Nick and Annie are very warm hearted, generous hosts who went out of their way to make me welcome and my stay so pleasant. Their pets are very affectionate and well behaved and a joy to look after. I really enjoyed my 5 week stay in their lovely home. I was there during storm Ciara and some rough weather but the house was so cosy and warm. I loved watching the magnificent view and the dramatic skies from the comfort of their kitchen. It was the perfect base for me to set up my easel and be inspired. It was lovely to have a pet or two or all curled up at my feet while I painted! Lana, Rika and I loved our daily walks down the grassy lane and onto the rocky shore of Roaring Water Bay. In the evenings, we all cuddled up on the couch to watch tv. This home is perfect for any artists or writers who want peace and solitude and space to be creative. Its also a great base from which to tour west Cork and there are so many wonderful pubs, coffee shops and restaurants close by. The time I spent chatting to Nick and Annie was very enjoyable and I felt they were such easy, interesting company. I am genuinely looking forward to meeting up with them and all their lovely pets again in June. I highly recommend this petsit
We had a wanderful time at Dawn house, taking care of Titan and George. Excellent communication with Dawn, she took the time to explain us the functionality of the house and the neighborhood. The house was in perfect condition when we arrived. Titan and George are the perfect cats to sit when you like cats cuddles! Titan just after 20min Dawn left, he jumped on our chest and started purring. That's all he wanted during our stay, and no jealous, both of us had some, no preferences! George is more observing you at the beginning, but after 3 days he was also asking for lot of cuddles! We let them sleep with us on the bed. George love to drink water from the bathroom tab! We would defenitly come back for another sit if Dawn need one!
What an amazing time we had at Rita and Steve's with the wonderful Marley, Morgan and Butter. Not only are Rita and Steve kind and welcoming, so are their animals! Morgan just loves to play and is one of the sweetest beings we've ever met. And he has the most boopable nose! Then there's Marley. A bit older, a bit slower, but such a lover. He just wants to be near and be loved. And it is so easy to love him. Last but not least, Butter. There are few cats as relaxed and welcoming as she. Lots of belly rubs and never a worry that she will turn. She and Morgan play together and it is one of the cutest things you will ever see. Even though there are three beings to take care of, it was so easy and incredibly rewarding. Rita left amazingly detailed instructions and was incredibly responsive to whatever came up. We left this sit feeling as though we made some new friends - both two and four legged.
My recent house-sitting experience for Sara and her family in Hove was wonderful. Their home had everything we needed, and it was a pleasure spending time with their delightful 5-month-old pup, Molly. She was full of energy, incredibly playful, and had a wonderful, charismatic personality that brightened every day. Her cuddles were simply the best! I wholeheartedly recommend this house sit to anyone who enjoys caring for a lovely home and an even lovelier pup.
I had an incredible week-long experience of house and pet sitting in Amsterdam, caring for Hande's lovely home and her adorable dog, Piko. Piko's playful and affectionate nature made the experience truly enjoyable. Hande's home was a comfortable and well-equipped haven, providing a seamless living experience in the heart of Amsterdam. The central location of the house made it easy to explore the city's canals and vibrant neighborhoods. I am immensely grateful to Hande for entrusting me with her home and Piko, and I would eagerly welcome the chance to repeat this wonderful experience in the future. Thank you, Hande, for making my stay in Amsterdam truly special! I already miss Piko!!!
Shanie was an absolute joy to spend time with. She's calm, affectionate, and was a great buddy to walk and and exploring the bustling neighborhood of Hamilton Heights with. Laurie was kind and easy to communicate with.
