What a joy it was to spend a week in this beautiful Virginia home with jaw-dropping views. It would be a fantastic retreat for any writer, artist or nature lover. The lush backyard (with deer! And bluebirds! And a turtle passing through) was as gorgeous as the front view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Karin and Lou’s pets are all so sweet and easy. I put a leash on Charlie, the senior dog who is mostly blind and hard of hearing, to gently guide him to the grassy area but he was very good about doing his business outside. The cats are both friendly and affectionate. Their home is beautifully decorated with many places to sit both inside and out and just enjoy the fresh air and million-dollar views. My bedroom had a fabulous window seat, great for napping and reading. My aunt joined me on this sit and, like she said when she saw the place, “I think I’ve died and gone to heaven.” Five star sit, all around.🌟
Anna and Dan were very friendly and welcoming when they showed us around their home, explaining how everything worked and introducing us to Cat-Face. They also prepared detailed handover notes which were very useful during our stay. Their home is well located within walking distance of public transport and central Crystal Palace. We soon became friends with Cat-Face and she relaxed more and more around us as time went by. She is very chatty, loves to be stroked behind the ears and playing with her toys! She likes company and attention and occasionally some lap time! Overall we enjoyed our stay in Anna and Dan’s home and would recommend to others.
I had the most wonderful stay in Gill & Richards's home! I was emailed a comprehensive list of instructions, contact numbers, and information about the house and the area which was really helpful. Gill & Ric made me a lovely meal the night before and showed me everything I needed to know about the small holding. Suki was an absolute dream to look after, she's very funny & affectionate, I would get on the floor for a cuddle with her each evening and she would sit on me, we also liked playing tug of war with her squirrel! Cat 1 & Cat 2 tend to look after themselves but do enjoy some affection every now and then. Cat 2 (i think) would join Suki and I for our sunset stroll around the fields which was interesting! Molly & the sheep were also fairly easy to look after, I would check their hay a couple of times per day and top up when needed. Being greeted by Molly trotting towards me every morning was priceless! I had an eventful first day with some naughty Dartmoor Ponies, trespassing on the property, so I kept the front gate closed after that! Gill & Ric's home is beautiful, cosy & welcoming, it's such a tranquil area, especially with the leats and brooks running through the property, the woods are really peaceful too, I can imagine it's even more beautiful in the summer! It's a great location for some fantastic walks with Suki, nearby Fenworthy reservoir is a lovely one to do! Thank you for a glorious stay Gill & Ric xxx
This sit was exactly as advertised. Luna is a precious, loving pup, who doesn’t take much interest in other dogs while out for her walks, and loves the company of her human. The home is luxury living with everything one could need and a lovely suburban location, still convenient enough to downtown. The Leaside TTC station, not yet open, will be great. I opted to Uber downtown when I wanted to go, but was happy enough in this area chilling with Luna on any of the three outdoor terraces. The Sunnybrook park and other parks are near by. I also liked walking and cycling the neighborhood streets. Luna slept either on the floor in the Master or on the bed, she likes space and doesn’t crowd. I am grateful for this opportunity.

This is the only place we trust sending our pup when we go out of town. She comes back tired from playing, and always hops on the shuttle from the Presidio with so much eagerness that we know she loves it too! The vetting process can be a bit much, but it’s worth it to know that she’s only with other well behaved dogs and won’t come back with bad behaviors she didn’t leave with. Highly recommend and price is similar to some daily dog walker rates!
Tapper Hill is a great facility with a fantastic staff. You know it’s a great place when your four legged friends jump out of the car with their tails wagging when you arrive. Shuttle service is a big timesaver
Tappen Hill is the ultimate in dog boarding. It is truly unlike anything I've ever seen. Located in Sonoma County, it is a bit of a drive from San Francisco, but so worth it to know your dog will be treated with the highest level of care. Surrounded by beautiful rolling hills, Tappen Hill looks like a resort for humans. Beautiful manicured grounds, sparkling swimming pools (yes, I said swimming pools) and play grounds, this place is truly stunning. Your dog must pass a rather rigorous evaluation to get it, but it ensures an enjoyable environment for all. Nothing compares to Tappen Hill & definitely worth the drive!
Our dogs love it here. They get lots of play time with other dogs, have a pool to play in when it's hot, and are well-armed for. I like that they carefully assess the dogs and keep the size of the play groups smaller and easier to watch.
