Excellent videos from Renske clearly explaining what the animals needed and how the house operated. Also useful information for taking Mishka on walks. Renske kept in touch with us whilst house-sitting. Mishka is an intelligent, well trained dog. She was an absolute delight and very easy to take on walks. Only regret was having to leave her behind! Rio also very easy and friendly. Highly recommend this house sit, particularly if you have no transport. Short walk to train station and High Street.
We had a great time at this house sit. The pets are very nice and easy to care for. The house and neighborhood are wonderful and as first time visitors to Pittsburgh, we were surprised how easy it was to fall in love with this city. We hiked and biked in both the rural parks and the riverfront "trails." We found great eats and bars in both downtown and Carnegie. Ben and family were very hospitable and were easy to communicate with before and during the sit.
Jennifer was wonderful to sit for. Her two pets Maui and Kaedie are a breeze. Maui in particular is super super affectionate. They're also located in a safe neighborhood with a park and a grocery store just a few blocks away!
We really enjoyed the Housesit at Hayley’s house. The communication was very easy and the pets super cute and easy going as well. Hayley also picked us up of the bus stop that we didn’t need to go for a 20 minute walk with our luggage. The bus is 8.40$ return and 50 minutes to cairns. She also told us that she didn’t had time to clean the house before what we could see. Sorry to mention it here but the first day we felt kind of uncomfortable and need to tidy up a bit. All in all we enjoyed the time and recommend the sit in Hayley’s house.
We spent 5 days in Tom and Sabine’s home. They welcomed us really warmly. It’s a really lovely couple and we had the chance to share meals and some marshmallow in the fire pit with them. A really great moment ! They took the time to explain us what Timber, the house and the garden needed. They write all these informations in a book, which is really useful. The house is 15 minutes far from Nanaimo, so it’s better to have a car. This is a really beautiful and spacious home ! Everything is very clean and well maintained. The yard is also very nice, and we enjoyed eating outside in this quiet place, with the view on the forest. Tom and Sabine’s home is just in front of the forest, so it’s really easy and nice to walk Timber twice a day. Timber is an absolute lovely dog and we will miss him so much ! He is really calm (barking sometimes when there are deers in the yard) and he spend most of his day lay close to you. After few days, he comes to us asking for cuddle, so cute ! He is really listening to you when you give him orders, which makes the walks really pleasant. During the walks, he uses to hide him beside trees, and you have to find him. So funny ! It’s an really easy going dog <3 During our stay we also had to watering the vegetable garden every two days. And it was nice to get some fresh fruits and vegetables in return. We really enjoyed our stay with Timber in Tom and Sabine’s home. We only can recommend you these lovely people and sweetheart dog !

