Sarah and Kim came to house sit for us for the first time. They took the trouble to come down to meet us and our spaniels, a few weeks before the sit. On meeting them we had no hesitation to invite them to sit. Sara was really organised and knew what questions to ask about the dogs and the house. Sarah and Kim arrived in good time on the day of our departure, and we left for our holiday knowing our dogs and home were in good hands. We had regular updates throughout our holiday. It was lovely to see photographs of our dogs out and about, clearly being well looked after. Communication was excellent. When we arrived home, it was obvious our dogs had enjoyed their time with Sarah and Kim. The house was absolutely spotless and Sarah had bought us food ready for our return. I cannot rate them highly enough. They are lovely, caring people who we hope will sit for us again.

Napa Pet Care is amazing! They are thoughtful, friendly, great communicators and knowledgeable. They responded very quickly whenever I asked questions or checked in on our pup throughout the day. They also sent updates *with pictures* on how our little girl was doing. Amanda was absolutely amazing with our pets when we were out of town for 10 days. We recently moved to Napa and I was nervous about using a new pet sitter. I was incredibly happy with the communication system that they have in place and the pictures that Amanda sent. She was right down on the ground at their level. I am new to Napa and was very nervous to have a cat sitter for my Cat precious. She had the same sitter for 5 years and can be fussy. I hired Napa Pet Care and the experience was excellent. They fed her twice a day, played with her and in 4 days had her coming out when they arrived to be petted and play. I can highly recommend the service.
Lizbet was our pet sitter and she was awesome. We have a large fluffy family which includes cats, rabbits, chinchillas, and an 130 pound malamute mix which she embraced and handled with ease. Like most pet parents I can get to worrying about them. She put my mind at ease with her frequent noted updates and photos. She had even the shyest of our pets warmed up to her and looking forward to her visits. Thanks!!! I utilized Napa Pet Care for the first time recently while I took a long motorcycle trip. Knowing my pets were cared for provided great peace of mind. The daily updates and photos were great and had me laughing out loud at the end of each day on the road. My sitter (Lizbet) was exceptional. I have and do recommend Napa Pet Care.
If I could give Jesslynn and Napa Pet Care 100 stars I would. I am a new puppy mom and I seriously doubt I could keep my puppy, Kiki, if it wasn't for Napa Pet Care! I work very long hours and knowing that a highly trained compassionate professional is helping me care for my puppy is all I need to get thru the long work week. A really great feature that Napa Pet Care offers is the attention and constant feedback they provide to owners. For instance, I receive daily updates along with a GPS tracker of Kiki's daily walks-I am so glad to know my dog is getting adequate exercise! Finally, Jesslynn takes time out of her day to educate me about training, nutrition, and anything else I might have a question about. Jesslynn has helped me train my puppy to use the bells to go outside. She takes the time to help groom Kiki when needed. Plus, my puppy loves her, and I truly believe one of the best ways to judge a person is thru animals-and Jesslynn/napa Pet Care gets a big thumbs up from Kiki!

We strongly recommend Tails Up! Napa Valley for your four legged loved ones! Melodie made our experience comfortably seamless when we were out of town for several days. Our greatest concern when leaving our dogs was not only the basics of being fed and let out, but she took it a couple steps further by giving them companionship by staying overnight, taking them for walks frequently, and giving them baths. I have worked with the TailUp team to walk my pup since they initially opened. They are extremely professional, well managed, and reliable. Melodie, the owner takes extreme care to screen her staff and to ensure that they, not only follow safety rules, but also make sure that I as the pet parent am comfortable with her team. TailsUp closed briefly due to state independent contractor regulations, but they are now back in business! I couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism.
We have used Tails Up for walks & dog sitting on two visits to Napa, and they have been great! Very responsive and flexible for early/late requests. We got updates and great pics from each of the walkers. Will definitely reach out the next time we are in town with our pup!