Posting for a friend who was a good client and during a recent pet stay, the rates were raised during their visit. This was not the first time. Apparently communication is lacking as they just communicate on their website and are unable to use their words when face to face. Buyer beware when leaving your pet for a stay!!

I recently had my dog Bailey at Starr Pet Resort while I was on an extended 17 days vacation. She had never been in a kennel before and suffers from anxiety. Jim and Sandy are amazing! They took such good care of Bailey. They don’t just cover the basics when caring for your pet, they go to great lengths to understand your pet so your pet will have the best possible experience. Board at Your Own Risk. No Liabilities, No Insurance and the Owner May Have You Arrested. On June 17, 2017, the next to last day of boarding my Belgian Malinois puppy, Starr Pet Resort left a message on a phone number that I specifically had told them not to use informing me that my dog’s leg had been injured. I was able to retrieve the message and come back a day early to pick my dog up at the hospital where she had been left. I was told that depending on treatment, the bill would be between $2,000 and $4,000. Jim Brock, owner of Starr Pet Resort, initially refused to pay any portion of the bill saying it was just an accident, although he had only given vague, conflicting explanations as to what happened. He also threatened both my girlfriend and I that this was a criminal matter and he was reporting it to the sheriff to have me arrested if I did not pay for his week of boarding immediately by providing him with my credit card information. He also refused to release my dog’s collar, tags and leash left at Starr Pet Resort. Jim had presented me with a contract for signature when I dropped of my dog on June 9, 2017. He stated that it was an “authorization to get medical care if needed”. In reality it was a liability waiver which states that Starr Pet Resort is not liable for anything that happens to your pet, and if they are found liable, it is only for a maximum of $500, or the value of the pet, whichever is LESS. None of these waivers are mentioned on the company’s website, nor was I advised of them prior to drop off even though I had visited the kennel in person and made a reservation over a month before boarding. I made at least five written requests for information regarding the injury. These requests included video records as they advertise they have 24 hour surveillance, a written statement from the person with my dog when the injury occurred and the name of their insurance provider. These requests were all ignored. I did receive an offer for a maximum of $2,000 from Starr Pet Resort on June 20, 2017. The offer may, or may not have covered my dog’s medical bills, but I did not know as it was very early in her treatment. The offer included a condition that I never say anything that they considered false or defamatory or pay damages in the amount of $5,000 for each violation. They broke my dog’s leg and then threatened to have me arrested. I could not agree to these terms. Despite several written requests, I never heard from Starr Pet Resorts after June 20, 2017, until I saw them in Small Claims’ Court on September 11, 2017. The only additional evidence they brought was a note from the girl who was playing with my dog when the supposed accident occurred. It was dated almost three months after the incident even though I had requested this back in June. It also turns out that their insurance does not cover pets. They are a kennel. What does their insurance cover?
These folks kept my best friend safe, active and happy during a two week business trip. The kennel facility is exceptionally clean. A pleasant surprise was the fact that it is climate controlled. Most importantly though; Jim and Sandy are dog people. They very clearly care about their guests and take care of their guests. We have been staying with Starr Pet for 2+ years and we love them so much! My Frenchie Ernestine loves it from the moment she arrives to see Uncle Jim and Sandi to her private nature walks (an optional add on she loves). The team is very attentive to Ernie, great at communicating updates and sharing pics. They are very professional, organized and treat Ernestine like family. We left our 2 fur babies here when we went out of state for a graduation. They were there roughly 6 days and they had a blast! I got photos texted to me daily and some cool videos. Our cat loves staying at Starr Pet Resort when we are away from home. Jim and Sandy take very good care of her when she stays with them. Her room at the pet resort is always clean and comfortable. The whole cat area of the resort is immaculate and the pet owners are welcome to come in and see where their pet is staying as well as see the entire cat area. Both Jim and Sandy are well aware of each animal's condition throughout their stay and monitor each pet often. They treat each pet as an individual and get to know their personalities. We recommend Starr Pet Resort for pet owners whenever their pet needs to stay away from home. We feel confident that any issues that arise during our absence will be addressed and our pet will be safe and well taken care of.
