Dog Sitters in Novi, MI

This is the second time that Vicki has housesat for us for a month and it went just as well as the first time. As well as finding the house clean and in good order we also found a very contented cat. It was clear she had been well cared for and had had plenty of attention. It was noticeable that she did not subject us to the constant miaowing that we usually get for a few days after we've been away. Despite quite poor weather for most of her visit Vicki took a lot of effort to try and harvest our soft fruit and veg from the allotment then freeze it for us. She also attempted to keep control of a virus taking over our tomatoes in the greenhouse and made sure the automatic watering system was working ok. We really appreciated all this work outside. Whilst here Vicki got involved in all sorts of activities in the village including volunteering at the community library and joining walks put on by our walking group. She clearly enjoyed engaging with our neighbours and friends and has made at least one lasting friendship. We hope that she will want to come back to sit again before too long.

Itzel, Enzo and José Maria stayed over in our apartment for 10 days during one of the most sweltering summers I can remember and I can't thank them enough for holding the fort and caring so lovingly for our cat! They are a very warm and gentle family : organised, reliable, and self sufficient, and we greatly enjoyed their company the evening before we left. We came back to a very happy cat, the house was left spotless, our garden looked better than when we left it and our hearts were much warmed with the attentions left for us to come home to :) Thank you very much to you all and wishing you all the best on your further travels!

Karla practically became a family member to my boys. They were well cared for and her vet tech experience came in handy. My home was spotless upon return and I'd welcome her back anytime. She's checked back to make sure my guys are doing well once she left. I appreciate her attention to detail.

Annie befriended Katherine within minutes of her arrival and was curled up where Katherine had slept when we returned home. She was a very content kitty. Annie’s only special need is a thorough daily brushing; the lack of mats in her fur when we returned told us that she had been well cared for. We’re pleased that Katherine will be coming back for another sit next spring.

Rodica and her kids were great, they left the house cleaner than I left it and the dogs were happy and healthy when I got back.

Kim is such a sweet, conscientious, kind person! She asked questions about how to give my kitten, Fig, the best possible care and she completely pampered her. She was also very communicative and sent plenty of updates and pictures! Kim made my first experience having a house sitter over very easy and relaxing. I really could not recommend her enough! She is a great person.

Luis was a great sitter for my senior cat, Beech. She was a happy gal and enjoyed his company. He left my apartment as clean as when I left and was easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. I would recommend Luis!

Suzanna and Jon were wonderful sitters and guests. They provided frequent picture and video updates on the dogs and left the house in pristine condition. Would highly recommend them and would love to have them if they ever wanted to come back!

Cyndi and her family were absolutely amazing to work with during our last trip. The pets were clearly happy, we got lots of cute pics and the new toys for them to play with were super sweet. The house was very clean when we arrived at home and the note with an update on towels and sheets took the guesswork out of our settling back in after a long drive, much appreciated! I highly recommend this family for future pets!!!

I can't say enough about Isabella and how great she is. Before arriving, she was very reachable and communicative. Once here, she easily familiarized herself to the routine of the house and Buster. While gone, she sent pictures and daily updates of Buster and the house. And, when Buster had a medical complication while we were gone, she weas very observant, communicated to us frequently and handled getting Buster the treatment that he required. We are very thankful for her and would gladly have her come stay again anytime.

Can we give 6 stars? Heather communicated clearly and regularly, sending us pictures of our beloved cat. We were at ease during these 3 weeks. We found the house super clean, tidy, full of treats welcoming us back and a content cat. We would love to have Heather again.

What a lovely lady, we enjoyed her stay at the house. She was neat and tidy and Hugo loved her. When we come home and Hugo is relaxed and happy we have a perfect sitter. Would love to have her back.