My dogs absolutely love Carey and the team. They always consider which groups of dogs to walk them in for group walks, and my puppy has come on leaps and bounds with her training walks. We did a training session with Carey too and she had so much advice for both on walks and inside the house. DON'T: expect your dog to come home clean! DO: expect them to sleep the day away after so much activity!
Do not use. I came home to a skeletal & dehydrated cat. My cat has subsequently been put to sleep. Broached it with the sitter & got told excuses & refused a refund. Shame on Carey for continuing to deny her responsibility in this. My vet is horrified. Don’t believe the rubbish Carey is saying. Avoid at all costs. My cats aren’t skinny. They’re all super healthy. No decent sitter would have failed to see the deterioration in my cat. See you in court Carey. I’ve then been threatened re my work when I requested a refund.
My partner and I are moving out of the area soon, but top two things we will miss about St Neots are: a) daily walks at Paxton Pits, and b) Carey and the team at St Neots Pet Care. Carey has been walking our pup since he was 5 months old and it's been one of the best decisions we've made since we brought him home. He has gone from a shy and clingy puppy to a sociable, friendly, and playful dog, running out the door when Karen arrives with her van. He has an absolutely fabulous time out with his friends on each walk and comes home exhausted and happy as can be. I cannot thank the team enough for the great care and love they have shown to Merlin. Carey is hugely reachable and very accommodating, adjusting to changes in schedule and quick to get in touch with any concerns or issues with behaviour or health. I love that, as a veterinary nurse, she can check any little problems we're worried about ASAP, and it is so easy to buy our dog any number of tasty natural treats through the business. She is a wonderful contribution to the community around St Neots. Thank you so much Carey, Karen, and everyone in the team!
Carey is absolutely wonderful taking care of Gracie, our cat whilst we are on holidays. Gracie has diabetes and needs twice daily insulin injections. It’s perfect for us that Carey comes to our house, feeds, plays and gives Gracie her insulin with lots of fun in the comfort of home. I honestly can’t thank Carey enough - with her support, kindness, medical expertise and friendship gives me total peace of mind. I contacted Carey in a bit of a panic as I was going away on holiday and my cat, Pippa, had started showing signs of a urine infection. I knew the existing care I had in place for her was not going to be adequate as she would need medication administered. Carey was brilliant, responded really quickly and came round that day to meet me and Pippa and she was so professional, warm and friendly that I had instant confidence in her. In short, she saved our holiday, Pippa is now back to full health, and I will definitely be asking her to come again in the future.
Highly recommend St Neots Pet Care Services. Carey takes our fur baby out a few times a week and I honestly cannot fault her. She has spent training sessions with him and has taught him to walk off lead (where appropriate). I've seen her out and about on group walks and the dogs are always well-behaved. I was a bit worried about the socialisation aspect with bigger dogs as mine is quite small but Carey made sure this was done at my dogs pace and now he sits at the door and waits for her in the mornings! I get photos during the walks and the routes they have taken too. Also a huge bonus that Carey is also a qualified vetinary nurse, makes me feel even more confident that my one is in good hands!
Carey has been taking our nuisance of a dog out twice a week for several months now. She is reliable, friendly and the dog cannot wait to jump in the van each time she arrives. Working from home it's been a godsend for us knowing that the dog will be taken for a really good run regardless of the weather, and gets returned to us rinsed and exhausted. We then get a whole afternoon of peace and quiet whilst he snores away! On top of that, Carey provides us with so much great advice and guidance and is a one-stop-shop for petcare, natural treats and dog walking.
We stumbled upon Carey whilst looking for a vet nurse to pet sit for us whilst we were away for a few days. One of our house rabbits had recently had a complex operation and we wanted a vet nurse to continue her post-operative nursing care and supplementary feeds for a few days whilst we were away. Carey is friendly, extremely competant and took on the challenge with ease. We also have two parrots, another bunny and a tortoise and she did a fantastic job looking after our menagerie whilst we were away despite the list of tasks being very long! I can not praise Carey and her team enough. The abundance of love my fur bestie ‘Cody’ receives is unconditional. My heart literally melts every time I see the love and kindness my fur boy Cody is greeted with, and treated as thou he was their own 💕 In addition to the wonderful walkies , Carey being a veterinarian nurse means I also get Cody’s nail clipped and even teeth cleaned! Saving me loads of money and time! Cody means the world to me and my family and now the St Neots Pet Care team . I absolutely trust the team and 100% know my Cody is taken well care of . Andy is great. He listens and gives lots of advice. Our German Shepherd is anxious with traffic and sometimes other dogs. He undertook traffic training straight away and had Max off lead building confidence. With more training with group dog walks soon. Can highly recommend. Thanks Andy
I used cat sitting service for a second time in the last couple of months. I'm very pleased with Darren's accuracy for his visits and cat feeding. Darren was giving me a regular update about my cat. I found the house on the same way, I left it and my cat was calm - no stress, no mess. Cat sitting at home is a better and less stressful way to look after your cat, while you go away. Andy and his team work wonders! I had cause to use him last minute, and he house sat my pooches (after fellow dog walker recommended). Andy is understanding of Dogs and there concerned owners! He looked after any concerns of mine as well as my dogs! Kept me updated with pics and messages. Arrived home after 5 days away to the happiest dogs! I have just started using Home Alone for my 11month old Shi Tzuh as I have to go into the office now a few days a week. Andy & Alice take very good care of her. They send me photos of her playing throughout the day which I find reassuring in the office; dogs need the stimulation of other dogs and she gets dropped off shattered from all the excercise, win/win! I would really recommend this service.
Our dog is one of the family, there are few places we would leave him and know he was well looked after and treated as one of their own, this is one of those places. We only have to mention Andy and our dog is at the back door ready to go, he loves it there. Always comes back relaxed as he’s been spoilt and usually worn out as he’s been exercised well. Absolutely fully recommended.
Andrew and Alice are exceptionally good with my greyhound, John. John loves going for walks with them and the day care is also excellent. When ever I have to London I can relax knowing John is in safe hands.

