Four dogs I have loved have been boarders at Animal Ark when I travel to visit family. The last two, Buckwheat and Millie have also been regular campers during the week. They have been well treated and loved by the staff. They were not fearful when dropped off for boarding because they knew they would be in camp during weeks they were staying at the Ark. I don’t feel guilty about leaving my pet in their care. My current dog Millie is always excited to be there! Thanks to Dakota, Mira, and Brianne and others and all those who preceded them! We love Animal Ark!

Everyone at Animal Ark is so amazing and friendly. Mazie loves going there and playing with all her friends. Especially when they have the pools filled…to say she is a water baby is an understatement. Staff is extremely interactive and creative with the activities they plan. Friends and family have all seen the photos and can’t believe they do a better job than most child day cares. But hey they are our fur babies too! We are counting down the days for her to heal from surgery and be able to come back.

Thank you so much for taking care of Sophie and Toby. After they were groomed and taken to the vet, I’m happy to say that they’re both doing so much better and seem to be happy and comfortable with me and my family. I’ll never forget your kindness. 💕 I want to add to my review. Both cats were in terrible condition after having lived with my elderly aunt for years. They were completely flee infested and their fur was so matted that they couldn’t walk or even lay down properly. The black and white cat (Toby) was 15 years old before he passed away a couple of months ago. He was so much happier and comfortable with my family before he passed. Sophie (the black cat) is now living with my dad who is taking amazing care of her. Animal Ark took very good care of them by making them so much more comfortable by shaving them (which I cant begin to imagine how difficult it must’ve been) and getting rid of the flees. They were so gentle and kind to both kitties while in their care.

I have taken my cats and dogs for grooming occasionally and always delighted! Becky does an exceptional groom on my little rascal cat! I always board my pets at Animal Ark because I know that they will receive exceptional care! thank you

Animal Ark Pet Resort is great they really helped us out when we went out of town for a couple days for a wedding. My dog has NEVER been away from home and is always nervous anyway. We have always had a positive experience with Animal Ark, whether daycare or boarding. Everyone we’ve encountered has gone above and beyond to provide kind and compassionate care for our pets, we’ve been taking our pets several years. Appreciate that we are given an overview “summary” of pet’s stay upon check out and usually a daycare report. It’s great having Animal Ark as a resource to care for our pet when needed.

Our first experience there and they did an amazing job on our Goldendoodle puppy. He was a farm dog with 9 months worth of hair and extreme matting! After taking him he looked like a completely different dog. His cut looked so professional and he smelled so good! With all the work they put in with the bath, cut, nail trim, ear clean, I paid $70. I highly recommend them and they will have a lifetime customer!

I really like Animal Ark. I've been taking my pets there for years, for grooming and occasional boarding. I have always had a good experience and their staff has always treated my pets very well. I like how they consult with you each time you arrive, to be sure they know exactly what you'd like done during the grooming. My sheltie dog Kirby, goes there regularly for grooming and he always comes out tail wagging, and looking great!...his fur and nails are trimmed as requested, and he smells really good too! Not only are the groomers great, but the front office staff are always very friendly, and try to accommodate my requests for certain dates when I call, which I appreciate, because sometimes there's so much to juggle! A couple of years ago my husband became ill and unexpectedly had a long hospital stay. On a moments notice Animal ark was able to board my dog and 2 cats immediately...and I was so grateful for them. All things considered, I couldn't be happier to have such nice people at a location nearby. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and gentle with my puppy, making the experience stress-free for both of us. I always go to Daily Pet Lodge for my dog sitting and dog boarding needs. From our very first meeting l could tell Richard had the patience and personality to care for my hyper pup, Trevor. They hit it off from the start. He cared for my pup while I was out of town for a week and was very thoughtful to send me videos of my pup playing and having fun. The Daily Pet Lodge is trustworthy and reliable and leaving my pup with them gave me the peace of mind l needed to go on my trip.

Clean and reasonably priced. The nicest people work here. Took call-ins while we were traveling, so we could check on our pets!

A bit out of the way but worth the savings. Clean facilities and knowledgeable, caring staff. Daily walks or play time optional for the canines. If you don't want to pay for your dog to watch television and just need to board then this might be the place for you.

We have an anxious pup who only likes his family, and acts nervous and seems scary/aggressive (he is a 75 lb lab/shepherd mix with issues) to anyone else (aka strangers). Town & Country is the ONLY kennel in the area who would take him. They are friendly, listen and he acts excited when entering and leaving. So grateful for them!!!

