Would give more stars if I could. Mary took care of my dog Molly - it’s so tough leaving your fur baby with someone you might not know but Mary changed all of that for me. She sent me frequent updates along with photos of my pup to reassure me that my dog was doing well. I have had my dog do an overnight stay and have had Mary come to my home to do some dog walking for my long work hours! Highly suggest this business ❤️

Our first experience with Loved Furever Pet Care was fantastic! Mel kept us updated on both our sweet pups on a daily basis (including some cute photos) so we had complete peace of mind while out of town. Our little rescue is very anxious around strangers but with patience and kindness, Mel quickly won her over! We’ll definitely use Mel anytime we need a petsitter to stay in our home ❤️

We have enjoyed Mary dropping in weekly for several months now. Our Aussie absolutely loves her (and that’s huge for him ) she is sweet, honest, communicates well and responds promptly. I truly do not know what we would do without her. I’m in healthcare and my schedule changes often. Mary always works with me and when she is not available has substitutes that are amazing as well. My husband and I recently went on an 11 day vacation, out of state. Mary and Melonee met us before we contracted with them and we were sold by their professionalism and warmth. They came by for a refresher before we left, and once we left, there wasn’t a day that we didn’t receive information and photos of our two dogs!! Upon our return, our dogs were calm, non stressed, but still glad to see us, luckily 😁Can’t say enough about positive things about this service.

Blair, Anne and Abigail took exceptional care of our girls (Jenny, Tilly and Sunny) while we were away. We booked our trip last minute for spring break and had trouble finding someone that could check in on our girls during this busy time. Blair’s Ruff House has been a lifesaver for our family! They take amazing care of our three cats, including our 16-year-old diabetic cat who requires special attention. I love getting regular updates and pictures—it’s so reassuring to see that our pets are happy and well cared for while we’re away. The extra touch is Charlie, who always greets her ‘guests’ at the door with such warmth but also knowing it will probably score her some extra treats. Highly recommend to any pet parent!

This was our first time using Blair’s Ruff House and I have already booked them again for a holiday trip later this year. The communication was flawless from start to finish and Becky and Megan took fantastic care of our fur babies! We were truly impressed with the level of service provided. We love using Blair’s Ruff House! We have two senior dogs and they have been super helpful in taking care of them in their old age. All the sitters have been very professional our dogs love them. Highly recommended!

Before I post, let me know if there is something you want me to add. My experience with Blair’s Ruff House has spanned the years of her starting as a single provider to building a pack (team) of qualified and caring people. I having someone come into your home can cause all levels of discomfort, but Blair has taken the concern away by truly qualifying the caretakers, but also the client. She carefully matches your pets personality and behavior style to the provider for your visits. You will always meet the caretaker before your time away. This is a most assuring measure to make you feel you are leaving your valuable pets in care hands of someone you have met. I had a German Shepherd who was extremely selective with who she wanted in the house. Each time Blair’s her special someone would visit, my girl let them in without any issues. I always say that if I cannot get the booking, I just won’t leave. I’ll look for an alternate vacation date instead of an alternate pet sitter.

I hired Blair’s Ruff House for afternoon visits with my Yorkie. Bailes was paired with, Becky and Denise. Bailes was met prior to the service dates to make sure she was a least a little familiar and so that I could meet them and go over any needed details for care! Becky and Denis were there at the expected arrival time and took very good care of my pup, ensuring all her needs were met. They gave me thorough updates through the client portal with several pictures that were taken during the visit. This was very appreciated!! I could tell Bailes was with caring people and happy! I would definitely recommend this service and would use them again!

I've used Blair's Ruff House for 4 years, with multiple dogs and have always had a great experience. Blair and her team take time to get to know your pet and make sure they understand the needs of the pet. I've felt completely comfortable leaving my pets with them and know they will relay anything of concern to me quickly. Absolutely the best of the best! My wife and I had our baby boy surprise us and decided to come a month early. The dog stop accommodated us so much while we were in the hospital with a preemi and they even called and texted us asking how the baby was doing. Great spot for pups! We went to their grand opening and were impressed by the facility and how knowledgeable the staff was regarding dog behaviors and play styles, so we decided to try it out. Our dogs, Otis and Finley, just got home from their first day of daycare and LOVED it!