Excellent ! Lots of space for your dog to run around and a separate quiet place for them to go and rest when worn out. Carol and her staff really know what they're doing and take great care of our pooch when we need somewhere to leave him. As a recognised breeder Carol has fantastic knowledge and understanding of dogs and how to train and look after them. When Alfie goes to board with Lyn it's his home from home. She is marvellous with him and he loves his long walks with her. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lyn. She will take care of your dog like her own.
Lyn has been so amazing with our dog Wren. Although she is sometimes a bit nervous with new people, after her trial night staying with Lyn she settled right in and has such a lovely time when she stays there. Lyn sends us frequent updates and photos so that we always know that she is receiving the best care and we are able to go away feeling like Wren is having a holiday and enjoying herself too. I would definitely recommend Lyn and won't hesitate to book Wren in with her when we are away again.
Basil has been going to Lyn for walks and boarding for a while now, it is like home from home for him. He loves Lyn and I know he is always safe and happy with Lyn when we occasionally leave him for boarding. Lyn is very reliable, professional, friendly and we and Basil think she is amazing. We highly recommend her walking and boarding.
I had never left my Labrador Charlie with anyone other than my Dad (who stayed in our house) so it was a big step for us leaving him somewhere. Lyn was so supportive and we got Charlie to visit twice before we actually went on a 10 day holiday. Charlie was really happy and it made me feel much more confident about leaving him. While we were away Lyn sent over a couple of pictures and I think Charlie was given more attention and love than at home! When I picked him up it was clear than Lyn really cared about Charlie and had invested time with him. I am so pleased we found her and will always use her in future! I would recommend Lyn for any doggie care!
Lyn is incredible with our dogs and nothing has ever been too much trouble for her even when we decided to get a third 😬 she is wonderful with the dogs and all three of ours think as much of Lyn as they do of us. I have absolutely no hesitation in leaving them in her care, she really is the best there is and we trust her implicitly 👌❤️

I had my cat booked in here as my family had used this cattery before and said it was great. on the day of taking the cat here, he escaped the cage in my house and I couldn’t get him back in. I felt terrible notifying the cattery at such late notice but they were extremely understanding. Lovely people and I plan to use them once I upgrade the cage and can keep the cat in it!
Good cattery. The owners are very professional and cats well looked after. Cat don't have a outside view from their pens. Some cats may feel depressed if staying for longer period.
This was the first time I have ever used a cattery and I was a little apprehensive. However Pam and Sue were so nice and put me at ease straight away. They are lovely. Highly recommend.

Took a customers dogs to Willow Tree K9 centre and it’s safe to save they had a lovely time, it was nice to see and use all the equipment in the field. The price was very reasonable and we will be back in the future 🙂 …
Lovely securely fenced dog park with lots of things for the dogs to play on. Ramps, plinths, tunnels etc and a nice selection of dog toys in a cupboard. New addition is the wooden shelter which is really welcome in bad weather. Well priced and there’s a smaller field if desired. Added a swim today for our chocolate Labrador and he loved it. Typical Lab. Straight in, no hesitation on steps or ramp and spent the entire session swimming and chasing balls and toys.
Our dogs love going to the Willowtree for field runs. Buddy has been a few times, this was Bella’s first time. She loved it. Knowing they can run free in a secure environment is so reassuring. Toys and water are supplied too. Definitely recommend, will always go there. 🐾💙🐾🩷
We have used Willowtree a number of times now, for swimming lessons, private swims and field hire. It’s easy to book sessions and pay on-line, the facilities are perfect - clean and well organised and the welcome from Georgie and Mark, warm and friendly. We have hired the secure fields for training purposes, booked a swimming lesson with Mark for our reticent retriever (highly recommended if you have a water-shy dog) and have also booked a session to swim with our dog, too, which was a perfect follow-on after the lesson.
The Willow Tree K9 Centre is a great place go to spend quality time with your dog/s and let them run free and play or train in a safe and secure environment. I personally use the larger of the two fields as I have an energetic Labrador who can cover a lot of ground. It's reassuring to have such high fencing, but at the same time it feels open and spacious with lots of areas of interest for the dogs to play amongst and have a good sniff. The agility equipment is good fun for play and training, as are the toys available if you forget to bring any, or want to try something different. It's easy to park, there is fresh water available and it has a lovely shelter for wetter days, or if you want to meet up with friends whilst the dogs play. I will definitely be returning.

