We loved housesitting for Ana, and look forward to doing so again! Ana is very organized and the house was clean and disinfected (due to COVID) for our arrival, including airing out the home. Ana is kind, easy going, and a pleasure to communicate with. Her dogs, Negra and Mia, are both very sweet and we fell in love with them and didn’t want to say goodbye! Negra was sad when Ana first left, but warmed up quickly and liked to snuggle with us in bed and on the couch. Mia loved to spend time with us in the kitchen, hoping to be fed something special! We spent Thanksgiving in Ana’s home and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook the entire meal. The backyard is spacious and lovely, and makes it easy for the dogs to go out whenever they want. We did go on a few walks in the neighborhood and the dogs were well behaved. Ana also told us we could ride their bikes, and that was quite enjoyable as the neighborhood is beautiful. I would rate this housesit an A++ and truly hope it is the first of many!
Mark and Jen are fabulous hosts who made us feel like family, picking us up from the bus station and cooking us dinner on our first night. The dogs are such a joy to look after and we had fun taking them to the field to play fetch. Cyril the parrot kept us entertained with his chatter and the whole house sitting experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend Mark and Jens as a house sitting experience. A bonus is we have made some lovely new friends.
It was a pleasure to sit for David! His home is beautiful and it was cleaned and very well prepared for my arrival, I really apprecited that he thought of everything! I especially enjoyed spending time with sweet Pip. She was a bit wary in the beginning, but still she was curious and did not hide or get aggresive. She could be won over by playing and feeding her wet treats readily provided by David and in a short time she would sleep with me on the bed at night and spend the whole day next to me. Pip was also used to her feeding routine and did not beg for food in the meantime. It was very easy for me to settle in, David answered all my questions before and during the sit and we kept in touch throughout the whole stay. The location is great and I had no issues finding my way around the neigbourhood which I felt very safe in. I can only recommend this sit, thank you for having me!
This was a fantastic housesit in every way! Terri was always super easy to communicate with and has a lovely, clean, spacious, and comfortable home in a great part of Greenville, which is a wonderful place to visit. There is a lot to do: Beautiful downtown park, museums, restaurants, etc. And, it's easy to get anywhere quickly with a car. I loved exploring the area. Plus, anything you need like groceries is not at all far away. Taking care of Terri's garden was fun and relaxing. And Cocoa was great to spend time with as well. She is a sleek, elegant, beautiful cat - VERY independent but willing to warm up to you if you give her sufficient space, courtesy, and respect! Making sure she is in safe at night is the one part of the job that requires some patience, as Cocoa is, as noted, very independent. But, we always worked things out. And, I truly enjoyed spending time with her. She is like a little panther! Very impressive and full of robust health, strength, and personality. Overall, I was super happy to have the opportunity to do this housesit and highly recommend it, particularly for anyone who likes cats and enjoys getting to know them as the special beings that they are.
Our days staying with Van Gogh, Bella, Jim, Taylor, Lynn and Todd were incredible (laughs), because they are adorable kittens! Each one has their own personality, but in general they are all very friendly and didn't require any work. We were also very grateful to have met Thay and Barbara, they are both amazing people, they made us feel comfortable, they were very attentive and gave us lots of tips on traveling and things for life. Anyway, it was very difficult to say goodbye to this wonderful family, so we recommend it to everyone, it would be a pleasure for us to take care of them again! Hugs, girls
We had fantastic time with Ralphie! He’s got plenty of personality for such a little dog ❤️ He’s extremely loving, funny, playful and goofy. Rob and Tamara were fantastic hosts, the house was very clean, tidy, beautiful and tastefully decorated. The location was great with a quick bus trip to town and plenty of parks and green spaces to take Ralphie out on nice walks. We couldn’t have asked for much more, highly recommended.

I was looking for a new pet sitter and year and a half ago. I interviewed a couple of pet sitters prior to finding Menly’s. I’m sure they were fine, but didn’t quite meet my high expectations. I started to worry I was going to have to settle for just ok. Then I arranged an initial home visit with Menly’s. When I met them, angels started singing. They were professional and organized, but also had a caring and relaxed approach with my pet. Before the visit was over, I knew they were my new pet sitters. Menly’s communication is outstanding. My messages are always promptly answered, the app is easy to use, and they always send a message and pictures with every visit. I can tell from the pics, my pet adores them. I think he may like them better than me. Menly’s has never canceled a visit or not shown up. Ever. Not one single time. I trust them with my pet and my home. I can enjoy my time away knowing my pet is being taken care of by people that genuinely care about him. Best of all, I come home to a happy and relaxed pet.

