Our Golden Retriever Loni has such fantastic time over the week with Alex & Alina. Great communication, and lots of photos & videos. I knew Loni was people that understood dogs and also really loved them. Could not recommend them enough.

Fantastic service!!! Easy and fast to communicate, very flexible and accommodating. Our dog loves Doggy Nose Best, you can tell by how excited he gets when we are by the gate. While our doggy is looked after at Doggy Nose Best, we get videos and pictures of how much fun he has. Highly recommend to people who really care about their dogs ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My mini Schnauzer has been going to day care (and also vacationing there while I’m away), for over 1.5 years now. I highly recommend this loving family to take care of your fur baby. Croi absolutely loves it there, he gets super excited when we reach the house as he knows it will be a fun day with lots of exercise, play time and attention. I also get daily photos and videos of him on walks and playing with other dogs, which makes me so happy. They really are his other family and I’ve saved one contact as Mama Croi in my phone, so much love and affection! I just let them know my ETA for drop off and pick up so he’s all ready to go, so easy with excellent communication!

My dog is not the easiest dog to have around but Alex and his family have looked after my boy extremely well. They were kind enough to sent me photos daily of the awesome walks they went on. 10/10 thank you so much.

Alex and Alina are the best! Our dog Phoebe loves staying with them, their dogs are wonderful and get along great and they take such great care of them. They always send us photos and videos so we know how she’s doing ❤️

I can highly recommend this daycare. I have been sending my miniature schnauzer Dora to Alina & Alex since she was a puppy. It's like her second family and Dora really loves them. Plus their Golden retriever Barron was the best baby sitter to Dora when she was a pup. I 100% trust them as they take such great care of her, she is always loved on and protected. I wouldn't just leave her with anyone but I know I can go to work or go away and she will be in the best caring hands. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them. Dora is always so happy to see them because they have such big hearts and are such a lovely family.

Gucci has stayed with Alina and Alex since he was a puppy. They are wonderful people! They always fit gucci in at the last minute! Gucci loves them and their lovely dog! They send daily photos and videos. Very responsive, trustworthy and a Lovely family! Gucci always has the best time!!

I cannot thank enough this lovely family- Alina, Igor, Alex, grandma and grandpa. They treat my Louie with full of love. They care and love my fur baby as much as I do. Louie loves staying with them and their dog, Baron is super friendly. I highly recommend this family!

Alex’s brother Igor was a wonderful dog sitter and helped us tremendously with our dog Balloon. Even though they are located in Auckland he was happy to travel and stay in our house in Jacks Point, Queenstown. He sent us daily updates and was taking our a bit naughty puppy for a walk sometimes 6 times a day 😅 Will definitely use him in future 🥰

Oreo has been going to daycare at Pets in the City Wairau Park for a few months now, and she has the time of her life there. The staff are fantastic and I know they take great care of her while she's In their care. The overnight hotel option is also fantastic for me as a shift worker, and means that my dog is safe and taken care of while I'm away on overnight shifts. Highly recommend anyone looking for doggy daycare and hotel services.

Lovely staff and very welcoming environment! We weren’t sure how our boy Apollo would do on his first day as he’s never attended daycare before, but pets in the city have been amazing with getting him settled and helping him build his confidence. Very easy process with getting registered and always highlight of the day seeing the photos they post to see how he’s doing🤗

Had a day care stay during the week. Staff were great to talk to. Drop off and pickup was efficient. Have a small confident dog but young. He was fine in with other dogs. Place is kept clean and staff genuinely love dogs. They do kennel dogs overnight and rates are reasonable.

I often visit Pets In The City to leave my dog, Queenie, in their care, and I’m consistently impressed by their professionalism. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, always ready to answer my questions with genuine care. Their friendliness creates a welcoming atmosphere, and it’s clear they truly love animals. The team are always cheerful and positive when we arrive. Both daycare and overnight stays are enjoyed by my dog. She is always tired and ready for a restful sleep after playing with her doggy friends all day. I love the social skills it's teaching her as well as the exercise she gets.

