My pup Maggie May really enjoys Camp Bow Wow. She's more of a spectator than a participant with the other pups, but she loves doing the enrichment events with the staff. The day care is exceptionally clean. She's also stayed there a few times overnight for a day or two and does just fine. I enjoy watching her on the camp cam. I would highly recommend this doggy day care without reservation.

Absolutely love bringing my pup. Arthur is happy when he knows where we are going and very tired when we get home. I’m not one to leave the care of my dogs with too many people, but I trust the staff at Camp Bow Wow. They are very open and honest with everything, I get reports if there are any “happenings” and they now exactly how to handle Arthur’s quirkiness. So happy I have this option for him.

Staff is very attentive, loving & caring. We know Timber is safe & well-cared for at CBW. The trained & knowledgeable staff gives detailed reports, praise, & offers valuable insight into any new changes or behaviors noticed from Timber. He loves the staff and gets ample exercise & fun playing with his buddies all day. He also loves one-on-one time with themed enrichment sessions offered weekly, further bolstering his development. Compared to all other dog daycares, CBW is very clean, safe, most flexible with scheduling, affordable with discount package & boarding options, offers a wide variety of grooming services, and provides the best value and quality by far! Being able to live-stream your dog throughout his stay also sets CBW apart from other vendors; it's very satisfying & reassuring to watch anytime. Timber knows when he's going to camp & always has a good experience, comes home happy & sleeps well. Highly recommend CBW; would even drive out of my way to ensure Timber gets the best care possible, we go to the Oak Creek CBW. An amazing dog deserves an amazing place... CBW is the best, hands down!

We were looking into places for boarding and came across Camp Bow Wow. Our 10 month old puppy is very energetic and curious. We wanted to make sure we were sending her somewhere she could socialize with other dogs, but within a controlled environment where she would stay safe. We have had a very positive experience with camp so far. Our dog is excited to go and always tired when we pick her up. The camp staff is responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. It is nice there are webcams available to periodically check on her to see how she’s doing. I really appreciate the photos and communication from them regarding our dog’s stay. It will make traveling a lot easier for us knowing we have a safe, reliable, and caring place to send her :)

Our first dog, Luna, has been coming to camp for almost a year and a half. She has gone to both day camp and stayed for boarding. She loves it there and always gets so excited when we arrive. She can get a little crazy so I appreciate that they give her time away to calm down if she needs it. Our second dog, Maya, had her interview this past weekend and we were a little worried about how it would go because she has some anxiety. The people working at Camp Bow Wow were amazing in making sure that we knew she was doing fine and I could tell they were doing everything to make her comfortable with the dogs around her. I love the photo updates I receive throughout the day and I really appreciate being able to check the cameras while my dogs are at camp. I do not trust many people with my pets but I know that they are in good hands when they come to Camp Bow Wow.

My fiancé and I love CBW. I know 100s of dawgs come through that place yet they still show personal care and love to our Wolf. Sometimes we worry he doesn’t like leaving.

The team was super helpful at getting me transferred to Oak Creek from my previous camp bow wow location. All very friendly and my dog had a great time! Always fun to see her enjoying her camp buddies on the cameras :)

Have used Camp Bowwow for boarding several times. I have also had them trim my dogs nails and given him a bath. I like that I can check on him with the web cam. He is returned to me in good shape and is always excited to go back

Our Wolfie loves Camp bow wow soooo much! It is his second home. And we love how Camp Bow Wow makes Wolfie feel right at home. We know he is always in the best care when away at CBW for daycare! Love that I can always check up on him through the camper cams as well! See picture below for proof of how much Wolfie loves to be at camp and how tired he is afterwards!

I contacted Nikki via email and she responded within the hour. She was thorough and detailed in her responses. We set up a meet and greet so that she could see my cats and get a complete understanding of their environment and routine. We developed a schedule for her visits and I felt very comfortable that cats would be well cared for and they were. I was gone for a week with no ability to be reached, so trust was a big factor. When I returned home the cats and their environment were in great shape. I know that Nikki is a dedicated service provider that I can trust and I will be using Nikki Pet Services again!

