This is our second time using Donna from The Dog Sitter and we couldn’t be more pleased! She is top notch! Our dogs were well cared for, given lots of love, and seemed very happy and stress free while in her care!! She sent us daily updates and pictures while we were away so we could see and hear how our pups were doing!! She worked very hard to keep them on their normal routine with feedings and exercise, taking them on daily walks and playing with them in our yard. I was so impressed with her attention to detail and to the care that she gave to our dogs!! We have already booked her for out next trip and feel a huge sense of relief knowing that our pups are in such loving and caring hands while we are away!! Thank you Donna!!

Donna took care of my dog and cat while we were away on vacation for two weeks. She came to the house three times a day to make sure they went out and were fed. She also played with them and sent updates everyday with pictures!! It was a relief to know that my animals were in great hands while I was away!! Donna was thorough with gathering information on our dogs during our initial meet and greet visit (our dogs loved meeting her as well), and she checked in frequently with us while we are gone, sending photos and letting us know how they were doing. Donna is the best dog sitter, she sent me frequent photos of my dog while I was away. My dog needs a lot of activity and she played ball with him 3x a day and kept him very clean since my yard was muddy. Her rates are very reasonable and she is passionate about taking care of animals.

Their grooming services are designed to keep your dog looking and feeling their best, and uses only the highest quality products to ensure their coat and skin are healthy and shiny and Mia smells so good everytime! DDD understand the importance of providing a safe and secure environment for our dog. They have a team of experienced and dedicated staff members who are trained to handle any situation that may arise. I remember Mia being anxious on her first day back after the pandemic, the staff especially Christa made sure she doesn’t get traumatized, offered support and comforted her. Wish I could give them more stars! Devil dog daycare came HIGHLY recommended by my vet for dog training. Lisa the owner and the staff is amazing. It’s so apparent how much they care for the dogs . I truly can not thank all of them enough for being so kind. Also the groomer Aimee that is there is the best you will find .

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My dog loved it here, she hardly wanted to leave. I took a tour when I was dropping her off and the place is very clean. There's an outdoor space and a baby pool so the dogs could splash around when it's warm outside. All in all, it's a great facility, will definitely be returning here.

My pup has been going to this facility since she was 3 months old. The staff is amazing, friendly, and professional. The owner is meticulous when it comes to cleanliness. The dogs are vetted for where they will spend the day and with what other dogs. I tell them we have joint custody of my dog. She is very fearful of humans and this is the only place she is excited to go to. I hope they continue to share my pups journey through life and highly recommend them. Trust me, I’m very overprotective of my dog and I totally trust this facility I’m blessed to have a place like this for Sadie to spend her days. They even throw parties and special holiday events for dogs and owners. This is truly an amazing daycare.

I started bringing my puppy to Devil Dog Daycare about 2 months ago and it was the best decision for her. Living by myself and working full-time, I didn't have the heart to keep her in the crate or leave her home alone. She is a rescue pup and had some skittish tendencies, so at first, I was worried about her being in daycare. I am thrilled with how well she is doing and how amazing the staff at DDDC is. She is happy and enjoys being with the other dogs. She gets really excited seeing the staff and goes right in with them. DDDC is reasonably priced, has an extremely professional staff, and well organized. Thank you to Lisa and the staff for working with her and making her a part of the DDDC family!

These comments about the owner are the biggest lies and harassment. It’s sad that Google doesn’t prevent spam or harassment in the reviews of businesses. If you’re looking for honesty here it is, the owner Lisa goes above and beyond every day to make sure every pet and client that walks in feels like a part of the family, she is constantly thinking of the clients and dogs at the facility first above all else. She is one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve ever met and about all dogs that come in and makes sure every pet that comes in has the best experience playing in a clean and safe environment. She goes above and beyond to help any way she can for those who work for her and her loyal clients bending over backwards to help even when there’s no benefit in it for her. So if your looking at reviews for honesty you need to know that the owner Lisa is who you should trust with your pet, it’s sad to see people take out personal issues that have nothing to do with the business by leaving negative reviews.