I had the best experience boarding my dog with T&C Kennel. They were so nice, accommodating, and my dog came back happy and healthy. I had to extend her stay by one day and had no trouble doing so with the staff. The facility was clean, check in was efficient and calm, and I felt the overall cost was very reasonable. I do not like kenneling my dogs but Town & Country is wonderful. Kind, caring staff. My dogs are so good when we pick them up so I know they also had a good experience. I wish I could find a similar business in our new location. Thanks Town & Country!

Boarded our cat, she can be a handful due to her separation anxiety. She came back with no issues, the staff was super friendly, on top of the great prices. They recently sent us a handwritten follow up card which was so nice. Definitely getting our business from here forward.

The owner will take your dog on a “vacation” in a different state without telling anyone and then try to hold them for ransom and refuse to bring the dog back. And then after police and local12news get involved finally decides to bring back the dog. 0/100000 do not recommend !!!!!

Town & Country takes great care of my dogs. They’re well-organized for drop-off and pick-up. And I know my dogs are taken care of when I’m out of town. We highly recommend them!

We love Dogtown and so does my pup Violet! It’s a relief knowing that my dog is being cared for by awesome staff while we’re away at work. Violet has made so many friends and enjoys her time there. I cannot say enough positive things about Dogtown and the people that work there, I feel so fortunate to have found them.

My dog loves Dogtown, and so do I!!! He is there 3 days a week and he drags me through the doors every single time! Having a place for him to get energy out and socialize is amazing. Plus knowing he is safe and well taken care of really eases your mind when you’re not with your pup!!!

We found Dogtown West after our first doggy daycare closed and we weren't sure at first, but our little Leo loves it there now. Now that everyone knows him, he loves going there and doesn't want to leave at night. They are all so great with the dogs. So glad we have this close by and that they love our doggies like we do.

My dog, Ziggy, loves going and playing with his friends. He is always greeted by the staff by them telling us how much they love him and Everytime we pick him up or call, they recognize him or say how much they love him. We have boarded there and done daycare. Nothing but great experiences. Highly recommend.

I love Dogtown, and so does my dog Rosie! Rosie has a membership, and goes to daycare at least twice weekly, sometimes more. Every time I drop her off at daycare, she bolts through the door. My dog is very social, and Rosie loves to be around all the dogs and employees at Dogtown. I also exclusively board and groom Rosie at Dogtown. As long as I live in Cincinnati, Rosie will be a member at Dogtown West. I cannot recommend it enough!

Our pups love going to dog town. They get lots of attention and have so much fun when there. They are worn out from continuous playing. The friendly staff loves the pups like their own.

The most horrible experiences I ever had. We tried to give them chances so many times, but all they did just made us disappointed and upset. First time, One night my husband picked up our dog, any of employees there didn’t tell him my dog got a cut on her face. Until I got home, I figured out that. My husband called them next day, what the manager’s answer was “they forgot to tell us that night, but they actually wrote it down in the journal. This won’t happen again.” Ok, that’s fine. We tried to understand. But honestly, that’s their everyday work, how come they can forget? Not even professional about their service. Second time, we checked on the camera. Quite while I couldn’t see my dog. So we called. They said my dog was at the hallway, she didn’t want to go into the room and play with dogs. Actually it’s kinda scary if you can’t see your baby for some time. The last time, which totally ruined our trust to this team. From the camera, we saw our dog was put into a smaller cage compared to other bigger ones. She is a German shepherd, a big dog, when she was in the cage, she couldn’t even straight her back and stand up and barely turn her body around. We kept checking on her about an hour, finally we called. The manager said “from our angle maybe looks smaller, but actually it’s not.” When my husband asked the reason why they put her into the cage for so long, they said ”just give her space for nap, we only let her in like 15 mins, every dog have their turn.” You can see the pictures, the dog at the corner is my dog. Look how uncomfortable she was. And the pictures with their cages, smaller ones are on the chair, bigger ones close to the window. The sizes you can count by the floor tiles/squares. I think maybe they think I am blind or a fool, so they tried to convince me I was wrong. Well, anyway, maybe because the price is cheap, we only deserve this service quality. If you have no choice to accept this team for your daycare, don’t forget to check on camera as much as you can. My advice.

My dog peaches loves dogtown. She is always super sleepy when she comes home. The dog groomer Skylar is very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend bringing your dog here for daycare, boarding, and grooming.

Our family loves dog town and our sweet husky gets so excited when he knows we are heading there! The socializing he gets with other dogs has really helped him have the best SOCIAL SKILLS! Super important with big dogs. I love that we can check in on him throughout the day on live webcams too! He went today and is so tuckered out! Helps with his behavior at home too! I'm glad we found this place and HIGHLY recommend it!

