Cam is a very sweet and funny character and I had a great time getting to know him. If he's not sitting and looking out the window, he likes to snooze next to you on the couch or the bed. Aside from some nighttime zoomies, he's fairly mellow, but will let you know when he's hungry or wants some play or attention and cuddling. He is a very affectionate little guy. Cam has some special needs w/ food and meds, but nothing difficult or complicated, and Alexa left absolutely perfect and clear instructions for me regarding his care. She had helpful charts and everything labeled. I really appreciated how specific and descriptive she was, making it very easy to take care of Cam. Alexa was an extremely organized and welcoming host. The apartment is clean, comfortable, well located, and convenient to lots of shops, restaurants, groceries, public transport, museums, etc, but high enough that the apartment was quiet and peaceful. I had everything I needed for a great stay, and would happily return to hang out with my new friend Cam.
Nice housesit with a fabulous cat, Elvis. I enjoyed spending the week with Elvis- he was the perfect companion. Super sweat, affectionate and has a wonderful personality. Everyone will like him! I never met Hayley and Joe but the communication was great via text. The neighbor let me in for the key hand off-which was perfect. They left a note and welcome treats for me. Their welcome guide has great suggestions for their area- including a pub with live Jazz on Wednesdays. I loved the restaurants they recommended (all had great vegan options) plus there is a healthy grocery shop near. Their home is clean and beautifully decorated- so you will feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. They are certainly plant lovers! It was a great house sit with Elvis, who is friendly, easy and loves a good play session. The plants inside and out were easy to water and maintain. Nothing fussy...I recommend this housesit- it is all good and no drawbacks. I would have like to have met the host, because they seem cool. Thanks!
It was a joy and privilege to care for the luxurious home of Angela and Peter, shared in the delightful company of Bluey and Teddy who warmed our hearts and our laps! We were royally welcomed on the evening we arrived when Angela and Peter made sure that all our needs would be met for the duration of our stay. Specific mention must be made of the amazing house keeper Rachel, who was like a genie in a bottle. Whilst completely respectful of our privacy and space, she worked her magic in caring for Angela and Peter’s immaculate home and, when required, waved her wand, instantly correcting any issues or concerns as they arose. We had very little desire to wander far, nor did we need to - with the Hawk Conservancy one minute’s drive down the lane and a wonderful footpath that bordered the back garden and then meandered for miles across country in various directions. The footpath took us past a little group of donkeys and a couple of ponies, who were partial to carrots….cut to a size that their aged teeth could manage. Throughout their holiday, Angela and Peter made sure of our wellbeing via beautifully worded email messages. Our every comfort was considered and all needs met with endless generosity. This was undoubtedly an outstanding sit in every respect and warrants more gold stars than the THS system offers. Thank you to Angela, Peter, Bluey, Teddy and Rachel for your individual and collective contribution in making this a First Class house sit…..in 5* accommodation. It’s impossible to improve on perfection!
Pet sitting for Stanley and Luna at the lovely and well-appointed home of Lara and Keith was a complete delight! Stanley and Luna were fun-loving and affectionate little doggies and were very well-behaved and easy to care for. We bonded instantly with these little cuties. Lara and Keith's home felt like an upscale Airbnb with all the ammenities we needed including some great television streaming options. Lara and Keith provided all the necessary information about their pets and also made us feel very much at home. Our time there was relaxing and fun and I would highly recommend taking this sit if given a chance.
This was a most relaxing and enjoyable pet sit with Lyra, a sweet little cat, in Kingston. She was such a pretty cat to watch through the many windows as she loved being outside and was quite independent but regularly returning through her cat flap for a little Sheba cat food and some biscuits. I loved the pretty apartment with lots of lovely sunshine coming in and watching the blue tits on the feeder next to the window. The place is very comfortable and practical with pleasing decor. The home is also close to Richmond Park and a great place to watch the wild deer and enjoy a beautiful piece of countryside. I also walked easily into Kingston Upon Thames town centre for a wide variety of shops and Norbiton railway station is only a 20 minute walk away. The owners are great at replying to messages, keeping in touch and provided me with a friendly welcome. I stayed overnight with them before they left early the next morning giving us chance to get a good idea of the home and Lyra. I enjoyed this pet sit a lot and would love to return.
Homer is such a sweet pup! He’s so affectionate and I will miss his company. Ann is a wonderful host and so thoughtful! She left a little bag of goodies to make me feel welcome and a handmade card. Communication was excellent. If you get a chance for this sit don’t hesitate!

