I would have them back any time. Also they took over my house sit with ease and grace after someone else let me down at the last minute! Very friendly trustworthy and nice people!
What an absolute pleasure for an pet owner! They were simply superb and made our holiday stress-free! We received photos and videos everyday, the dogs were kept active, healthy and happy, and the house was kept tidy and neat throughout. The small touches were the most impressive for me. Keeping us up to date on the dog's moods and activities kept us in the loop, and Silvi even baked us cookies for the day we got home! Communication was clear and fast, and they adapted quickly to any small issues with the dogs. I would recommend them to anyone who asked, off and on the app.
Simone was amazing! It was the first time we had entrusted our house and puppy to a house sitter but we could not have chosen better. Simone was calm and reliable, she took her responsibilities seriously and we came back to a spotless house and a happy little dog. Looking after a lively puppy has its challenges but Simone coped admirably and sent us updates and videos every day so that we didn't miss our little Heidi too much. Not that Heidi missed us at all as she got plenty of devoted attention, walks and playtime with Simone, who also looked after our house as if it were her own. We would certainly have her back any time and would add that, if Simone offers to look after your house and pet, do not hesitate to accept!
