My sit for Wendy and Chris with Gracie, the Sheepadoodle was fantastic! From the first communication and video chat we clicked and I felt very comfortable with everything. The welcome guide they put together is thorough and easy to follow. Chris printed a few extra pages of things to do around Sechelt which was nice to have. We kept in touch online while they were adventuring but there were really no issues so I mostly kept them updated with photos/videos of Miss G. I arrived the day before they were due to leave and was oriented on the house and Gracie’s routine. The house is beautiful, very clean and comfortable but also low maintenance. The views of the inlet are stunning and I could imagine sitting out on the deck during the summer! They welcomed me and made it feel like home which was lovely. I was also treated to a nice meal out with them before staying the night. Gracie is a sweet girl who seems older than 2…she likes to laze around a lot:) She gets excited to go to bed in her crate and likes to sleep in but once she sees her harness she gets energized for walks. She is not a needy dog at all and sometimes I wanted more attention from her 😂. She is really good with commands and walks well on the leash but as was mentioned she can be a little reactive on the narrow trails. A sit, stay and treat seems to work well, so when a person/dog was approaching we would just practice that. She does like to talk (bark) at deer and other dogs from the car but is a good passenger and great company for day trips. We got to explore a lot of the Sunshine Coast together! She’s not a swimmer but will go in the water up to her ankles and being a doodle she is super clean with no shedding. Grooming her was easy and she was cooperative when I would wipe down her legs and paws after being outside each time. Her poops and pees are on a near clockwork routine and there were no accidents inside. For the whole duration of the sit she only barked one night to tell me she needed to go to the toilet and it was out and back to bed, all under 5 mins. She’s a smart cookie! She loves to play with her best toy around 6-8pm and likes a wrestle then plops on a pillow on your lap and keeps you company if you watch tv or read a book. Belly rubs are a favourite thing! She does have a possessive streak if she finds a stick or ball while out so the best thing to do is just wait until she is bored of it, then quickly hide it away. When it was time to leave I was sad to say goodbye but happy for her to have her family back home. All in all a perfect petsit and I would jump at the chance to look after Gracie again. If you like nature and a quieter area with a low maintenance furry friend this is the sit for you! A big thank you to Wendy and Chris for being great hosts!
We had the best time here with Elliott, Jameson, and Theodore! The hamster is super easy, he’s nocturnal but if you get the chance to see him in the evening he’s adorable. The dogs are so so cute. They love to play, snuggle, and kiss! They are really well-behaved and a perfect mix of playful when it’s time to play and chill when it’s time to chill. Elliott was a total “mama’s boy” with me and Jameson was a “daddy’s boy” to my husband which we found really sweet, so I definitely recommend this to couples! The house is big and beautiful, clean and organized, and in a lovely gated neighborhood. The area is awesome, we loved checking out the nearby beach and shops! It was our first time to Venice and we already want to return. The hosts are really kind and have everything prepared for a great stay. We definitely enjoyed our time here and appreciate the opportunity!
Nonu is a super sweet cuddle boy. He is very strong on the lead and just is excited to be outside. For strong patient sitters only:) the house is overly and Aine does a great job of communicating:)
Steve is a wonderful pet owner and the setting is beautiful. Francois the Cat is charming, loving, playful and excellent company. One of the nicest 'staycations' that I've had in a while. Thank you Steve and Francois!!!
I had a great time staying with Flipper at Skyler and Justin's wonderful home. Flipper is an easy-going guy who is low-maintenance, loves his belly rubs and knows where he wants to go on his walks. He is great company, but also is OK if left on his own. Sklyer and Justin's home is a perfect location to enjoy Palm Springs. It's close to everything if and very comfortable if you want to hang out at home. Skyler was very communicative and available if I had any questions. I recommend this sit highly.