Nikki and Camille did an AMAZING job with my dog! Scheduling was simple, Nikki’s communication was clear and prompt, and I was always sent the best pictures of my fur baby. Nikki has been such a helpful resource for our dog care needs! We have a spunky, high energy, golden retriever puppy and Nikki has been awesome with her. We took our new rescue puppy to the free puppy hour offered by Central Bark in order to help with socialization. Everyone was so kind and helpful that we decided to try daycare once a week. It has been great for Eddie. He gets to play and socialize all day.I love that dogs are grouped by energy levels rather than age. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are great with communicating how Eddie is doing each day. He is excited each morning when he is greeted by the smiling, enthusiastic staff. It has been a very positive experience for us and for Eddie!

My dog has been going to Central Bark in Franklin for 2 years. She goes 1x a week, but she’s also had sleepovers before while we are out of town. Absolutely love the staff and the daycare. The staff are always so flexible when we need to switch our days and so prompt at responding to emails and calls when needed. Our Nina definitely is always tuckered out for the rest of the night after a long day of play with her pup friends :)

Our pup loves Central Bark Franklin and so do we! He goes for day care once or twice a week. He has also done some overnights when we go out of town and aren't able to take him. I love that we can also add on a bath or nail trim when needed. Everyone is so kind there!

I enrolled Crystal at CB several years ago, needing to find a place I felt safe boarding her for the weekend. It was never the plan to leave her in long term. Now, going on year three, I can't imagine her NOT going each week! It's the highlight of her week and I feel so comfortable leaving her in such good hands.

Such a clean facility with friendly staff! The upgrades the owners have made to the facility are amazing! My dogs love coming here and I feel at ease knowing my dogs are in such a safe environment.

Staff is friendly but very disappointed after picking up my dog today. He smelled like urine and was incredibly dirty. It rained all day today so not sure why the staff would allow him to play outside!! The last few times he’s been at central bark, he’s come home smelling awful. Not as bad as today tho. We’ve brought our dog to other daycares in the area and never had a problem like this. Definitely will not be going back. **update. The day after I posted this review I received a phone call from the owner of central bark. He was very concerned about our experience and wanted to make things right…even if we still felt we would not be returning. After that conversation we have decided to give central bark another shot. Thank you Alan for reaching out and for offering to make this right. It is truly refreshing to actually be heard.

I’ve been taking Louie to Central Bark Franklin for a couple of years. I love the location, facilities and the staff also seems very nice. Louie is excited to go and comes home tired. I appreciate their flexibility in scheduling. He’s come home a few times with nicks and a tiny bit of fur missing, but I suppose that’s hard to completely avoid. It would be nice if there were webcams so I could check in on him every once in a while!

Be cautious. Took my very friendly and well socialized puppy here a couple weeks ago to the open dog park. Within 15 minutes he was bit in the face while just standing there watching the other dogs. He was bit by a weiner dog who is apparently a regular there. The dogs parents did nothing. When leaving the front desk asked how our experience was. Told them my puppy got bit in the face. When asked by which dog they said oh yea that's how he can be. Why are you allowing a dog with that known behavior in a large group of dogs? First and last time ever going to a dog place like this. Can't imagine leaving a dog there all day and worrying if they will get attacked or bit.

WYWO is the absolutely best! They do a great job taking care of my pets. They’ve been walking my dogs for years and when I added a cat to the family this year they come and love on her and feed her when I’m out of town or have extra long work days. They give a detailed full report after every visit with tons of pictures! Tiffany, the owner, is great at keeping her business running well and truly showing she cares for the animals and their families!