Our very nervous dog had a lovely sniffathon and checked out the equipment. Everything felt very secure. Perhaps next time he will be confident enough to play.
AMAZING... To say this place and the lady running it is amazing, is simply an understatement. I took my Bernese Mountain Dog Here and she left looking BEAUTIFUL and she really enjoyed being there. Charlotte was so caring and organised and loving. My dog loved her. We will be bringing out other 3 dogs here when the need the special treatment. Having been to SO many groomers In and around the area, independent ones and chains... and left being felt ripped off and that my dogs could of either looked better or been treated better, I have my own obvious reservations with any new groomers... but this place is doing it RIGHT. Would give 6 stars if i could. Will absolutely be returning
We hired their secure field for an hour, it was a blast. My dog has severe anxiety outside so doesn't get to run around all that often. This was the first time he'd been off lead since we got him.
The best facilities for daycare, grooming and field hire in Bedfordshire hands down. Lovely pergolas to sit under in the fields, everything you could ever want to enrich your dog with agility equipment, owner is an absolute credit to this industry and cares deeply for all of her daycare attendees and customers. Immaculately clean and staff are so helpful and friendly.
I have been using the Dog Park for private bookings for over 2 years now. After a bad knee injury I was very worried as I was unable to walk my dogs on a lead. I got in contact with Country Boarding for Cats and Dogs and explained my situation. They were not only professional but made me feel at ease and I knew that my problems had been solved. My dogs absolutely love the park, it’s huge they have different areas that they can adventure too and it’s 100% secure so I don’t have to worry about them being able to get out of the park. The staff are so professional and friendly. You can tell they all care deeply about every Cat & Dog that walks through their doors. I would 100% with no hesitation recommend any dog owner who is looking for a dog park to use this one!
I own two precious poodles who had not been left in a kennel before. One of them is also a rescue and not good with other dogs on lead, to say I was nervous was an understatement. I should not have worried, they love it there. I have used them twice this year in June and July, they are also booked in for Sept and Dec. The staff are caring, professional and the place is spotless. It was a joy to watch my nervous rescue off lead in the field with other smaller dogs. He is now much better off lead meeting strange dogs. It has done him the world of good. I highly recommend them.
My dog Indie has been boarding here for nearly 10 years. It is the only place I trust and is like her second home. I know she loves it there as she gets so excited when we pull up and runs off without saying bye. The staff are very good and very caring and I am always relaxed when I go away knowing she is looked after by them. Great place, loads of land for the dogs and the facilities are modern. The kennel itself is very nice for Indies stay.
MOST UNRELIABLE KENNEL! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! Almost thousands of pounds worth of holiday lost just because of their unprofessionalism. Only HALF an hour after dropping our dog (great dane) at the kennel, I received a call from them telling me to come to pick up my dog as they couldn't get him in his kennel (ridiculous they can't even do their own job), they said straight away "come and pick him up, as he can't stay in our kennel", zero consideration, they didn't give us another option or solution, even when we said "if the problem is getting him in the kennel, what if we go there and we put him in the kennel" and they kept saying no. They didn't care about us losing our flight which was that same night, our booked hotel, all the wasted money... They only tried for 30 MINUTES!! (and it was more than enough for them). After a long call trying to give them a solution they came to me saying that is my fault because I had the option to come a couple of days before to see how my dog behaves, WHICH I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT I COULD DO THAT. But anyway, it doesn't matter because my dog behaviour is NOT the problem and Im gonna tell you why. Thank God my husband found another kennel available for that same day. >>>>>>>Tynehill Boarding Kennels<<<<<<< (which was much cheaper than the first one). We had ZERO problems with that kennel, we explain them our situation and they even stayed opened one hour more so we could drop our dog off. At the kennel the man was able to get our dog in the kennel with absolutely zero problems, he even left us get in the kennel with him to say goodbye. (pics attached) In this kennel we were able to bring our dog blanket (which he is very attached with) and his toy, and at country boarding they didn't let us. When collecting him after our holiday they told us they didn't have any problems getting him in and out of the kennel during walk time. I repeat, MOST UNRELIABLE KENNEL! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! Just a place with a bunch of careless, lazy people that doesn't have any kind of knowledge of dog handling.
My dogs had never boarded before so I was slightly anxious but I needn’t have been as the staff at Country Boarding were amazing. I saw regular updates on Facebook and it was quite obvious that both my dogs were being expertly cared for and having the best time! I will definitely use Country Boarding for Cats and Dogs again and would highly recommend their services!
Having used them for boarding in the past and for the dog park, I would not recommend them. My dog escaped the secure field and my dog came out of boarding and I was told he didn't touch the toys I left, this is impossible as both at home and other kennels he loves to shred then. I have not used them since and would never do so again. **I can confirm I was a client and have photographic evidence of my dog being there so please stop reporting my post. This is my own review and thoughts. Google also shows me as visiting.**
Called today to book a superior kennel for my three dogs for a one night stay on Thursday July the 11th, I was told that although it was available I would have to book two nights INCASE they could book for longer. Before covid my dogs had stayed, also we have used their park in the past. I would have possibly booked for my fortnight holiday later in the year but I'm afraid I won't be now.

