I really enjoyed my time staying at Stefani’s place with Daisy. Daisy was a joy and I felt connected to her immediately- she would fall asleep against my leg every night and was very friendly when walking past other dogs. Stefani was kind and communicated well prior to and at the end of my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this sit.
This was a lovely housesit for us as the house was beautiful, comfortable and homely, and had everything you could possibly want, even the garden had a covered gazebo sitting area where we could dine…. and we did on several evenings. Jill and Stewart were very welcoming, good communicators and quickly showed us the ropes and left a detailed guide for us to refer to during our stay. Daisy and Lily were no trouble at all and were great company, they were well trained, obedient and affectionate – lovely pets, we miss them already. The ducks were easy to look after and would always come to the fence to greet us, probably looking for an extra feed! The village has a pub close by which serves excellent food especially the Sunday Roast Carvery which was delicious, generous and very reasonably priced. There were several public footpaths nearby around fields and up to a nature reserve with plenty of butterflies and birds, and this made it very safe to walk Lily. We would be very happy to return.
Petsitting for Olive was one of our favorite experiences to date! Olive is such a sweet kitty who equally loves to play with you and have her “me” time, and Maria and Anthony’s home was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and filled with so much plant life (like living in a luscious jungle!). Their neighborhood was one of the coolest in Portland and the house super central to a bunch of awesome restaurants, bars, and shops. Maria and Anthony were very accommodating, communicative, and just lovely people in general. We can’t say enough good things about this sit!
We loved our stay in Lincoln and meeting and looking after Lula and Miso. Sophie and Simon are wonderful hosts who have a beautiful home, and gave us all the information we needed prior to arrival and then the final few points when we arrived on the first day of the sit. I ts perfect location with fields and footpaths close to the house made it easy for taking Lula for her walks, and also the lovely garden gives her a place to relax when at home. Miso came for cuddles throughout the day when he wasn't chilling in his favourite spot. Both were so easy to look after, a lovely home and excellent hosts, we could not have asked for more, would love to return some time in the future and happily recommend this sit for anyone.
Wonderful Housesit! Peter & Donna are kind, thoughtful, and great communicators. They provided clear instructions and made us feel very comfortable in their home. Their home is spacious, clean, and well-located in a nice resort style neighbourhood, close to everything. They provided us with every convenience, plenty of space, and made our stay very relaxing. Their 4 cats Chang , Hudson , Oakley & Rocco are interactive, fun to play with, and have sweet personalities. We had a great time there and would love to return in the future!
Caroline was a great host, she was very thoughtful and kind about organising the sit, welcoming me warmly. I was introduced to her sweet dogs Hilda and Elle and was shown around the house and the local area aswell as Charlestown, recommending places to go. This was very helpful for the sit to feel confident in her house and neighbourhood. We communicated when we needed to and Caroline answered questions quickly. Hilda and Elle were a pleasure to take care of, Hilda was still training and seemed to make lots of progress and Elle sets a good example as a big sister! Caroline is a generous and accommodating host I would be happy to sit for her again anytime.