I absolutely love this place! We were able to check in on the camera and see how our fur baby was doing and when we came to pick her up, all of her bedding and blankets were washed, packed and ready to go. The staff are so kind and helpful!

We love the Argyle Dog Stop! Our dog Mocha was very shy at first and everyone was so patient with her! Now she excitedly jumps out of the car whenever we arrive. We so appreciate having a safe place with kind people to take care of her when we are working or out of town. Highly recommend.

We were very thankful to have found The Dog Stop - Argyle for our boarding needs. It was our Cooper's first time boarding at this facility and when we picked him up he was exhausted (in a good way) and content. I have a mini Aussie and if anyone knows anything about Aussies you know that they are very reactive type dog breeds and have anxious attachment issues. My dog is a year and a half old as well. Before the dog stop I’ve never had him boarded anywhere else out of fear that he’d have too much of a hard time. MY DOG LOVES THE DOG STOP! the facility is very nice and clean. I occasionally watch him on the cameras and he’s always making friends and having a good time. The groomer also does a fantastic job. The people that work there are very friendly and nice as well. Love that they have the option for vip rooms with cameras to watch him at night. I couldn’t imagine boarding him anywhere else now.

We boarded our sweet dog that loves people, but does not get along with other dogs. We bought the VIP, so she would only be with people and not other dogs. The following day, while we were out of the country, they called and said she had a bad limp and “must have torn her own foot up by biting it herself.” They asked if she was limping before we brought her in… we replied “of course not!” They knew this! They asked if they should take her to the vet and we left it up to them, because we could not see how bad the injury was. When we picked her up, she was not bandaged and was bleeding profusely (two days later). There was residual tape on her leg, like they may have bandaged it before, but there was no bandage on it when we picked her up. She is also not eating and acting very traumatized. What did they do to our baby?? We are furious!! We will NEVER go back and caution everyone to NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR ANIMAL!!! I’m literally heartbroken. They didn’t apologize and tried to blame us. Unbelievable! Now we are stuck with an emergency vet (because WE took her to the vet, not them) bill on top of 4 days of boarding at maximum price.

Can't say enough for our first time experience at Sudzee Dog. Wonderful people and so caring of my fur baby. She has never been so polished from nose to tale and smells so good! I could tell that she loved it too. I'm excited to become a regular and can't wait to use your great boarding facility as well . See you soon and thank you for taking care of our baby !

We recently moved to the Justin area. Our goldendoodle, Princess Leia, previously had the same groomer for many years so I was a little nervous taking her to a new groomer. Trish was amazing and did a fantastic job! Not all groomers know how to groom a goldendoodle. We found our new groomer. Thank you, Trish!!!

Love Sudzee in Justin! Have taken my dogs to Trish for several years and always pleased with the outcome. The staff are great and really good with my heathen puppies! Purchased 2 Martingale collars from Sudzee recently and they are a game changer for the pups. They generally fought or backed away when trying to put the harness on. Now with the Martingale collars they walk up and sit! Even the baby that freaks if anything goes near his head sits and doesn’t mind the Martingale collar going over his head. Can’t thank the staff at Sudzee for recommending the collar.

We have a doodle pup and she is a mess, quite literally she is a mess. Trish, and the other professionals at Sudzee in Justin, have been absolutely amazing. We started taking our doodle at around 4 or 5 months, and I wont ever taker her anywhere else. Trish is informative, professional, understanding, kind, and reasonably priced. My interactions with the other professionals that work there, and those that have groomed our doodle pup have been great as well. When we drop our dog off in their care, I not only know she is good hands, but that she will come out looking like a new puppy every time. If you have a doodle of any sort, a dog that needs grooming what so ever, or a dog that is timid or needing special attention, I would highly recommend Sudzee Dog Grooming and Boarding in Justin.

