Karen and Ray were terrific pet sitters. They took great care of Leo. They sent pictures everyday. They did an amazing job of cleaning the house . It was cleaner than when they came. They were great about putting out the garbage twice. They handled everyone on the list for cleaning before departing. I really enjoyed them so much and they gave me some delicious coffee from their park city Coffee roasting company and it was awesome. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a petsitter.
The host: Claudine is very lovely. She gave me a warm welcome to her comfortable home. She left me with clear printed instructions how to look after Loris. The house: Modern spacious flat in a fantastic area of London. Convenient location to the tube station, bus stop minutes from the flat. Great pub is close by. Loads of shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. To be honest I am biased, I think Hampstead is one of the best areas of London. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, except some foxes at night :-) The cat: Loris is a very beautiful sweet cat. He is very playful and has loads of energy. Easy to look after and delight to spend time with. Although Loris is independent he loves company and cuddles. Loris can be extremely affectionate but sometimes he thinks he is a dog and likes to show who is the boss in the house. He absolutely loves being brushed, very important for this breed. Loris can get vocal when he is complaining about something or watching tv. I had a great time. Definitely recommend the sit.
This experience was excellent! Sharon is a very warm, welcoming host. She made me comfortable in her home right away; her communication is quick and clear, she was easily reachable during the stay. Olive 🥰 she stole my heart!!! She is very gentle, playful, loving and cuddly. What a sweet dog. Sharon has a very supportive community, it was lovely to meet her neighbours and spend some time together. I truly enjoyed my time in Totnes, and would love to come back again, if Sharon needs help in the future.
We had a great welcome at Mervyn and Sue’s and really felt at home. The cats Leo and Lola were very affectionate and easy to look after. Their home is in a beautiful part of the country and we were able to get out and about. The garden is lovely to sit out in and we even had a BBQ. We would recommend this sit to anybody. I had a nice cat sit with Ben, who was little unsure of me for first few days but eventually we did manage to become friends. Ben is super lovely, playful and an affectionate cat. He can play with the string all day and most amused by it. Jen's house is amazing and is at fabulous location for the lakes, she had left me very detailed instructions and responded quite quickly if I had any questions. Thank you Ben and Jen for this opportunity.
We echo the sentiments of previous sitters! We were totally smitten by those two 15 year old Burmese pusscats Coco and Kitkat. We found it really hard to leave after five weeks. Their characters are adorable and they are so affectionate. We loved everything about the house, it is spacious and very homely. There is everything you need and the garden and setting is gorgeous. Mel and I kept in contact and I found her to be always friendly and helpful. We couldn't meet due to circumstances but communication was excellent when needed. We would love to return if we could and definitely give the sit 5 stars! Do take it if you have the opportunity! Thanks Mel and Peter for your trust, we are missing Coco and Kitkat already! A beautiful stay with the sweetest, flexible and cuddle-buddy, Charley. Cynthia and Alan could not have been more welcoming and informative about Charley's habits and schedule. Alan even left me a loaf of his award-winning sourdough. Incredible! Charley and I enjoyed listening to birds on the porch and taking a long hike in a nearby forest preserve. What an idyllic way to spend a weekend:)

Can’t stop talking about how wonderful this facility is !!! From the moment you and your pet walk in everyone is so welcoming. I toured many other daycares and Besties stands out like no other and go above and beyond filling each day with fun activities and each room is colorful and has a jungle gym!! My rescue we just adopted unfortunately was abused and has some issues related to that and they took the time and patience with her to make sure my dog was comfortable with them first which I so appreciated. Will be recommending to everyone I know !! Thank you !!