I have a rescue dog who is anxious around new people and other animals. He was nervous at drop off, but in such high spirits after leaving Starr pet resort. Our two English Bulldogs Love coming to Starr Pet Resort its always a treat for them. We started bringing both of our bulldogs when they were small puppies and they visit now on a monthly basis. El Guapo our largest Bulldog 3 years cannot wait to get out of the car to stay at the resort and now our newest addition bulldog puppy 6 months also loves coming to the resort. We regularly take our two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels to the Starr Pet Resort. They love going there and are always happy to see the resort owners on arrival. Starr was wonderful with our dog Penny. We dropped her off with them for the first time we'd left overnight, and it was completely seamless. I hired Marina to stay with my dog for three days and two nights while I was out of town, and when I came home I could tell my little girl Roweena was disappointed to see me and wished that Marina would stay on indefinitely. We’ve gone to Taylor Mountain for 2 years now and can’t express enough how this place is the absolute best. It’s our dog’s favorite place to go. He’s a dogs dog and hasn’t always trusted people. These folks work so well with him despite that being challenging sometimes. They limit the number of dogs they have so each dog gets real attention - your dog isn’t 1 in 100 like most other places. They also let dogs be dogs - they’re allowed to chill or play all day as they like and that was a must for us. I can’t recommend Melissa, Tracy, and the crew at Taylor Mountain enough for dog boarding. Trust me, this is where you want to go if your dog is your kid like ours is to us.
Taylor Mountain Canine Retreat is absolutely the best! From day one they have been incredibly professional and I never worry about Riley being in their care. They go above and beyond to make sure your pup is comfortable, happy, and loved. The camp notes for longer stays with the dog treat is such an amazing touch. I have never felt better about living my fur child with a boarding facility; highly recommend!
Our dog LOVES Taylor Mountain and they are so kind to her. It’s clear she is cared for while we’re out of town and they pay attention to all the details for each dog — which dogs they get along with, any behavioral challenges, etc. It’s easy to leave for weeks at a time when you know your dog is stoked to be going to Taylor Mountain. Love this place and I know our pup loves it even more than we do.
Five stars is just not enough! Your search is over- you’ve found the best boarding facility in Sonoma County. My boyfriend and I have been clients at TMCR since 2020. At the time we had just gotten a new puppy, Cooper, who was a little fluff ball of energy. With us both working full time, it was very important that we found a facility that could help support us in providing the best life for our boy. From daycare to overnights, we wanted to find a place for him that felt like a second home. When we first toured the property and facility, we were treated with the utmost respect and care. Melissa asked us numerous questions about our boy Cooper to ensure she truly got to know him and his needs. From day one, Cooper was in love. He was a regular Daycare guest 2-3 days a week and probably would live with Melissa and Tracy if they’d let him! Cooper ended up being a little bit of a sensitive boy when it came to his diet, his soft paws, and hot summer days. The team at TMCR made sure to go above and beyond when it came to accommodating these needs. They ensured he ate his special lunch we packed him for his diet, made sure to swap him from different play yards when his paws needed a break, and spoiled our boy with unlimited pool days, cold floor naps with huge fans ( this is a big plus for Cooper), and all the snuggles in between. We later bred Cooper, and kept his first born son, Murphy. Cooper and Murphy are now both TMCR clients. We cannot express our gratitude enough for the support, love, and care TMCR gives to us and our boys. Cooper and Murphy are our babies, and knowing that they are not only in wonderful hands, but having the time of their life while at TMCR, brings us peace and comfort that is truly priceless. I look forward to the life long relationship our boys have with TMCR and all of the staff members. While we are unbelievably sad to see the daycare side of the facility close, we find comfort knowing we still have TMCR for all our boarding needs. THANK YOU!!
Melissa & Tracy and the rest of the TMC staff are amazing!! I wouldn't bring my dog Maggie anywhere else! They are attentive, compassionate and treat all of the dogs there like their own! We utilize both their boarding and daycare services and Maggie always comes home happy and well cared for! Maggie is somewhat of a higher maintenance dog and the staff is always very attentive to her needs providing her medication when she is due and ensuring that her meals are prepared as she needs! Melissa has gone out of her way to prepare her special meals when Maggie has had an upset tummy or communicate with me any issues that may come up during her stay! Their facilities are clean, well kept, and the grounds are fantastic! It truly is a retreat for your furry friend! I will be a life long client of Taylor Mountain Canine.
