Mariia was great to work with! She was very self-sufficient and left us a sweet gift. She was also pretty flexible with planning.

Sheena
Sheena’s home is an absolute delight located in the charming suburb of Eleebana, NSW. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beautiful surroundings. Each morning, we were blessed by breathtaking views, specially at sunrise 🌅 Cooking in her stunning kitchen was an experience in itself, with all the amenities one could ask for.

Adding to the joy of our stay were Lexi🐕 and Wally🐈‍⬛, Sheena's adorable dog and cat. Initially, they were a bit reserved, but within a couple of days, they warmed up to us and became incredibly friendly and affectionate. Their presence added a wonderful touch of companionship and warmth to our stay. Our time at Sheena's home was truly memorable, filled with comfort, beauty, and the warm company of her pets ❤️🌟

Francoise
Had the most wonderful stay with Framboise and her beautiful furbabies! Fram is very very kind and made sure I was all sorted and comfortable for the time she was away (and for the extra time while she was there). She also made sure I was all set before I left and that I had a way back to the airport. The cats are all so lovely, I miss them already! Clochette and Princess are the cutest and always eager for some affection. All were easy to look after, and very easy to love 🥰 The area is nice and quiet, and it was the perfect break for me. Thanks again for letting me stay, I will be back!

Chidinma
We had an amazing time taking care of Amarachi and Kamsi they are the loveliest cats, they are very calm and love being around people.

The communication with Chidinma was great from the beginning she is really kind and friendly, she left us a very clear and complete welcome guide with lots of recommendations for things to do around Manchester.

Her house is super comfortable and very well located, the view was incredible and it has everything you would need. We would love to come back one day.

Carol
Hosts: Steve and Carol were gracious hosts, treating us to a delightful lunch and providing thorough guidance on all indoor and outdoor tasks.

Communication: They offered a detailed welcome guide for easy settling in and were consistently responsive to messages before and during the sit.

Pets: The Australian Shepherds were typical boisterous dogs with each other, but well trained and very friendly to us. They were great at following a routine without any behavioural issues. The adorable Ragdoll cats were low-maintenance and affectionate.

Birds: The 9 Black Cockatoos and 2 Macaws were friendly and tame, enjoying human interaction by perching on shoulders and hand feeding.

Accommodation: We resided in a spacious shed, awaiting the construction of the main house. Carol and Steve made sure everything was clean and thoughtfully made space for our food and clothes. We sat for a month during the Australian summer which was very hot, especially due to the absence of external windows, however the shed featured two large roller doors. Fortunately, it included a well-organised, air-conditioned bedroom/lounge area that we could retreat to on hot days. Encountering our first composting toilet was an interesting experience! I particularly enjoyed spending time on the verandah, taking in the refreshing breeze in the morning and late afternoon whilst enjoying the stunning mountain views.

Duties: Caring for the dogs and cats was hassle-free. The intricacies of maintaining the aviary were notable due to its unique setup of 6 interconnected cages. This involved a routine of cleaning, perch replacement, feeding, hosing, requiring hands-on dedication and problem-solving skills which we perfected after a few times.

Conclusion: This opportunity could be an excellent fit for experienced individuals passionate about animal care, accustomed to country life, and resourceful in handling diverse responsibilities.

Carole
Thank you Carole for your lovely warm welcome and Teddy was a delight to look after! Where do I start? Carole gave me some lovely home made soup on arriving which was a lovely surprise and tasted divine. I'm going to try and make it myself now! :P Carole was so relaxed and funny, I had a hoot and enjoyed my stay with her enormously!

Carole's home was lovely and clean and comfortable and 5 minutes walk from Mitcham Eastfields train station so was super easy to get to. Shops and places to eat are within 5 minutes walk also. I could not have asked for a better stay!

Teddy was such a lovely boy to look after and I would be happy to look after him again. He loved playing with his ball, and was very sweet natured and an all round easy going little man. He was really well behaved going out for walks and was relaxed around people and another little doggy he met along the way. I miss him already!

I am looking forward to returning and looking after Teddy again and thank you for inviting me into your home Carole and for your trust in letting me look after your handsome boy Teddy!!

Take care, Sheila x