I have used the kennels for my dogs for a good few years and I have boarded three dogs with them over those years. I have always had excellent service and support, none more so than with my latest GSD. He is another rescue having been in kennels for a year and he comes with some challenges around anxiety and reactivity to other dogs. Unexpectedly life found me needing to kennel him and I didn’t even consider anywhere else. I got a quote, explained all on the form and again when I took him in. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. I checked in a few times while away and got updates and when I collected him he was none the worse for his holiday, he even seemed to have enjoyed it! I can’t thank the staff enough and I can’t recommend the recommend the kennels highly enough.
I cannot recommend Stacey of Bella's Board and Biscuits highly enough. Stacey went out of her way to accommodate us and have our Romanian rescue at the last minute this summer, even though she was moving house! Stacey's love and knowledge of dogs is clear in all that she does. She was kind, gentle and loving to our boy, treating him as one of her own, he loved every minute of his holiday there! Stacey kept in regular contact with me, sharing photos of Hunter throughout the week, where he was playing with other dogs and out on wonderful walks....he even came home at least a kilo lighter, something our vet was very happy about!! Hunter cannot wait to come back for another holiday! Thank you for taking such incredible care of our boy.
Highly recommended for both walking and boarding, Stacey knows what she's on about and is extremely good at what she does. I trust her with my Patterdale and I can be very cautious with who I let handle him as he can be about temperamental with other dogs.
We have always had a great relationship with Stacey of Bellas Board and Biscuits who turns up exactly when she says she will, goes above and beyond to provide dogs in her care with love, attention and enrichment activities. We hope to continue dealing with her for many years to come!!
I highly recommend Stacey, she is a lady who loves the dogs, continues to enhance her own training to ensure that she can continue to offer excellent services to all us clients. It is also reassuring to know that she is a fully licensed boarder that I recommend continuously.
Would not recommend. Unfortunately, we found out our dog was only being walked for 15 minutes despite paying for an hour. It seems the owner was aware of this but still took the payment for the full hour. Lost all trust with this company, avoid unless you have cameras to ensure dog is being well cared for.

AVOID untrustworthy company found out they wasn't walking our 2 dogs for the time that had been agreed ( we have hidden cameras ) also got report from a neighbour that one of the walkers was seen kicking my dog so we cut all ties with the company and have approached the police and filed a complaint.

Sally has an absolute wealth of experience with all forms and breeds of dogs and pulls no punches in ensuring that she gives you and your pooch the best service possible. She regularly looks after my Golden Retriever, Edie, and she very much loves her stays with Sally. Sally always enriches her training, loves her and cares for her during Edie's stays to the point that when Edie sees her, she can't help but wag her whole body! Highly recommend Sally and absolutely trust her with my dog.
Winnie has been boarding with Sally for several years and is considered part of Sally’s pet family and human family . Sally offers lots of hugs and cuddles as well as plenty of exercise and lots of doggy adventures We would highly recommend her .

Lovely cattery, friendly welcome. My elderly cat stayed for her first visit for 3 days this week & upon collection she seemed very happy to stay asleep on the shelf. So much for missing me 😆. A good sign that she was happy with her holiday home …

Had our cat Annie at her first stay at any cattery and I'm very glad we chose Tilly's. She was very well cared for and we will definitely use Tilly's again. The cats have spacious, warm and clean chalets set in a lovely garden. They have plenty of room to explore their surroundings in their chalet and ample places to get some peace and quite. The cats are looked after by people who obviously and genuinely care. Thank you, Tilly's!

I swore I would never use a cattery again but I take it all back. A brilliant service from people who truly care and its shows. Despite my Charlie being a mostly outdoor cat, he had a great time watching the chickens and lounging in his pen. I have already booked his next two stays. Thank you!