This is HEAVEN for dogs!!! We had never boarded an animal before, and we dutifully checked out four or five other boarding places before being recommended to Taylor Mountain Canine Retreat. We are so glad we found them! They are in a whole other (higher, better) class from any of the other folks we interviewed, for the same or better prices. We traveled for fun, but I think our dog had a better vacation than we did! Tracy and Melissa LAVISHED our pup with heaping amounts of care, attention and affection. And, practically, when we arrived to pick up our darling dog, Melissa asked briefly for our presence, and she proceeded to clip the dog's toenails while we held our dog's leash and petted her. Two different vets had previously recommended sedation as the only way to accomplish a nail trim... The relationship these folks built with our dog in a short amount of time had our dog trusting and loving them enough to allow even the scariest task to become quick and effortless. No muss, no fuss, no worry, our dog came home shiny, happy and healthy. We LOVE Taylor Mountain Canine Retreat, they are absolutely our "go to" boarding place, pretty much forever. Additionally, we'll definitely be taking our dog to hang out and have fun even when we are around- she clearly adores Tracy and Melissa and being at TMCR. Incredible place! The staff and ownership are extremely kind and knowledgeable. They are detailed in every dog's care and are very responsive via phone and email. My dog has boarded over single nights as well as for two weeks straight. She is always so excited to go into the building when we arrive. She comes back healthy and happy each time. I highly recommend TMCR!
Taylor Mountain Canine is the best spot to take your furry friend! Louise has a blast whenever she gets to go. Melissa, Tracy, and the rest of the staff go the extra mile. They get to run around and play all day, get their nails clipped, get bathed, and they get a report card at the end of their stay which I love so you can see how your dog did. I love knowing Louise is in such good hands!
Our dog Annie loves it here. Great people, lots of things to do at doggie camp. There are lots of dog pals for here for play and conversation or just relaxing. We have used many other dog care facilities in Sonoma County over the years, and Taylor Mountain Dog Retreat so far has been the best. One more time, the owners and staff are great, the play areas and relaxation areas are clean wonderful and with very clean & heated indoor/outdoor sleeping facilities. No better place for our Princess to play, socialize and relax, then Taylor Mountain. Blake B
Our dog Gatsby has had a couple of amazing stays here so far, and we recommend this retreat 1000 times over!! Melissa and Tracy and their entire staff run a very professional yet loving operation here. Our dog was a bit nervous for her first 4 night stay, but when we brought her back for a 12 night stay she was going absolutely bonkers and was so excited to see the staff again, and that's when we truly new that Gatsby is in great hands. The staff is very responsive and we loved getting pictures texted to us as well as seeing Gatsby on the Instagram stories. We hardly worried about Gatsby at all during our trip even though this was the longest we had left her. The price is very reasonable and competitive with the area, and a bath and nail trim at the end was very much appreciated! The very flexible pick up and drop off hours are awesome. No ridiculous upcharges to have your dog play unlike some other places in the area. Again, cannot recommend this business enough for your dog boarding needs!
Affinity Pet Services have been very reliable & caring with our pets when we go on vacation. I love the updates and photos they are thoughtful enough to send so we feel less guilty about leaving home. We come home to a house of content dogs, cats & chickens that are calm and obviously not anxious about the changes. They are well taken care of & happy to get to stay in our home instead of kennels. I recommend Affinity often to friends, and am grateful to have them in our lives the last 5 years!
Our pup loves playgroup! She waits excitedly at the window on playgroup days for pickup, dances when she hears Charlotte pull up, and comes home tired and happy. We also have hired Affinity for pack walks, and to check on our pup in the middle of the day when we have had to work longer hours. Affinity has proven to be trustworthy, caring and very knowledgeable about dog care. We highly recommend!
Can’t give them 10 stars but they are top notch! Charlotte and her company are the best. Dogs always picked up promptly, exercised their little hearts out, returned clean and tired. I often am not home when she drops off, she is respectful, always house is locked back up. My dogs love seeing her cause Affinity equals fun!
Besides being incredibly professional. This is the highest recommendation for Affinity(and Charlotte) I can give. When we come home are cats don’t hide or ignore us(because they are mad)…they are happy to see us, relaxed and carry on as if we had never left. That is because of the great care & love they received from The Affinity team while we were away.

I could write novels about how much my partner and I love this place — matched only by how much our PUP loves this place. Juniper practically sprints out of the car when we pull into the driveway, straight up to the door. Inside, she’s greeted by familiar, friendly faces who clearly love what they do. The managers, Carla and Megan, are true professionals, and every one of their employees seems happy to be there. The facilities are well kept, and the dogs are vetted, supervised, and tended to appropriately. The staff are extremely attentive, and keep us informed if there is any unusual behavior. We have had bad experiences before at another, larger place nearby. Felt like we had to drag our scared, shaking dog inside every time. It wasn’t long before we called it quits and found Almost Home. Thank god we did, because it really is just that! We feel so thankful to have a place we trust with our favorite, furry family member.