Gloria and Domingo are phenomenal people. We are new to Besties 4 Paws and I already feel like I'm leaving my little fur baby in the trusted hands of family. Ashley is a doll and we love that our dog was attached to her since day one, but all the employees there are really so great!! As soon as you walk in the door, you can feel the warmth in the air. We needed somewhere for our fur baby to spend some weekdays since we can't always make it home from work to walk her during the day, but we also wanted her brain to be stimulated and for her to get used to being around different people and animals. We couldn't be happier that Besties 4 Paws is right down the road from us, however, now knowing how amazing they are, I would drive a great distance to leave my dog with them. It's a wonderful place. We already notice positive changes in our baby girl!!! The fun crafts and activities Gloria arranges for the pups is just the cherry on top of it all!!! Thank you!!! :)
Our babies Zeus and Athena love Besties 4 Paws 🐾. Gloria is their second mom and we wouldn't leave our babies with anyone else. I.am extremely protective of my babies 🐶. Gloria and Dom are extremely loving and professional. Dogs can sense good vibes. Hands down I wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies and we highly recommend them. ❤️
I worked with Besties 4 Paws in the past when I lived nearby. Now I’m half hour away but there isn’t another place I would trust with my fur babies. I recently went away for a week and left my 2 Poms at Besties 4 Paws. They came back happy & clean (smelled better than when we dropped them off)! We’ll keep taking that extra half hour drive just so we don’t have to worry whenever we are away!! Thank you so much for the great care taken!!
The best ! We drive an hour to come here because they are really the best Great with big breeds- we have a pit and Shepard and they don’t judge when many do Good prices, grooming as well

This is our first time using their services while away in Florida for 6 days. The service is first class and amazing! Gloria and Domingo are not good, they are great! The service, attention to detail, their daily picture updates, and all they did with our little Louie made us feel like he was in his own spa. :) We are beyond pleased as for years we were hoping to find a place like this. The dog or cat owners can go on vacation while being assured their dog or cat is in the best hands possible. If you are looking for a doggy day care or for long term boarding please don't look anywhere else. My dog absolutely loves it here! As soon as he realizes where we're going he's always excited. He loves the staff and they are great. I love the fact that he can go outside anytime he wants to go to the bathroom. Most of the other daycares I've been to they charge extra to walk them and my dog usually just holds it in while I'm gone all day. This is the first place I'm completely comfortable leaving him.
We bring our dog clover there best place ever! Great staff! You can tell our dog has the best time. We can’t even say the word camp anymore he runs by the door so exited to go! Thank you happy hound! So happy we found this place

Our Bella goes mostly twice a week and she loves it. Gets her exercise and social time in. She gets so excited when we get close. Staff is excellent!
Our dog hated going to daycare at Happy Hound. He has no problem going to other daycares, but something about Happy Hound made him extremely agitated. For other daycares, he marches right in and is excited to play, but with Happy Hound he was always dragging his feet and was very clearly upset to be going there. We are no longer using this daycare, and our dog is much happier at his new daycare.
Great place for dogs to play and socialize with both indoor and outdoor space. Also has DIY wash for dogs, as well as, groomers who take appointments. Friendly and loving staff!
We have been using Happy Hound since August and couldn’t be happier. Our pup is always excited when we pull into the parking lot. She comes home tuckered out. We got her as a rescue and we definitely think Happy Hound has contributed to her adjusting well and her socialization. They are very good about communicating about any changes (ex. rare closing for inclement weather) or any promotions (like when they bring in a photographer and you “pay” with a monetary donation to a local rescue and have pics taken of your pup). The staff is very friendly. The place is always clean (and smells clean!). The grooming service in house is very convenient. Reasonably priced. Can’t recommend them enough!

