This place was great and gave awesome care to my little fur baby. It was her first time boarding so it was important to me that I find somewhere that would give her not only physical care but love too! Sit & Stay more than exceeded my expectations.

I was in a stressful situation and needed a place for Bob to stay for the day and night since I couldn't take him to where we were going. Bob is an apartment cat and doesn't have a lot of experience in the outside world. Not only that, I've never really been separated from him since we started hanging out about 3.5 years ago. I guess the staff noticed all this when I contacted them to see if they had room for Bob on short notice. Not only did they have room for him, they sent me a pic of him a few hours after I dropped him off to show me he was ok. It was at that point that I realized I had nothing to worry about. Bob was in the best hands imaginable. The staff, Sara, Nicole, Mary, and six others I didn't get to meet, are amazing. Bob had a great time and was comfy. They took great care of him. Bob didn't get the chance to stay the whole time as we had to shorten our original plans and pick him up early. Once again, no hassle. I love this place. I wouldn't consider taking Bob anywhere else. Thanks guys. I'm telling all my friends!

I had to leave my senior pup while I was away here. I left worried and had major anxiety detachment issues. But everyone here at Sit and Stay put me at ease every day with an email of how he was doing and photos. He had so much fun, I dont think he wanted to leave his new friends.

Barks N' Rec is the best doggy daycare in Agoura Hills. Debbie and her team go truly above and beyond for each and every dog there. Our basset hound, Bailey has been going for over a year and he's learned how socialize with other dogs. It's great to pick him up and hear "funny thing Bay did today" stories. We left our dog, a 2 year old Boxer, at Parks & Rec this past weekend, (January 5-7, 2024), and she's now at home with a horrible respiratory virus. She's had ZERO exposure to any other dogs over the previous month, so this is the only place she could have contracted it. We really enjoyed the staff, and think it's a wonderful operation, but will not be taking her back if she survives this.

We love Barks N Rec and our dog does too! The ladies take such good care of our pup.

Barks n Rec is a phenomenal facility that I would recommend to anybody looking to give proper care for their dogs when they can't. The staff are kind and outgoing; they truly look out for your pet. The festivities are clearly on display in the lobby and they change up all the time to keep a fresh new look for the center. I cannot tell you how many times that they have come and saved the day for a moments when we had to board our dog or have emergency daycare sessions. They are a fun group and, personally, my dog shakes the car every time we turn the corner to go to Barks n Rec. I highly urge anyone looking for a daycare for their new dog or looking for a new one for their old dog to try this place out and see just how fantastic it is for yourself.

Whether it's daycare or overnight care, Barks is the BEST!!! My pup squeals in delight whenever we arrive, the staff knows his name and I know he is cared for and having fun to boot! It makes my dog mama heart happy to know he is happy to arrive and around compassionate people and great dogs!

Be wary of Barks N Rec. My grandmother entrusted them with her 5 pound dog while she was on vacation. The live cams prove they don’t separate small and large dogs despite saying otherwise, and there is no nighttime supervision. Two days after she dropped her dog off, she suspiciously passed away at Barks N Rec despite a perfect report from the vet a month before. Furthermore, when my grandmother went to pick up her dog’s things, they had misplaced her collar and tags and included items that didn’t even belong to her, showing a real lack of care during a difficult situation. My grandmother has reached out to the owner of Barks N Rec several times and received no reply.

The staff at Barks 'N Rec make all the difference. The facility has recently been upgraded, including flooring for the dogs that is not as hard. The prices are reasonable. But the people are very kind, knowledgeable about how to manage the different dogs and keep them all happy and safe. And they clearly love working with the dogs they care for. I have a challenging female Great Dane and they have been fantastic with her.

Susan was absolutely amazing in taking care of our kitten Miza. She spent there half a month when we were on a long trip overseas. She was updating us everyday with pictures and videos. She looked very joyful in her cat's paradise) Very good ratio of price and value. We were very happy with their services and definitely will make this our permanent place for Miza to stay when we are away!)

Susanne was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly and took great care of my cat. I had to increase the boarding dates last minute a few times due to my flight being moved around and she was more than willing to accommodate the extra days. She sent pictures, videos, and updates on my cat every day and was quick to respond to my texts and calls. I highly recommend her and would have her watch my cat again should the need ever arise. The room she set up for the cats has a few cat beds, a cat tower, toys, pillows, and a tv playing nature videos on it. My cat was nervous at first being in a new area away from home, but he quickly settled in and started enjoying the environment. Thanks again, Susanne!

