Erum took great care of my dogs! She was able to make my new rescue feel comfortable with her right away and the dogs seemed to be very happy and well cared for when I returned. During the sit, Erum was very communicative, friendly, polite and detail oriented all of which I appreciated very much while I was away. She was not afraid to ask questions. There was a slight hitch at the start as due to a delayed event back home, she was not able to come as early as we had planned. But at the end she stayed as long as was needed for me to feel comfortable that my dogs were ok and I appreciated that. My apt was super clean and tidy upon return which was great!
