We had an amazing experience with Dawn. The handover, including the house, keys and our dog (Tala), was incredibly smooth. Dawn adhered to the established rules, provided regular updates that reassured us of Tala’s well-being and Dawn’s satisfaction with her visit. Tala received daily exercise and attention and Dawn also did things such as apply ant-tick/flea treatment. She also arrived a day earlier to mitigate potential travel delays and she kept the house impeccable, mirroring how we left it, with a healthy garden and indoor plants. This was an outstanding first experience with this platform for us, and we wholeheartedly recommend Dawn.
Kirsten and Chris are the best! This was our first time using Zeewoi, and we could not have even dreamed of how perfect they would be. Our cats, Pippa and Saphira have never been so pampered and spoiled in their entire lives. They were happy to comply with all of Pippa’s demands for extra pets and snuggles and Saphira’s need to have the doors open first thing in the morning to sniff the fresh air through the screen doors. Kirsten and Chris are excellent communicators and have so much housesitting experience we did not need to tell them how all the electronics worked. Their attention to detail is second to none. They took it upon themselves to take extra steps to keep the pool clean. They set up abatement procedures for the ants wanting to dine on cat food and the wild bunnies that suddenly set up camp in my garden thinking it was their new produce section. They treated and took care of our home as if it was their own. The icing on the cake was the water color painting Kirsten created of our house and back garden. Can’t wait to frame it!! So sweet! We would happily use them again, and again.
