Karen is a thoughtful, kind, and salt-of-the-earth animal lover! Our animals, Dee Dee (pit-hound mix) and Picasso (zesty kitty) LOVED hanging with Karen while we were away for a couple nights in June! Karen sent us the most adorable and thoughtful animal updates so we knew they were in good hands and being cared for in the best way possible. Karen even made a toy for Picasso out of her quilting scraps that he loves! If you're looking for someone you can trust in your home who is awesome with your pets, you've found your gal!

Laura was great! She communicated well prior to visit and while I was away. I was happy to get updates about Trixie during the week. Trixie is a challenge (blind deaf and elderly) but Laura did really well with making Trixie feel comfortable and at ease while I was gone. Laura respected my home and took great care to be tidy and leave it as it was when she arrived. I’d highly recommend Laura for any of your pet/home sitting needs!

We enjoyed having Nancy and Jack as our Housesitters. Toro and Lydia warmed right up to them. We had to adjust the end day and they were very flexible. It was a short sit and it was great to have sitters who are willing to do a shorter sit. We’d love to have them back again!

We're fairly selective about who we'd let take care of our dog, and Amanda did a great job! She was very reliable and answered messages right away. She checked in with us daily and let us know ahead of time if she had any changes to her schedule, always keeping Trevor's needs as a top priority. That said, she was self-sufficient and we trusted that she would get the job done no matter what. We had a couple of snafus on our trip, and Amanda was very flexible and supportive in helping us solve them, even willing to cut her day short to make sure Trevor got his dinner on time. The house was clean, and Trevor was relaxed and happy when we returned. We would welcome Amanda back any time, even if just for a visit.

This is the second time Alyssa has stayed at my place with my cat, Ace, and I can confidently say she is one of the best sitters we’ve ever had. Ace absolutely adores her, and it's clear that he’s very comfortable and happy in her care. Alyssa is kind, respectful, and courteous, which made the experience even better. I really appreciated the daily photos and updates she sent, keeping me informed and at ease. Overall, our experience with Alyssa has been nothing short of five-star. Highly recommended!

This was my first time having a stranger stay at my place, so this was a big deal for me. I had a good feeling about Kyle from the start and was excited about the idea of helping a fellow Bostonian see the unparalleled city of Austin. Like me, he works from home in the healthcare industry. I had the privilege of meeting Kyle on the first day of the sit. I found him to be friendly, funny, and affable. As this was my first time having a sitter, I texted Kyle details of the apartment and pet care as I thought of them. I appreciated him baring with me through this as I am working to now compile a user-friendly guide. Kyle was sure to communicate frequently. He updated me often about his arrival and departure and also sent pictures of himself with Gypsy during the stay. He also gave me a heads up about having someone over. The only questions he had were about the laundry, which evidently was the one thing I didn't go over. He was self-sufficient and attentive to the fine details of the apartment and the care of my cat. Kyle relieved the stress of stress of separation anxiety my cat goes through when left alone, therefore relieving me of inevitable guilt. My cat seemed to be at ease when I returned home. I could tell she missed me, but she did not seem stressed whatsoever! As Kyle promised, the apartment was not only just as clean as I left it, but cleaner. I have a bad habit of stuffing my recycling underneath the sink and procrastinating the removal. I was pleasantly surprised to find Kyle emptied the whole thing. In this he must have discovered I'm a beer drinker because he also left me a 6 pack! Not only this, but he left a bunch of food, which is great because I'll eat anything you leave in my apartment. Would absolutely have Kyle again. Highly recommend him to give you and your pets ease when traveling.

Mariya & Steven

Mariya, her husband and young son took care of our animals (horse, goat, chickens, cats, fish, turtle) for two weeks. They all pitched in and quickly learned how to take care of all the animals. Mariya was in touch daily via text with updates and/or questions. Her questions gave me confidence that she was concerned with doing the right things, rather than just guessing. It took our cats a little while to get used to the small human, but Mariya’s son was always gentle with them. We returned to healthy animals and a house in great condition. I highly recommend Mariya as a capable pet and house sitter.

I so appreciated Tyler. He was very pleasant to work with, quick to respond and easy to set up a zoom house tour. Our animals and house were in great shape following his visit. He gets extra stars for flexibility. Our plans changed and we came home a day early (letting him know of course.) Tyler was willing to switch sleeping rooms and joined our family for dinner. Very enjoyable man and I'd happily have him again.

We loved this sit! It was one of our absolute favorites. Bella and Beau are beautiful cats, each have their own great personalities, and like to play. They are easy to care for.

The home is stunning, right on the water. It is comfortable with plenty of space. The area is gorgeous, and has plenty of hikes and restaurants. Pickleball is nearby. Scott and Deb were kind, generous and helpful. They left very thorough instructions and were in contact quickly for any of our questions. 

We hope to come back to the area, and we would be happy to care for these great cats again. We will miss them. Thanks for having us!

Sophia was a pleasure to house sit for and Ms. Lily is a breeze to care for. The neighborhood is beautiful and close enough to downtown and the airport. Sophia had all the instructions ready for me, and also made some great recommendations that made for a pleasant stay.

What a great experience we had during our short stay for cat sitting Bubble and Eddy. The warm welcome from our hosts, the peaceful and pleasantly furnished place, the wonderful Mediterranean-style terrace as well as the location near the paths and cycle paths made our stay a moment of resourcing. The two cats were very calm and easy to approach. We will have great pleasure in returning to Manuela and Shawn if the opportunity arises again. Merci Manuela and Shawn :-)

This was a fantastic pet sit in a beautiful area with four great dogs. Although there are four dogs, two are a bit older so they were easier to manage than I expected. Only the younger two required regular walks, but the older dogs did have accidents inside I'd clean each day. All of the dogs however, were extremely sweet. They grow very quickly on you and I often found Vino following me around like a puppy before Woody and Milo jealously came to get some attention as well.
Kimberly was also very kind and accommodating in our communications. When Woody escaped past his electric fence once, she helped me out with some tactics to get him to come back. I also enjoyed speaking with her about the area. Her son came by a few times to do some laundry and was very polite as well. Overall this was a nice, relaxing sit away from the hustle and bustle of major cities and with plenty of scenic vistas and wonderful pets.
