Lautaro and his wife were wonderful sitters. If I could leave 10 stars I would. We only got to speak with them for about 10 minutes as they got to our house late in the night because of a late flight and we were getting up at 3 am for our trip but that didn’t matter. They followed all directions and sent updates. Our pets seemed happy and content when we got home. We can’t thank them enough!

Giulia was great! She visited us the evening before to get to know the cats and everything that was needed. She kept me posted everyday with pics and GIFs of the cats so I could feel safe they were doing well. Even Perla who is quite skeptical she seemed doing fine. When I came back they were healthy and happy 😊 Giulia is welcome again very soon!!

My dog Dixie wasn’t feeling well and they had to take her to the vet — they did a fantastic job clearly communicating her symptoms to me, sending me photo updates, and they worked with the vet for the best treatment plan for her. Augustina arrived here with a friend of hers, who is just as friendly, relaxed and reliable as Augustina is. They arrived spot on time, kept us informed about any news, but did not spam us with photos and stories. It was the perfect communication for us. On return, we found the animals perfectly well and happy and the apartment spotlessly clean. What more can you expect from a house sit. They actually sat for both our house sit offers from mid July to mid August. For us, it was close to a perfect fit. Well done Augustuina and we highly recommend them to any other house sitter,

Tadiwa was just great! She was really professional, conscientious and flexible. She read up on how we train Timmy to ignore joggers and cats (counter conditioning) and put it into practice. This was our first experience of leaving Monty with someone and we were a little nervous, however, once we’d met Louise over a video call, I knew we would be leaving him in safe hands.  

During our holiday I came to really look forward to receiving Louise’s messages; containing photos and videos of what she and Monty had been getting up to, and they got up to so much – lots of lovely long walks, games in the garden, trips out for lunch, even some fishing.

Upon our return, the house was clean and tidy, with beautiful sunflowers and a bowl of my favourite chocolates on the kitchen table, my brand of milk in the fridge and Louise had even picked berries from our garden and frozen them for us.  These details are indicative of the sort of person Louise is – attentive, caring, competent and, quite frankly, the best house sitter you will find. 

Thank you Louise – I am so grateful for the care you showed Monty, he obviously became very fond of you, and you him.  You will always be welcome back here – to house sit or just visit if you’re in the area.
