Brenda and Rod are very welcoming and easy to get along with. They kept in contact with us before, during and even after our sit which was wonderful. The dogs, Wilson and Wink, know their routines and are very well behaved and a pleasure to have as company. Their home is lovely - private, spacious and equipped with everything you might need. We would gladly sit for them again.
Both dogs are easy-going and pleasant company. We're going to miss Maxie's kisses and Rudy's snoring! The house and community itself are awesome. Enjoy your walks around this resort quality community. The backyard covered swing might be my favorite seat ever! Highly recommendable sit.

Adam, Sarah and Barkley were wonderful!! It was the perfect few days to spend in a beautiful home and city. We loved hanging at the house so much and with Barkley we didn’t venture out much other than walks/hikes with Barkley. They are located on a hill with back access to hike down into town. We enjoyed the beautiful weather and going for long walks. The home was well organized and clean and Adam provided amazing and detailed instructions if we needed anything they were very responsive. They were so thoughtful pulling out two bins of legos for Calvin to play with. He was on cloud 9. Calvin said on our way there that Barkelys house was his favorite house site we did and we had a good laugh since we hadn’t been there yet. He was right, it was all of our favorite. We recommend Barkley and this house sit and hope to stay again ourselves!!

She has such personality, just having her say "meow" filled me with joy. Your home is well appointed, inviting and the two of you are warm and welcoming. You covered thoroughly any and all details that might arise and when a minor issue arose, you gave clear instructions on the remedy. Thank you for allowing me to visit your home and meet Isis in a truly magical part of Spain. Hopefully we will meet again, it would be a pleasure to spend time with the Amazing Isis.
Trix is a smart, active dog and a very good companion to spend time with. She pulls and likes to try and chase squirrels so pay attention and be ready to keep control. Sometimes I handed her off to my husband to give my arm a break. Wonderful dog, just realize she's on a mission! A block from the beach is the life! No grocery store within walking distance, though. Ordered instacart once then grabbed uber another day to pick up more ingredients. We walked to Bold Mariner Brewery and Longboards, both offered good meals. Walking Trix to the beach, around Bay Oaks Park, up Pretty Lake Ave or on the main street East Ocean View Ave -Many good options. Walkability is great outside of groceries. Claire easy to contact, helpful and friendly. We kept in contact daily for reassurance things were going well. The sit was well thought out for the housesitter to step into. Claire's a great host. Twin beds were nice & comfortable. Full bathroom inside our bedroom, convenient. House is cheerful & bright. Kitchen well equipped. Nice corner lot with decks, surrounded by natural scenery.
