Jan 7 () Hiyaguha Kate and Myron were easy to communicate with prior to the sit. They were quite lovely, sending us updates and occasionally photos of our cat. They kept the house very clean and neat. Our cat seemed happy with them as well. They changed the type of litter we were using to one our cat actually seems to like better, so we're grateful for that. They also changed her diet to one we weren't quite comfortable with, but I do appreciate their efforts to make Cali feel happy and secure. They wouldn't let us reimburse them for what they spent on litter or cat food You can trust them with your home and animals. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful stay at Salles-de-villefagnan with Osseau, Lulu, Jack and Sophie. We were warmly welcomed by Micky and Kate at the train station and spent a night with them to get the run down on the home and idiosyncrasies of the animals. I would highly recommend having this opportunity to watch how Osseau and Lulu are walked. It certainly made a difference for us and very much a positive experience. This is a rural sit in an area full of history and charm and easy to explore. All amenities are within a 10km drive through the countryside. The home was very comfortable and the walks with the dogs invigorating. Although Osseau is quite a big dog, he's a gentle giant who loves being brushed. Lulu wants to snuggle next to you on the lounge. Jack the cat will perch on your lap at every opportunity while Sophie is content lounging by the heater.We highly recommend sitting for Kate and Micky
Amelia and Brian are very kind people that picked us up from the station and made us feel at home immediately! The location is great for people who like having hiking/walking possibilities right on their doorstep but like to have the perks of a few bigger towns in walking distance as well. Mymble's favourite thing to do is to lay on the couch and cuddle with you or to show off one of her many tricks:) Mors will never run out of energy to join you on a run or a long hike and afterwards is just as cuddly as Mymble. Mors also loves to hop in and out of bed at night and thus provides the best wake up cuddles ever:) We'd love to sit again:)
It was a pleasure sitting for Bruce. We communicated through the Marco Polo app and text messages. His cat Sayla is affectionate and loves sitting on your lap or sleeping with you. She is also independent and will venture outside for an hour or so at a time. I did not see Mr. Hobbs this time. He stayed outside during my pet sit. Bruce's apartment is comfortable and located close to the freeway, shopping , restaurants, and Red Rocks. I would recommend this pet sit!!
This was a fabulous sit. Alice and Julian live in a beautiful house, set in stunning grounds. There are good walks around, and lovely Ludlow is a short drive away. Alice had cooked delicious food for us on arrival, and her hospitality was boundless. She and Julian were so generous and made us feel absolutely at home. Conker is such a super dog - quiet, obedient and immensely affectionate. Meadow is a lovely puppy, full of fun and energy. We are looking forward to returning to this super sit.
Honestly, it's very hard to fault a housesit that was simple, comfortable and easy going. Gabrielle was friendly and welcoming, when we arrived she showed us around the incredible house and introduced us to Boris and Dhani. Both dogs were amazing, especially Dhani, from the moment we met, we felt part of his pack. Boris on the other hand took a little time to warm up to us, but when he did, really enjoyed scratches, and being walked. We would have loved to stay longer and hopefully in the future we get to look after the house and dogs again. Thank you Gabrielle for your Hospitality.