This world can be a messed up place. There are some liars who will work in groups to target one person , But if you're not doing anything wrong, then you have nothing to fear!! Trust & believe that ! Our pup Landry just loves Poochie Play! It was her first experience with day care and the staff was amazing. Extremely patient and sweet with her and with a nervous new Mom and Dad. She gets to play and socialize with friends while we know she is safe and well-loved throughout her day. The facility web cams give us that extra security and allow us to watch our baby while she has a great time. Most of all, I love the way the staff knows her by name when we walk through the door… and they always seem genuinely happy to see her!! We definitely recommend Poochie Play!

We started bringing our two dogs to Devil Dog Day Care about six months ago. Prior to that we used to use a kennel where the dogs would just lay around all day and it cost extra for 15 minutes of ball play. At Devil Dog Day Care the dogs actually come home tired after playing all day with other dogs. Not only are they kept active all day but they learn invaluable socialization skills. The team there is highly recommended not only for their skill set but for their true compassion and care that each dog receives. We recently had our two dogs there for over two weeks as we went on vacation; we did not worry at all about them as we knew they were in great hands. They love our dogs as much as they love them. All we have to do is say "Wanna go see Lisa" and they run to the door all excited. Thank you Lisa and the whole staff for all you do and your expertise and your true love for animals, you give us so much peace of mind.

We love Paw Haven! I've been taking my pup here for over a year and I'm continuously impressed. The kind staff clearly care about all the pups and are looking out for them. Benny goes for camp a couple of days and week and I've boarded him on several occasions. He loves it and I can't imagine taking him anywhere else. They have an app to use for bookings and are overall great at communicating. 10/10 recommend!

Paw Haven has been a godsend for my high energy doggo. She walks in with excitement & walks out very tired. The staff is great! Friendly, kind, & always busting their butts to get the doggos out on time. You can really tell they love spending time with every pup! They give the best silly little updates. Would recommend over & over!

Rosie (3 year old Boston terrier) loves Paw Haven and has been going there since she was a puppy! Daycare or an overnight, Rosie can’t wait to go and always comes back a happy pup. Thanks to the Paw Haven family for taking great care of Rosie and for all the awesome pictures!!

My chocolate lab mix “Edmond” and husky “Sissy” have been going to Paw Haven (dog daycare) for at least a year now. They love the staff and the other dogs and they come home tired & happy. The facility itself is huge and beautiful and the prices are on par with or less than any doggy daycare you’d find in the area (I’ve done my research, trust me). The staff does cute activities for holidays and PH also offers grooming and boarding services which I haven’t yet used but it’s a nice option to have. Some other things I like: the facility has cameras, there is a quick response time should you have any questions and the interview/orientation process was simple and straightforward. There really aren’t many cons, the only time there was any confusion/issues was several months back when more staff was being hired and a lot of people were in training all at once (which is understandable). No issues since that brief window of time. I really love this facility and know they take good care of my favorite people - my pups.

I’ve sent my dog here several times over the past two years and have always been pleased with the experience! The staff are all very kind and my dog seems so happy when I come to pick her up. The livestream webcams are a huge plus and I love being able to check in on her watch her play while I’m away. They also periodically send photo updates of your pup during their stay. I’m moving from the area which is unfortunate because I’ve yet to have another boarding experience that rivals Paw Haven!

Paw Haven is honestly a dream come true! Our dog has a lot of energy. He needs an environment where he can burn it off in a safe capacity. He pulls my arm off when we get out of the car in the parking lot because he’s so excited to walk through the door. He loves his social time and spends all day running around, instead of sitting at home waiting for us to return. Later when he gets home he sleeps from that moment on through the ENTIRE night. Tired dogs are happy dogs and this rings true over and over again. Not to mention that we love the friendly staff, we get to “check-in” periodically to see him playing with his friends through Paw Haven’s camera system, AND at the end of every day we get a handful of adorable photos! I tell my husband all the time, daycare at Paw Haven is worth every single cent!

An exceptionally bad experience! We are traveling to the area for the holiday and when I first called I was told that they can accept our dogs for daycare after I create an account, uploade vaccine records and book a meet and greet. We did all of that, called back and was told we need to upload records of a fecal test, so I had to call my Vet in Michigan and get them to send me lab test, which I did and uploaded to their account. I called back only to be told they had not sorted out their interview policy for this week and they actually aren't accepting new dogs for daycare! I spent almost an hour and a half running around to do what they asked for after two separate calls with two separate people only to be told they weren't fully organized with their holiday week policy! How is this a business? Obviously poor operations if the management can't communicate to the employees fielding calls.

