We've just returned from a fabulous sit in Youlgreave. Phil and Di made us feel very welcome and provided us with a delicious meal upon our arrival. Having previously met up beforehand, we felt very comfortable in their company and enjoyed some interesting conversations, particuarly with regard to an amazing project they have been involved with over many months. They live in a lovely comfortable home in a perfect setting. The village has several pubs, a bakery, Post Office, shops and cafes and the most amazing walks straight from the front door! Ben is just a fantastic laid back dog and so well behaved. He loves his walks but a comb and massage afterwards seems to be his favourite! And if all the above wasn't enough, Phil gave Marion one of the best haircuts - such a shame he doesn't live closer! Thank you both for making our Sit such a pleasure and hope we meet up again in the future.
I had an amazing experience staying at Kamila's place! Right from the start, Kamila was incredibly warm and welcoming. She even invited me for breakfast, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Her kindness and sweetness really made me feel at home. the communication with Kamila was always excellent About her adorable cats, Pepe and Marvin. They are the sweetest little troublemakers! Always up for playtime and full of energy, they were such delightful companions during my stay. They are easy to take care of. As for the apartment, it's absolutely lovely. The location is stunning, with the lake and forests nearby, perfect for treks and outdoor activities. I especially enjoyed exploring the snowy landscapes during my visit. Despite being in Berlin, the area is surprisingly peaceful, surrounded by greenery. Plus, it's only a 5-minute walk to the S-Bahn station, which takes you to the city center in just 20 minutes, providing easy access to all that Berlin has to offer. Additionally, there is a rewe, pharmacies, and restaurants within walking distance, making it super convenient. All my best wishes to Kamila and her lovely cats, Pepe and Marvin. I hope our paths cross again in the future. Thank you for the fantastic experience!
