This was a nice house sit in a quiet area that's conveniently located to everything you want to see in Nashville. Beautiful home that's sparkling clean. The dogs are precious and loving and very easy to care for. Ryan and Pilar have an easy structure for the dogs and were very organized to have everything written down the pet sitter would need while staying at their home. It was a pleasure to stay there and I would welcome the opportunity to do so again as the opportunity presents itself.
When my husband and I arrived at Nicole’s home we were greeted by a very large cream colored Irish wolf hound and small black a pug. There was merriment at our arrival and a sweetness that reassured us that Irish wolf hound Tucker was a lot less ferocious than he looked. Neither of them jumped or made a fuss and were always well behaved. Then I heard a yowl outside alerting me to the star of the show - a Himalayan long haired cat named Teddy. His cries were most forlorn yet demanding. Of his food bowl was empty, you’d certainly hear about it! The inside of the home was clean and tidy with holiday lighting and a xmas tree ready to be lit up at night. The view from this hilltop home was stunning and we could see the San Francisco Bay way below in the distance and planes flying across the skyline headed for the SF airport. That night we discovered a carpet of twinkling city lights that stretched from end to end from the house balcony. Both dogs took to us immediately - Coco the pug would sit next to me on the sofa and Tucker the Irish wolfhound would rest his behind on the sofa and lay himself across me. A lap dog he wasn’t but his sweetness was so endearing I couldn’t refuse him. We discovered Tucker loved long massages and cuddles, and Coco loved belly rubs and playing with her squeaky toy - pushing it at us for throw and chase sessions. Teddy liked scratches and to be let out where he stayed most days and nights sleeping on the outdoor sofa. The home had stone floors and stucco walls and an open back tiered garden where the dogs would play and run. There was also a fire place stove with enough kindling and logs for several fires during our stay. The back guest bedroom was spacious and a little chilly but a few extra blankets kept us warm at night. Our walks through the hilly neighborhood with the dogs were quiet and serene. Nicole and I had many text chats during our two week stay and my husband and I made sure we sent updates and photos of her mail, packages and pets. She also sent photos of her holiday adventures which were nice to see. We’d definitely return here again.
We loved sitting for Jo and Edwin's eight rescue cats! I was a little worried at first that we might not keep track of them all and tell them apart, but each cat has their own personality and most have distinguishing features and we loved getting to know them all. They have spent most of their lives in a shelter so naturally they were a little shy of us at first but eventually they came around with the exception of a couple of cats who were still a little wary and kept out of our way. All were gentle and Mina, Minjke, Beauty and Garfield all very affectionate. They were easy to care for and very relaxing to be around. The house had everything we needed, with gorgeous rural surrounds and with the impressive city of Leuven a 15 minute bus ride, Jo and Edwin also have bikes available. Brussels is also about 20 minutes by train. We did not have a car so Jo and Edwin kindly picked us up from the station and even took us food shopping when we arrived. They are a lovely and really easy going couple and were happy to answer any questions we had while they were away. We hope to pop in for cat cuddles on any future visits to Belgium!
Sara and her family were great communicators and very welcoming. We really enjoyed getting to know the personalities of each pet, each one funnier and more lovable than the other. It is a full house so would recommend two people to help take care of the fur babies. They have an amazing home in a great neighborhood with a bunch of things to check out within walking distance. Sara provided a very detailed Welcome guide of everything we needed to know and was quick to respond to any question that we had during our stay. Highly recommend this family to anyone who enjoys a full house :)