New to the Justin area and tried out Sudzee’s today. My Sheltie was long overdue for a groom and had mats behind her ears and hind quarters. We were worried that we would have to shave her to remove. The groomer was able to remove her mats without shaving and she looked adorable when I picked her up! So happy and will be using Sudzee’s going forward!!

Greatest place to board your dog, and the groomer is awesome. Clean and very friendly staff. My Jasper always look and smells so good after grooming. He has a standing appointment every month, and loves their homemade treats.

Absolutely love Sudzee! They have treated all of our fur-baby's with love, and understand how grooming can be traumatic for them. I can't recommend them enough!

Our dog is shy around strangers and hates being brushed, thus had never been fully groomed. The team at Canine courtyard has always been welcoming, attentive and caring. I was so impressed with them! We left our 4 month old puppy here for a few days while we had to travel and I was so nervous since he’s so young and hasn’t had much interaction with other dogs. They helped ease my mind with daily photos and updates and I actually noticed my puppy is now more comfortable and playful around other dogs. Plus having his groomed prior to pick up was so convenient. Can’t say enough good things about this facility!

I was going out of town for a family gathering. My husband has advanced cancer and does not travel anymore. He and Peanut always hangout when I need to visit family. This time his pain was getting worse and he had a hard time walking Peanut. I was so stressed out as to what to do with our little guy. I researched many options and interviewed even more pet care people. My husband was doing research for a book he was writing years ago and spent a few days at K9 Courtyard. He was so impressed with them he said that will be the perfect place for our Peanut. I was skeptical that anyone can take better care for our Peanut better the us. The day I dropped Peanut off. I was in tears. How am I going to leave him for almost 2 week?? When I dropped him off the young lady at the desk told me I can call anytime and check on him. She also offered an additional service that they to have pictures and updates sent to me. I added the Puppy Postcards. The first two days I still called and checked in. After that I saw how much fun he was having and how much love he was he getting I was so happy. The rest of my visit with my family was wonderful because I didn’t have to worry about Peanut. The day I picked him up. He had a bath and a cute scarf tied around his neck. So Handsome! I could see how happy he was and we’ll taken care of he was. My husband and I are both very thankful we now have a great place to board Peanut! I might have bring him be just for some fun time with all caring folks that took care of him. Our two pups love going here. Have been multiple times and already have another reservation for them to go when we take our family vacation in a couple weeks. They always come home happy and a little tired from activity. Grooming services have always been excellent as well and we have Great Pyrenees so it isn't an easy job. One has gone previously just for doggy day care a couple of times and she loved that as well.

Staff went way beyond to make sure my elderly dog was eating. Called me when they had a concern about another dog. We have boarded our 4 dogs here many times and they have always cared and treated them like family. No need to worry about the kiddos as they are treated with love and care. Luv it here @ Flower Mound ***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ***June 2023***Update*** Our 13 year elderly dog cannot walk or see. For 6 days they treated him like a king!! So happy with their service. I take my dogs here all the time and they absolutely love it. The employees treat my dogs as their own. Management is always amazing communicating any thing that might come up. I always trust the canine courtyard staff to be a second family to my pets.

Zero stars! They lost our pet's rabies vac paperwork. Our dog was not groom properly. We paid for cut and it look like he was not even touched. Gave them a 2nd chance and same terrible service. Edit: after this review we received a call and they went above and beyond to make it right. We took are dog in for a cut and they did a wonderful job. The do listen and read their reviews. We will continue to take our dog there.

Staff is amazing!! My new rescue has severe separation anxiety and working in some daycare to help her overcome her fear has been so easy with Canine Courtyard! She loves going and thrives while she is there. We even had a successful overnight visit recently. I highly recommend.

We absolutely love American Pet Spa and Resort! We are always greeted by friendly staff. Our puppy is always happy to go in there and we pick her up happy. Can't recommend them enough for grooming, doggy day care and boarding.

Our Golden doodle has stayed here multiple times. We’ve never had an issue with boarding. However, twice we’ve asked for and this time paid for daily brushing to ensure no matting. At the end of her stay we had her groomed and she came home scalped. This time bleeding. Please know they will not brush daily even if you pay for the service and they will scalp your pet to the point of blood.

