Erin was a fabulous sitter. I knew that Nep was really well cared for while I was gone and my house was left in an immaculate state.
Out of 15 zeewoi sits, this is the first that I would not recommend. We had a 9-night sit. -One dog was left more than 12 hours with an open gash in her leg (we don’t actually know how long, because they didn’t notify me until 1am on Friday night. My dogs are usually well asleep at 1am, so either it happened much earlier, or they were up way later). They could not account for how it happened. After 5 (daytime) hours (6am-11am) of unresponsiveness from Lindsay, I finally had to send someone to go get my dog and take her to get stitches. Of course it was Saturday at this point so all of the vets closed at noon, so they had to go to a 24/7 emergency vet, which costs me $1,300 (opposed to what would have been ~ $600, had they just followed the guide and taken her themselves during normal business hours, or responded soon enough that I could have gotten someone else in time). The wound was so deep and wide and had been left open so long that my poor girl had to be sedated and the wound flushed and cleaned out before they could even stitch it up, and who knows how long she was suffering in pain. -3 days later, my other dog was left outside alone from (at least) 9am-6:30pm, so I had to send someone to retrieve her as well. -An hour+ long video was recorded in my living room, posted on YouTube, with pictures of my family members in the background, with zero permission, or even mention of it to me. -We returned to find our hot tub over filled, slimy, and green -Our front gate broken -Our bamboo bathtub tray ruined -We have less than half the usual amount of mail we usually come home to on this length of trip, and have 2 important checks missing that should have arrived by now. -Our guide specifically states that we personally keep a 100% sober home, and a sacred space for people recovering from addictions, and we ask there be no parties, no drugs, and drinking be limited and responsible; and yet cocktails were left in our refrigerator, in the trash from ONLY Friday and Saturday was an empty full-sized bottle of Jack Daniels, wine bottle, and cocktail cans, and prior to Fridays trash pick up, at a minimum, an empty case of canned cocktails was left on the front porch. We were stressed our entire absence, and got back to find our home, belongings, and privacy were completely disregarded disrespected, just like our pets. Would NOT recommend.

The dogs are always well cared for and the dogs play a lot all day long with each other. My dog loves going there because he gets to play with all the other dogs. When I leave my dog there and go out of town, I feel totally confident that he will be taking care of and fed and loved on!
We LOVE Pampered Pets! They take such good care of our little Mochi! She has a blast there. They always post pictures to update us while we are away. All of the care staff are very loving with the pups!
We have been taking our little “Apple” to Pampered Pets for her vacation while we are on ours since she was very young.She loves it. The minute she gets there she runs away her little tail going fifty miles an hour and never looking back. She loves playing with the other doggies and sitting on the owners lap. The facility is spotless. We recommend Pampered Pets without reservation.

Beautiful grounds with everything for your furry friends and impeccably clean and well maintained facilities. We've only been here for Specialty Dog shows, but it's like an oasis in the middle of valley. Future plans are to include Lure coursing and more. If ever I own and operate a dog facility, this is what it would look like : )
Just recently did a artificial turf install for their dog launch competition pool & while there it occurred to me how each staff member was EXTREMELY courteous & professional, the landscaping immaculate, the facility VERY clean, makes me want to take my dog here right away! & To top it off the owners themselves are very down to earth & know their BUSINESS well. It's a hidden gem in our county.
Always friendly, and my dog loves it there. I boarded my parents' dog the last tike we were there, and they got to be in the same kennel (and I got a discount). My dog always comes out happy when I pick her up, and I know she's treated well. I always have her bathed, which to be honest is kind of pricey, but they do a good job and to me, it's worth it.
Michelle did an amazing job grooming our dogs! Everyone there was super friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. I will definitely take my fur kids there again for grooming!
Reached out regarding boarding based on a couple great recommendations. I never board my dog but we’re going out of town with our newborn and it just seems easier than taking her on a very long car ride this time. I chose to reach out because of the good things I heard and I would feel better boarding my dog here. I was taken back when I was told I needed to bring my Staffordshire terrier to walk the kennels and do a meet and greet before she was approved to stay at the facility. My dog is reactive like many other breeds when she’s barked at, especially if it’s with someone she doesn’t know. She is not aggressive not one bit but because of her breed she was automatically discriminated against and that did not leave a good taste in my mouth. God forbid we went along with this crazy request and she was reactive and denied to stay there. I would have felt better if they told me it was for every breed but it’s not… very dissatisfied with this business and we didn’t even work together! I have reached out to multiple boarding facilities and no one else made this insane request. Photos of my dog. Does she look aggressive?

