The dogs loved her and were well taken care of while we were gone. We came home to everything being in order and happy dogs. Brianna communicates well if any questions that need clarification. We would use Brianna in the future if she is available.

This was an arranged month long sit. But as soon as the pet parent left…she quickly returned, as her travel partner broke her ankle. Sue didn’t want us to leave as she wanted to figure out what she could salvage from the trip. We left her and went to lunch, she called with a 10 day plan. We unloaded and settled in. She called that evening to saying she was coming home, as wasn’t into it. We therefore had a one day sit. Ralph was sweet and warmed up to us right away. She just moved into a new home…so everything was new.

We had a great stay at Danielle and Will's home! They have a beautiful, comfortable and relaxing place with a lovely view. We really enjoyed spending time with their adorable dog Winnie and super-friendly cat, Wolfie. It was also fun to have fresh eggs from the chickens and to visit with the sheep. The homeowners were very communicative when needed and left great instructions for their home. Would love to sit for them again!

David and Sharon
If there is a sit open for Monty and Milo, GRAB it! What a great experience on my first international pet sit. I was so appreciative to David and Sharon for EVERYTHING. I came in the night before. They graciously picked me up from the airport and I felt like I knew them immediately. Such a warm and welcoming couple. The first night, they even took me out to dinner in the cutest little place with yummy food. The sit officially started the next day when I dropped them off at the airport for their own travel to Birmingham, England. Now, let's talk about Monty and Milo. OMGoodness, you will fall in love with these cocker spaniel brothers! What personality! Such sweet and fun babies, each with distinctive personalities. Milo is just the most behaved gentleman....quiet, patient, loving, a pleaser. Monty is just as loving, but a little less patient and a lot more vocal on what he is needing. haha. I loved them equally! Our walks in the nearby Daviot Woods was super special. What a great resource right there steps away. You will walk with them off-lead, which made me nervous at first, but these boys are super attentive to their human. They walked with anticipation of my every move and word. At times, they may run off into the brush unseen (especially Monty) but you don't have to worry. If you even just say his name, he comes right back awaiting your next thought. :) Monty also likes to play "hide and seek" at the end of his walk where he goes into a creek under a fence and hides :) He peeks over to see if you are looking for him and then when you see him, he exuberantly comes out of hiding. They will want you to find the perfect sticks for them on the walk, so always be on the lookout. Mr. Monty will not be too happy if Milo has his stick first as you search for one for him....he will let you know it, you better believe it. haha. I love that Sharon and David allow their dogs "to be dogs", meaning she lets them go through muddy puddles and creeks, etc, and doesn't fuss about their being cleaned before coming in. You do need to dry them but that's about it after the walk.

Regarding the home, Sharon has any type of kitchen appliance and utensil you might need. David owns a glass company and has built the coolest "conservatory" room, where I spent most of my time. The entire roof is a skylight (which also comes equipped with colorful LED lighting should you want to turn it on). The floors are heated and it's such a bright and sunny room that you will always be warm and cozy here. The huge TV and sound system are amazing, as well. Great wifi. And the room also overlooks a very nicely landscaped yard. Sharon and David kindly allowed me to use their nice Audi with a dog grill, so you can take the dogs to so many places, as well, if you desire. There is a TESCO supermarket with good prices nearby.

Overall, I highly recommend this sit for so many reasons. Wonderful people (such a cool couple with awesome travel stories), location, home, and dogs! Thank you, Sharon and David, for giving me some wonderful memories to treasure! All the best to you!

Brenda
Brenda was welcoming into their cozy home and provided a map and directions on how to get about the area. She left some wonderful treats for me, which were much appreciated. CeeCee was a sweet little cat and while shy at first, warmed up to be very loving. Mitcham is well placed to central London. Recommend this sit.