WYWO is simply the best pet sitting service in Milwaukee. They are responsive, fair, flexible, and they care SO deeply about all the pets in their care. Our Labrador Beaux was too big and too high energy for not one, but two prior day care facilities. Tiffany and her team welcomed him with open arms! We have been dropping Beaux off at WYWO one day a week for nearly 3 years, and the socialization & exercise he gets there has drastically improved his quality of life, all thanks to WYWO. They accommodate travel plans, are very responsive with updates and information through their portal (including ADORABLE photos and reports of each visit), incorporate a wide variety of services (like pick up and drop off; home visits; boarding, etc), and truly care about their work. I easily recommend WYWO to any Milwaukee pet owner. We are so grateful for WYWO!!!

We use WYWO for in-home check ups for our two cats and are very happy with the service. I was initially skeptical of the 3rd party app they require (not another app! 😩) but I must say it is a great, easy to use app and it makes it super convenient to request visits, send messages to WYWO staff (they are very responsive and friendly), see pics and a summary of each visit, and pay invoices. Really couldn't ask for more from a pet-sitting service. Thanks!

While You Were Out Pet Sitting is AMAZING! I can't rate them high enough. I'd give a 10/5 if I could. I've used them to check in on my cats for two years now and have only had wonderful experiences. They're so consistently helpful and provide such cute pictures for every picture. Twice now we've had emergencies come up and they are so patient and reliable. I plan to never stop using their services. On top of their excellent service, the app they utilize is user friendly and convenient. Love them and so do my cats (even my super shy kitty)!!!

Our dog Beau has been going to WYWO since August, 2020. Since my partner and I work full time and have a busy social life, we really needed to find a reliable, friendly and flexible daycare in Milwaukee. We're happy we found Tiffany and her team. From what I've noticed, there's always plenty of workers at the house so the dogs get appropriate attention and care. While driving and we approach the daycare, Beau starts barking out the window out of excitement! He loves it there. One thing we really enjoy seeing is when they do special events with the animals. For example, take photos on holidays e.g. pictures with Santa or dress up for Cinco de Mayo. Or even do a grill out on Memorial Day and treat the pups to hot dog treats. Just fun stuff. Overall, we're super happy with WYWO and would (and have) recommend them.

I have used their services several times now and every time has been great. Our Guinea pigs are well cared for and we get adorable photos every visit. We feel better about being out of town knowing a reliable service will be taking care of our piggies.

I have been taking my dog Gilly here since Fall of 2020 and we are clients for life! Tiffany and her team are incredible. They go above and beyond for us all the time, always reassuring me that it's "never any trouble." It is very easy to see that pet care for this group of people is done out of love. Gilly attends day care services about once a week and when I turn the corner to drop her off, she goes crazy with excitement--fully body wag and happy barking! The staff always greet with such familiarity, I know she isn't a number to them at all, it's so sweet :) Highly recommend!

We have been using WYWO Pet Sitting for 3-4 years now whenever we go out of town, and I can't imagine trusting anyone else with our pet sitting needs. They worked with us during family emergencies, and communication with them while we are gone is fantastic. We recently lost one of our cats, and they have reached out with support, and love. I LOVE the groomers there! I started with Jason because he does my mom’s dog and I hadn’t had my Bailey to a groomer for her first year. So I started with Jason because I had seen his work. But I’m a last minute person and I live in Brookfield and drive to Oak Creek because I know Bailey is comfortable there. I understand that calling last minute is hard on a groomer with a full schedule and two and a half months ago, I needed to get Bailey in and he had just hired Rebecca so I said ok and while I love Jason, I chose to stay with Rebecca. She just had Bailey for the second time yesterday and came home looking great. Everyone there is great to deal with and I totally trust my little bratty dog with them. TEN stars if I could! The first picture is the after picture. The second is the before but not at her worst. She does look cute a bit scruffy, but that phase only lasts a week because her hair grows super fast. She needs a haircut each month.