Tails has been a true gift as new dog owners. Our dog Penny loves Tails, she is always excited to go and tries to jump out of the car to get to get to day care. The tails staff has become part of Penny's family, they care about how she is doing and have even taught her some commands. We love getting updates when we pick her up. For us it was important that Penny was able to be indoors and outdoors as well as be with people we trust, and we are happy to say we found this at Tails
Tails was so great when we brought our dog Jax here! He is an anxious dog who worries when we are away, but he had so much fun at Tails that he didn't want to leave! We were so happy to see him happy at pickup. This is also such a clean space, I was very impressed during the tour after seeing pictures of other doggie daycares. It seems like it's a top priority for them to keep everything clean and all the dogs engaged and safe. We will definitely be bringing him back!
Edited: still 5 stars. Had to have our dog stay for a week and they were awesome. We had to do a late night pickup due to flight delays and they had him ready. He was excited to come home but happy with the place. Super easy to work with when we wanted to have a friend come walk him while we were away. So grateful for Tails being in Dedham. First review below: I'm a new dog owner that's allergic to dogs and we've visited a number of boarding places but they often feel sad, dirty, or overwhelming for owner and dog. Tails was the happy exception. Very clean. They did a very thorough vetting process and temperament test to make sure he did well with the other dogs. He stayed overnight in an open space with other dogs with a human who sleeps with them overnight. The only time he was "kenneled" away from other dogs was to eat and if he was too excited and didn't match the energy of the other dogs they'd give him a separate space to get out energy with a staff member. When we dropped him off they were having nap time with the lights off so they could chill out. The place was super clean and didn't leave me sneezing. The front office space is quiet so you don't have to listen to a million barking dogs when trying to book or ask questions. The employees are kind and thoughtful. On the tour of the facility they shared very honestly what owners liked and didn't about the setup. When we picked him up he wasn't nearly as overstimulated as other places we've tried and he transitioned back home really well. Price was very fair. We'll be back.
I have been bringing my Boxer, Ziggy, to Tails in JP almost 5 days a week for the past 4+ years. The kind and patient staff that work there are incredible with every dog I see them interact with. They clearly build individual relationships with with each pup and understand how to manage individual needs and behaviors. They are responsive to my questions and thorough with vaccine checks. They have even helped me care for Ziggy through tough times post-surgery and addressed behavioral challenges thoughtfully. They are so caring and focused with Ziggy, I have complete and total trust in them when I leave town. I have boarded him for extended stays (up to 2 weeks) at their new Dedham location and he always comes home cared for, clean, and happy (not to mention, exhausted). Tails truly feels like family to Ziggy. We'd be lost without them.
This is the second location for this small business, I have been a customer for a very long time and I am very happy they have open close to us. My pups loves Tails and the new facility is amazing, clean, spacious they even building an outdoor space. I am extremely happy for them and for me

Dogs get to roam free and staff are friendly. This is the third time I have used their boarding service. As of 12/14/2024, the influenza shot is not required, but I would double check with staff as that caused me some confusion.
I love Dogtopia in Dedham. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and very informative. My puppy loves going in for daycare a few times a week. They provide a safe, clean and positive environment for him to learn, have fun, socialize and keep him occupied. When he gets home he’s exhausted and happy. Don’t Board! My Dogs were neglected, they were not fed appropriately, my Lab had diarrhea and they didn’t feed him they also beg to contact me that this was happening. My little chihuahua has special food, I was told he didn’t eat the first time so they didn’t feed him. 3 times thy have been boarded and my lab comes home with a bloody nose they have no overnight oversight. Over 3000.00 spent. Highly don’t recommend. My Lab is down 5 lb and the little one 2 lb
All of the employees I interacted with seemed knowledgeable and excited about dogs. The evaluation process seemed thorough and made me feel like my dog was in a safe place. I love how much feedback I got about her first day, and the cameras were a huge plus for me.
The staff is great everyone is friendly but we love Jess she is very enthusiastic and caring towards Louie. Louie loves coming in and seeing everyone at Dogtopia but when it’s time to go home he looks to say goodbye to her and she walks him to the door.
Brody my Lab loves it here ! I love some of the staff especially Jess , Ashley, Taylor, Aiden, and Damara ! They genuinely love the dogs and treat them like their own ! They are the reason I stay and feel safe !
Both of our pups have had nothing but fun times here. Facility is clean and well maintained, staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly, and we cannot recommend them enough. We love to use their app to watch our pups play.
So far pretty good. You get a video feed access to their main room so u can see ur dog playing with other dogs etc. Prices overall are decent and cheaper than say rover folks. They do dog bath too. Its basically an indoor place only. In a stripmall. I dont think they have an outdoor area. We havre a small indoor type dog. We go here for boarding and so far happy. Only thing is our dog sometimes has diarrhea day after we pick him up. Anxiety? Dunno
The people at dogtopia are the best! Whenever I drop my dog off I feel like I'm leaving him in competent hands. It's also nice how the dogs are grouped by size. Would definitely recommend.
Went for the group pictures and to socialize my dog. Sad to say no group picture was taken. Otherwise usually a good place to go. I love that I can watch her on video when I want while she is there. Makes me feel better knowing I can see how she’s doing.
Robin and her team are so kind, flexible, and quick to respond to her client's needs. Our pup is a very playful 2yo lab mix and has benefited from private walks, 1hr group play, and even a wedding pickup by Robin and Ginny. Everything has been smooth sailing since the day 1 with Robin’s Pet Squad. We needed someone to walk our dogs urgently and the Squad was able to work around our crazy schedule to make the consult happen and have the dogs all set up for walks a few days later! Robin was so good with both of our dogs but even the really nervous one seemed at ease with her. She even accompanied the walker for the first walk so the dogs wouldn’t go into the stranger danger mode. Their services are reasonably priced. LOVE the app they use for reports and general communication. We highly recommend Robin’s Pet Squad and look forward to utilizing more of their services in the future.
Our pup loves her playgroup days with Robin! Robin has been walking our dog for about four years now and she loves every second of it. She and her team are professional, trustworthy, and reliable and I wouldn't trust anyone else with our dog. It is really great that we were able to find a great person/company that genuinely cares about our pup.

