Indi & Sati! This incredible duo won us over as soon as we stepped inside Christine's lovely apartment. They're delightfully friendly, with different yet equally charming personalities. Every lap jump and cuddle sesh was a joy. By the end of our sit, we were definitely sad to say goodbye. Indi & Sati were also easy to care for, in no small part because of Christine's clear communication. Talking with Christine was a real pleasure, and we'd readily recommend this sit to any housesitter. Thanks again Christine!
We stayed for two weeks in Susies and Ade's house. It is a beautiful big house with a very green garden on a hilltop in the small, old and very charming village of Godalming. We met them shortly before they left. They explained everything in a very helpful way and left clear and helpful information of what to take care of at the house (easy), the dog (also very easy going) and lots of good tips for were to go, were to eat and shop. We felt at home immideately. Wilf, the labrador, was such a loving dog, he felt very comfortable with us and we felt safe with him, whereever we went. After only 4 days together we went to the really crowded beach and he always came back to us, always found us and we felt like he always had been our dog. Our kids loved him. He is very easy to sit. Short: the house is comfortable and has everything, you need for a perfect holidyay, the dog is most lovely and the surrounding beautiful, we didn't do any hike more than once, because there was always more to discover. Even the center of London is only 45 train minutes away. We can recommend this house and dog and hosts to every nature and dog loving person, especially also with children (we have a 7 and an 11 year old).
I had a nice experience at Francisca's house. Caleb is very adorable and playful, loves cuddles and is excellent company. The house is very cozy and is close to the station and local food. Francisca was very clear with the directions for Caleb and very communicative. Thank you so much for trusting me and letting me look after of Caleb 😸🤍
Thank you Jenny for the opportunity to sit in your fabulous house. The house and grounds are so lovely, the kittens are cheeky and kept us entertained, the chickens run will be the envy of chickens everywhere. to anyone thinking of sitting in Jenny's lovely farmhouse - do it - they kitchen was well equipped and if you are a cook then you will have cook book envy, as I did! Lovely bright bedroom, fabulous house, easy to look after. Jenny and family were so lovely too, I didn't sit for the Willow the dog as she went on her holidays with the family but I did meet her and would happily sit for her another time. The house is so well situated, surrounded by lovely farm shops, a fantastic village centre with all the amenities you could want and a short drive from Harrogate and supermarkets, although you are out in the countryside and very peaceful. I would happily sit for Jenny again if they would consider us!
We had a wonderful time with Ollie, Loki, Luna and Maui. Ollie can walk for ages and loves a swim. Not keen on hills, but manages. We thought Luna would be the mischievous one, but Maui got it. The house is roomy, and close to so many north bay spots, as well as shopping. We had good communication with Nicole and Brendon. Highly recommended.