Dogtown is amazing! We’ve been sending our dachshund here for 3 years for daycare and he loves it so much. We love dogtown! Our Labrador’s have been attending day care weekly since they were pups and it’s their favorite day of the week. They love the staff, the stimulation and socialisation. They also sleep very well after a day at dogtown.
Dogtown Grooming is a gem that I feel so fortunate to have found 🙌🏽 I’ve tried countless dog groomers even driving 45mins each way based on a recommendation because I was so desperate. Coming across Dogtown was like finding gold, the whole team treat each pooch so preciously & I can’t even make it into the carpark without my 2 little munchkins spotting the place from the turning lane & going nuts - they get so excited & can’t get in there quick enough. The fact that you can see into the grooming area brings me additional comfort which Jaime-Lee deliberately designed for that purpose. My babies also attend Doggy Day Care there & the activities & set up are amazing, I love receiving Instagram stories or posts throughout the day & I can see how much fun they’re having. Their social media always brightens my day, even if my pooches aren’t featured. It’s beyond obvious that all the doggies are all loved & well looked after & honestly, other than my Mum, I don’t trust anyone else with them. I couldn’t be more grateful for how beautifully Jaime-Lee & the team treat my precious babies. This is absolutely the best place to have your dogs groomed. I had two of the most difficult dogs you could imagine (I'm sure poor Jamie-Lee still has the scars to back me up!) but they always came home looking perfect but even more important, completely happy and relaxed!!! I have been to numerous groomers with my 7 dogs over the years (with absolute horror stories!), so I can definitely say this is the best place by far. Will never go anywhere else.
Kaz had helped me with my dog for a day & I know Kimi is in good hands! She doesn't take on just anyone- as she will first assess if the dog is compatible & safe around the other dogs she cares for. I personally believe this is very important! I've seen her work in our area & she is very protective & responsible of the dogs she cares for- but also gives sound correction when needed e.g when dog under care tries to jump on someone or another dog. All in all, your dogs will definitely have a fun time when out with Kaz & cared for very diligently!

My two cats stayed at Sophisticat over the holiday period and were extremely well looked after. The staff were really responsive to any emails and posted photos on social media while we were away to update us. Most importantly Penny and Rudy were happy and healthy once they came home again. Definitely recommend :)
If I could give more than 5 stars here I definitely would! I recently boarded my 2 beloved Burmese boys and my daughter's kitty at Sophisticat. Couldn't have been happier. Right from the moment I came for a tour, I knew my babies would be looked after with love and care, which is obviously the most important thing when you need to board your loved pets. Danielle and her team of carers instilled me with confidence from the outset and all throughout the kitties' 3 week stay. Lots of updates and pics. Plenty of space for the cats, not what I have seen elsewhere. I knew our kitties were in good care. Special thank you to Amy who took us on our initial tour and showered our kitties with lots of love. Highly recommend and will be back!!!
For the last 2.5 years we have only boarded our cat at Sophisticat because we know he is played with, cared for, and looked after as though he was at home. We have complete confidence in the service of this cattery and has never worried about the well being or health of our cat whilst away. The staff love cats and deliver such personalized service that I believe each guest is treated like a beloved family pet. Highly recommend!!
Much better experience than previous ones. Kept my cat well and the best part was the cat came home healthy with no upset tummy. The only reason it's 4 stars is because I felt they were too lazy to share the pics/videos more often, which to me is super important while I am away.
Excellent place to leave your cat. Mine jumps out of her carry case into her enclosure when she arrives (Premium of course!) Danielle and the girls are very professional and all love cats. Mine always comes back well groomed and healthy - happy to see us but we do get the silent treatment for a while to show us that we shouldn't really go away without her!! Couldn't recommend more highly.

My cat spent two weeks over Christmas with Sophisticat and was really well looked after. She came home in great shape and was happy which indicated she was cared for. Highly recommend.
Would not recommend. After a family member became ill I had to cancel my booking 2 days out. I understand there would not be a refund but was bluntly told I was not entitled to a credit or offered alternative dates.
My Burmese Schrodie is a regular at Sophisticat. He always comes home happy. I've been through the facility everytime I pick him up, very clean and organized.
Send our sweetheart Cera here twice and she love it! Lovely staffs and great place for our cat.