Our pups love their time at Paw Haven! When we board them, we get them a Luxury Suite that they can stay in together, and it has Live Webcams that we can use to check in on them throughout the day. We love the report cards and photo updates at the end of each night, and love the optional add-ons we can purchase to spoil the pups a little extra while we’re away.

Love this place! I know I can trust them with my pup whenever I leave him here. He always comes home so tired from a long day of play! Plus they always send me a report card of how he did that day along with pictures!! They make my day. It’s nice that they always make sure to keep you updated. The website also has a camera in the playrooms so you can check on your fur baby when you miss them. Not only that but some rooms have a camera so you can see your baby after the playroom camera goes off for the night. Really saved me and my husband when we went on vacation. I always recommend this place to my friends. Pawhaven is AMAZING. Id trust them with my real children if they took them too 😂attaching an adorable pic they took of my pup 🥹

My puppy Bruno LOVE pawhaven!!! He is staying for the week in boarding and he is so so happy there! Every time he walks in, he immediately starts jumping and barking with excitement! Absolutely bring your dog here if you need day care and/or boarding!

This was our first time using a dog sitter so we were a little nervous but Devorah was wonderful. She took great care of our two dogs, one of whom has terrible separation anxiety. She sent pics of them throughout the day and we could see they were having a good time and were in good hands. You can tell she cares deeply for her charges. We would definitely use Devorah again!

Devorah is so wonderful, and I don't know what I would do without her! It is rare to find someone so dedicated to bringing joy and fun to your dog's life. Rain or shine, she picks up my dog and brings him, with some other neighborhood doggie friends, to hike at a nearby state park or run about in a backyard. He comes back from these play dates tired and happy. She is extremely flexible and understanding about changing schedules. I trust her completely with my dog and with the keys to my apartment, and she is always willing to help out with whatever we need - including watering my plants when I'm gone, or bringing my mail inside. I could not recommend her more for any dog walking, pet sitting, or house sitting needs!

I cannot possibly praise Devorah more highly-- she is kind, reliable, trustworthy, personable, and very knowledgeable about dogs. She has been very understanding about our hectic and ever-changing schedule, and she sends pictures and updates from our dog's many adventures with her. I would recommend her without reservation to anyone who needs pet care!

Devorah was a wonderful cat sitter for our two cats! This was our first time going away on vacation and leaving them home alone. Though we missed them a lot, we were comforted to know that they were in such good hands for the week. Before leaving, Dev asked us some very thoughtful questions about each of the cats’ preferences such as; what their favorite toys were and how they liked to play, if they enjoyed being cuddled or pet, and even if they would like to listen to music or podcasts to keep them company while we were gone. Dev gave us daily text updates detailing her interactions with our more outgoing cat and included pictures as well. She also checked on our cat that hid during most visits to make sure she was okay and assured us that the air in the house was a comfortable temperature amidst the summer heat. We would definitely use Devorah if we needed her again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any of our friends. She was dependable, caring, and communicative; a purrfect sitter for our kitties :)

You can not get a better Pet Sitter in the whole of 20 mile radius who would really really love pets like the way Devorah does. She took care of my dog seems like forever. Everytime she comes in Octo goes and runs to her and is always so happy to see her. For all the months that I have known her, she has brought smile back to a Beagle named Luna who I never saw smiling in the past 10 months suddenly started smiling 3 months ago since she had starting walking her everyday. She even does great pet sitting and her only priority is to keep the puppies happy. She says she is living her dream. Am glad she is in our life taking care of Octo when am gone for a trip or something,.. All her pets love her!! Highkly Recommended !

Dev is great. Extremely reliable and thoughtful. She went out of her way to visit our two cats when there was difficulty accessing our apartment building. She genuinely cared about our pets, and everyone elses. 10/10 would recommend.

I don’t trust just anyone with my dogs. But I thoroughly trust New Haven Dog Walker. Thoughtful, attentive, trustworthy and super knowledgeable about how to handle dogs and make them feel comfortable and keep them safe in my absence. I highly recommend with no qualms!

My dog has been only with me since he was a puppy. I went to Best Friends and spoke to the man at the desk. He assured me they have experience with one person dogs. I left for New Hampshire with a measure of anxiety .....but returned 5 days later to find a bathed and relatively calm dog. Before I left I Made another reservation for November. I highly recommend them.