I was very scared to leave my lil Biscuit at daycare for the first time, but the staff took their time and informed me how everything works, showed me around, and kept me informed about Biscuits progress. And from the lovely pics they post, I could definitely see how happy Biscuit was! Thank you for the Amazing experience, warmth and comfort!

My dogs love going to Pets in the city Wairau, so much so that they forget to say goodbye to me!

Louis our miniature schnauzer had a great stay for a week. He was well looked after and we could enjoy our holiday without worrying about him. The daily photos on Facebook were great and we could see that he looked happy each day playing with his new friends. The staff were kind and genuinely cared for him. This is his 4th stay and we will definitely be back!

Jem at Northshore Dog walking has been great with our boy Flix. His no-nonsense approach to dog walking is really good. Flix has learnt pack walking skills, as well as the smarts on how to be a confident, non-aggressive dog in dog-social situations, which has been impressive to see develop and a must if you plan to have your dog in public spaces. Jem has also been very flexible in pick up and drop off times which makes the service work for us. Highly recommend!!

We would highly recommend Kiri and Jem from North Shore Dog Walking. Jem has been an amazing help for our puppy, Izzy. He is clearly super passionate about dogs and his advice really works for us. We met Jem over 5 years ago, my rescue pup had just finished her vaccinations and we went to the beach. I had no control over her, she thought every dog wanted to play. Jem taught me a few things and ever since Brandy has been going on pack walks weekly. She now has dog etiquette, knows how to interact with other dogs and is able to have a sniff and keep walking.

Jem walked Captain (Great Dane / Bull Mastiff x) for the past 4 years; 3 x a week. Captain would watch for Jem's white van & could not get quick enough into the van for his walk Apart from walking Captain, Jem also provide training to ensure corrective behavior and valuable tips on feeding, etc. We have moved house & Jem is surely missed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORTH SHORE DOG WALKING

Highly recommend North Shore Dog Walking. My fox terrier loves it. He is much less reactive after going with Jem and the team once a week for a few months. He comes home absolutely knackered. If he's lucky, Alfie gets to ride shotgun which he loves (see photo from Jem). Fantastic for his behaviour, stimulation and enrichment. Very well priced also. A great service.

We love Chico to bits but I will not walk him because it’s just not enjoyable for him or I because he is so reactive! Jem and the pack are his walking whānau, he won’t get away with anything with them and he’s happy and living his best life every day he goes for a run. Comes home absolutely smashed! And we have strategies taught by Jem around how to pull him back into line at home. I recommend North Shore Dog Walking 150%. Thanks Jem!

Our lab Layla has been on Jem’s pack walks for over 2 years. She absolutely loves her outing in the van and playing on the farm land with the other dogs. Jem has really helped with her cheeky behavior and recall and she’s definitely much better behaved than before. We’ve been really happy with North Shore dog walking.

Best doggy daycare ever—a safe, happy place away from home! Our pup has been going to The Dog Den ever since he was fully vaccinated as a puppy, and he absolutely loves "going to school" and getting cuddles from the handlers. It's been almost four years since he started, and although we've tried other daycares temporarily due to changes in our work location and convenience, we always come back to The Dog Den because they are truly the best in terms of care. Most importantly, they understand our pup's needs really well. I want to highlight how they kindly and slowly reintroduced him to the bigger dogs after he was attacked. I know he's in very good hands. He loves going to daycare so much that he starts screaming and howling as we approach the driveway—it's quite the way to announce his arrival! ;)

Our two dogs have been so well loved by the team at Dog Den. From day care, to grooming, to boarding, it’s a one stop shop for all your doggie needs. Our littlest pup also attended puppy classes, where we all learned something new. A great service for pet owners, highly recommended.

Booked a full groom for our little dog who has allergies & sensitive skin - so shes a tricky customer and the dog den were amazing with her - cut her by hand, washed her so carefully, cut her beautifully & her coat is so shiny & her ears SO clean! Our dog Oscar has been a regular at the Takapuna Dog Den for the last 2.5 years. Helen and the team are always friendly and welcoming and have done a great job looking after Oscar - we would highly recommend them! Sam and Sophie.