This is by far the BEST option for doggie daycare. I’ve been taking my lab there for nearly 2 years now and we’ve grown to love all of the staff there. What stands out the most is the professionalism amongst the staff, the CLEANLINESS as well. From the entrance to the lobby to the area where the dogs play-it’s freaking CLEAN!! Carla, the owner has made some incredible improvements to the daycare as well. She & her staff ensure a safe environment for dogs of all sizes and have a great system for vetting dogs that are a good fit and those that would not. My dog is excited when we pull up and always comes home pooped! Almost Home is amazing! Your dog will love it!!
Absolute gem of a facility. I’d heard great things and then brought my boy in and knew we were in a safe place. My dog is my life and to leave him was nerve wracking (for me, not him lol ) but the staff, especially Megan, made the experience quick and felt right. I came to collect him after his assessment and he was so happy and exhausted from the new friends he played with. Definitely found our home away from home.
I've been waiting a while to write this review, because I wanted to be sure about it. We started our puppy here before he was neutered. They really liked him, and he loved to be there. They were very clear they would watch his behavior - they kicked him out at a point where he was getting too "humpy" and aggressive with other dogs - we understood and appreciated that. We got him neutered, and several weeks later, we brought him back. He absolutely loves it there, and the staff are super friendly, very knowledgeable, and clearly take good care of the dogs there. We are happy with our choice. We looked at some others, but although this one was a tiny bit more expensive, it felt better- less chaotic, cleaner, more oriented to the dogs care. I highly recommend them!
Our dog never wants to leave! I am so happy I found this place. There are a lot of doggie day care places in Sonoma county, but this one just feels different. My little pup has the best time here. All of the staff are so friendly and kind. No one ever seems stressed or worried. The people and dogs coming in and out are the same, super friendly, kind and neither dog nor human is stressed or amped up. That says so much! The dogs get a lot more human interaction here, and they seem to make sure that dogs are paired with the right group, not just for their size, but for their temperament. When I come to pick up my little girl she just wants to go back in for more fun. She always comes out tired and happy. We love you Almost Home! Thank you for what you do every day!
We are giving this rating on behalf of our dogs. We went on vacation over the holidays with our 2 dogs, had contacted the daycare prior to coming up - to try and make sure everything went smoothly, and of course on our end it didn't. But they were incredibly patient and understanding with us. There is a 2 hour trial period to determine if your dog is a good fit and gets along well with everyone, beyond that, you pay. They are affordable and all of the staff is beyond nice. Our little guys had no problems leaving or coming back, which says a lot as one of our dogs HATES being alone and the other refuses to enter buildings associated with unpleasant experiences.
My dog has been going to Almost Home since she was a puppy [5 years] At 1st she has some behavioral issues, but the AH staff worked w/ her & she got past them. Dogs are well-supervised by people who really like dogs. They are sorted by size and, to some extent, temperament, into 3 separate play areas. When I leave my dog there, I feel confident that she will be safe and have a fun, energetic play day.
A small business, I am impressed with their priorities, caring for our dogs! I saw conscious attention to my dog's evaluation time, learning about him, what he was comfortable with and not. I am looking forward to using their services. Keep up the great work.
first day at doggie daycare and i notice i had two missed calls from them two hours after dropping off my dog. i immediately call back when realizing i missed the call due to bad reception in my area. staff member tells me i must immediately come back to pick up my dog because she has “kennel cough?!” WTH? my dog is young and she has never been around any other dogs, ever! until this day!! (and her evaluation). apparently they called my son (when they couldn’t get ahold of me) asking him to drive up to pick her up and that it was an emergency ( he lives 3 hours away) i don’t have anyone else in my life who could pick her up! i stopped what i was doing to go pick her up and a staff member tells me one of the other dogs as kennel cough.. 😐 during my observation: my dog DID NOT have kennel cough! she’s been with me for 9 hours now and not ONE SINGLE peep from her?!! WHY would your staff member tell me she had kennel cough?! freak me out and make me drive frantically across town just to find out she is completely fine?! i’m really disappointed in the unprofessional staff. i don’t even understand why i would have to even pay for the 2 hours, just to be lied to? oh well. live and learn i guess. no more doggie daycare for this pup if this is how the business is ran ✌🏼

First time my pup did day care and it went well. I was so anxious that I kept watching the live cam. She has visited this place twice and staff were super friendly. I appreciate that the small and big dogs are separated. We are planning to come back and buy a daycare package!