Shannon does a great job grooming my golden doodle. My Chloe always comes home happy. I know she is well cared for at Best Friends.

We love Best Friends! The staff is so friendly and they love our Lola. I trust them to take good care of her when we are away on vacation. I love that I can check in on the web cams and see Lola playing happily with the other dogs, knowing she will be tired out and sleep comfortably. I would definitely add the go home bath. You get a late check out and your dog will come home clean and smelling great!

Shannon is wonderful! She treats our dog like he is her own. She not only gives him the cutest haircut but she consistently communicates with us about his grooming.

We have used best friends pet hotel several times when needing to board our husky. He always has a great time and comes home well bathed and well rested! I feel confident leaving him for his own vacation when we are away.

Have used them for more than a decade. Always friendly and professional. Kathryn is amazing as a groomer. She had groomed my Standard Schnauzer and now does a great job with my miniature labradoodle. It is well worth the 25 minute drive to bring my pups there.

Hira had an amazing first day at Bark Avenue! Audrey at the desk was amazing answering our questions and assuring us our puppy was having a great first day when we called and at pickup! They were amazing in answering any questions that were asked and she even sent us a photo to confirm our dog was having a blast! 🐾We cant wait to come back for another play day for doggy daycare again!

Trustworthy, reliable, flexible, and love dogs of all shapes, sizes, ages and temperaments! My dogs love the Comforts of Home sitters, they are always so excited to see them. I am constantly changing my schedule; adding and subtracting days during the week...they are superb at keeping track of your needs and your dogs' needs. They are also great communicators...if anything is wrong (dog seems sick, dog limps during a walk, etc.) they always let me know. It's so great for us dog owners who can't be at home all the time to know that we have someone we can count on to keep our dogs happy and healthy in our absence.

Justine has been helping us with dog walking & boarding services for about 2.5 years. She has been 100% reliable with mid-day dog walks; Justine was even coming twice a day during the puppy stage. She has a beautiful home with a large fenced in yard where she boards the dogs. My dog (Abby) has stayed more nights than I can count and she always comes home happy! Abby gets plenty of exercise and time with other dogs while she’s there; I never have to worry about her. Besides that, Justine is flexible with scheduling and has always been able to meet our needs or even last minute requests. She is a true animal lover at heart and cares for the dogs like her own. Its a Dogs life is the best! My pup Lexi has been going for about 6 months. I got her as a rescue and she was a shaky, nervous bundle of nerves. Scared of everything. Danielle and Mike are amazing. They were extremely patient and caring with her and helped her to socialize with the other dogs which has helped build her confidence. Lexi can't wait to get out of the truck every morning and comes home nice and tired from playing with her friends. I wouldn't send my fur baby anywhere else.

I love this Dog DayCare! It's so nice having piece of mind when I drop my dog off that my dog is comfortable and I am comfortable leaving him there. Danielle is so attentive to all the dogs there. And my dog always has a great time with all his friends.

My dog has been coming here for over a year a couple days per week and loves it! It’s very relaxed (you rarely hear dogs barking when you pull up, they are playing or relaxing inside or outside), the facility is super clean and you can tell the dogs love Mike and Danielle- who are the best!

Doggie Daycare has been a saving grace. Poor Kobe was quite the wild child before starting! Now he’s matured and can’t wait to leave in the morning. He sits by the door waiting to head to school. The hours are great and it's nice to know our dog is well taken care of during the day.

I absolutely love It's a Dog's Life! Danielle and Mike are both great with dogs....and people! My 100 pound Bernese Mountain Dog comes home exhausted and happy and can't wait to go back the next day! I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a great place for their dog!

A tired dog is a good dog. My two play all day and sleep well all evening. They get the dog socialization they need and exercise.

This is the best doggie daycare in Ct. highly recommend everyone who is in need of a doggie day care to bring your pets there. They are clean, professional and love your dogs like they are their own.

The grandpuppy started attending a few weeks ago & loves it. Well run, super clean, great fellow clients. Tired and happy pup at day's end.

Had such a good experience today for my dogs swimming lesson! Such knowledgable and caring staff. My Doberman sinks in the water, by the end of the lesson he was kicking all 4 feet! Can’t wait to continue and possibly do dock diving!