Both of our Westies spend every Friday here. Rocky is 4-1/2 years old, and very much still a puppy. He comes home tired after running around with his friends all day. Gracie is 16+ years old, and facing some end of life challenges. She plays for a while then finds a quiet spot for a nap. We have left them in CBOC’s care for as long as 12 days when we travel. We trust the staff here to exercise their good judgment in caring for our dogs.

I cannot say enough good things about Central Bark!! This is by far the best day care our dog has been to. Jacob, the owner is so passionate about providing the best care possible to our fur babies. The staff is absolutely amazing! Very reasonable prices and extra TLC for the puppers!!!!

I travel from out of town and my dog travels with me. My dog is like my baby and I hated the idea of leaving him in the care of people I did not know. I stay at the same hotel every visit now located near Central Bark because I TRUST the team at Central Bark with the care of my little guy. They give him the attention and love that he needs to feel safe in a once unknown environment. He enjoys his handlers and I can rest assured he is in good hands.

Ragnar LOVES being at daycare. The handlers seem to take good care him and the other dogs. They are very kind and helpful when I have questions. It's too bad they require pups to be fixed at 6 months. Large breeds, such as my Shepherd, are recommended to wait until at least 1 year. He will miss everyone when the time comes that he no longer can attend.

Was told multiple different schedules by different people. Basically dogs are crated from 4-6 hours at this facility, during DAYCARE time. Was told that after 3 my dog would be crated till pick up (you can pick up as late as 6:30) why am I paying to exercise my dog if it’s not happening? Heard them yelling a few time in the back at animals upon drop off. When I voiced my concerned I was told “we can take him off the schedule” no sympathy no nothing. Horrible franchise.

Seem to give attention and kindness to your pet, with indoor and outdoor play areas. They post photos of playtime but no live feed. It’s tough to hear the barking at drop off/pick up, would encourage expanding/improving the dog rest/kennel space, play music, etc. so it is a quiet environment to decompress. I got my dog a spa bath mostly for the nail trim and the nails were not cut.

Zoe loves Central Bark Oak Creek. They are so sweet to her when she arrives. She’s happy to go with them and never looks back at me to say goodbye. Haha. She’s tired when she gets home which is the greatest. Thank you Jacob and gang for taking such good care of her.

I take my little chi-mix Maggie May to Jason for a monthly grooming. He’s so gentle with her and Maggie just loves him. Staff there are very kind and considerate.

I have used Fetch for almost 6 months now, and they've been fantastic! Communication is good, and timely. They care deeply about animals, and it shows in their manner and interaction with my dog. I love that they are a local pet care company, and teacher owned.

I haven’t been able to take a vacation in 3 years. Thanks to Donna and Fetch!, I knew my rabbit, S’more, was going to be well taken care of. She’s delicate and gets sick easily. She was happy and healthy during each visit with Donna and even let Donna pet her. They truly bonded so I will be utilizing this service just so they can hang out for an hour a month when I’m at work. Donna went above and beyond by cleaning up loose hay the day I got back so I didn’t have to worry about it when I came home. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

The management is nice and responsive. However, the retired elderly man who came in every other day to care for 2 cats was not capable. His actions led to the burglar system going off which then involved police coming over and us getting a call while we were overseas at 1am, getting us all stressed out. Upon our return he failed to attend to the litter and there were petrified cat poops all over the room. Plants were over watered and drowning. Would not hire this man again. When we had first met him he seemed nice and enthusiastic however when talking to him on return, he downplayed everything and took all his mis-steps so lightly and laughed it off. We were not laughing. Try the service but watch who you hire to take care of your dear fur babies.