Their communication is HORRIBLE. God like complex from some who manage. The groomers are AWESOME and my two dogs will miss them greatly. However I refuse to let management insinuate we are not good dog owners due to an out of date "recommended" vaccination. I understand it is a private facility and they get to make their own rules, but I refuse to pay above average prices to be treated like $hit.
Found Woof San Ramon on the internet because we needed a place for our pup Bode to be boarded for the very first time! I’m so happy to find such a friendly and fun place for my lil pup! The process was very smooth, bode came in for his 2 hr “interview” and ended up staying longer because he was just having such a great time! I really appreciate all the detailed information and fast communication from the staff at woof! They sent photos and text update during his stay! I knew Bode had an amazing stay because i picked up a tired and CONTENT pup :) he also left with a cute little goodie bag! Thank you WOOF San Ramon! Bode can’t wait to come back for more fun!
I had to leave a review to compliment the Woof staff. I just picked up my dog yesterday for a week plus stay. I was nervous to leave him as he never has boarded but Woof was recommended to me. While I was gone they were super responsive when I reached out to them.They send pics and kept me updated daily, but if you request a video they will send. When I picked him up he was relaxed and tired, which was to be expected, but not stressed. Caitlin and Alexis lmk how his stay was, were friendly and caring. I also leave him for daycare and Crystal and staff are great with him. I definitely recommend!
We have had such a wonderful experience with Woof! The team is kind and attentive. They take the time to get to know the animals and I never stress when I have to board my pup. I've never had an issue reaching anyone directly. They are all so kind and communicative!
Is the only place I leave my sweet Rocky for boarding, they care, provide a great service, the doggies don't stay half morning locked like in another place that has cameras too, and I was so worry because it was 10am and Rocky was still locked. I love Woof and would recommended 1000 times. I also live on Lake Merritt which is pretty far from San Ramon, but I do not mind the drive, as long I know Rocky is safe. Plus they send me pictures of Rocky through the day 😍😍😍
Our pup Daisy absolutely loves coming here, and everyone we've interacted with is so friendly and caring. Daisy was a nervous pup when we first got her & was initially hesitant to go in for daycare. Since her first visit, she runs right in! Plus, they send great pictures of her and her buddies throughout the day :)
We have never boarded our rescue dog until we had to leave town and couldn't bring him along. I found Woof and they were incredible. They truly have a kind, wonderful staff who really care about and love their job! Our dog is very nervous and shy and they were so helpful in getting him comfortable and even getting him to play with other dogs. I received a text message every day with a picture of my dog to let me know he was happy and doing well. This is now the only place I will ever board my dog! Thank you, Woof, you guys are the best!
Staff is friendly. Valet drop off and pick up, so I've never been inside the facility. So far, they have been quick to report even the smallest injury (i. e. small cuts from playing). My dog usually comes home smelling bad, but that seems pretty typical of daycare, considering she's around other dogs pretty much all day. Pricing seems typical, and they do offer discounted packages. Not sure if they offer any additional enrichment in their daycare routine. Unfortunately, they don't have live camera access that many other daycares offer. If they did, that'd take my rating up to 5 stars, especially since I haven't had any major problems with this place.
Everytime we need to leave town we board my dog with wood day care. The staff is great with sending photos and text messages if they have questions. The facility is spacious and they separate large from big dogs. Great place to board your fur baby.
My 4 dogs did boarding there for 16-nights in June. I greatly appreciate the care and attention that was given to all of them. I received photos of their stay; it was so comforting to know they were in good hands. All of the staff members that I met was wonderful and made me feel good inside about leaving my pets there for the first time. Will definitely use Woof, San Ramon for our babies boarding again!
The staff and owners at Woof really do care for your pet as if they are their own! We bring our dogs here for both daycare and boarding, and love the regular picture updates. Our dogs love coming here and the fast valet service is very convenient. The staff is very professional and friendly.