Robins Pet Squad is truly the best. Robin gave our complicated dog the second chance he needed to show his true self when others turned him down due to a complicated behavioral history. From the moment that I met Robin, I was obsessed. I am always skeptical when considering a service because of the breed of dog that I own. I needed my American Bully puppy to be socialized, and Robin was MORE than happy to help. She also assured me that she had experience with the breed, and that she did not discriminate. When her and my Katana met, it was such a fun thing to watch as Katana showered her in kisses, and she gave her so much love back. Katana waits at the door every Mon-Thurs for Robin to come. She loves her group walks, and Robin does so well with her. Robin is very good at implementing any commands that we use at home, and/or are currently working on in her training. I appreciate her so much for her love and dedication to my beautiful girl! I love the updates, and the pictures. Robins Pet Squad is the way to go!
I don’t think I can say enough positive things about Robin and her team! It is clear they love each and every dog. I know Max is safe and cared for when he is out with his friends! He comes home happy and tired out! Having that energy gone has really helped with training as well. Robin is always available and her flexibility has been such a huge help with this crazy world. We were recommended from a friend when we were in dire need for our dog to have coverage when my work schedule changed and we had to be at work. Jake at Robin’s Pet Squad responded within 24 hours and had room and space for our lab! The app they use for communication is amazing- everything is all in one place- payment, communication, schedule…etc and you can communicate with your dog walker so easily. Abby was outstanding with our puppy. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! In January I picked up my toy Australian shepherd and the babysitter I had made arrangements with to watch him didn’t end up working out. I work overnights and it is almost impossible to find someone to watch your pet overnight, I found Robins pet squad after a friend gave me the referral and I never looked back! Loki always gets excited to go with her and sometimes I think he loves her more than me! I have never trusted anyone more when it comes to my Loki! She gave me a beautiful notepad that she writes in every time she drops him off so that I know how he did throughout the night, always lets me know when she picks him up and always makes me feel completely at ease when she has him and her love for animals truly shows every time I see her. I don’t think I have ever written a review before but I couldn’t help myself because I truly believe everyone should have such a wonderful experience when someone is watching your dog!
I hired them to take my Lola on hikes; they looked great online with many great reviews. They are not what they seem. They lost my dog during a hike on Wilson Mountain. It happened 1 year ago, and we have not found her yet. They were even missing the Dog Walker Permit from MA DCR, and several things were done wrong when it happened. Please, look for someone who will take care of your puppy as a family member.
We’ve used DAP for about 10 years. They helped us in a pinch when our rescue couldn’t go to daycare temporarily but grew into our reliable consistent walker as he aged. The walkers are kind and patient with our quirky boy. They ensure he is safe, has water, and gets treats. I trust DAP implicitly.