I love paradise pet resort! My dog is always so happy to see the staff and of course excited to play with all the other dogs! They take very good care of my dog Ace. He’s been going to Paradise Pet Resort for almost 4.5 years now. I wouldn’t want to take him anywhere else!! I love the staff:)

Our Puppy has been going to daycare here for two years and she loves it!! Everyone is so nice and the facility is very clean. We also have her groomed here, the groomer is just the best!
Staff at the Rohnert Park Paradise Pet Resort are attentive and thorough. They let me know when my dog was due for vaccination, and they make sure all animals have required vaccinations to help keep everyone’s pets safe. My dog is deaf and has abandonment PTSD. The staff take extra care of her to ensure she’s comfortable visiting, whether for a day or a week.
Great experience with boarding my pup. I appreciated that they offered and gave me a tour when we first showed up to check out the facility. Safe environment. Staff seem experienced in dog needs and behavior. Plus heated floors in the kennels! Fancy for the price. Much appreciate this convenient option for my pup to play all day and be kept safe and secure when I’m out of town. She came home tired from so much play!

Our young dogs LOVE to go to Paradise Per Resort in Rohnert Park. They always come home happy and exhausted after playing all day there. The staff is welcoming and conscientious always making sure the dogs are received in a welcoming way, they play all day, receive love and attention all day, they have even come home having been bathed. What a treat. Can’t say enough nice things about this place.
I’ve taken my puppy there twice now, and she loves it! I can watch her playing on the cameras, so it’s a perk to be able to see her anytime I want. This will be my go to doggy day care; I just purchased a 10-day package, and she’ll be going there whenever I need doggy day care. I’d definitely recommend this establishment.

Fetch! has been a great solution for a morning dog walker for our Charlie. I really liked the photo of Charlie out on his walk and the app that shows where he walked that morning. Makenna was the greatest dog walker and very professional. Robyn was extremely easy to interact with via email. Extremely good value for excellent service.
My petsitter from Fetch goes above and beyond. I swear she leaves my apartment cleaner than when I left it. I'm so, so happy I found this company and I can leave on vacation knowing my rabbits are well taken care of.
Fetch! has been wonderful and took great care of our cats when we've been away. Twice we had older cats, one with cancer who required special attention and medications, and once we had a new kitten who was still settling in and we were very pleased. Victoria in particular was AMAZING and sent us photo updates at each visit. I recommend Fetch! highly. My one caveat is that sometimes sitters aren't available, so be sure to book ahead.
We've been using Fetch! For the past few years and have had great experiences with their pet sitters. Our cats (one elderly) are well taken care of when we're away. All the sitters communicate well, scheduling is super easy, and we're never worried about our home or pets while away. I highly recommend them if you're looking for reliable, consistently excellent pet care!

When our goldendoodle, Frankie, met Erinn, it was love at first sight! We are so glad we found a dog walker who truly LOVES caring for animals. We used fetch for years when we lived on the East Coast, and were very happy that there was a local franchise for our new home on the east bay. When we asked, for our first service, the office staff was very responsive, and our assigned pet sitter was absolutely wonderful. There is no better thing when traveling to have peace of mind about how your pet is doing. Having a pet at home is so much better for the pet and for us than boarding. It was also great to have someone in the house daily to bring in the mail , and when needed, take the garbage bin to the street, I cannot recommend the service enough
I had a very positive experience with Fetch Pet Care (East Bay) and I would certainly recommend them to anyone. They tried to accommodate my requests and they were very good about keeping me posted on my kitty-cat's well-being, with posting photos and notes on their website. It was very reassuring to see that, and I would certainly trust them to take good care of her.
My experience with Fetch was awesome. This was our first time having a service care for our three dogs. From beginning to end, Fetch staff was professional and easy to work with. Lisa was our week long pup sitter and sent us regular updates with pictures. When we returned home, our dogs were happy and well taken care of. Lisa even left US a thank card with floweres and a little gift. I would definitely recommend Fetch and would use them again for our pet sitting needs. <3
We were away for a long weekend so needed a pet sitter for the weekend (1 dog & 2 cats). The sitter did a great job with the animals but was thoughtful about mail collection, dishes, linens and towels, etc. We literally had no cleanup or chores when we got home. Great job Madeline!