We honestly can't praise Wunderbar enough. We found this amazing pet hotel while looking for somewhere for our dog Susan to stay when we went into labor. We have no family nearby and she's a reactive dog who wouldn't do well with a dog-sitter in the house or with other dogs. Wunderbar was the best solution for us as we know that she gets a private room, private toilet breaks and private play time. We started out with short day camps and built up to overnights. She's stayed with the team while we've been away on trips and has done many day camps with them when we've had to have workers in the house doing improvements. She loves her tris to the hotel and is excited for every drop off. She's got an amazing connection with Lauren at the hotel and she can't wait to see her every time we drive up. The hoptel were even fantastic in helping us out when our AC went down during the recent heat wave. We knew she wouldn't cope well with a worker in our house and we were glad that they had a last minute room available where she had AC and could be comfortable. We get the best happy photos whenever she stays with them and she's always so excited for her stays. I've lost count of the number of times we've used their services and we couldn't be happier to have found this dog hotel. Amazing staff and great facility. This is Susan's happy place - truly her home away from home.
Thank you so much to Mindy and her wonderful staff for taking care of my sweet dog while my husband and I were on a family trip. We were comforted knowing that she was in good hands that truly cared about her. I really appreciate how professional, sweet, and kind Mindy was throughout our e-mail communication. She provided updates on my dog and reassured me that she was doing well. She responded very quickly and also kindly answered all of my questions prior to boarding. She also sent pictures of my dog during playtime when I requested. I also appreciate how sweet Lauren was during drop off and pick up. My dog is very shy but I could tell that she was comfortable with Lauren. My dog was happy and playful when we came home from pick up. I am so happy that I have found a lovely family-owned pet hotel in the area and highly recommend them.
We've been bringing Banjo here for almost 10 years now and have always enjoyed how over the top happy he is when we drop him off at Wunderbar. We miss him more than he misses us I am sure. By the time we pick him up he is tired and happy and we're happy to have him back home. Love the treats they give us to take home with him and love how good they are with him. Thank you! 🐾💕
I can’t speak highly enough of Wunderbar’s! Mindy and her team are always kind, helpful, incredibly responsive, and reliable. My anxious Australian Cattle Dog gets excited when he sees the employees come outside for him at check-in, and is always in a good mood after coming home. Keeping the dogs separate is a huge relief (especially as a dog mom to a dog-reactive herding dog), and speaks to the concern for safety and well-being of the dogs implemented at Wunderbar’s. I confidently trust Wunderbar’s, and am so grateful to have a reliable and happy place for my dog to stay when he can’t travel with me!
This place is truly incredible! I have a very energetic and intimidating Belgian Malinois in which the team of kind professionals handled her with the love and care that she deserves. I had a horrible horrible experience at Wag Hotels in Oakland and was scrambling to find an alternative as she can be a challenging breed to manage. Wunderbar didn't bat an eye and knew all the tricks to keep my girl tired and happy. They keep all dogs separate which is a huge stress relief. I trust them to play with her as often as they say they do, unlike Wag Hotels, who threw my 62lb dog in a small room for an extended period of time without walking her or playing with her (extremely cruel and I will never go back there). Mindy and team have a family approach and really make you feel welcomed and treat your fur baby with the utmost care. I will be a happy returning customer for years to come!

Weve been trialing a place for our dog to stay, building up to longer stays as were due to have a baby soon and will need somewhere for when we go to hospital. Wunderbar has been amazing, Susan loves going here and genuinely was happy to see staff on each visit. Last time we dropped her off she couldnt wait to go with her new friends. 😆 Unfortunately due to lockdown making it super difficult to socialise her too well and a nasty dogpark incident shes very wary of other dogs, luckily Wunderbar does offer private stay with 1-2-1 play times.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Wunderbars Pet Hotel and the staff. Our dogs love it here, and the staff go above and beyond. For example, I realized that I had incorrectly measured out my dog's prescription pet food- so Mindy offered to go pick up more from our vet's office! Thank you so much, Mindy and staff. We know our dogs are in good, caring hands when they stay with you. We'll be back :)
Mindy and her team are amazing and caring! We regularly board our 2 hyper dogs here and they are always thrilled when we pull up to Wunderbar! Additionally, Wunderbar did a long term boarding for a family member was in the hospital. They took amazing care of her 90lb German Shepard, including a special diet and even sent pictures and updates on her pup while she was recovering. I can't say enough about how dedicated Wunderbar is to their clients. So glad we found them!
