I had a great time with the two zen cats Fred & Barney, exploring the area around Marseillan. Saras petit house has everything you need and with a bike you can easily go to the wonderful beaches of Marseillan plage and to Marseillan ville or Agde biking over the vineyards. Communication with Sara was fast and thorough and I got a very thorough Home guide that included everything I needed to know about Fred & Barney, their routines and the house. Also I got contact details for friends around that I could contact if there was any questions arising. Sara kindly picked me up by the train station and left me there after the sit, and we started the sit by sharing a pot of chicken and having interesting conversations. But the best with this sit was no doubt Fred & Barney, ”The Boys”, they are two calm, social and very friendly brothers who needs a lot of cuddle and they really enjoy you being around you, and whatever you do in the house one of them is usually around. They will put their bellies in the air and ask for belly rubs or but you for attention if you are occupied with other things. Thanks a lot Sara, I really enjoyed our meetings.
A very nice couple and the house was comfortable. The two dogs were very friendly and easy to take care of.
We highly recommend Paula and Rob’s home in Moab! Molly is the sweetest dog, and so well behaved! She doesn’t walk much, but appreciates going to the backyard and receiving cuddles. Paddy is an outdoor cat, who comes back in the evenings for the night. He loves cuddles as well! Their home was very clean, and it is a gluten free home, which was not a problem for us but something to be aware of. Apart from the pets, the location is great, it’s a few blocks from the supermarket and main street, and a close drive to Arches, Canyon lands, and Dead Horse park. We hope to care for Molly and Paddy again one day!
Fuji was a joy! The sweetest cat, and great company for the weekend. Emily is flat is lovely, as was Emily - seamless sit and I'd absolutely come back :)
I can't speak highly enough about this sit. The house is absolutely stunning and in a gorgeous location which is both peaceful yet near all local amenities with a lovely restaurant just round the corner. The pool is amazing and the house is set amongst lemon and orange trees with gorgeous views. The dogs were an absolute delight to look after and we completely fell in love with them. They each have unique personalities but are all such joys to be around and great fun to splash around with in the pool. The cats are both so sweet and affectionate and so easy to look after (and Lola is a real source of entertainment- especially when interacting with Sasha). The goats were an added bonus that were no trouble at all and are real characters. The amimals really made our trip so special and were a genuine joy to care for. Gemma and Mark are such a friendly and welcoming couple and made everything so easy for us. They are very relaxed but incredibly thoughtful and did everything they could to make our trip as easy and enjoyable as possible. Communication was excellent throughout. I cant recommend this sit enough to other sitters and would be back in a heartbeat!
Sitting for Heather and Teg was a dream! The pups (Tule and Cora) we're so sweet, snuggly, and gentle (in their own unique way). Cora took a little time to warm up, but she is so sweet and playful when she does. They were great on leash and loved to explore the neighborhood and nearby trails. Chester (the cat) was a character and very easy to care for, and the girls (chickens) were a hoot to watch roam around the yard and gave delicious eggs! Everything was thoughtfully ready for us with detailed instructions. Their home was beautiful and in a great location for walks into town and to the nearby trail system. We even had a lovely evening with them at the end of our stay, which was an unexpectedly nice treat. They are great people and we highly recommend pet sitting for them! And wouldn't hesitate to go back ourselves!