The Creative Critter Sitter is AMAZING! If I could give 5+ stars I would. Sandy is the pet whisperer. My two cats love her and one of them is very hesitant with people. Throughout the fall months I was traveling for work and vacation with a total being gone for 22 days. I was very nervous leaving my pets for so long, but Sandy made me feel 100% at ease. She is extremely communicative, sharing photos and updates each day. I really can't say enough about Sandy/the Creative Critter Sitter. I travel frequently for work and pleasure and have used other sitters and services - none compare. It's very difficult to find a sitter for guinea pigs and restricted my ability to take vacations so finding Sandy also cared for exotics was a huge win! She followed care instructions so the girls' routine wasn't disrupted and she provided text updates with pictures whenever she was at my house caring for the girls. Sandy is amazing. I was terrified to leave my 17-year-old cat Dusty behind when I went on a trip—he has health issues that occasionally require medication and he hates to be alone for even short periods of time. But Sandy was reassuring, knowledgeable (including about medications), conscientious, and caring. Within one trip to my home she and Dusty became fast friends, and she would read him a book while he curled up on her lap. She texted me every time she visited, provided updates, and sent me adorable photos of Dusty cuddling with her. She will be caring for my cat next time I’m out of town and I cannot recommend her more highly.

I had an amazingly good experience with Pets Companion PA! Anisha took very good care of both my cats and communicated with me every day so I could see how great they were doing. It is comforting to know they are in very good hands and they will definitely have a repeat customer.
Anisha was very accommodating since I called her later than I usually do to schedule care for my cats. She was very friendly and sent Rachel over to meet with me and the cats, although they didn't come out for introductions. 😀 When Rachel visited she even pictures to me. Both Anisha and Rachel were happy to discuss what I was looking for. I will definitely call Anisha again to sit my cats.

Anisha and her team took amazing care of our Aussie, Scout, while we were away on vacation. Scout is a nervous dog with lots of energy, so we were nervous having people she wasn’t familiar with come take care of her, but Anisha accommodated us by coming to meet Scout and introduce one of her team members before we left so Scout could get to know them. They played frisbee with her multiple times a day and followed somewhat lengthy and maybe over-done instructions on my part :) we are so appreciative of how caring and thorough Pets Companion PA was when caring for our pup and we especially enjoyed the daily updates and photos.
We found Pets Companion online and used their cat sit service recently for a 11-day trip. Anisha (owner) helped set up the visits easily and quickly, and Rachel (sitter) provided excellent service during her visits to the house. We have 4 kitties, and it has been a challenge for previous sitters to keep the litter boxes clean. Rachel did a great job, and she also watered the plants and helped with some unexpected incidental tasks around the house. It was also very comforting to get photos with each visit, so we are ensured the cats are doing well. We really appreciate the help from both Anisha and Rachel and would hire them again!

After adopting a second puppy this summer, we had to find a new solution for pet sitting. While our puppy is very sweet she is also incredibly nervous and shy. She took a few months to warm up to us so we were very nervous about a pet sitting plan for vacations. Fortunately, we lucked out meeting Emma and Sandy with Jurassic Bark. They quickly fell in love with our two dogs and put us as ease knowing our dogs were in great hands. They provide wonderful photo updates and were easy to communicate with if needed. They’re attentive and willing to help with anxious-dog parent details. We were even pleased to see our nervous pup warm up to these dog lovers and enjoy snuggling on the couch together. Last week our sweet Lily had a pup-cation at Jurassic bark while we were away. She came home exhausted but happy and showed no signs of separation anxiety. This is due to the care she received from Emma and her staff. Jurassic Bark is the best place for Lily to have stayed while her humans were away. They loved her and treated her as if she were their own. We received daily update with pictures of Lily making new friends and playing. She had a great experience!

Jurassic Bark has cared for our cat, dog and rats for years. Emma is amazing with all of the animals. Recently, I had made arrangements for a family member to take one of my dogs. With only 3 weeks before my vacation, the plans fell through. Emma was able to help us on short notice and our vacation was saved. And best of all, I know my fur babies will be safe and happy with the staff at the resort! Adding to this since we have returned from vacation. I had pictures and updates in my email every day. I think my dogs truly had a better vacation than I did! Even my shy girl was snuggling with the staff and pawing for attention.

Buds have gone way above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't walk my two husky/akita mixes by myself as they always competed with whose in front of the other. I can now walk both dogs with a loose leash and they are always looking at me for commands. When we first requested the service they worked with both dogs separately in order to get the dogs comfortable with them and get to know their good/bad habits. They asked us what we wanted out of their service and presented a plan on how they would go about it. This was not what I expected. My dogs are beyond excited when they go for their walks and have developed a true relationship with Tori. If your dogs are your family, you'll understand how important this is to us. I'd give them a 10 star if I could!!!