Our dog is regularly groomed at the Dog Den and we highly recommend them. Not only are his regular grooms consistently top notch but Brittany recently helped us out of a sticky tangled coat situation and totally saved the day restoring it back to normal. Service at the front desk is also consistently friendly and efficient with our dog literally scratching at the door to get in to the Dog Den!

I recently adopted a young and quite a large rescue dog which is very exciting. After a lot of research I decided to put him into daycare with The Dog Den quite early on, as he loves other dogs and other humans and sitting next to me in the office all day isn't fair on him. As a new dog owner I was pleased to receive great advise on the phone from one of the team members. I was quite stressed at the time as I wanted my dog to be happy and I wasn't too sure about my next steps. I received great advise, a practice day for my Bo and verification that my doggie is great with other dogs. Within the shortest amount of time I have seen such a difference in him. He is calmer, more responsive and more gentle. He is sooo excited to go to daycare and comes home smiling, happy and tired. He gets lots of playtime during the day and cuddles from his carers when he needs them. The best decision I made and worth every cent. Thank you Dog Den Team!

We had both our Spoodle and Labradoodle groomed and they look amazing. Such a great service. Most importantly our boys are happy to go to the groomer then hang out with the rest of the dogs in daycare. Thanks team.

Our little Larry loves this place so much, he always looks forward to going and is so worn out from playing so much when picked up. The photos they post on Facebook with all the dogs playing is a nice touch, nice to see all the dogs having so much fun. Super friendly and professional staff.

I have loved working at Pets and Pats. It's heartwarming to work with such adorable little dogs, you create an amazing bond by spending so much time with them. I stopped working a week ago and missed them every day. Another plus is the staff I have met in the 6 months I have worked here, caring people who are always willing to help and lend a hand when you need it, especially if you are from abroad. I made some great friends from all over the world who I will miss very much and would love to see again if this trip brings me back to Auckland.

Absolutely love the friendly team at Pets and Pat! My little pup, Romeo, has been going there for over a year, and he always looks forward to the PupBus coming by in the morning. Romeo is already looking forward to his morning cuddles and kisses from all his friends! Team is very professional and always communicate all so well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Working in Pets and Pats made me feel very grateful, first because I was able to spend so much time with so many doggies, and second because gave me the opportunity to make very good friends while working with the staff members. Also it was very rewarding to see the excitement in the puppies every morning when I had to pick them up, but also see the happiness when they were reunited with the parents in the afternoon.

Pets and Pats are just wonderful! My little Cleo has been going to the farm since she was six months old so the better part of 2 years - we had tried a couple of other daycares before settling for Pets and Pats - They have given Cleo so much confidence, Ang and the team treat her as if she is one of their own but not just when she’s there - When Cleo has been off unwell they would check in on her and drop off care packages making not only her but also me feel cared for and supported. I always know she has the best time while she is there, when she is picked up she is always so excited to go does twirls and squeaks in excitement before bounding out the door and is so worn out when she comes home that she snuggles up on the couch - If your ever considering a daycare for you little fur baby absolutely can’t recommend P&P enough!

I cannot recommend Pets and Pats enough. Being first time fur parents, we care so much about our little Charlie and where he goes. Pets and Pats are constantly AMAZING to deal with. Charlie gets picked up by the "pup bus" which he waits at the door for in the mornings. He gets sooo excited when it arrives - that tells me everything I need to know. He absolutely loves going to the farm as he gets to run around with all his friends. We really like how they categorise dogs in size, age and energy levels so we know Charlie won't be bowled by bigger dogs or step on smaller ones accidentally. The whole team are friendly and really easy to communicate with. I have 100% trust in everyone involved and know Charlie is in safe hands from the moment that he gets picked up, to when he gets back home at the end of the day ❤️

We used Pets and Pats services for over 3 and half years for Mika - our now 4 year old Lagotto. Pets and Pats were very accommodating in that Mika wasn't spayed for the first 18 months, but was still allowed to attend (post a trial period) as long we kept her in at home for the time we was on heat. This pragmatic and professional approach was important to us as a working couple. For over 3 years - Pets and Pats never missed a pickup, and their communication and flexibility when life happened was top notch. They are a very reliable and dependable service.