Thank you DogTown for taking care of my fur babies 😊 I am recommending this place to my friends. I was totally comfortable leaving my little dogs for 5 days. The employees I had contact with are very kind individuals…loving all dogs! One of my dogs needed medication twice a day and they were more than willing to handle this. However, my chihuahua wouldn’t take her pill (in a pill pocket) from anyone other than me! I did get a phone call concerning this issue. They did manage to get her to take the pill one time! I was fine going to the facility in the AM and PM to give her the pill. They followed my feeding instructions perfectly. When I decide to go on a trip, I will definitely bring my fur babies to DogTown West!!!

I have two Boston terriers that go to daycare at Red Dog. They absolutely LOVE going to play with their friends, and I can’t get them in the door quick enough! With a very high energy puppy, daycare has helped us tremendously. Even my anxious older Boston enjoys the socialization. The staff is great as well!

I took my dog there today for the first time for grooming. Jane was his groomer she did am excellent job on my dog. I had been to several groomers and no one could handle him. But Jane was able to give him the best hair cut and trim that he has had in about 10 months. I will definitely bring him back for all his grooming appointments.

Our dogs absolutely love Red Dog Pet Resort. The staff is always so pleasant, the groomer is AMAZING and we love boarding our boys. We typically get the villa and it’s great to see the boys on camera. They are able to board together, making them feeling more at home. We also love that there is a TV and a small door for them to go outside from their room. Highly recommended!!

Jane is great! She is very thorough and has great suggestions for grooming our pet at home between grooming visits. People in the reception area, when we dropped off our dog, were very attentive. Thanks for such great care for our Fiona!

We are fairly new to the Pet Resort experience and have used the services for a second time just last week for a quick over night stay in the Villa for our 3 pups. We love being able to check in on them on the camera. The staff is always very friendly and makes us feel comfortable to leave our babies in their care.

This was my pup’s very first boarding experience and I am beyond impressed with Red Dog Springdale. They really made me feel like my pup was in good hands. We will definitely use this service in the future.

This was our 1st time to visit and it was wonderful. Everyone is friendly, and professional. This was for grooming my Golden Retriever and Jane did a great job. I was able to speak with her before and explain specific things i wanted.

We LOVE Red Dog! Our Cocoa (who's almost 11) only goes two days a week but she is always greeted warmly and we are constantly told how good she is. She gets some exercise and love during the day when we are at work. Would absolutely recommend the Springdale location over and over again!

I was nervous leaving my dogs for the first time. They answered all my questions and were so nice. I was able to log in and see my dogs at anytime. Very clean, and will definitely be using them again!

I am so happy we found Professional Pet Nanny/Kyle! The best pet care we have experienced. I felt extremely comfortable leaving our two cats and not having to worry about them. This is our first time having a pet nanny and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Kyle from day one was accommodating and helped with every step. We were still nervous leaving our 4 kitties, but by day 2 didn’t worry at all. We were updated at every visit with email and pictures. She managed to get the big girls to play too! Kyle even cleaned, dishes, vacuumed, watered the plants, left lights on at night etc. And unless it’s my imagination the bigs and littles like each other a little more than when we left! The only problem is I think our cats now think we are boring and are waiting to play with Kyle again!! This will not be the last time we have Kyle and Tyler watch over our furry kiddos!!

I have had nothing but great service from Kyle and/or her team for my two cats Watson and Holmes on multiple occasions. I would recommend their services to any pet parent in the area!! Her level of service is way beyond what you pay for. For example, she changes the water fountain water each day, waters plants, and even tidies up my kitchen! I have SO much comfort in receiving the daily pictures and updates in the app after each visit while I'm away. It always makes me feel so much better seeing my cats thriving when I'm not home. And the level of playtime is EPIC! Every time Kyle plays with my cats, they have SO much fun, I buy new toys when I get home so they continue to like me as much as they like Kyle! 😹 I am so thankful to have someone trustworthy and knowledgeable care for and love my boys when I'm out of town!

I chose to switch my pet sitting needs to Professional Pet Nanny after being disappointed with reliability of Rover. I have been so pleased with the care Kyle provides for my kitties, especially the amount of time she spends getting to know them and their style of play. I receive pictures from each visit that show them playing and enjoying meals, putting my mind at ease. When I come back home, everything is just as it should be. I know my cats are more comfortable staying at home while I travel, and the app is super convenient for booking and staying in touch with updates during my travel. Our cat has separation anxiety and doesn't like when we go out of town. So when they did the home visit, we were surprised how well our fur baby responded! She was playing and having a great time! We'll be booking again in the future!

As always, Professional Pet Nanny took excellent care of our kitties, Minnie, Cecil and Samuel, including playing with them each time they visited, which was twice a day! They also took care of the mail and our plants, which were so happy. Most of all, we have peace of mind knowing everything will be perfect when we’re back home.