American Pet Spa and Resort is awesome! We've boarded my dog, Penny, there twice and she absolutely loves it. The facility is clean, smells nice when you walk in, and the dogs have large, clean kennels with individual beds and bowls. There are also many opportunities for play time and they are given walks often in the wooded area attached to the facility. The staff also gave her a lot of attention and affection. I felt she was getting much love there. We recently did the two-week board and train with onsite dog trainer, Yana. She is an excellent trainer and kept us abreast of how Penny was doing with her training. She learned a lot in the short period of time. I would highly recommend this place for boarding, doggie daycare, and training. I'm so glad we found it... it's a hidden gem.

We went for a tour a few days ago and it was a really well kept facility. Staff was sweet and knowledgeable, the boarding area was clean, and they have a really nice pool for the dogs to swim in! Will definitely be taking my kiddos here when we go out of town!

I have been bringing my sweet golden doodle here for grooming for five years. Debbie is awesome. She is so kind and does a great job making him feel comfortable and look great. He is always happy to go to see her. All the staff is friendly. Only thing that is sometimes frustrating is that it can be difficult to reach a person to talk to on the phone. I am very pleased with the service we have received.

This is the unanswered email I sent to the company more than a week ago. Guessing there was no reply because they aren’t accredited by the BBB. My pets, Hobbs and Roxy, have boarded at your facility 4 times. Each time, they have shared a suite. They have come home with kennel cough twice, as well as their treats and balls never being used. When we picked them up at 1pm today, after an 18 day stay, only one of them had been bathed. I believe that was only done because I had called 2 times prior to pick up to verify their cleaning. Again, their toys had never been removed from the bag we sent them in and 75% of their treats were returned to us. A 40lb bag of food was left for their stay; approximately 1/3 of the contents had been used. More importantly, Benadryl and feeding pockets were left for Hobbs’ allergies. It doesn’t appear that any, or at least very few, had been used. As a result, he was returned to us with both ears swollen with what appears to be blood-filled hematomas. We have contacted you after previous stays to voice our concerns and only received the usual response of “we do our best”, which is little help towards their discomfort and the vet bills. Our pets are family members and your facility was recommended by our vet. They have been copied in on this email as notification for the treatment our pets have received while in your care. Hobbs and Roxy will not be returning and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

We have boarded here multiple times over the last couple years and never really had an issue until this last extended stay. Our dogs were there for a little over a month. When picked up they were very dirty and smelled but didn’t have a reason to really look them over too much so I just took them home. Upon washing them I could see and feel they had lost a lot of weight, and had open wounds on their body. When I washed them the dried blood came off the spots and they bled a lot. Reached out to the owners about the situation but they just denied that they ever mixed them with other dogs and that they never saw any sores or wounds. Also stated that our larger dog would bully the smaller one not letting him eat, which she has never done. But even if that was the case she would be good on weight but she was skinny and malnourished as well. They only accept cash or check and now I see why. There is no way to dispute once paid. I will be reporting to the spca, bbb, and anywhere else. Please beware when boarding your puppies.

Cannot really provide a proper view, because I decided not to board my guy there. Your pet will only get 15 minutes of rest time or else it's in the kennel outside and inside. Not much area. Very cost effective though. And my stay was going to be over a month so couldn't do that to my guy

Our dogs love going to Canine Country Inn. We have been taking them there for over a year now and they always get so excited to see Bob. He does a great job with communicating with us during the process of booking and dropping off/picking up. Our dogs always come home happy and healthy.

We love bringing our dog here. The owner is awesome!! When we drop off our dog he runs straight to the owner knowing he is going to have good time. When we pick him up never had an issue.

Our dog was with them for a short stay just the weekend and came home with HORRIBLE case of Kennel Cough and a 10 day bout of a nasty viral GI infection. Bloody Diarrhea uncontrollable. After treatment vets medication and lots of money I will never take my dog here again.

Great place to board. My shibas are always in good spirit when I pick them up and they have large kennel spaces. Great owner that has seem to already bond with my shibas.