Absolutely LOVE Pets & Pats Team. They have looked after my two girls for over a year now. The staff are so lovely and the bus drop off is so convenient. Our girls are knackered when they get home (both pointer x that need a lot of exercise!!) The grounds are a dogs paradise and the team absolutely love and care for all the dogs. Owner Ang is lovely and has helped us out when in a major pickle several times!! Our girls have also stayed over weekends many times. Any review which degrades the care or cleanliness of the dogs or property is absolutely rubbish. Our girls come home cleaner than when the left! The property is fully secure and wonderful. I have found no issues with communication with the team - in fact they put up with my slack communication so well. Highly Recommend x Thank you team we are so grateful for your care of our girls x

Pets and Pats is a home away from home for Lilli my wee dog who was welcomed into the family, and I mean into the family in all aspects. She slept with the other treasured dogs inside and the team was happy to accommodate her independent style. I have left Lilli with Pets and Pats since she was born and would not thinking of any other better place. The team care for her every need, food, rugs, grooming and cuddles. I know when I pick her up that she is healthy and happy. I searched for months visiting other places which do not match up to the wonder home with Pets and Pats. Security is big for me and I love that fences and places for all dogs of all sizes to run and play. Pets and Pats the best place ever!

Thank you so much to the Pets & Pats team for looking after our little boy. He absolutely loves Pets & Pats and is so ecstatic every time the Pup Bus comes to pick him up! We honestly couldn’t speak more highly of Pets & Pats. We recommend it to anyone with a loved pooch who is considering a day care. Here is wee Bohdi having fun out on the farm, having the freedom to run about and get as muddy as he likes!! (Because the wonderful Pets & Pats team clean him up before dropping him back home). If there was a Disneyland for dogs, Pets and Pats would be it. 😊 This is an awesome place where every pup is a four-legged family member. Angela, Jason and the Pets & Pats team are very caring and professional and absolutely always do their best for each of the dogs entrusted to their care both day care and lodging.

We left Bella and Peppa at Creature Comforts for 6 days. They came home happy and healthy...and smelling divine. We will definitely be using their services again.

Tara and the team at CCPR are and have always been my first choice in pet boarding, and i can always trust my pampered pooch to be looked after as if he were at home with mum and dad! Highly recommend

My cat is always well looked after here and when I told them they needed to give her, her daily medication whilst their, they were more than happy to. Even when my cat hates it! Will happily recommend to any cat or dog owner.

We have taken our dog for 8 years and my sons dog for 3 years. It’s a fantastic place where the dogs strain on their leads torun inside on arrival and always come home clean and full of life. We are lucky to have this kennel close to home.

I have bringing my pups here for years and have never been disappointed. They take SUCH good care of my pups and even hand fed my older dog when he was getting on in years. My dogs are always happy to go and in wonderful spirits when I pick them up. There are closer kennels, but none are as good as Creature comforts. Highly recommend them.

We first heard of this dog kennel from word of mouth, we are so happy we tried it ourselves. We had to travel overseas suddenly for 2 weeks, with a short notice they agreed to squeeze us in which was a relief. Tara and team are great, they are quick on responding to emails and uploading photos :) prices are reasonable and you know your fur baby are safe with them :) thanks team :)

Our dog has anxiety and had behavioral issues at her previous two kennels, so we were quite anxious ourselves about leaving her for 3 weeks. However, she got wonderful care at Creature Comforts, apparently was a doggy model citizen, and arrived back home happy and better socialised with other dogs. We couldn't have asked for more and will definitely bring her back there if we have another extended trip.

Fantastic place. My dog loved it and didn't want to leave. Fantastic people. You can ask Tara to send you pictures and videos of your pet from time to time to be sure that everything is fine. Surely, your pet should be fully vaccinated to be able to stay there.
