Ben and Steph are absolutely awesome! From the first contact, it was really easy and nice to communicate with them. They gave me daily updates, with lovely pictures and everyone looked super happy :) My dog Kal has chronic pancreatitis and started having a particularly bad acute episode the week before I left, with daily diarrhoea and poor appetite. But after meeting Ben and Steph, and with their brilliant communication from day one, I felt completely reassured that I was leaving him in safe hands :) My cat Franz, who is usually quite a shy boy, seemed to be very comfortable and happy with them too (and I think he put on weight, which is great, because he had been losing for the past couple of months)! They left the house super clean and tidy, a freshly made bed and a delicious curry and vegan brownies for my dinner!! They even made brownies for my next door neighbours! Pets looked happy, relaxed and in great condition :) I honestly could not be happier with Ben and Steph. After a very stressful year, they allowed me to spend a very relaxing week away in Scotland, without any worries about my little ones. I recommend them 100% (in fact, I might ask them to move in :p)! Thank you so much Ben and Steph, you guys rock! :D