I love Buds! The owner and staff are amazing! I have met many of them at various events as well as have had them caring for my fur crew for over a year now. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and it is wonderful to go away and have no worries about their care. This has become especially important since my one cat recently developed diabetes. My husband loves Buds because when we are away I am not a nervous wreck! We also use them for mid day visits for the pups on long work days so there is no guilt about bored dogs doing a potty dance! The staff is extremely knowledgeable about pet behavior and can help curb bad habits while walking your pup. The owner is extremely involved In the local community and gives back by sponsoring events and raising money for local shelters and rescues. If you are looking for someone to care for your four legged family member(s) when you are not able, Buds should be your go to without a doubt!

My doggos LOVE THEM and are so excited when they come over. The team is even so flexible they can cover and come 3 times a day on fairly short notice (I don't recommend giving them very little notice, it's not nice, they totally saved me). 10 out of 5 stars. Highest of recommendations!
Shaunna and the Buds team are wonderful! We were worried about what we would do with our puppy while we were at work during the day. However, our initial meeting with Shaunna put our minds at ease. She answered all of our questions before we even asked them. Buds visits with our Mia several times a week. The service was great while we worked outside of the home, but it has been so helpful during this pandemic to give Mia walks during the day while my husband and I work at home. They are so sweet with Mia and very respectful of our home. They have an app that makes it super easy to communicate with them, and they are extremely responsive. They are also SO flexible! Due to changes in our schedule, we often have to cancel or reschedule a visit, and they couldn't be more accommodating, even when it's last-minute! Mia loves her Buds, and so do we!
We just boarded our cavalier Lily with Emily for 8 days and we could not be happier with the entire experience! Emily made sure Lily would be very comfortable staying with her, and sent frequent pictures and updates on how Lily was doing throughout her stay. Lily has some separation anxiety issues but she flourished at Emily's and came back to us 100% happy and relaxed. Lily is definitely looking forward to staying with Emily again!
I met Emily this past summer at Royersford's Community Day festivities and boy am I glad I did! My pup was immediately enamoured by her from the minute they met at her tent at the fair. Emily is personable and has a clear love for the work she does - not to mention, her and her mom make the cutest knitwear. At the time, I was new to the area and was nervous I wouldn't be able to find someone who would take on a little puppy like mine, but Emily was up for the challenge. She is accommodating, communicative, and detail oriented. If you are looking for someone who will take care of your fur baby like their own, Emily's the woman for the job!
I found Emily via Roam Away from Home’s Instagram! She made it easy to set up a meet and greet and book our first overnight pet sitting. It’s amazing to have someone close by who we trust, to watch our little dog while we were away on vacation! I would recommend Emily to anyone, she is very knowledgeable about many dog breeds and offers a great service!
We boarded our dog for a weekend with Emily and it was a great experience. My dog can be shy around new people and other dogs which normally makes for a stressful experience. But my dog really enjoyed her stay and Emily kept us updated with text messages and photos. Looking forward to booking with Emily in the future.