Suzanne was the best sitter for my cat tuna. She provided images and videos everyday and took time to make sure tuna was comfortable and in the best care. When tuna was angry and hissing, she was patient and took time for tuna to become comfortable. In the end tuna loved her so much! Can’t wait to take her back to him when I’m traveling again. It is great we can leave our three cats in a home with a dedicated and passionate caregiver. Susanne provided a great space, excellent care. She kept us informed and sent pictures and videos. She was also flexible for pick up and drop off. Highly recommended!

Susanne has been an angel in taking care of my kitty. I have used her services twice and been very happy with the daily photos, videos, and overall love she has shown towards Miyuki. As all cats are, Miyuki was shy the first trip. The second trip, Miyuki is now a best friend. I will use Susanne and her services every time when needed in the future and 100% recommend.

Best boarding that we have found, our dog Mickey loves to stay there and of course play in Susan's house pool when is hot, she really cares for him, ours is a Golden Retriever and he is very active, we never felt disappointed with Susan care, she really cares for our pets.

My pup has been going there for awhile now. They always give him lots of love and attention and they have a backyard which is great for even more exercise and playtime. He is always safe, happy, and healthy there and they love him like a dear family member.

I love boarding my cat here! I came for the first time 9 months ago and keep coming back because the staff is so kind and loving towards my cat. I pay extra for 2x 20min daily play time and the larger suite, however the cost is still less than 2x daily visits from a cat sitter. Thank you Paw Hills team!!

I have been bringing my dogs to Paw Hills since my eight year old Yorkshire Terrier Poodle, Kolby. was still a puppy. He and his sister June share a "suite" and it is their home away from home. (Sometimes I think they might even like it better :) Can't recommend it more highly!

My 13 lb shihtzu Maltese had a great time at Paw Hills 2 weekends in a row. She spent 2 nights there and was totally happy when I picked her up! They texted me pics of her too.

Our dog Abra has been going to Paw Hills for about 5 years. We regularly take her to day camp and she has spent as much as two weeks boarding. The staff at Paw Hills is wonderful and treats Abra as the queen she thinks she is. We have total confidence that Abra is in good hands when she is at Paw Hills!

Great location, cleanest boarding facility I've ever seen. Our two dogs enjoyed their stay at Paw Hills. The support staff are excellent, responsive and friendly. Overall I would rate the staff and services a 5. I would recommend Paw Hills consider offering a discount for purchasing in bulk, at the same time, for multiple dogs.

My dog loved the staff and he is usually so shy but he took to them instantly. They were great and he was happy when I picked him up. Thank u so much paw hills will definitely be bringing him again next time we are in town.

Read this review to save your pets life! Do not board here. Do not board at Paw Hills Hotel & Spa. I brushed off the lack of communication before my drop off (I sent numerous emails and never heard back) and even brushed off my kitten almost falling out of his carrier upon pick up as the employee did not close it. What I haven't brushed off is that my 13 mo old cat came home incredibly sick. We had to take him to the emergency vet because his experience at paw hills was so traumatizing that his bladder spasmed due to the stress of a urinary tract infection that has been confirmed medically to be the fault of Paw Hills due to the strain of the bacteria in his professional urine culture and he developed a urinary obstruction. A "blocked" cat is fatal. On the phone with the hospital they told me that "time is of the essence" in getting him there in time to survive. Please note that my kitten was at Paw Hills when this condition developed and the facility did not notice or contact us. We could have lost our baby because of Paw Hills lack of responsibility as well as lack of proper care. Our baby is still in critical care at the hospital and will be for a few more days. Paw Hills unacceptable care is costing thousands of dollars in medical bills. All I can say is, do not board here- save your pet's life.

My husband took our family on a trip back east and we have a 2 year old yellow lab, who we need to board. We found Paw Hills on a recommendation from a friend as we wanted to feel comfortable having Lucy stay somewhere for 10 nights. Paw Hills has a great facility that really does look and feel like a "luxury" pet hotel and spa. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Lucy was excited to see us at pick up but all indications were that she had a great time there. We also had her bathed so she was clean, happy, bright and shiny when we picked her up. We haven't booked another family trip yet, but when we do, we know we need to book Paw Hills for Lucy! Thank you!

We have been bringing our cat to Paw Hills for more than 5 years. This year was our LAST. When dropping our cat off he was put into a used not cleaned cat suite!!. I immediately addressed this and asked he be moved. I was told he would be. So I left to get gas.... when I returned he was in the same dirty non-cleaned suite with dirty litter and used old food. They lied. I had to physically enter the facility and move him myself to a clean suite. I will not be using Paw Hills again and I recommend all not to board their loved animals here.