Our dog was boarded for a month and upon pick up had lost 30 Ibs and shredded his bed to bits. He isn’t a shredder, has never ripped any item before, and isn’t one to say no to food. He was also fatigued and just wanted to lie down the entire day. He was taken to the vet and the vet noted our pup seemed like a different dog who isn’t his happy self. Our vet said that it was likely no attention was paid to him and he was neglected. 30 Ibs in a month is a lot of weight to lose. What’s more concerning is at no point during check ins were we informed that he wasn’t doing well, he wasn’t eating and that he was so stressed he had ripped his bed. It was always he’s doing well but clearly he wasn’t.

These two put themselves to bed after our Christmas weekend excitement! They had a great time at Canine Country Inn, and I had no worries with my two best friends stay. Bob took note of my boys hotspots, and kept an extra watch to make sure he wasn’t messing with it, and kept an eye on my girl who had never been boarded before. Can’t thank Canine Country Inn enough for for the best care of my best pups!

We have used Canine Country Inn for years now. The kennels are clean and have both an outdoor space as well as climate controlled indoor space. The staff is amazing! We would recommend Canine County Inn to anyone! Five stars!

We LOVE Canine Country Inn. We have been using them for our dogs for 13 years now. It’s family owned and the owner lives on property. He has always taken great care of us and our dogs. We have never had any real issues with our dogs staying here. It’s affordable and dependable.

Belinda was great with my 16wk Yorkie pup and his first groom. She took her time and went to great lengths to make sure he wasn't stressed out. She did an awesome job and Mjuari looks great. Definitely recommend and will be using her again.

Gorgeous Grooming Ranch does a wonderful job with our dog. I've been going here for grooming for almost a year and love the service. There's a big outdoor run for the dogs and the price is excellent. I definitely recommend them as a groomer!

Victoria is absolutely the most amazing person to trust with your dogs. She is Reliable, professional, and you can tell she TRULY cares about your pets. She treats our dogs like they are her own. I have one who is very skittish around new people and he absolutely loves and trusts her. She is so tender with them and gives them kisses and tells them she loves them. Victoria is amazing! She takes such good care of our 3 dogs and cat. It feels so good to be able to go away knowing that our furry babies are safe and happy. She keeps us updated and sends pictures on a regular basis. I highly recommend her :).

I have used Daisy Pet Services twice now. Fees are very reasonable. My last trip was for 10 days. I've always had to board my dog, cat and parrot and I nervously decided to try a service. It's been FANTASTIC. Every visit I get photos of my animals via text along with an update on how they're doing. Without a doubt, my pets are happier and far more comfortable at home; I am able to relax and have a great time on my vacations. I HIGHLY recommend DPS and will be using them again soon!! 🐾❤️

We were looking for a pet sitter for our 13 yr old dog when we moved here a few months ago, and after looking into a few companies, I met Victoria and was very happy with her/Daisy pet services. She was very professional, treated my pup with TLC, and is super responsive (email & text). As she is getting her dog bakery set up, Hayley has been a happy taste tester too! We are looking forward to our upcoming overnights with her!

Victoria is AMAZING! We hired her service while we went to go see family and have never been more relaxed with someone in our home, taking care of our pets. She was very punctual and very communicative! Loved getting updates and all the pictures. Can't recommend her services enough!

I absolutely recommend Happy Tails! I have used Samantha's services since Feb 2020. She is an incredible person and care taker. She definitely has the dogs' best interests at heart. I love how the dogs have free range in the house and the choice to be on the furniture-- it is not a typical boarding facility where they are in their kennels/crates/"suites" for most of the day, limited to very short bathroom breaks, and only allowed extra play time if it was paid for. Even when I moved to Austin, I still brought my dog to her if I had to take a trip. She is the only dog sitting service I trust. I love her pupdates. And I am confident that my dog has had nothing but great experiences and felt comfortable staying there. I even worked for a dog boarding facility for a while and had access to free boarding, but I would rather drop my furbaby off at Happy Tails. I am living in San Diego now, and I still haven't found a professional and quality service like Samantha at Happy Tails.

