them ripen while I was there. Lisa gives very specific instructions for plant/garden/cat care. Osity is a very lucky kitty and her mom obviously loves her and takes excellent care of her. She is a typical cat, not really taking an interest in the human at first, but she did warm up and even spent some time sleeping with me. She can also be very frisky and quite entertaining, especially in the morning. Lovely sit, lovely neighborhood and great location!
Mike and Alise are open and generous people, who were kind and welcoming when I arrived. They have family near by who were available if I needed anything (also kind and welcoming). Mocha is a sweet cat who would love to snuggle all day but is also happy lounging in the sun if you’re unavailable. She is calm and mellow but also has a playful curious spirit when the mood strikes. It was easy to get from the house to everywhere I wanted to go in the Albuquerque area while also having the necessities near by in Rio Rancho. I would sit for them again in a heartbeat.
Meredith was very nice and gave me all the information needed to care for her pets! My mornings and workdays were full of doggy and piggy snuggles. Very nice family and home!❤️✨