Top notch service!! We almost qualify as a Zoo, considering the amount and eclectic cast of animals we have in our family and Valley Pet Sitting handles them all incredibly! We especially love the detailed updates and photographs when they come over... makes us feel like we're there and they are being taken care of with love. Five stars all day!

I cannot say enough good things about Valley Pet Sitting. We have used them for several years now to visit our cat, Mr. Pudds, whenever we travel and the service has been outstanding. We just returned from three weeks away, and each day we looked forward to the full report and photos we received to help us feel connected with our cat. In addition to the daily cleaning of the litter box and feeding and playing with Mr. Pudds, they brought in packages, brought up the trash cans, and watered the plants. We have been using Valley Pet Sitting for 5... maybe 6 years. They are the best. I really cannot state how comforted I am to have them take care of our cats and dog when we are away. I feel safe with them in my home as well. They are respectful, prompt, kind, easy to work with. A+ all around.

We have been using Valley Pet Sitting for the past 6 years and are very satisfied with their services. The pet sitters they send to take care of our kitties have always been cat lovers (which is essential!) and they follow our instructions to the T! We also find their prices very reasonable and their online portal easy to use. On a personal note, when my 16 1/2 year old cat died last year, I was too emotional to delete her as a pet from the online portal, and Sharon with Customer Service very kindly offered to do it for me. Those little touches mean a lot.

We have been really impressed and SO happy with how Vally Pet Sitting has taken care of our sweet kitty buddy when both of us are out of town. Our cat tends to have a lot of anxiety when both owners are not at home and has not done well with many sitters in the past. Vally Pet Sitting spends time with him, loving on him, caring for him and we have noticed a huge shift in out cat’s behavior when we come home from long trips. Highly recommend them! Their online booking is really easy too! Communicating and updating is seamless. We never feel out of the loop or unheard.

As a woman living alone with my young daughter, I take extreme caution with the people I allow into my home, especially in my absence. My two cats mean the world to my daughter and I, so it was no surprise that I have been apprehensive to take a getaway and leave them home alone. In researching my options, I came across VPS and talked to someone over the phone after reading through reviews on several different sites. They were so reassuring!! They completely understood how important my home and animals are to me and helped me every step of the way. I got detailed status reports after each visit and the BEST photos I have ever seen of my babies!! They are always fast to respond, even to the smallest of questions or even little comments about my visits. When I got back home, it was as if I had never left, everything was done as if I had done it, including not only my cats but by two fish tanks and several houseplants as well. Clean and tidy, no messes left behind and I'm pretty sure someone wiped down my countertops before organizing my mail in a neat pile! Very attentive to detail, and go above and beyond in their service. Unlike other companies, their office staff and pet sitters work together to make sure both you and your pet are taken care of. Other companies I looked into just send sitters alone and there is no one there to help them if there is an emergency! I highly recommend VPS to everyone with or without pets (they do home care too!) , if you are leaving on a vacation they are a must have option for assurance that everything and everyone at home is a-ok. We love VPS!

Reposting an old review, I still use VPS and will always use them forever! : I love this company! I've never used a pet sitting service before (I'm not trusting type and always used family/friends), but holidays and covid meant I needed to either hire someone to come to my home or board my two cats. I didn't want to board my little fur balls since that's stressful for them (one came from a shelter and has a fear of strangers/new places), so opted to hire Valley Pet Sitting for the two weeks I was out of country for Christmas/New Years. I'm so happy! They answered all my questions before signing up, they helped me figure out the app, price was reasonable, and super flexible when my plans changed (airline cancelled my flight so I had to change dates/flights). The sitters themselves were super friendly and definitely were animal lovers. I got daily pictures and a written updates (totally going to keep the cute photos of my kitties 😻). Everyday the cats got fresh food, water, clean litter boxes, and pets/cuddles. I liked how the sitters were able to gain the trust of the cats and one even jumped into their laps for cuddles. How cute! I'm definitely going to use this company again and I feel better knowing I can book them in future whenever I want to leave town for trips.

When it comes to taking care of my various fish tanks ranging from Fresh to Salt water, Plants, and Breeder tanks, Valley Pet Sitting Inc. is the most trusted choice. They are the only ones that can handle all the various conditions and feedings my fish need, and I know it will be done as well as if I had actually taken care of them myself! They kept me updated after every visit not only taking care of all my tanks, but also watered my plants, brought my mail and packages in, and took out the trash on trash day. I got pictures as well which were wonderful so I can see my fish!!! We enjoyed Uncle Jeff's Pet Sitting very much. We left our 2 small dogs and have never been happier. Uncle Jeff groomed both dogs and they looked great. We arranged for adult training for our older dog and puppy training for the younger one. Both displayed better manners when at home.We were also happy that both dogs were exercised and walked . We would definitely recommend Uncle Jeff's to everyone.

