Cat Sitters in Oberbalm

This was both ours and the sitters first sit. We communicated from first application all the way to us picking her up on the day of her sit commencement. We spent the evening with Sarah and then we left for our trip the following morning. We got to introduce her to our mini-zoo and discussed particulars regarding pet care. Once we were away she send us photo's daily and we communicated throughout our time away which really made us happy as we do worry about our pets whilst we are away. On our return the house was as we left it clean, tidy and all our 8 cats had been well looked after and received lots of cuddles from Sarah during our time away. We were and are very happy with everything to do with Sarah, she was a fantastic sitter and you will have no problems at all if she does apply for any further sits. Sonja was simply a great house sitter. Two days after she arrived, I had to put my old boy Charlie to sleep and she was very comforting and understanding. I was very glad she was with me at that time. I was away for 5 days and she made a great bond with Mars, she took him on hiking trips and sightseeing trips. They had very active couple of days, even in the rain. I could see that Sonja was a very experienced dog owner, plus we also had very nice chats while I was still at the house, I found out that we have very similar views of the world, and she has a lot of very interesting stories to tell since she has traveled a lot…My house was super clean when I returned and a big pot of a yummy chilli con carne waiting on the stove. Thank you for everything Sonja and I hope we meet again!

Bei did an exceptional job housesitting for me. We were able to connect before her arrival and go over any last second questions. Excellent communication throughout the entire time as she sent me many photos and videos of the Funk man. It is clear she loves animals. Came home to a clean place and happy cat, would invite her back to housesit anytime!

Judith and Andre and the entire family were absolutely amazing. Communication was super easy. We received videos and pictures of Jasmine during their stay and I would bet this was jasmines favorite experience. She was well loved and exercised and the kids incorporated her into their outdoor play! They arrived the day before we left as per our usual. We never want people jasmine hasn’t met coming in when we aren’t home. On the day they arrived, they cooked US dinner in OUR home which was a very welcome gesture as I had barely finished my own packing and getting ready for our trip and had barely 2 seconds to think. Left up to me, I would have ordered in but this was so much nicer. After our trip, when we arrived home the house was definitely cleaner than we left it and we also came home to freshly baked Swiss bread. We absolutely would invite them to come back anytime!! Such a treat to have them.

Miri was a wonderful guest. She took excellent care of my cat and my place and it was a pleasure getting to know her. I would have her back anytime 🥰

My husband, Sugar, and I were so thrilled with Kay’s sit. She took excellent care of Sugar (who isn’t always the most straightforward dog!), sent us plenty of photos/videos, and communicated very well with us before & during the sit. Additionally, she took excellent care of our apartment. We came home to a very clean flat with cookies left out, cleaning supplies stocked, and a very happy dog. We can’t thank or recommend Kay enough. We feel lucky to have had a sitter like her!

Knowing Anja was in our home brought us so much reassurance and comfort while we were away on our holiday. Not only was she extremely considerate, reliable & honest, but she showed so much care & dedication to the welfare of our pets that we knew they were in such safe hands. From our initial contact we had a sense that she was an extremely compassionate and caring individual. She expressed her needs with clarity & empathy, & kept in contact with us when she agreed she would, upholding the values of trust that the service really encapsulates. She was so respectful of our home & belongings, and we found everything just as we had left it - except cleaner & tidier than before! She went out of her way to ensure that we came home to a warm and inviting environment, & we are so very grateful to her for being so mindful of this. She placed our dog’s well-being at the centre of her visit & kept in regular contact with us sending updates & photos which felt important to us. There was a real sense of companionship between Anja & our pet, so we would definitely recommend her for any future housesits. She has the capacity to building very nurturing bonds with people & animals, & this is attributable to her very caring nature. It was a real pleasure to have her stay! Thank you Anja.

We would happily recommend these two sitters. They watched our dog Giove for three weekends during January and February and would definitely use them again. Colleen was the best dog sitter we have ever had and our dogs truly bonded with her. She took them on lovely walks, even allowing them to go in the river where we had agreed they could go in. She sent photos and videos every day of our week long holiday and really got to know the characters of our Jack Russell and Rhodesian. Ridgeback. She left the house very tidy and clean and was precise in all manner of communication. Above all Colleen is a very genuine kind person with an amazing manner in her connection with animals. We felt blessed to have her stay in our home and for the care she gave our pets. Thank you so much!!

Charles stayed at our home for 20 days, taking excellent care of our cats and the apartment. He was very flexible due to our unexpected late arrival. Thank you and see you next time!

Selena was loved by our pets from the minute she entered the apartment. She is a very sensible and patient person. You can tell how much she loves animals. She took good care of the cats as well as the dog, keeping up with their medications regiment, their brushing and walking. She responded quickly to my texts while I was gone and reassured me with pictures and texts. She kept the house organized and clean. For these reasons I can easily recommend Selena as a good pet/house sitter.

Raphael was a fantastic sitter. He was very easy to arrange the sit with, and very organised sending us his arrival and departure times well in advance. He was great company for our cat Nim, and sent us nice photos of her playing with him while we were away. He also kept the house really tidy and even kindly put the laundry on when he left. We’d definitely be happy to ask him to sit again sometime.