There are times I need to make last minute changes due to my work schedule and they are always accommodating. Paws To Consider is a wonderful dog walking service. Their walkers are professional and friendly, on time and really seem to love my dog. Cricket can be a little difficult to meet, as she has a stranger/danger reaction sometimes, but Paws does a great job of introducing new walkers to Cricket. They are great, and help me out so much with my sweet dog. Also, their level of and clear communication is fantastic. Couldn't be happier with these guys!
Very happy with the dog walking service these past few months! My corgi gets a good walk in, treats, and cute photos taken. They have been very accommodating with any last minute schedule changes. Would highly recommend!
Our neighbors recommended Paws to us three years ago and we have been scheduling occasional walks and sitting for our dog, Jack, since then. The shelter where we adopted Jack would only release him to a forever home with no other dogs since he was surrendered due to his aggressive behavior with other dogs. None of his walkers/sitters at Paws have reported any problems and frequently seem to do a better job of controlling his behavior than we do. Paws even recommended a harness which Jack seems to be much more comfortable with than the collar we were using. We love the frequent updates that the walkers/sitters provide after each walk including lots of really great photographs, maps of the routes walked, and number of bowel movements. It would be difficult to leave Jack in a kennel and we feel much more comfortable having the sitters from Paws stay with Jack at our home. We’ve always found our home as clean, orderly, and secure as we left it. All of the walkers and sitters at Paws have gotten along so well with Jack that we haven’t had to worry and sometimes even get a bit envious. We would highly recommend Paws to anyone.
We utilize dog walking services for our Goldendoodle puppy. We have found them to be exceptional! Excellent communication, Extremely organized, Reliable dog care are just a few of the things we like best. Our puppy can be difficult at times on walks and anxious around strangers. Jana has been extremely good for our pup. I always have peace of mind when I go to work. I love the report cards we get with photos. They are caring, professional and flexible. Walks are solo or with 1 compatible dog. I love that about them. It’s definitely a more personalized approach and they are very thoughtful with transitions when it comes to introducing our pup to other dog walkers they build in additional time.
Been using Paws for years (6+) and would (and did) highly recommend! They are exceptionally accommodating to fluctuating work schedules and are great with walking an extra dog, when I dog sit for friends.
Paws To Consider has been incredible! We adopted a dog last year who ended up being somewhat high maintenance. Paws To Consider has taken SUCH good care of him on his weekly walks. The post-walk messages and photos are thorough and fun to see. The administrative team has also been really helpful and flexible with our varying schedule. We are sadly moving out of their radius, and I know we won't find a dog walker that our dog bonds with as much!

Viviane took care of our 2 cats while we were on vacation. She went above and beyond and was truly amazing! We loved using VIVE pet care to drop in on our cats! We received detailed messages and pictures every day while we were away and it was so comforting to see and hear about how our babies were doing! I am SO lucky to have found Viviane via a recommendation from another resident at my apartment complex. She came highly recommended and now I know why! I have been fortunate to always have family and friends look after my dog Philly while I am away. I was anxious about leaving him with someone new for a few days while I traveled, but Viviane put my worries at ease. She was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and sent detailed updates each day. I could tell by the many pictures I received that Philly was so happy and having a blast playing fetch all day. He was in great spirits when I returned from my trip, it was obvious he had been well taken care of! Leaving our pets can be hard, trusting that someone is caring for them the same way that we do can me even harder. With Viviane you'll have no worries.
Viviane is simply amazing. My husband and I left the country for 10 days. This was the first time we’ve left our cat Basil for an extended time, needless to say we were very anxious. Viviane was able to accommodate visiting twice a day, providing thorough updates with lots of pictures for each visit even if nothing out of the ordinary happened. We were most worried about Basil receiving his oral medication once a day, but Viviane did this with ease. Viviane was extremely professional and we will absolutely be using her services again in the future.
I cannot express my gratitude to Viviane and the Vive team enough! I was looking for someone to watch my pup Eric whilst I was visiting family in Hong Kong and was anxious about leaving him for 10 days. I received constant updates of how Eric was doing, photos daily and a little message of what they got up to. He also had other pup friends to hang out with, I honestly don't think he wanted to come home as he was having a blast!! (just look at the pics!) Thank you again, there is no doubt in my mind who I will be calling next time I go away. My friend recommended Vive and I am so so so thankful for the care and love that Eric got whilst I was away. Leaving your fur children with someone who is capable and caring is SO important and if you are looking for someone that is communicative, caring and honestly going to spoil your pup whilst you're away, Vive is the one!!!