We couldn't be happier with the system and staff at Vintage. Boarding our 5 mo old Labrador Retriever for 11 days gave her lots of new experiences and so many different dogs to play with while we were on vacation too. It gave us peace of mind to relax while we were away. She came home with improved obedience, content, tired out, and even more lovie than before! The communication was great and the experience far exceeded our expectations! We love Vintage Ranch and will bring her back for playdates & overnights in the future! When you want your dog to have a vacation just as fun and energizing as yours… this is the place! Our wheaten loves it here when we’re out of town. She’s stayed more than a dozen times for anywhere from 5-12 days. Always ample communication from the team when necessary and there’s never been an issue of care or judgment. The staff and owners are trustworthy, caring for your pet just as they would their own.
We have been going to Vintage for many years. Our last visit was exceptional. Brian and staff (Mary) noticed subtle changes in our elder Great Dane and took immediate action, transporting him to our Vet 20 miles away in Napa. He had flipped his stomach (common with Great Danes), he got immediate care and emergency surgery. Our Vet noted many times that Brian and staff saved his life. He is home with us and recovering. We are forever grateful for the care and attention "Hugo" received at Vintage Kennel Club!
Dogs love Vintage because Vintage loves dogs. Simple as that. We have left our dogs a "the spa" for many years, during extended trips to Europe, and when we get back we find them happy, healthy, and perhaps even better than when we left. Vintage makes an extra effort to make sure the dogs hang out with comparable dogs and makes sure everyone gets along -- not always easy with our feisty Jack Russells. We are so grateful that a friend recommended Vintage many years ago.
We have two dogs and one is a high needs. They both get all the attention and care needed so we can leave them confidence! We even had a scare with our high needs and she was brought to the vet and received full care. You can't beat Vintage for qualify care.
Couldn't be happier with Vintage Kennel Club! Our furbaby goes for both day care and, when needed, overnight stays. Great communication, extremely friendly staff, clean and safe facility, easy drop off and pick up, and overall great experiences. Our dog knows the minute we turn on to the street that she is going to doggie camp and she gets so excited and can't wait! They even give little progress reports on their daily activities and who they played with. We LOVE Vintage!

Elizabeth has been our dog walker/pet sitter since 2023. Our dog, Charlie, needs 3 walks a day and Elizabeth takes good care of him. He gets exercise and enjoys time in her company. She is also great when our fire alarms went off in our house during our last trip. She disarmed them and sent pictures. We were happy she was able to take care of the problem. She is a great communicator and I highly recommend her to those who want to leave their animal with a responsible and caring pet sitter!
We’ve relied on Elizabeth for years to take care of our pets and house while away. Guinea pigs, fish, dog - she does it all and keeps an eye on the house. We’ve used her for weekends to over a month. Always reliable and responsive. Pets are well cared for and happy. Good value, good and reasonable service. Highly recommended and much preferred to a kennel.
Elizabeth has been watching our first rescue dog Nico since we got him in 2021, and now our latest addition, Vinny. As with a lot of rescues, ours had some social/ behavioral issues in the beginning, but Elizabeth is an expert. She knows how to work with and around those issues and also make recommendations. The controlled socialization our dogs get when staying overnight with Elizabeth have been immensely helpful to their training. They come home pooped and happy from all the playing! She also offers reasonable pricing and flexible scheduling. If you’re in the Davis area, highly recommend giving Elizabeth a call.
Elizabeth is amazing! She is super reliable, compassionate, and has great attention to detail. She will be able to work with your pets specific needs :) Nova has a great time with her friends! I’m always happy to see pictures, great communication skills!
Elizabeth is awesome, she takes wonderful care of our Jack Russell mix and border collie mix. They always come home happy and smiling and well cared for. She sends lots of pictures to keep us updated and we are really grateful for her skill with the dogs. Our border collie is on medication which Elizabeth skillfully administers and doesn’t always get along with other dogs in our experience, but Elizabeth is so good with her. She always comes home better trained and socialized then we left her :-)
Elizabeth has taken great care of our cats! She's helped with medicine and shots, and picky eating. She's also been able to catsit for us last minute on a couple of occasions. We always come home to happy kitties.