Had a great time at Millie’s first “Try It” session for dock diving! She loved it and both trainers were very helpful in their instruction. She did great and it made me so happy to see her do well!

We had scheduled drop off at 6:30 am. Staff did not accept our dog until 6:50am. Report cards are reported to be generated daily. We got photos 2 days out of a 5 day stay. We also paid for daycare and he was not with other dogs with the exception of 1 puppy. We paid for an exit bath $49 and he was viably dirty and had a strong odor to him when we picked him up. The week prior we had a similar experience after paying for a bath at pick up time he had a line on all paws with yellow on his fur. When we got home he drank a large bowl of water leading me to believe there may be a water restriction while being boarded. We will never use wagging tails again.

I was very upset when I picked up my Rottweiler after my vacation. I was given one price when I left and an increase in price when I returned. When I questioned it, I was treated very rudely by the manager. She spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner.The manager mentioned numerous times that she is putting her daughter through college and can’t adjust price or give discounts. I requested that my dog receive an exit bath and she was returned with a horrible stench and had diarrhea. They did not specify why she had diarrhea. In addition, we called to let them know that our flight was delayed and they never shared that she had diarrhea. I will never put my dog there again and I don’t think they have good hygiene habits in their kennel.

I took my time composing this, as I was very upset initially. I was spoken to rudely on the phone and at drop off, but I let that go. I took my dog for the required 5 hour evaluation to board. My usual kennel I board her at every year had no more space, so I sought another option. I dropped her and assumed all was well. Upon my pick up of her 5 hours later I was informed she was never removed from the kennel due to her high levels of stress. I never received a call from them to have the option to pick her up. I asked why I wasn’t informed of her extreme distress and was met with literally no answer. She had a large cut on her nose, she and was ill for two days after. She boards every year and has never had an issue before, she is very social and goes to the dog park weekly. I can’t understand why I wouldn’t be informed of her panic when it went on for the whole 5 hours so I could choose to come get her. There was no explanation for the cut on her nose. I don’t know what happens there, but I certainly would not recommend.

I hurt my back , and have a yellow Labrador retriever 12 week old puppy couldn’t take care of him!!! Call Wagging tails. And they took him right in. Went to pick him up all I saw was a happy little puppy. they were great they checked with my vet make sure he had all his shots!!! Took him back today!! he couldn’t get in the door quick enough he just loves the staff I say five stars!!! Somehow it says for trying to get it to say five but definitely a five star

Went twice I will not go back I found a better place I travel an hr away. This last time we waited an hr appointment. The pool is still green algae, trainer stated that don't bring her ball she ll drink the water which make her stomach turn No in reality the green algae just for her being in the pool and her cleaning her selfafter wards she might have systems such as know diarrhea .cyanobacteria is poisonous and could be life threatening so please dont go to this place I found a better place where there is actually a private lesson for an hr where the pool is clean they have multiple other events they train there cheaper by 10 bucks there punctual. I can only imagine what the kennels look like at this wagging tails facility if what this pool looks like.and my dog is my service dog can't go anywhere hopefully when I go to my doctor s appointment she diarrhea s before going in to the va .

Rosa loved her stay here! I'll use these guys again! Highly recommend! When she came back home, it was a seamless transition. Like we never left. This place is the next best thing to staying at 'grandma's house'! So cool! Staff treated my little girl like she was family. I loved the photos and reports they sent daily. This feature was so beneficial to my piece of mind while away. I enjoyed seeing her smiling face playing with other dogs and making friends. Excellent social interaction they are promoting by mixing dogs based on personality and not size. This is a great place that understands how to treat our little fur babies. Its definitely not just a kennel. It's her home away from home. I'm considering using the daycare program to teach Rosie how to swim. We'll be back!

Hired for a week only showed up for two days, lost two cats, non-hired individuals entered our home, door unlocked, alarm broken, keys not returned so locks had to be replaced *documentation provided by police who arrived on site when arrived and home unlocked, dark and contents proved no one had entered for five days! Cugo was reprehensibley rude, unprofessional

Maximiliano had the best time of his life. Staff and owners were extremely attentive and amazing. I was not wrong when I decide to drive for 90 minutes to bring Maximiliano there for a few hours. I wish I could live closer so that we could bring Max every day. We LOVE this place.