I first heard about Fetch on my local news. I was so touched by the story and ironically was about to take a trip and needed someone to watch my dog. I reached out to the company and as luck would have it got to speak with one of the owners Donna. I knew from the first conversation I was going to use their service. Donna and I had so much in common I was sold on the first call. When my husband and I got to meet our sitters and Donna who wanted to meet us in person. My husband and I knew we had made the right choice. The fact that they will always pair your dog with the same people was a huge deciding factor for us. We were blessed to be paired with Becky and Milo and they both went over and beyond anything we could have ever imagined. Chase liked Becky, Milo, and Donna upon the meeting. It also was nice Becky and I live in the same neighborhood so we bumped into each other one day while I was out walking Chase. I was so pleased with the updates I received while on vacation. This was our first time leaving Chase with a non-family member. The service was exceptional. On a scale of 1-10, I give them 1000. Great job and great service. If you want to be at complete ease on vacation hire Fetch you won't be disappointed.

I've had a great experience with the Fetch sitters Stephanie and Sue. They take great care of my senior beagle mix. I like that they send me updates with photos, a journal of what my dog did while they were there and a GPS map of the walking activity. It makes me feel secure to know that there are caring people looking after our sweet dog when we're not able to be home. Also their customer service is very responsive and helpful in answering any questions I have had.

Top notch service from the amazing people at Fetch! They have been incredibly accommodating, even when I book a last minute appointment. My cats that are usually timid and stand-offish to guests at the house, eagerly await the arrival of the Fetch team!! is it possible to give more than 5 stars?

I’ve been bringing my dog here since I first got him, and have always left happy and with a super tired puppy! The staff works really well to make sure that he plays with dogs that are similar to him in the way that they play, and interact. They almost always post photos of him, so I get to show my coworkers while I’m at work, and of course send them in my family group chat. They are very good about giving him breaks when he’s being too rambunctious (which I know is a lot of the time). I feel a lot better about taking him here than the dog park because they are a lot closer in proximity to the dogs and can break up any disagreements in seconds. It’s really helpful to bring him here (and also to the Mequon location - it’s lovely there) when I have errands, work, plans where he isn’t invited. I cannot recommend them enough. He’s met with the trainer, Pat, for check ins and to see how he’s developing, and is so helpful for helping me understand my dog. He and other dog trainers there are so incredibly knowledgeable, and are very honest with also using warmth. You have to put in the work for dogs, and the whole team at Pet U does that for my dog when I drop him off.

Finnigan has been with PetU since he was an itty bitty puppy. He has great doggie friends and LOVES the staff almost as much as I do! They have great training classes and continually remind the dogs of their manners if needed. I've also boarded Finn there a few times. He always comes home happy and well cared for. Highly, highly recommend!

My recent experiences with Pet U Milwaukee has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I have been with them for over 2 years when there was a discrepancy with how many days were left on my package, and after a lot of digging showed this has also happened in the past. When I asked for a refund, their responses were unhelpful and contradictory, showing a complete inability to recognize their mistakes or take responsibility. Worse yet, they have legally questionable clauses in their contracts, allowing them to change terms without notifying or getting consent from customers. This is not only bad business practice but also unfair to customers especially in cases where value of services are changed. Despite multiple requests, they couldn't provide the terms and conditions I originally signed, making their claims about policy changes meaningless. On top of these issues, the quality of care for my dog Bjork was unacceptable. He came home dirty, with fecal matter stuck to his fur, showing a severe lack of attention and care. They even forgot to give him the lunch I sent with him. Pet U Milwaukee’s lack of accountability and poor service make it a place I would strongly advise against. They don't take good care of pets or treat their customers with respect. EDIT: As a response to the reply to the owner. I wasn't provided a my originally signed terms and conditions until after my review was posted. I have documented evidence of an email chain with an employee (Destiny Cheng) in which I requested my originally signed terms and conditions three separate times. It isn't until the customer takes public action that they deem it important enough to address my realistic request. Regarding the feces left on my dog, if readers believe it is acceptable for a dog to be sent home with feces matted in their fur, that is their own judgment to make. Additionally, we paid additional fees for both training sessions and special handling, so we do not believe you went above and beyond.