Elizabeth loves our dogs and cats like they're her own and they are always excited to see her! She sends pictures from the dog park and when she sits the cats she often spends time hanging out with them beyond a standard visit. She was very patient with out dog who is not great with new people and going to dog group with Elizabeth has been great for her self confidence.
I first met Monika in the late 1990s when I had a diabetic dog and a cat. She knew what to do with the diabetes, and the dog just loved her. Monika always was there for us when we needed her. Monika took care of our animals till we moved out of her service area. When my favorite dog had a stroke she was at the emergency room with me, and we cried together when the dog passed. If I lived in her service area, I would absolutely have her take care of my animals no matter what. She is dependable and works very hard to ensure the animals get the care they deserve. She doesn’t take every job to ensure that she doesn’t short-change a pet owner.
I use Furry Friends Pet Sitting about once a month and have had a positive experience. Monika is professional, communicative, and demonstrates exceptional flexibility. The small touches (flight tracking, leaving the house cleaner than when I left, occasional pet toys) elevate the experience and are a welcome part of the service. I will continue to rely on Monika and Furry Friends as long as I live in the area.
Monika pet sat for us during our holiday travels and did a wonderful job. She took care of our cats twice a day, fed them per our instructions, played with them, and even purchased toys for our cats! We also appreciated how communicative she was the entire time.
Where do I start!? We’ve been with Monika for almost 2yrs now! And my Fur Babies love her!! Monika is such a perfectionist, attentive, and very detail oriented! Little stuff like bringing in the mail and throwing out the pee pads after she’s changed it! She’s just amazing! My 2 cats don’t feel as stress when I come back home from a trip. Before they wouldn’t eat even after we’ve been back home for a day, till they acclimated to us being back home.. but since they’ve been seeing Monika it’s like we never left for a day or 3 or a week! My German Shepard does not even cry during the night anymore. She gives them allll love equally! WE LOVE YOU MONIKA!
Monika has been taking care of my cat for months now and I feel so comfortable leaving him in her hands! She’s very professional and organized when it comes to scheduling and keeping notes on the care of my cat. Whenever I need to book an appointment, she always gets back to me in a timely manner and without hesitation will make room in her schedule for me. I am also very impressed with her calm and loving energy she gave off to my cat when she first met him. He is usually very shy around new guests in the house, but he came right up to her and they became friends right away. She also took the time to come meet us before committing to watching my cat for the first time. I really appreciated the effort and interest she puts into her work so we would all feel comfortable our first time using her. Every time Monika comes to play with him while I am out of town, she will send me updates to let me know he is doing fine. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsible, and genuine with the care of your fur baby... look no further! I can’t begin to preach enough praise for Monika. I’m sure like a lot of people that own animals, you look at those animals as not just animals but a part of your own family. With that in mind, it is hard to trust someone to care for your family the same you would yourself. Well, that was until I met Monika, she has not only cared for the animals but goes above and beyond for them even to the point where she makes me step my game up when I see them after they have seen her LOL. She is punctual, loving and detailed oriented. She has been able to accommodate my family on last minute emergencies as well as planned out vacations! She is the absolute best and I would recommend her services to anyone who loves and cares for their fur babies like a family member!
We have used Furry Friends as our pet sitter for many years now. We first hired Monika to care for our senior (and later, diabetic) kitty when we went on vacation; I wanted someone with the expertise needed to take care of a special needs (and not terribly friendly) cat, and Monika was absolutely the right person. Now she cares for our two younger kitties, and dotes on them like they are her own; they clearly love her back! She also does a marvelous job of taking care of household issues that arise while we are away - and we've had a few doozies - with absolute professionalism. You can be very confident leaving your pets in the hands of Furry Friends. They will be treated like family.
They are amazing! They made an appointment to meet and greet our pups. They asked numerous questions to ensure they had every tid bit of information increasing my confidence in them. Very respectful and accommodating. Highly recommend them for anyone in the area, as they were able to not only squeeze us in for the meet and greet but also squeeze us in almost last minute as their new clients. Definitely recommend them and our pups Apollo and Queenie loved them and will hopefully see them again. Monika is amazing, she watched our elderly grumpy cat for several weeks and won her over in the process. Monika was able to get her to take her medication! Changing methods and trying new tricks I hadn’t considered, Monika was able to stay a step ahead of her. Really appreciated the regular updates and all of Monika’s time, care and attention!!! We are so thankful that we found Monika and you will be too!