We absolutely loved that we found Happy Tails! We travelled out of state for our wedding and had two LONG drives so decided to board our spoiled fur baby for the first time and we couldn't have felt comfortable knowing he was comfortable, safe and SO happy! Samantha is absolutely great to work with, communicates GREAT and you can tell that her and her fiance just love dogs! Every picture and "pupdate" we got, our pup was clearly so happy, relaxed and loved! We'll absolutely use her for our remainder of time stationed here!

We had a great time on our vacation. Samantha sent updates and pictures. Our pooch was in great hands. We had our choice between a pet resort and Happy tails. For more money, we could have gone with the pet resort, where our dog would have been locked in it two by two room and would only be let out four times a day to use the bathroom with no contact... plus we would have had to pay for an extra day because they don't take drop offs on Sundays. We decided to take our dog to Happy Tails. First of all, Samantha picked up our dog and dropped her off at no cost because we were within the limits. That was so convenient. She gave our pooch plenty of love, attention, and healthy treats in a clean, home environment. She had our dog there with other friendly dogs, which was a great experience for our dog. She took her on walks, gave her healthy treats, and she even sent pictures and updates.

We boarded our dog Maggie here while out of town for a little over a week and we are very happy with our experience. I would highly recommend Happy Tails if you are looking for a trustworthy place for your pup to stay. Samantha was awesome from the beginning- very quick to respond to emails/questions and she sent us updates while we were away. It took Maggie a couple days to get her energy back once she came home so we know the dog had a blast too!

I cannot say enough about Samantha And Happy Tails Dog Sitting.We have used her services For close to six years. Our dog is always Happy to see that she is visiting. Samantha has gone out of her way to offer to pick up Our dog When we had emergencies and had to go out of town. I always receive a response within four to six hours, knowing the attention is on the fur babies and their care as a priority. I would trust no other . #happytails #furbabies

It’s not often we choose to board our dogs and sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur that leave you helpless searching for someone last minute who you can trust with your loved ones. Our dogs are our children and they mean the world to me and my wife. We can count on one hand the amount of times we’ve had our dogs stay the night at someone’s house in a 3-year span. The point is we don’t trust anybody to watch our pups, but Samantha was the exception to this rule. When I first met her she invited me over to their house and I had the opportunity to chat with them while they were introduced to Kona and Penny. We chatted for 45 minutes while the dogs ran around their beautiful and clean backyard. I felt comfortable with leaving our kiddos with them. While we were away, they would always send us updates and photos of how our dogs were doing and have accommodated us and our crazy schedules countless times. We had a traumatic event occur recently and within an hour of me saying I need to drop off the dogs and catch a flight to the other side of the country they responded without hesitation and said, “We got you!” Samantha has an extensive background with animals that puts my mind at ease in the event something weird were to happen. Cannot recommend Happy Tails enough!

We have had our Chocolate Lab- Ryno stay with Samantha and Zachary twice. Thank you for taking care of our fur baby. We can go away on vacation or whenever we need and know that he is being taken care as their own. Samantha has so much love for each dog she watches and it shows. Ryno is always happy and worn out when he gets home.

We love Happy Tails and so does our dog! We were new to town and wanted somewhere that our anxious dog would be comfortable. After just a couple trips there, she now jumps in Samantha's car & barely even says bye to us! Samantha does pickup/drop off, which is super convenient, and she sends regular updates and photos, which really helps set you at ease. Plus, our dog comes home exhausted from playing all week, which is an added bonus after a busy day of traveling. Would highly recommend for your fur babies!

Happy tails dog sitting was fantastic! My boys were right at home and had a blast. My husband and I were able to enjoy our vacation because we knew that our fur babies were in such great hands. They sent pictures and awesome updates while we were away. My boxer can have some anxiety when we leave, but not with Happy Tails, he is happy as can be, eating, playing and sleeping. Do yourself a favor and choose them, you will not regret it! - thank you!

I had to leave home for 3 weeks and Happy Tails is where my dog Dooley stayed!!!! I could not have been happier. Samantha is amazing. She made me feel so good about being away for so long.