Go on vacation with No Worries! We love Roam Away From Home and highly recommend Emily! We recently took a 2 week vacation and felt comfortable the whole time that our dogs were in good care. Whether it was a text, picture, or video, Emily kept us informed on how they were doing every single day. We were very fortunate to find Roam Away From Home!! Emily is wonderful and she took fantastic care of our 7 year old chihuahua mix Josh that we rescued 3 months ago. She cared for him as if he were her own and sent pictures and updates a few times a day while we were away for a week, giving us total peace of mind. Golden Leash made my wedding day with my pups a BREEZE! Alex and Stephanie were fantastic! They picked my dogs up on time, brought them to the venue to get acclimated and made sure they stayed cool in the AC until the ceremony started! They also dropped them off back at home and fed them their dinner afterward! My dogs were so happy to be involved and having a team I trusted to handle them during such a special time was incredibly important. They followed my written instructions and timeline to a T and even dressed in cocktail attire in case they were caught in photos!! I would highly recommend GLPC for anyone who wants their pups to be part of their special day. I didn't have a worry in the world with Alex and Stephanie there! 10/10!
Golden Leash is beyond the best choice! For my pack of wild animals, they have been a gift. My two dogs are a handful but I never worry about the walkers handling them. Each one is professional and treats my pets like their own. We used their services for the weekend of our wedding and couldn’t have been happier.
We have used Golden Leash for both dog walks and overnight care with our dogs and they've been awesome! Our dogs are very high energy/reactive with other dogs and sometimes need special attention and the walkers were great with them. Both Christina and Alex stayed at our house on separate occasions and when we came home everything was super clean and they sent updates and pictures the whole time. I use Golden Leash 4/5 workdays a week to take care of my three pups. The staff are amazing and always read my notes about the pups. I have a reactive dog that requires patience and space and a dog who had major surgery this year. Everyone has been attentive to their needs and communicated when necessary to make sure they are taken care of and safe. I've also used them a number of times for in-home dog sitting while I am away and that has been amazing, too. Maggie is typically the staff member to stay with them and she is fantastic with them. They love her, she sends me updates and pictures, and she takes special care of my reactive pup who gets extra anxious when I am away. I can tell how much she cares about them. Golden Leash is wonderful and my pups LOVE having them come to visit them.
Jacques and Lori always take great care of our two cats! We know the cats are in good hands whenever we need them to stop by to feed them and scoop the boxes. The updates and cat photos from each visit are great and very welcomed. This is the best pet care business in the area!
Soph N Bean legends Jacques and Lori recently looked after our two kitties. They were diligent with their care and took time to send us text photo updates from each visit. They made sure they were well fed and that their litter boxes were always clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is seeking animal companion care services!
Jacques and Lori provide loving, personalize care for my furry babies. They love and treat my pets like they were their own. This allows me to travel worry free knowing my pets are well cared for. They watch all of my pets which includes a dog, 2 cats and a guinea pig. The overnight option allows me to leave my epileptic dog home knowing that she’s comfortable and safe in her own environment