I had a wonderful experience with Professional Pet Nanny. My sitter, Kyle made my cat feel comfortable and allowed for me to not worry during my trip. The one hour of play time along with feeding worked out perfect for my high energy cat. I received photos and messages of my cat during and after the play sessions that gave me peace of mind. Professional Pet nanny is the best option in town for pet sitting!

We hired Professional Pet Nanny a few years ago since all of our family was going with us on a trip - we needed a pet sitter. We had never had anyone but family do this. We had special needs and she had to visit several times per day. We loved our experience! Nanny Kyle met our pets prior to our departure and reviewed everything with us. During our trip we received daily photos and updates. We returned to find a clean home, happy pets and a detailed visit log. Kyle even brought a new toy and catnip for the babies. There was also classical music playing for them. One of my cats was a bit chubbier than I left him but that was probably stress eating on his part! I'm just glad he was comfortable enough to be eating! She also got the mail and took the trash out. We will be taking another family trip soon - we will need a sitter - and we plan on calling Nanny Kyle!!

Kyle did a wonderful job watching our 10 year old golden doodle for overnights and day walks! Kyle is very details and wants to know everything about your house and dog to make sure nothing could go wrong! Our dog has cancer and Kyle made sure to meet all of his needs! 100 percent would recommend! She does a fantastic job and even updates you every few hours!

My dog had a grooming appointment at Red Dog and it was a great experience. He can sometimes be squirmy during a cut but the Red Dog provided a great cut and he was in and out in a timely manner. The price was reasonable and the process for booking the appointment was easy. Definitely would recommend to any dog who needs a hair cut!

Our newly adopted golden retriever was really in need of a good groom, and he got it at red dog! The stylist took her time with him and he came back looking great. We will definitely be bringing him back to Red Dog for grooming in the future!

They were so good with my dog. She is usually nervous around new places but she warmed up to the groomer right away and when I picked her up she was happy as a clam. Will definitely return.

It’s hard to review because I didn’t see anything. I was not allowed to go back and see his room when I dropped him off, so I just hoped he got what I paid for. There are no email, no updates, no pictures given during his stay which is hard. I had no cell service where I was vacationing so I never heard how he was getting along. I watched quite closely when he was brought up front when I went to pick him up and he was wagging his tail, and appeared perfectly happy even before he saw me so that was a huge relief. This “spa” is a giant business above all else but do appear to care for their guests.

The facilities are excellent, but it’s truly the staff that makes this place exceptional for us when leaving our dog while we travel. We’ve used both the daycare and overnight services, and the experience has been outstanding every time. Being able to check in on our dog through their 24-hour webcam on the app was incredibly reassuring, and the staff was very helpful in getting it set up for us. The communication was excellent, and we got daily updates. Special thanks to Ashley, Annie, Becky, and the entire team—everyone was professional, kind, and took great care of our dog. We couldn’t be more grateful!

My dog, Maggie Mae, LOVES going to Red Dog for daycare; her tail never wags harder. The staff smiles when she walks in and they greet her by name. I booked a 24 hr stay for my dog for the very first time. Since it was her first visit some things could not be scheduled which I understood since it was a last minute booking too. She was well taken care of and it is a beautiful facility. I will definitely use them again when staying in the Cincy area❤️

Our pup stayed there for the first time for two nights. We have always had a care giver in our house. This was the first time we boarded him and I was very anxious but he loved it there. Stay at Home Pet Services was outstanding. This was the first time we have left our cat for a weekend and we were very worried. Katie was our sitter and she sent a text with pictures on every visit. Visits were 30 minutes and she did everything, clean liter, refresh food and water, open and close blinds as well as bring in our mail and also played with Miss Molly! I would recommend this organization and rate the services as a 5/5...... I forgot to mention how professional the entire team was, prior to the first visit the team came out and met Miss Molly and our family and answered all questions... We frequently use Stay At Home for our cats when we go out of town. Our kitties love the attention and we feel much better knowing that someone is looking out for them! The update every time one of the staff visits is frequently a highlight of the day.

I have been a client of SAHP Services for over 18 months now and they have been brilliant! One of their team visits every weekday for an hour (walk, lunch and cuddle time). I have complete trust that they will look after my dogs and my home and protect both. One of my dogs had some complicated medical issues and they always showed great care to get everything correct. Their communication is excellent as well. I get notification of their arrival and then a brief summary of their visit (plus pictures) and notes of any issues or concerns. I feel blessed to have these folks to look after my dogs. They not only provide great dog walking service but more importantly provide me peace of mind.

We have used De at home several times. The caregiver has given our two cats, a lot of attention and care, even though one of these kitties was quite unfriendly last time. They provide lots of information and photos arrive promptly. Will be using them again.
