We've had great sitters in the past, but Jenn and Bryan are absolutely the best. They were super communicative and flexible with our schedule changes-- they even tracked our return flight to make sure we weren't delayed coming home. It was very clear from the beginning that Cortana's comfort and well-being was their priority: they asked great questions about her during our initial video call, were super attentive during handoff, and were meticulous in following our instructions/Welcome Guide. During the handoff they were also so careful about making sure they understood Cortana's boundaries (important because Cortana is both people-shy and dog-reactive) and did such a wonderful job putting her (and us!) at ease with the transition. We had zero stress walking out the door and leaving our dog and house in their hands. Their philosophy was to spoil Cortana rotten so she didn't have time to miss us, and they really did! Cortana went out on more hikes/adventures than she normally gets, and Jenn sent plenty of videos and cute photos of Cortana's days both in and out of the house. Cortana is completely passed out under my desk as I write this, which is such a testament to all the attention and exercise they gave her. In addition to a happy dog, we also came back to a thoughtful "welcome home". The house was cleaner than we left it and there was not a sad/droopy plant in sight, not even in our very needy herb garden out front. Everything was perfectly in its place and all we had to do was unpack our bags. It felt like we had never left! We highly recommend Jenn and Bryan for any sit... except for the ones that overlap with our dates, because we want to invite them back again and again!
Katherine was again a fantastic petsitter taking care of my two dogs, one of which she had to give two different medicines on different days, and a cat. The house was also very well taken care of and she kept me informed by sending photos of my pets very frequently.
What a treat to have found a superb dog sitters! When Sandra and Linc replied to our assignment to sit for our dog Petra, we right away got a feeling they knew what they were doing, and we weren’t wrong... The communication from beginning to end has been fantastic. Whilst we were away, we got daily photo updates. Sandra is highly organized and came well prepared and is very self-sufficient and brought what she needed for the days she was staying. As soon as she stepped through our front door, we felt re-assured and her true love for dogs. She spoilt Petra with a pack of doggie treats. Needless to say, it was well received! Sandra is a lovely, genuine, reliable, caring and fun person. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to meet Linc this time around as she arrived later into the sit but it feels like we know her too. They both took fantastic care of Petra. Took her out on jolly's in the car to go on exciting walks as well as having cuddles on the sofa. We came home to a very relaxed and happy dog and a tidy & clean house. The bedlinen had been washed and was already dry, milk in the fridge and beautiful flowers on the table with a sweet welcome home card. It made our holiday so much more relaxed when we had the opportunity have a couple like Sandra and Linc taking care of things at home. We can hand on heart, truly recommend this lovely couple to house sit for you. You will not be disappointed! They are welcome back to us anytime.