High Paws is fantastic. My dog Trixi is the love of my life and this is the only place I would board her. She loves going and cant get inside fast enough. She has 5 meds a day and I trust that Danny gives them to her. Cant say enough good things!

This may be a doggy daycare but High Paw looked after my cat Maui when I went away on vacation for the holidays. This was a very last minute booking but the owner Danny was more than accommodating, and was super friendly and communicative through the whole process. He even went above and beyond the basic things we had outlined for him to make sure that Maui was feeling extra taken care of in our absence; you can really tell they care about pet satisfaction and care. 10/10, definitely recommend to those in need of pet care.

I’m so happy with how Raisin was able to socialize and get all her energy out. She enjoyed every minute and I have the best pictures. Raisin is very social so it was better to be around doggies her own size. Great location next to my work and she was exhausted which made the trip home easier and let me rest and get work done with peace of mind. Danny is the best with working with my schedule and Raisin really liked him.

High Paw It is the best place to leave your four-legged baby, the staff was very friendly and they kept me up to date on how He was doing. My dog looked very happy and spoiled. I am so happy to have found the perfect place to leave my dog when we have to go on a trip.I definitely recommend this place if you want your four legged baby to be comfortable and happy .

Conejo- Fetch Pet Care has been a great find (Thank you Plush Puppy of NP, ladies!). Ashley understood and worked with our interesting schedule and unique doggie set up. Nathan was careful to follow through with their walking needs, was dependable, caring, and professional. I really like the timely visit feedback, complete with photo and walk information(map). I feel confident my little girls are in good hands when I can't be with them.

Ashley was wonderful! She took such good care of my 'boys'. I was a bit apprehensive leaving them overnight but she checked in with me during their stay, letting me know they were doing well. I will definitely use her services in the future!

We met Ashley (owner) and Nathan recently and LOVE them! Our anxious and energetic pup also loved them! They took a lot of time getting to know us and Dobby at our meet and greet, and we have no doubt that they are experienced and caring. Looking forward to having their support for years to come.

Due to the pandemic I ended up with my son’s pup. While happy to help out and thrilled to have Bella stay with me I was concerned how to provide timely care for her due to my work schedule. Ashley Wright and her Fetch! team responded to my initial inquiry quickly and professionally, a strong initial impression. I’ve now worked with Ashley and her team for about 30 days and I’m happy, relieved, and not stressing about Bella. I’m not sure what I was expecting, but I can tell you that THIS experience with Ashley’s Fetch! team has far exceeded those expectations. Oh, and the kicker? Once she completes her 1/2 hour walk with Bella I receive an email with a picture of my happy pup and their walk route! So cool! Bright spot of my day! If you find yourself in a similar pinch and need a ‘family member’ to treat your pet to a quick neighborhood tour while you’re away slaying dragons then do yourself and your furry family member a favor by calling Ashley.

Ashley at Fetch is amazing with animals. My dog easily took to having her around and came to love Ashley quickly. I felt safe having her care for my dog and trusted having her in my home. I highly recommend Ashley at Fetch to anyone who wants a responsible and kind person taking care of your pets.

This was our first time using Fetch service and we were very pleased with this company and so happy with the care our 2 dogs received. The entire process of registering our pets was very easy and very thorough. Our two Westies were right at home with Ashley and her family right from the start. They require lots of love and attention which they got plenty for sure!! It was so fun to get pictures of them and seeing how happy they were. Ashley was outstanding on every level and we would highly recommend her to care for your pets. 🤩

Ashley and Nathan were great caretakers for our two kittens during an extended vacation my wife and I took. We traveled out of the country for 3 weeks, and while away the Fetch team took great care of our pets! Daily visits consisted of a considerable amount of playtime, some cuddles, feeding, cleaning and photos! Ashley and Nathan helped us relax on our trip knowing that our pets were well cared for; and daily photos of each made us feel a closer connection to our furry family! This is, without a doubt, the most reliable pet sitting service I have ever used! Ashley and her team (specifically, Traci) are absolute professionals and provided excellent care for my cat, Maggie, while we were away on vacation. Mags had recently developed some health problems and needed meds twice a day, so I wasn't sure if we'd still be able to make the trip, but this dynamic duo stepped in and gave us the peace of mind we needed to take the time away. They did all the standard cat sitting things, but went above and beyond, even making a last-minute flex when our dates changed the night before we had planned to leave. I give my highest recommendation for Fetch! and will gladly hire them to watch Maggie again in the future!

