A pleasure to have Heather and Ron sit for us. Their confident, capable attitude on video chat was immediately apparent when they arrived at our home. We knew it was all going to go well. They arrived on time and eased straight into pet care, taking the dogs for a walk so we could get ready for our holiday. While away, we had regular communication and photos. The dogs were well walked, were taken on many adventures and very well looked after! A big shout out to the both of them for “curing” Brodie of his flatulence….that alone is worth a 10 star review! They dealt with a movie crew on the property without hesitation. Something we hadn’t known about until just before leaving. A unique situation. Our return journey home was much longer than expected and their flexibility in staying longer, if required made a stressful journey much better, luckily we could get home the same day as planned and they were able to leave without too much of a delay. We returned home to a clean, well cared for home and contented pets. It was also very apparent that the outside had been cleaned up after a wind storm or two…what more could we ask for? We appreciated their personal protocols, about avoiding getting sick before arriving, very considerate. We would highly recommend Heather and Ron to anyone looking for HouseSitters and would welcome them back here anytime. Heather and Ron, please keep in touch, it’s been nice getting to know you both.