Our dog has been coming for months. As soon as we pull into the parking lot he goes nuts- He runs right inside and is so excited! They take such good care of the dogs and our dog comes home exhausted from playing all day. The staff is awesome here. Highly recommend!!
Bryan Reisz is remarkable. For about a decade, he cared for our two golden retrievers, one young and rambunctious, the other sweet, mellow and a bit older. Bryan was perfect for both. Long romps, swimming, attention to any issues that came up. Lots of exercise, lots of fun. Not sure who was happier to see Bryan come by -- the dogs or us. He truly is a dog whisperer. Our dogs would stay with him when we left town and we knew they were having a ball. He is caring, knowledgeable and is as good as it gets in the dog world. We had complete confidence in Bryan to ensure our dogs were well cared for and safe. We know that others will have the same great experience.
Great overall experience on Day 1 for my 85lb. Chocolate Lab pup (8 months). Vanessa was lovely upon our arrival and from the doggy meet and greet, to his day at daycare, and their responsiveness when I called to check in I am very please thus far. My only issue is that they do not have an outside space for the dogs to get out. It is a completely indoor facility - very clean, neat, and organized.. spacious too. Knowing that Hudson was a few weeks out of OCD shoulder surgery, they kept an eye on him ensuring he didn't overly exert himself nor did other dogs also push him too much for play. All in all I was pleased with the interaction and loved the "report card" that was provided at the end of the day to summarize his behavior and day. I plan to have Hudson return for daycare and will be giving their boarding a try too. Thank you Vanessa and team for making me feel comfortable leaving my baby.
Folks at Hounds Town were so patient and lovely during our initial consultation. They were patient with our nervous pup and made us all feel at ease. We will definitely set up our first visit soon.
I boarded my elderly dog here for four days. He had never been boarded before, so needless to say I was worried about how he would adjust. I’m happy to say that Hounds Town Bergen exceeded my expectations. The staff was so caring and supportive of both me and my fur elder!! I received a text saying that he was doing well, and the photos on Facebook helped to relieve my anxiety. I highly recommend this establishment!!
Our dog, Zuko, had so much fun in Hounds Town! He got a lot of his energy out and socialized with dogs his size, in a safe environment. The staff are always so friendly and responsive. They posted cute pics of him and he looked so happy! They gave us a report card at the end of daycare, which I thought was a really cute touch. Also, the prices are great, the place is clean and spacious—Highly recommend!
The team at Hounds Town is awesome! They were friendly, engaged with our dogs and made us very comfortable as we left our pooches to be boarded for their first time! We were nervous but they made us feel good and at peace as my husband and I went off for a much needed long weekend!
My dog came out of his 1st day evaluation very happy. This only means he enjoyed his stay there. Excellent and professional staff. The office ambiance was also excellent and very welcoming. Am pretty sure we’ll be back for more of the love and new friends he made today
The team here is phenomenal. They treat my baby like their own. They’re all very friendly and professional. The lobby is always clean and smells good. Tobias enjoys every single minute of the 4 days a week he goes here. I can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and compassion. I love seeing all of the pictures on social media of how happy the dogs are playing here.
Danielle is AMAZING with our 14yr old baby - she’s been grooming him for years, we have followed her from PetSmart to here. Hounds-town is a more smaller, family, caring and friendly. They offer a lot of services for pet care.
I was totally impressed with the detailed communication. I was hesitate to board again since we had a bad experience, BUT Houndstown definitely changed that! Now I have a place where my dog can stay, and be taken care of! And I have peace of mind!! Thank you!!!
We love Hounds Town Bergen and so does our beagle! After being rejected at a previous doggy daycare because our beagle was too shy and didn't interact much with the staff-- we lost all hope in finding a good place for our beagle until we found Hounds Town. They took her in with open arms and really took the time to gain her trust. She comes home pooped out from all the fun! We also love the photo updates! Hounds town has helped her so much to get over the fear of meeting new dogs and new people. I would absolutely recommend this place to all my dog moms/dads!
Per Jason Abate's earlier message, I can't praise Aranwood staff enough for their excellent care of our 12-year old spaniel, as well as compassion for our family. They boarded her for weeks while we worked on a permanent rescue for her. She adjusted well, was happy, and made both canine and human friends. Richie and staff were great, and helped smooth her transition. Thank you, thank you. 🐶

This is going to be my 3rd time using Aranwood Kennels including their grooming session as well and I have nothing but good things to say about their services. I am so happy to find this place and be able to leave my pups in a good save environment with no b.s going on, straight to the point and very good people. I will continue to use their services and cannot wait till I am able to signed them up to their training classes avail for dogs!
This will be the 3rd time bringing my shih tzu to his kennel. He cares about each and every dog as if it's his own. I've seen him save dogs. Please people stop these 1 star reviews. You're jumping on a bandwagon by a person who has a vendetta against someone else and this owner is in the crossfire.
I travel from Clark to Aranwood Kennels to board my 3 y/o Cane Corso with Danny, ACT K9 Services. It’s taken me so long to find someone who I can trust with my dog and who understands his breed. Well worth the travel time. Thank you guys so much; my fur babe was well taken care of!

My dog seems to actually enjoy Aranwood as he can enjoy the freedom of the large indoor/outdoor pens. Great facility with very friendly and accommodating owners.
The owner put a great deal of work and money into fixing this place up, it looks great. Very accommodating, and took good care of my boy.