Fay is an absolute Angel! I can’t say enough positive things about the entire experience of leaving my 2 girls with her. I have a geriatric 14.5 year old who is now going senile so she’s special needs. I really need someone I trust to be patient and kind to her. Fay is wonderful. I got updates and didn’t worry one bit. This review is long overdue! We have used Fay at least 5 separate occasions and she is seriously the best!! We have a very sensitive doodle and tried a couple other places before moving to Woodland Hills and he was always mad at us. He loves being at Fay’s and I fully trust he is in good hands with her. She sends so many updates everyday which gives me peace of mind. 10/10 recommend!

Fay love's dogs. She is kind and attractive to your animals needs. She sends pictures of them to you while they are in her care.

We had a great experience with Fay. We boarded our kitten for a long weekend. I was impressed with her set-up -- our kitten had a lot of space and the environment felt very safe. My young daughter was upset at the thought of leaving him, and Fay was very sweet with her, going above and beyond to reassure and comfort her, and by the time we left my daughter felt much better. Fay sent us photos and updates regularly during our trip. When we picked up a few days later and got home, I was surprised by how relaxed our kitten seemed. I've boarded cats with others in the past and they always came home stressed out. But not this time -- it hardly seemed like we'd gone away at all. I will be back.

I was incredibly anxious as this was our first time leaving our pet Olive alone! Fay was super patient with me and talking with me for many weeks prior to Olive's boarding, answering all of my questions and reassuring me. When I first stepped into the home and met Fay in person, I just felt all of my anxiety melt away. The feeling is not something one can explain. Fay truly has a gift with both people and animals. Olive had her own room, her own bathroom, lots of different toys, even a TV for stimulation! :) What was interesting is during the trip, I'd be thinking about Olive and there was Fay sending me pictures updating on her! It's like she reads my mind! Olive was incredibly happy and she was so sad to leave Auntie Fay! Now that we got our first travel trip over with - we are already planning a few more trips in the next year and plan to drop Olive again to Fay!

Fay is the absolute best pet sitter in the San Fernando Valley!!! Its no contest. She has SO much love for animals - you will see what I mean when you meet her in person. We brought our princess tortie (olive) to her while we were away for a few days and it was a true 5-star hotel experience for our cat. In fact, I think our cat is sad she had to leave after being pampered by Fay with ton of toys, cat condos to climb, a private master room , windows to watch outside etc. Im pretty certain our cat misses Fay now because it was that great of an exp for her. Fay will be easily be our go to pet sitter whenever we need the help. Thank you to Fay and her Husband for taking care of Olive 🙂

Faye is amazing. She is our go to person whenever we leave town and need our dog Alfie cared for. Alfie always comes home looking happy and unchanged ( not sad or aggressive or anything). Faye makes all the fogs comfortable, she spends time with them, gets to know your dog personally, and sends photos regularly. We couldn’t be more satisfied and feel reassured to know that we have Faye’s service whenever we need to board Alfie. Alfie even met his best friend , they’d cuddle during the day and watch out for each other - this other dog was a blind, gentle pit bull mix- knowing that Faye can even cater to special needs pets is reassuring.

This was the first time we used Fay's Loving Pets Boarding and we were super pleased. Faye far exceeded our expectations and took such great care of our fur babies. Her nurturing love of dogs and all animals really stood out when we first met and we knew they would be in great hands! Highly recommend and will definitely be using her services again. So glad to have found her!

Had the most amazing experience with Fay’s loving Pet Care. My Julie is an older pit I’ll mix who requires a lot more accommodations and Fay had no problem doing so! She gave her a private room, fed her the special meals I gave her, and sent me photos and texts to keep me posted every day that I was gone! I can’t imagine leaving Julie with anyone else! Fay has become like extended family, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. She opens up her home and takes care of your fur-children like her own. Thank you Fay and David!!!

Where do I begin! I have never used a boarding service for my cats. I asked around and people offered to board my 1 yr old cat, but I just did not feel comfortable taking my cat to just anyone. I went to Yelp and after looking at a few businesses, I came across Fay’s Pet’s Boarding. I am soooooo glad I found her!!!! All the reviews and pictures, and just talking to Fay made me feel comfortable. She truly cares for all animals. I loved the fact that pets were not kept in carriers. They had rooms to roam around! The initial plan was to board my cat for 5-6 days, we’ll that turned into almost two weeks! Throughout my cat’s stay, Fay sent me updates and daily pictures of what my cat was doing 🥰 My husband and I were happy and relieved that we knew our cat was in great loving hands. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for this type of service. We will definitely be using her again!