My Shiro is quite sensitive to strangers feeding him while we are away, but Sarah and Dan go above and beyond to make sure both Shiro and Gabe feel comfortable, therefore eating all their meals and having a bit of playtime, if the kitties want to. Sarah has made it possible for us to obtain a new puppy despite our busy schedules. My wife felt comfortable at the introductory visit and this sense coupled with great reviews and feedback gave us the security that our Maltese would receive excellent care. As someone with a background in animal behavior, I can attest that Sarah is very skilled with dogs. We have even had her help us with specific training issues. She did a fantastic job. To say I was impressed by Dogtopia Plymouth is an understatement. My sweet Sophie had her meet & greet today & stayed for day care as well. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and continued to make me & Sophie feel like we were a priority and important from initial informational call to drop off & pick up. The ability to monitor her throughout the day was an added bonus. The coaches in the rooms are extensively trained. The facility is beautiful and they are very organized. The extra steps taken to keep things clean & sanitary is such a high point; the design detail of the facility to keep your pet safe & comfortable; & the activities throughout the month make it very fun as a pet parent. Affordable prices and a family-friendly atmosphere too! I was sold & I signed up for a membership. I loved receiving a Halloween pet photo of Sophie and her report card today. I cannot recommend this place enough!
I’m very lucky to have a close friend that introduced me to Dogtopia Plymouth (Sam, who is also a fabulous employee there). My pup looks forward to her daycare visits so much that she is now a member! That way she can play and give all the smooches she can. The webcam access is wonderful, so I can check in throughout the day. They take plenty of pictures for me as well. On top of daycare, each time I’ve scheduled a bath or other spa treatments they have been so patient with her (she HATES anything groomer related). My hope is to continue with Dogtopia Plymouth for a while with my happy fur baby! (:

This place definitely does not get enough credit for his expertise and it's absolutely love of the job they do.
Dogtopia of Plymouth is easily my favorite daycare around. They always take such good care of both my almost 12-year old senior dog and 8-month old puppy (who has been going since he was 4 months old and has loved every second of it!). I love this place and everything they’ve done for us! I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff there as well and know that each staff member treats my dogs as their own. Boarding my dogs there is such an easy experience, because I know they take such good care of them and pay attention to their specific needs. Spa is also a lifesaver when I don’t have the time to give baths/ear cleaning/nail trims at home!
We decided to take our new puppy to Dogtopia based on a family member who brings their pup twice a week and has for a while. We had an upcoming vacation with that family member and it was important for us to have our dogs together to play while we were gone. Our puppy was 14 weeks at the time and greeted with open arms. Honestly, from the initial meet and greet, we have truly been impressed with Dogtopia Plymouth. The employees are super easy to work with, really in tune with dogs needs and has shown this every time we come in. They spent time with him in the lobby to make sure he was comfortable before taking him back. They do a great job monitoring the dogs throughout the day and I feel they truly love dogs. I frequently see the employees in Romper room petting pups and giving attention if they want it. Since the initial visit, we have boarded him and done many daycare visits. It is always the same. Greeting at the door using his name. He is SO HAPPY to go in and greets the employees like he does with our extended family members. It is super heart warming to see for us and truly just affirms we have found the right place for our fur baby. Since we live 40 minutes away, we have tried other doggy daycare facilities in our are and truly none of them compare. In fact, I wouldn't take my dog to any others in our area after trying them and seeing the difference in employees, facility and our dogs reaction compared to Dogtopia Plymouth. I NEVER write reviews, but after reading countless reviews of all places we tried and realizing how important I found them when trying to find the right place, I felt compelled to make sure our experience is stated somewhere. We couldn't be happier and it is worth the drive to make sure our baby is at right place.

I feel like Dogtopia Plymouth understands that Luna is member of our family not just a pet. Their attention to detail, thoughtful follow-ups, and genuine care are so reassuring. Luna loves “school days” and we love all the physical and mental stimulation she gets from playing with BFFFs. (And we love bringing home a sleepy pup). Daycare, boarding and spa all in one is so convenient and creates a comfortable and consistent environment for our sweet girl.
My dog has been going here a few times a week all year. It has been so helpful with getting his stored up energy out while I am away at work. He is socialized & stimulated all day, so I get a tired puppy at night & even in the days to come. This has lessened his destruction while left alone at home! Dogtopia has been so helpful for my household. And I will say - the staff is top notch. Always the most friendly & genuinely enjoys the dogs. I do recommend this to anyone considering!
Willow loves Dogtopia. She is tired when she comes home from her day of playing and I’m happy to know she had fun instead laying around at home. She is truly a different dog now, very sociable.
The employees all know me and my dog by sight and genuinely care for her while she's there. My dog shows it, too, since she always rushes right up to whoever is there which, as a rescue dog, trust doesn't come easy. There's almost no one else that I would trust her with.