Great care for our cat Kimchi! Have used them multiple times, and he always is well fed and taken care of. They even play with him some each time they visit!
Jacques and Lori are fantastic! They took such great care of our 16 yo kitty Julia for a week while we were away. Gave her medication with food every visit, and took time to pet her, brush her and play with her! Sent texts with pics every visit, even went out of their way to get more bird seed for our bird feeder, because the birds (and squirrels lol) greatly entertain our kitty. We will absolutely use their services again soon, and feel so much better about leaving our cat alone for an extended period knowing she'll be well cared for. We cannot recommend Soph N Bean highly enough!
Soph N Bean Pet Care Services were incredibly accomodating. I needed a sitter a week before I had to leave and they were able to fit me in. Jacque came to introduce himself to me and my cat prior to pet sitting. He took excellent care of my cat and kept me updated every day! Jacques of Soph N Bean was tremendous with our cat Penny. She hadn't been left alone for more than a couple of nights in her life so I was very worried how she would handle us being away; Jacques texted each day with a photo and update of Penny which helped us enjoy vacation free of worry. I highly recommend them!
Great service! We have 2 cats, one "feisty" diabetic who needs insulin shots which can be tricky to accomplish. We had struggled to find a service to to handle this which limited our ability to go on vacations. Jacques was great, always on time and provided updates and pictures/videos after each visit. Soph N Bean was very accommodating, professional and organized, and allowed us to have a relaxed, worry free vacation, highly recommended!
My husky started at Waggy Tails in March when we moved to the area and so far I have nothing but the highest praise for this business. Having worked at a doggy daycare myself I know that some facilities do not take as much care as others. Right of the bat when I called to set up an evaluation and spoke to Sarah, she made me very confident in their care of the dogs. Huskies are not everyone’s favorite breed and my boy is a pain with fences so I made sure to talk that over with her. Not only did she reassure me that he would do okay but she said she would even be willing to measure their outside fence if we needed. My pup loves other dogs but seeing his tail wag when he said hi to Mike, the other owner, really made it. He can be aloof with other humans other than “his people” but clearly they have become his people. I’m so glad we found them.
We have had a great experience at Phoenix Waggy Tails! We have two large labs who have stayed for overnight and daycare and they practically run to the door when we drop them off. I love that we get updates via photos and a report card at the end of their stay. The facility is clean and organized and the owners Sarah and Mike are very personable and helpful. The portal technology is super helpful as well. The overnight staff member Kate has been great too. Glad we found Phoenix Waggy Tails!
We recently started sending our 9 month old puppy here to get his energy out and socialize with other dogs and he absolutely loves it! He gets so excited on the days he gets to go to daycare and comes home completely exhausted. The staff at Waggy Tails is so friendly and accommodating. We love seeing his report card and all the pictures of him playing. I highly recommend sending your dog here!
We were finally getting to take our retirement trip to Maui for a full week. Having dealt with Sarah and Mike before, through their other company MuTTch Better Dog Walking Service (also a 5-Star operation), we were confident they could handle our two Babies. Teddy is 5 and a very fearful dog with big trust issues, River is a 15 year-old Mini-Dachshund with DDV (is incontinent and has been in diapers for 13 years). Not an easy pair to take care of. Once we toured the Waggy Tails facility, saw the cleanliness and attention to detail (real beds to sleep on) and the 24 hour coverage, we were MuTTCH more than just happy that our babies were safe, we knew they were with Dog People and they were being loved on. Thank you again Sarah and Mike and the whole team of Dog Walkers, Dog Lovers and just GREAT PEOPLE who take care of our little ones while we are away. Finally, when we would leave them in the past, it took them a week to get back into their routine, this time it was less than a day. 🐶 🐾 🦴
Where do I even start?! Waggy tails is easily one of the best doggy daycare and boardings around. The owners and staff are so personable, attentive and caring and you can tell they take pride in what they do there. My husband and I have a senior pup and I was very nervous about leaving him for a week. But our ole man settled right in and even made a friend! I love that the second I met with them - to have my dog observed, I felt a sense of security and knew it would be a good fit. Thank you so much Waggy tails for making our ole man feel right at home so we could be worry free while on vacation! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend waggy tails!
My pup loves to go to Waggy Tails! She gets super excited when we drive into the parking lot. She gets to play and socialize with other dogs. Rosie has stayed overnight and we love that someone’s always there with them at night and they’re not put in crates, that they have beds that they can sleep in and feel like they’re really at home.
I cannot recommend Phoenix Waggy Tails enough! Mike and Sarah, the new owners, have truly transformed this daycare into a haven for our furry friends. Bella and Sam absolutely adore their time there, and I can see why! The care, attention, and love they receive are unparalleled. The facilities are top-notch, the staff is incredibly attentive, and the personalized care given to Bella and Sam makes me feel at ease every time I drop them off. Used Phoenix Waggy Tails after leaving my old daycare/boarding location and could not be happier. Grooming is also available. Nightly texts with photos to let me know how my pup was doing. Will definitely continue using for boarding needs.