Actual name is Ray. My pet lab Lucky came in for a four hour trial to see how he would do in Pet-U daycare. He's quite a busy fella. We have had him taken care of at another daycare with not so great results. The staff at Pet-U is obviously well versed in what they do. They read my dog's behavior so well that the four hour report and recommendations made perfect sense to me. It's was like they knew him all along. I'm looking forward to having my little guy stay there in the future knowing he's in good hands

PetU took great care of my pup while we were out of town. Daily photos on Facebook reassured me she was in good hands. I also appreciated phone calls when there was a question or concern. Since this location is very close to the airport, we were able to pick her up on our way home. She even received a complimentary bath before we picked her up!

We have been using PetU for three years now, starting with puppy classes and moving to daycare and boarding. Our pup comes home tired from a long day of play and is always excited when we drop him off. Staff is great and takes good care of our pup.

Had a such a wonderful puppy training experience with our golden retriever that we went back for intermediate training. Both sessions were exactly what we needed to help our dog develop into a well behaved family dog, while having lots of fun together in the process. The classes struck a good balance between reward/praise and discipline and our golden responded so positively to it, the results have been amazing. Our dog also loved it, she always got SO excited when we would leave for class. Overall it was a great experience for all of us!

We enrolled our 3 year old rescue in the 5 week introduction to obedience course. It could not have gone better. The trainer was very attentive and adept at conveying the tools that we, as pet owners, needed in order to successfully train our dog. In the course, we were able to learn how to train our dog to sit, lie down, stay, come, and perform well on a leash. He was eager and willing to answer any and all questions. And now at the end of the course our dog is able to perform these skills. We could not be happier. Of course, the training never really stops. With these tools, we will continue working with our pup. To our enjoyment, and to our dog's betterment.

When searching for pet day care I was very picky some would say crazy. My dog has severe anxiety and IBD(which can flare up at any time causing him lots of health issues). So when I went to Pet U I first met with the owner who gave me a tour and listened to all my concerns. She reassured me they could take this on. Well they have and exceeded in great care for Brutus. They have worked with Brutus, me and my specialist in seeing that this is a peaceful and happy thing for Brutus. It took him a few weeks of them giving him space and using great patience with him and they are bringing him out of his shell. He is enjoying it there and I feel comfortable leaving him there. They work as a team with you and are not pushy or overwhelming. They even work with the crazy schedule my specialist came up with to help Brutus transition into daycare. My grandparents and I have our fox red lab in training here. Pat, the trainer, is very friendly and helpful. Gunner - the puppy - has gotten so much better in the past few weeks with weekly training session. He is now much more attentive to us, walks very nicely on a leash, does "down", and we are currently working on "stay" which is already starting to come along after just the first time doing it in class. Pat is very helpful and gives you helpful criticism which works wonderfully. He explains everything so that you understand why you are doing something instead of just telling you what to do. I highly recommend PetU if you are looking to get your dog well-trained at a quality place. We haven't used their other services, but everything seems wonderful and the employees are very friendly. We love it!

Great experience have Jenny (owner) cat sit for me while I was away. She kept me updated on temperament (one of my babies was very skeptical!) and provided lots of photo updates. I got to feel comforted knowing my cats were taken care of and entertained while I was away.

Jenny and her crew have been walking my dogs for more than ten years. They are always prompt and professional. They are also very flexible with adding extra walks on occasion if needed. My dogs love them!

For more than six years, the staff of SSIHPC have cared for our three Westies. We primarily use their walking services but, when traveling, have also required feeding and the administration of medications, as well. My cats can stay in the comfort and familiarity of their own home and Jenny takes good care of them while I'm away. She'll send me texts and pictures and leaves notes for each day she visits. She will also do unrelated pet tasks like get your mail or switch blinds and lights to give the appearance that someone is home.

Jenny is reliable and flexible. She loves my dog Sammy and he’s crazy about her.

I have used this wonderful service for quite a few years and I've never been disappointed. My cats are relaxed and happy when I return and I enjoy the daily notes that Jenny leaves, updating me on the activities of my pets.