I am so thankful that I found Monika and Furry Friends. Monika is not only a consummate professional but obviously a deeply caring person. When your pups are like family it is so important to have someone you trust care for them when you are not home. And not only trusting your special furry friends but trusting someone to be in your home when you are not there is a huge thing. Monika cares about everything. My dogs love having her here. Because she has been a veterinarian nurse I can trust that she knows the nag about my dogs that I don’t even know! She takes care of everything and actually my house looks better when we get home than when I left it. We got text updates while we were gone and I have such peace knowing she is there. I never have to worry at all about how my girls are being cared for. No one besides my family will ever care for my pups when I can’t be with them
This place is often noticeably and consistently clean and organized. It also appears they have recently made the place more secure. The staff is always nice and hospitable. I love that they offer grooming services and a host of other services and enrichment program for the dogs. They appear to offer great care to my mother's dog, Sheba. Grooming is much more reasonably priced than other places and they do a good quick job. While the location is a bit remote and not much foliage or infrastructure surrounding the area, the positives outweigh the negatives.
We love taking Ollie here. They are nice and friendly. Ollie is very social and loves to play with other dogs. Just recently we are taking Bella, another dog who is shy. Leslie was sitting with her and letting her come to her on her terms which helped her feel comfortable. The staff is very patient with her.
I have used them for boarding my dog Patrón. The staff has always been friendly and I can tell they care for the dogs. I always leave him knowing he is in good hands. Definitely recommend!
Our mini dachshunds Zuki and Coco love this day care. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating to our pups needs. We feel comfortable leaving our fur babies here.

My dog LOSES HER MIND in excitement when she realizes where we're going! The loving and attentive staff are by far her favorite people on the planet, I'm definitely second to them on her list of favorites 😂 We love to come for a play day or an overnight if I'm going out of town, and I never have to worry that my pups are bored, lonely, or not being loved!
I have a very well behaved service dog with all vaccinations who has been to many doggie daycares without any incident and she wouldn't even consider my dog. living next to a amusement park you think you'd be more open people from out of the area she was very rude on the phone And almost stated that she wasn't going to take the dog at that point but told me I could fill out the paperwork. I did as she asked I faxed over all the paperwork vaccines and registered service dog tags I knew even before I started filling the paperwork she wasn't even going to consider us these aren't people that are doing it for the dogs
Very friendly staff and my dogs love going to camp. They divide the dogs into groups based on size and the have their own play yard. I like the fact the dogs are free to sleep anywhere they like and not stuck in a kennel until play time. I feel safe leaving my fur babies and they enjoy the play time.
We've been talking our 80-pound German Shepherd/Greyhound mix here for about eight months now. She always comes home tired and happy, it's always clean, and the staff is friendly. We always feel really comfortable boarding her overnight.
We appreciate boarding our Tucker at Arrdvarks because we know he is safe and will be fine when we pick him up. It is the best scenario for our situation. We aren't confident with a live in dog sitter so we will be staying with Aardvarks for our fur baby.
We’ve taken our Pomeranian to Gina at Four Paws for nearly 2 years since he was a puppy. We’re always happy with his specialty “teddy bear” cut. We’ve recommended Giur Paws to several friends.

We absolutely love 4Paws Pet Ranch! We return for Joe’s hair cut every 3 months or so. They are great with the dogs and excellent stylists. I highly recommend them to everyone who loves their dog and wants them to look their best! They also have fantastic boarding services if you need to leave your baby behind for a few days!
Our super-energetic pup lives for Four Paws! We take him most work days and are incredibly thankful for the care and exercise he receives there. Without this outlet, I’m not sure we could have survived him and he might not have developed into the cool dog he is now…he’s awesome, but still a handful! Great staff loves him, and that makes us all happy!

Four Paws Pet Ranch is a wonderful place. Dragon loves his daycare with his doggy pals. Boarding is very good. I've only been a client for a year, but I have friends who've taken their dogs for many years. Highly recommend.
I’m not sure what all goes on at Four Paws Pet Ranch when I board my dogs but they get SO excited when we arrive! They start talking and can’t sit still. I literally never hear them talk any other time! Four Paws Pet Ranch has always been so great to my dog reactive rescue mix. He was unable to be boarded with other dogs and could even climb chain link fences, so they had a specific kennel they could keep him in. My family lives in GA and sometimes I have had to travel back and visit. I once got sick and had to extend my stay an extra 10 days….They took care of both my pups and helped put one part of an otherwise awful trip at ease. These people are the best! Can’t recommend them enough!
