William and Kaiti were excellent hosts. Friendly, accommodating and friendly. They made the dog sit experience easy and simple. Their pups are chill! Especially the huskies. Really enjoyed my time with them. Would definitely recommend both the owners and the pets for this sit! William also asked for any improvements he could make at the end of the dog sit which I thought was really cool. I couldn't think of any!
The house was clean, beautiful and cozy. Clara made my stay extremely comfortable. I also had tons of fun taking care of Bucky. Bucky was friendly, cuddly and playful. I will miss him a ton 🥹
We had a really lovely time on this sit. Communication with Joanna was easy right from the day we applied. We had a video chat where we could both get to know each other to determine whether we were suited. Joanna provided a comprehensive Welcome Pack in advance of the sit. We arrived the afternoon before the sit so that we could meet Joanna, Andrew & the dogs and to do a thorough hand over. We were warmly welcomed with a delicious dinner. Joanna and Andrew are a very engaging couple. As Jeffrey travelled with Joanna & Andrew we only had Gilli to look after. He was a delight to sit for with his boundless energy and made us laugh every single day. We loved exploring the Moors with him and he is well trained to walk both on and off lead. The house is large and comfy with everything you need and is in a rural location right on the Moor. The views are stunning. We absolutely loved this sit and are hoping to return again. We recommend you apply if it becomes available in the future.
I had a really great time petsitting Pearl and Pandy while Beatrice was away. The cats are uncomplicated, both have strong characters- Pearl is the more affectionate, playful one, Pandy usually manages everything on her own. Greystones is a lovely little village, with a Main Street with many sweet cafes, near the sea. Supermarkets and the main street are in walking-distance, so one does really not need a car. Beatrice kindly drove me to the supermarket for a big shopping on the first day, and made sure I am comfortable with all the duties (which are not much and neither difficult)! So 10/10 points, would definitely recommend this sit :) Hope to see you again, Beatrice! And cuddles to the girls
We had an absolutely delightful time caring for Mango during our stay at Sophie's beautiful farm. Mango is not only gentle but also remarkably intelligent, loving, and affectionate—a true joy to be around. Every moment spent with him was cherished. We're already looking forward to returning and caring for Mango again in the future.
A lovely sit with Molly & Ella. 2 gorgeous cats who are very easy to look after. As other sitters have said different personalities but both adorable. They clearly love each other and happily sleep together and groom each other. Emma & John are a lovey couple, very welcoming and generous. There home couldn’t be in a better location for Runswick Bay and all the coastal walls, plus the added benefit of 5 mins walk from a lovely pub! We would sit for Molly & Ella over and over again, it was a joy.