Viviane is absolutely wonderful with our dog, providing walks 2-3 times a week. She provides us with both written updates and photos from each walk - truly goes above and beyond. You can tell she really cares about our pup and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend!
We have had the best experience working with Viviane at VIVE Pet Care. Our cat, Autumn, is 18 years old and I get incredibly anxious leaving her now because of her age. Viviane takes the best care of her. She comes to see her every day, plays with her and takes great care of her. When she comes, she sends pictures and a detailed report of her visit that day. It brings us so much comfort knowing Autumn is so well cared for while we are away! I would recommend VIVE Pet Care to absolutely everyone!
Our dog seems happy to go, and seems happy when we pick her up. However, there really isn't transparency in the care. Too many dogs for them to give a report out on how your dog individually is doing. Price is comparable to others in the area. The front desk staff are... okay. Some more helpful than others. We'll continue to go as long as no issue arises.
Excellent doggie daycare and boarding. They are always watching the dogs. They are very patient with my active pup. She looks great and is happy when we pick her up.

I always get extremely nervous leaving my little cat June with others but during holidays I know I can’t take her home. I’ve been to Luxe Pet Resort twice and both times were beyond amazing. The employees are SO kind about my hesitancy leaving my cat and make me feel so comforted. The last time I was there I even (embarrassingly!) teared up leaving her there, but two hours later I received an unprompted email with pictures and and an update! So nice and I definitely recommend!
I boarded my Bengal cat here for three weeks. Initially, I was very nervous to leave him anywhere that wasn't home. I dropped him off in tears and Carley was amazing. She put my mind at ease and let me spend as much time with him before I had to leave. They were able to accommodate the raw food I make and followed my feeding instructions. I was able to get updates via email and Carley sent me pictures and videos of him! They were honest when he wasn't eating the first few days which was to be expected as he was in a new environment. If I ever needed to board again I would board here. The price was very reasonable. Thank you to the Luxe staff!
My dog loves play group at Luxe and the staff clearly love him right back. A top notch operation with indoor and outdoor play areas and in house grooming if needed. My dog is beside himself when I ask him “do you want to go play with he puppies?” . Eager when I drop him off and equally happy when I pick him up. Every time!
Darrell has been absolutely wonderful and accommodating with my hectic schedule! I can tell my pup loves staying with him and is well cared for! Updated review: My dog has now been going to Leash Dog care for almost 2 years and has never had any issues. The team are attentive, always updating me with pictures, and my dog clearly has a wonderful time. On top of that they work around my schedule so nicely and are accommodating as well. I will continue to recommend them if looking for overnight care, playgroup or even a walker!

We have been using Leash Dog Care walking services in different occasions and Darrell and his team are always on time to pick Lily up. She always returns happy and gets very excited when she knows that somebody from Leash is waiting outside the door for her. Darrell is very responsible and always responds our questions. He does his job with love and it's noticeable.

We are so happy we've found Darrell and his team at Leash. The playgroups are wonderful and, when our dog has boarded with Darrell, our dog seemed to be having a vacation of his own with the other doggies! Darrell really helps the dogs feel at home when he's caring for them. Whenever we see Darrell in the neighborhood, our dog gets SO excited and wants to go with him. It's such a comfort to have someone we trust right in JP.

Our dog Ozzy loves leash! We have used leash many times for dog walking and boarding. They are very communicative and always send cute pictures and updates on how our dog is doing. They also are very flexible with pick up/drop off times for boarding. Highly recommend!
We LOVE Darrell and his team! Our puppy, Lana, comes home from playgroup every day tired and happy. He has been super flexible and understanding of our crazy schedules as we are both residents.