Audrey and her team are so awesome and professional. They were wonderful throughout the intake process for my almost-2-Year-Old pup. We love their booking and message system. Their packages make their rates a super deal! My pup has now also attended their training and boarding. Both were wonderful experiences, despite an anxious pup for whom it was his first time in boarding. They gave him 1:1 attention when he had trouble sleeping. We love Audrey (and Z) and the whole staff a Pheonix Waggy Tails! <3
I am an anxious dog mom and I do not enjoy leaving my dog, but when I have to board him for travel reasons, I do not worry one bit while he is at Wagsworth. The staff do an amazing job making sure he is happy and cared for! And definitely add on the photos, they are well worth it and they send a nice update as well! I will always use Wagsworth for boarding needs, so thankful to have such an awesome place.
From making the appointment, to working in Wagsworth’s wonderful customer portal to the actual visit, pictures and easy checkout - I’m so impressed. My lab is happier than ever!!! We can’t wait for his next stay!
Our GSD Kasi takes a vacation to wagsworth every time we go away, and it’s always a pleasant experience! The staff is so sweet and handles our drama queen with understanding and ease. We have only ever used Wagsworth and have no reason to ever go anywhere else! (We love adding on the picture updates for peace of mind, too!)
Wagsworth is the best! My giant breed dog has stayed here multiple times over the last several years, and every time is well taken care of. I love that Wagsworth allows me to choose options that meet my dogs needs and I always feel comfortable that my dog is good hands while I am away.
My husband and I are both insane helicopter cat-parents so when we found out, short-notice, that we would need to be away for up to two weeks, we were in a panic! Luckily we were recommended Wagsworth Manor by our vet. I am so happy with our experience and grateful to the staff for taking such great care of our boy! The staff was incredibly organized and professional. They were able to give our cat his prescription food and medications with no issue. Wagsworth is the premier dog and cat daycare and boarding business in the Delaware Valley. A range of pet care services are offered, including swimming. Our family has used Wagsworth for four years and we have always been pleased. Our dog loves the place—we have to almost drag him to the car when we pick him up because he loves the it so much.
Our pup Sadie loves Wagsworth, and so do we!! Today when my husband picked her up she was happy, & not stressed! Sadie is sometimes difficult and takes a while to get used to new people, but at wagsworth she seems to enjoy her training and handlers, and they are all so kind and patient with her. its all good stuff! We Joke, and call it Wagsworth Academy! (School for the furry elite!) Lol. ❤️ We wouldn't have Sadie stay anywhere else!
Kaya loved her 8 day stay at Wagsworth. She was so happy when I picked her up. I love that there are different suite options for sleeping. Wagsworth isn’t the cheapest boarding but the care makes you able to go away and know your dog is happy.
I took my first dog, Whiskey to Wagsworth ever since we got her 14 years ago, and she loved it! Once she passed away we got a new dog named Daisy who also loves it! Daisy goes to daycare and gets the swim package when she boards and she’s all smiles when I go to pick her up! My cats unfortunately hated it but that’s because they’re felines and you just can’t please them. 🤷
We have always been pleased with Wagsworth - they are worth the money. They are very professional and we never have a worry when we board our dogs there. We recently boarded a deaf 11 year old, and a 2 year old where this was her first time staying, and both were perfectly fine. They came home happy but not too happy, which is just what we want as pet parents.
Charlene and Agnes went above and beyond to help our family in a time of need. My mother had been using Charlene for years to pet sit her two siamese cats when she was out of town. Recently she fell ill and Charlene was so kind and flexible to work with us with our changing needs. And Agnes went above and beyond whenever she came to take care of the cats. I cannot recommend Charlene and her team more.
My Foster pup has stayed at the pet hotel and played at the doggy daycare. The staff at Charlenes genuinely cares about dogs and their well being. You can absolutely trust Charlenes to take care of your pup!
Our dog, Oliver, LOVES Charlene's Pet Services. Oliver goes to Doggy Day Care two times a week. He is excited when he sees where we are and jumps out of the car. The staff greets him in the morning and are happy to see him. He comes home tired so I know he has had a fun-filled day. One day I had cut his nail too short and he was still bleeding the next day at day care. They took special care of him and stopped the bleeding and he hung out with Charlene in her office for a while so he could chill out. So good to know he is well taken care of when he is there. You will be happy taking your dog here and your dog will be even happier :)
Highly recommend. This team takes amazing and loving care of my Golden Retriever and it is all from the comfort of my home. They give me such piece of mind because I know when they are watching my Golden she is in amazing hands.
I use Charlene's for dog walking and they are wonderful. Steph and Shana are professional, fun, and my dog loves them! They leave notes about their visits, are flexible, and are very easy to work with. I would certainly recommend the service to anyone interested.
I do not care for the way this pet sitting service deals with clients. I called to ask about pet sitting for a handicapped pet, explaining his special needs. I was told by the owner, Charlene, that she was not sure she had sitters available during that time period, but she would get back to me. I waited for a week or so and did not hear anything back, so I called and was advised that they could not help. I felt it was unprofessional for them not to get back to me, even if they could not help. Just let me know, one way or the other so I am not left hanging. Several months later I ran into a pet sitter who was walking a neighbor's dog. It turned out she was from Charlene's and when I told her about my recent experience. she advised me that there had been plenty of sitters available, they simply did not want the job. Fortunately we found another pet sitting service in the area who is very happy to have our business and do whatever it takes to help. The pet sitters themselves at Charlene's may be good but my experience showed me that management does not really care and regards the needs of handicapped pets as not even worth a return phone call.
If you are looking for a pet service, this is it!! I use Charlene's Pet sitting for dog walking. This service is extremely reliable, responsible and the will love your dog as their own. I haven't used the doggie day-care, but based on my experience with dog walking, I would not hesitate to use them if the need arised.