The kindness and commitment by everyone at Four Paws have been without question since I first brought my small dog ODY for day care and boarding in 2013, and now -- after Ody's passing -- for my large, retriever mix HUGO for day care, boarding and training. Hugo carries on Ody's display of GREAT excitement as soon as I turn onto Guerneville Road, which signals a day or MORE at Four Paws. I feel safe, also, that vaccination requirements for all of the dogs in attendance are met. Thank you, Four Paws!
Lexie has been groomed by Gina since she was a small puppy, she is now 8 1/2 years. The estimated time for the grooming is usually spot on. Gina has a gentle way with dogs. Bernedette is also another favorite of a friend of mine. Highly recommend this place to anyone who want their furry friend to look its best.
Pet dynasty is one of the best places to take your pets. I’ve been taking my dog since he was puppy for boarding and grooming - the staff’s friendliness, the care and affection is amazing. Kudos to Carlos, the owner who takes special interest in the pets and is very involved. I am particularly satisfied with the boarding facility, the price (check for the package deals) and the care. The only advise I have is to expand to open more stores.
The reviews of neglect are patently false. The owner is a retired veterinarian, and working in the vet industry for several years, I can confidently say there is no other boarding facility I would trust with my German Shepherds. They’re always taken care of, and when my oldest had a vestibular attack a couple years back the owner, Carlos, drove him to save personally. I could not recommend this place more.
I would review negative stars if I could. This place is so negligent and heartless, maybe even evil, I would genuinely fear for the health and safety of my pet of if I where you and considering boarding here.
This place is amazing! They are so friendly and take such great care of my dog. We use Pet Dynasty for doggie daycare and for boarding. This really has been the best experience I’ve had with boarding. At daycare I feel like they really like my dog and he, the dog, is pretty stranger shy. I highly refined them.
Very friendly and helpful staff! We needed to board our Golden Retriever for a couple hours on a Saturday and all other places were either closed or don’t do daycare on the weekend. We were able to quickly share her vaccine info over email and drop her off all within 30 mins of calling. They also were flexible since we showed up a couple minutes after closing and brought her out to us since we paid when dropping her off. We will definitely bring her back again! 😊
I have been bringing my dog here for overnight boarding since before COVID. Friendly staff, good rates (with package deals), and my dog is safe, sound, and happy—even after long stays. I will continue to make the drive up from South Bay for Pet Dynasty even though there are options closer to me.
I love this place, we are visiting for work from TX and they took our baby like one of their regulars. They are very knowledgeable and rates are extremely reasonable. We were so lucky to find them.
Best daycare/boarding in the bay area. Our dogs love going there and we feel very comfortable leaving our dogs there when we're away. They take excellent care of all the dogs and they know how to handle dogs with different energy levels, different needs etc. Highly recommend this place!
Six months ago, our 2yo golden retriever sustained a spinal cord injury or infection during a 2-week stay. He was paralyzed in the hind legs and unable to control eliminations the day of pickup. The owner's behavior was extremely suspicious, refusing to share the camera footage for us to review, and overall very rude and insensitive to our situation and requests for info (we never asked for any compensation). Months later, a former employee that had since left, reached out to me to apologize for their conduct towards us, and told me they got reprimanded for trying to speak up about our situation. It's telling that the only person we corresponded with that seemed to actually care about the dogs was forced out of the company. He is doing much better now, at much cost for veterinary care (I highly recommend SAGE!), though still wobbly in the hind legs.
The only saving grace here is there staff member Aimie. She handled my refund very professionally - more than I can say for the owner. He was rude and very condescending even hung up on me then realized he needed info from me so when I called back he handed me to Aimie. Horrible owner no customer service at all. Was referred to this place and will let the people know whom referred me to take this place off their list. Been waiting for over 10 days for a refund for my cat’s boarding deposit ($42.00) that I had for 11.17 to 11.27.22. I cancelled over 10 days ago and Friday 9.9.22 Debbie states that the owner would take care of this on Monday 9.12.22 still waiting for my refund and notice that it has been done.