We love Howls and Meows! Colleen takes care of Harper like she’s one of her own. Harper starts to bark as soon as she’s pulling in the driveway and never has any hesitation when we leave. Colleen is responsive, sends us pics/videos and has a great Instagram account where we see can what’s happening with our pup while we’re away. Best thing is that Harper always has a friend at Howls and Meows like Squeegie and Biggie Paws :-)
We were initially looking for a place to bring our puppy for overnight boarding that didn't seem like 'doggie jail', and we have been so happy with Howls and Meows! Our crazy dog is definitely more comfortable in their home-like environment than she would be in a kennel. The pricing makes sense, and the business owner has consistently taken great care of our girl when we are out of town. Their flexibility for boarding, overnight in-home sitting, and ability to care for our cats when needed makes it an easy choice!
I have two cats Laverne and Shirley. Colleen is absolutely fantastic! She is always available and very professional. Whenever she is pet sitting she always texts me videos and pictures. She also lets me know how my girls are doing. My one cat Vern is very shy and hides when anyone comes over. Colleen was able to build a relationship with Vern so that she is comfortable. My girls love her! I highly recommend using Colleen and her company for your pet sitting needs!
Howls and Meows and Colleen always take great care of our dog Nelson. There are always other dogs to play with and plenty of space to run around. Highly recommend!
Colleen is wonderful with our dog, Bruce! He’s a 2 year old lab mix who is full of energy and needs plenty of play time. He gets so excited the minute we pull up to her house- he loves going there! Best of all, Colleen has been such a help as we recently found out Bruce has epilepsy. She was right there with us sending suggestions and advice from her years of experience with similar dogs. She’s one of the few people we feel comfortable caring for him when we are away. I know she monitors his medicine schedule and makes sure he’s comfortable in a large crate in case he has a seizure at night. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. You can tell she cares for the animals as if they were her own pets!
Colleen and her business has been such an absolute blessing to our family since we brought our puppy home two months ago. As my father in law says, "She's like the Mary Poppins of dog walkers!" Colleen radiates positivity and kindness and I think she adores our puppy just as much as he loves her. Not only is Colleen always dependable she reliable, she has wonderful communication in updates for our puppy, goes above and beyond by setting up puppy playdates, and has even helped out with little things around the house while she's over (bringing up trashcans, cleaning up after the cat--- she's simply amazing). A couple weeks ago we had a family medical emergency. Colleen was so compassionate and incredible. She came back after her normal hours, packed up our puppy and his things, and boarded him at her place for a few days while we dealt with our emergency. Never did she ask for specifics on when I would be picking up our dog, or bog us and down with questions and demands. We just felt understanding and care from her, and it was such a relief knowing our puppy was in the best hands and we didn't need to worry about a thing. She even sent cute little photo updates on our puppy that were a silver lining in a otherwise very bad time for us! We are so beyond happy with Howls & Meows and can't recommend them enough. Give it a shot and see just how quickly Colleen becomes more than just a dog walker, but a part of your family!
We found Colleen through a Google search, gave her a call, and based on her knowledge, experience, and confidence, we decided to try it out. We went and met with her, saw her home and yard, and were reassured this would be much better than leaving our puppy at a kennel. We were right. She's great, a pack leader so our dog is always safe, and just a nice person. Her rates are reasonable and our dog always comes home happy and tired.
Colleen has gone above and beyond taking care of our Frenchie while we were away. She truly treats these dogs as if they were her own. This was our first time leaving our pup and she checked in everyday, communicated about necessary things, and just gave our dog so much love. Can’t recommend her enough!!

Colleen is professional, communicative, super reliable, flexible, honest, and LOVES pets, especially our dog. We work and our dog is often home alone during the day. Colleen is great. She's really in tune with reading dog body language and genuinely loves dogs. She will set up a meet and greet with your dog and hers to make sure everyone will get along. I ended up really appreciating this part, as it made me feel a lot better about leaving my 10 month old puppy for a week. My puppy was actually excited to be dropped off afterwards, because she was excited to play with her new friend Squeegee. She was really responsive and the rates were reasonable. I would definitely take my dog here again.
